Astronomy : A
- Gertie liked Astronomy and it didn’t hurt that she liked the Professor. Though, she wasn’t the best in the class she at least managed to get an Acceptable grade come her OWL examination.

Defence Against the Dark Arts [✔]
Herbology : E
- Gertie was naturally good in Herbology. The fact that Professor Hill didn’t scare her one bit made working in the class even easier.
With all the studying she had to do she managed to squeak in with a low Exceeding Expectations grade.
History of Magic : P
- History was a struggle for Gertie. She studied as hard as she could for her exam. However, she came up short of a passing grade.
Potions [✔]
Transfiguration : A
- Gertie although having some trouble with this particular branch of magic tried her best. She wasn’t the biggest fan of turning animals into objects. As such her practical didn’t go so well.
Along with her written exam she only managed to achieve an Acceptable grade.
Electives
Alchemy : A
- Despite taking Alchemy out of interest, Gertie realized that it was harder then it looked. If not for the potions they learned about in the class she probably would have failed.
Luckily she got an Acceptable grade for her hard effort.
Arithmancy : A
- Math as far as Arithmancy went wasn’t overly complexed. Gertie however took far more classes then she could chew.
Which made her studies for Arithmancy land her with a high Acceptable grade.
Art : E
- Gertie loved art. It was fun, the Professor was great, and she was even part of the art club. As such it was no surprise that she managed a high grade of Exceeding Expectations.
Care of Magical Creatures : [✔]
Healing : A
- Gertie struggled with remembering everything to do with Healing. When it came time to do her exam she had a hard time doing the written.
Receiving an Acceptable grade, the Hufflepuff had no complaints with it since she wasn’t trying to become a healer or anything.
Muggle Studies : E
- With her sister’s help Gertie found studying for muggle studies pretty easy. Come time to write the exam she breezed though.
Although she hadn’t done perfect she still managed to Exceed Expectations.
Music : A
- Music was fun for Gertie. However, she wasn’t going out to be a musician. As such with the amount of studying she did the Hufflepuff only managed an Acceptable grade.
Study of Ancient Runes : A
- Gertie enjoyed Ancient Runes. Trying to remember all the runes was a challenge though. However, she did manage to achieve an Acceptable grade in the class.
