Body: She is the same dark blue. With frosted look down her back, her markings were supposed to be henna flower like stars(Rough idea in refs), the larger a henna Forget-me-not like the state flower. (Flower also in refs.)
Face: Eyes were supposed to be a very pale, pupil-less blue, but ended up white. She still has the frosted look down her muzzle like it just snowed.
Mane: Wind swept curly like her current.
Tail: Long, a dark green that kinda sparkles(LIke her current hair color)
Hooves/Fetlocks: Hooves are a lighter blue then her main body color, with the same henna 'stars'(The small ones) up her legs.

Body: See reference below for coloration and markings (because I suck at explaining those things). Stock fox walker ears instead of normal ears please.
Face: Eye color is a vibrant rosey pink. Inner ear color is the same brown as the stripe along the muzzle and back. For eye expression, I'd like to use the new stock template "Sultry." For facial markings, see reference below. I'd also like for her to have fangs peeking out. Feel free to use whatever fangs you feel look best.
Mane: Color is a raven black. As for the style, maybe something with the new stock template "Fabio" spliced with the stock template "Zephyr"? Honestly, I'm open to any hairstyle that looks good and gives sort of a curly, messy, spikey-anime appearance. A crown of roses adorns her head as well. See reference.
Tail: Stock canine tail. Color should be mostly white, but feel free to match to the body however you feel goes well.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Stock fetlocks. Would like stock canine paws instead of hooves please.

~*~ Colors & Markings ~*~

Body: Main body is primarily very dark gray (a bit darker than Imperio). An image of a red/orange/black dragon is wrapped around its body, with its head facing his front leg and wings spread like on Invictus (or really, wherever a dragon will fit so it's up to you). Both wings should be visible, with the tail of the dragon snaking down to wrap around one of the back legs. The dragon itself should be either covered in flames or just have hints of it trailing along its body, with its mouth open as though roaring. It's eye should be a crystal blue. Specifics of the anatomy of the dragon are up to the colorist but inspiration can be found in the references.

ALSO: Exact position of the dragon on the body is also subject to the colorist, with the only restriction that it is not completely identical to either Imperio, Invictus, or Crucia.

Trails of soft flames and smoke should be hinted along its legs and (maybe) along the neck, similar to Imperio. Dunno, wherever some color fits in. CC all the extra markings as you see fit (runes or flames or whatever strikes your fancy!)

Eyes should be a bright fire red. .

Mane: Kind of a mix between wild and dream braid with the new Zephyr bangs? I'd like his neck to be visible if possible, like Imperio, but for him to hair hair in front of his eyes. He's meant to have kind of a rogue-ish Bohemian carefree look. Maybe will a few small, random thin golden chains mixed in with beads or gems spliced in, but limited or no feathers. Colors should be the crazy mess of orange/red/yellow to match Imperio's.

Tail: Long 2. Black with trails of flames on them them like Imperio.

Hooves/Fetlocks: Black hooves, no fetlocks.

Body: He's hard to describe. Looking at the refs would be your best bet.
His body is primarily a blue to green gradient that reverses on the extremities. He has a white "collar" that extends from the cheek line to the shoulder. He has a white belly that connects to the white collar. A black streak that starts right at the shoulder blades and hooks to cut off the gradient from the legs at the elbow and knee respectively. the streak also as a loose triangle like line pattern starting from the hip to the inside of the leg. Very simplified white filigree markings on his shoulders, hips, and sides as well as his "wrists" and ankles.
The white markings overlap the black markings.
Face:
Wolf walker ears spliced on maybe?
His face is the Blue and Green gradient with a black streak down his nose and white markings under his eye and his upper lip is white with a blue "nose"
His ears are white with the inner ear being black
His eyes are Purple
His eyebrows are black
Can he have the little tooth most mutants have? If not it's fine.
