Yoshida Bozu was born on new years day, born to a full-time student mother, and a ... Less then honorable father. Yoshida was born the exact moment a star died. His soul absorbing some of the energy on it's travel to find a human body, Thus Yoshida was born with near superhuman strength, speed, agility, and durability. Thrilled, his father had seen a clear path to becoming a rich and famous star athlete in Yoshida's future.
However, Yoshida found sports to be too "boring" he would smack the baseball and it would soar outta the park, he would pitch the ball and nearly kill the umpire. He had to hold back faaar too much to play on a competitive level. He couldn't see himself holding back for 10 more years. Rather Yoshida's passion came from comics.
