XXXXX[Belial is a devil created by the kiri generated by all of the lies and deceit in the living world. As such, she has a unique fascination with lies and untruths, and indulges in telling them to get what she wants. She has been known to lie to manipulate situations to her advantage, and even takes delight when her lies cause the people duped by them to suffer in some manner. This knack for the untrue landed her into some trouble with the current Demon King of Hell as she told so many lies that the chaos created from an incident labeled her an extreme annoyance to the ruler... to the point were he ejected her from Hell and sent her to the living world to deal with the grunt-work cases of punishing the evil mortals who were simply past their time and in need of eternal punishment.
Her time on Earth has been short, and experiences are limited to ending the lives of a few criminal bosses who lacked any true power. There wasn't even enough kiri to absorb from their deaths to bring a slight bit of jump to her power level, and as such, she has been on the look-out for stronger forces of evil... or even just good people to give her a good match so as to keep her entertained in her exile from Hell. Though, she hopes to return to Hell one day to take the title of Makaioshin from the one who kicked her out.]
