xXx Chance Whitethorne's OWLs xXx
Core Classes:
♍︎ Astronomy OWL - A
- Chance was never that into Astronomy. Sure, learning about the planets and all was cool. but he didn't find himself actually all that interested. Therefore, he only managed an Acceptable.
♍︎ Charms OWL - O
- Chance actually enjoyed Charms. He definitely enjoyed it more than some of his other classes, and managed to do well as a result. He got an Outstanding as a result.
♍︎ Defence Against the Dark Arts OWL - O
- Chance found that Defence Against the Dark Arts was actually a pretty interesting class. He found that he had an affinity with it and managed to do well in the class. He got an Outstanding for his exam.
♍︎ Herbology OWL - A
- Chance could never figure out his cousins' fascination with the Herbology professor, and couldn't figure out why his aunt really loved herbology either. He just thought it was about a bunch of plants. Therefore, he got an Acceptable.
♍︎ History of Magic OWL - A
- Chance wasn't all that great with history. It wasn't that he was uninterested, but he thought that the class could have been taught in a less boring fashion. As a result, he only managed an Acceptable.
♍︎ Potions OWL - EE
- Potions was one class that Chance figured out pretty easily. It was basically like cooking, only with weird materials and wand waving. As a result, he managed an Exceeds Expectations.
♍︎ Transfiguration OWL - EE
- Chance actually found the idea of turning things from one thing into another pretty cool, and found himself enjoying Transfiguration quite a bit as a result. He managed to get an Exceeds Expectations as a result.
Elective Classes:
♍︎ Healing Class OWL - A
- Chance found the Healing class to be difficult, even though he studied the materials hard. He however persevered in the class, and managed to get an Acceptable.
♍︎ Muggle Studies OWL - EE
- Having a squib for a father actually helped Chance understand muggle items quite a bit. While he was disappointed that nothing in the class had anything like working on cars or trying to build engines, he found himself still breezing through the class easily enough. He got an Exceeds Expectations as a result.
♍︎ Music OWL - O
- When it came time for the Music OWL, Chance honestly couldn't figure on how he would do poorly. He'd studied music well before he went to Hogwarts, and was constantly writing songs or working on his guitar. He got an Outstanding as a result.
