If you're just wanting to use the rain as something that can trigger you genjutsu, you can just do that without a particular sense to be picked. You can't however use a PA to affect more than the senses listed on the genjutsu itself. If you're just wanting to use it as a trigger it's approved.

- Jove was born and raised in the Village Hidden in the Rain and this is all he knows. Both of his parents were arranged to be married after their own bloody graduation. Of course, ambitions are all well and good, but in Ota's case, he can sometimes take things too far. It's just not enough that he should succeed. No. Other's should fail as a result of accomplishments. This is the main driving force behind his competitive nature and gives him something of a cruel edge. But hey, it's a cruel world, so why not join in.

Biography: Otawaru hails from Amegakure's Sky Sector and was fortunate enough to born into an incredibly wealthy family, both of his parents being highly involved in the handling of the village's finances. He's always admired his parents for their high status and influence, but there was someone he always admired more: the Amekage. After all, he was the man who held Amegakure in his hands, equally adored and feared by all in the village. Seeing this, Ota made it his goal to rise through the ranks so that he might one day serve by the Kage's side. Thus, he forsook his parents' own suggestion that he follow them into the financial field and instead enrolled himself into the village's shinobi academy. Obviously this is but the first step in what is sure to be a very long journey but if anyone has the drive and determination to make it to the top, it's Ota.

First Class:Jack ▱▰▱ Mundane Master → Sure, you have an elemental affinity like every other ninja, but, for some reason, you've really taken a shine to Maruton techniques. If you take this Discipline, your Maruton techniques gain Overwhelming. You may cast Maruton through one-handed seals or somatic gestures.{The Overwhelming Trait does not apply to anything above S} In addition, the user may create a free PA that augments their maruton techniques in some form every other rank starting at D rank {D, B, S}, adding depth to them without costing additional chakra. A Mundane Master may also select one status effect for all of their Maruton to apply using the following scale: Tier 1 E-D | Tier 2 C | Tier 3 B-A | Tier 4 S-S+. {Paralysis} Second Class:Jack ▱▰▱ Expert → The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, or two if dual wielding, to apply this focus toward with examples such as Katana, Spear, Bows or even Dual Daggers. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. With a minimum of 5 chakra or stamina paid. {Dual Kukri} ▱▰▱ Specialization: → Jack – Jack: Master of none, the jack does, however, have an edge over the mundane that most would not. The jack gains an additional Non-Bloodline Trait at character creation as opposed to just one, allowing a Jack Spec to hold Two, the same Non-Bloodline trait cannot be taken more than once. In addition, the user gains 50 chakra at D, B , and S ranks while gaining 50 stamina at C, A, and S+ Ranks. User may also select an alternate discipline from most other classes besides Jack (Tamer, Bloodline and Puppeteer are excluded from selection of a discipline). As a Jack Spec, you also have an 8 stat cap instead of the normal 6.

Nindo:Currently unknown. Personality: A thief out of necessity, Tsuneo finds some semblance of peace hiding in the background. He'd stay there if it weren't for his insatiable curiosity and recently developed kleptomania. He's quiet and apprehensive otherwise, knowing that he is supposed to die sometime soon. While it has already been announced that he is the lowest of scum, Tsuneo appears as less intelligent to others due to his lack of speaking. It's undetermined whether the boy is actually mute or just too terrified to speak.

Biography: Tsuneo was raised by a single parent in the Cistern Sector, barely making enough for the two to survive. His father assisted with the maintenance of the sewers, often sacrificing their own daily meals to ensure that Tsuneo remained relatively healthy and fed. Tsuneo's father was also the leader of a small group that rebelled against the Amekage, ultimately leading to an orphaned child fending for themselves in the sewer canals. It is unknown whether or not his father is still alive, but Tsuneo resorted to searching for him while scavenging and stealing what he could manage. He was eventually caught by a member of the police force, who tossed him into the Academy in order to be molded into a potential soldier for Amegakure. However, more bets were placed that the thief would be long dead before then.

First Class: Scholar ▱▰▱ Infinite Perception → Your specialty is more in sensory than in sealing or summoning. You are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -2 rank reduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. You can release yourself from genjutsu at one rank lower in kai chakra release but with no benefit in pain release. In addition, the user's sensory abilities are extended fifty feet per rank of the technique. As a master tracker, you can advance in the ninja hunter and special ops careers for half as many Oinin Butai and ANBU missions completed. Upon reaching Initiate in Oinin Butai, you gain the Eagle Eye perk innately so you can choose one other Oinin perk as well. When you use a sensory technique with jamming you can double the jamming effect, this ability applies to one technique per three posts. Second Class: Scholar ▱▰▱ Erudite Academic → Instead of excelling at sensory or summoning abilities, you prefer pure sealing arts. The Academic's body is considered a scroll so seals can be used and stored on your direct body. Your body may be treated as three scrolls equal to your body rank. Fuuinjutsu and sensory skills do not require handseals and are one rank less in chakra cost (Following the one rank max reduction rules). All three of your actions can be used on fuuinjutsu and/or sensory for one post every three posts in combat. In addition, the duration of all sealing techniques and all sensory techniques are increased by two posts. Your expertise makes your seals innately intricate, meaning attempts to hijack your seals invoke a turn of neutralization where the seal is unusable to everyone before it falls under the hijacker's control. You automatically inflict one tier higher of Hex status (maximum of tier 4). ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization: → Scholar – Scholar: Fuuinjutsu and sensory techniques used by this specialization are reduced in chakra cost by five per rank with a minimum of five chakra. Your seals and summons cannot be hijacked. Seals that require multiple activations will require one less so long as you're contributing at least one activation to the seal in question.

First Class: Genjutsu ▱▰▱ {Master of Deception} → {With genjutsu, realism and the sensory ability of the target factor heavily into the ability of the victim to realize they are in a genjutsu. The illusionist chooses [1] Sense of Specialization that will render a genjutsu cost [1] rank less if the casted genjutsu's primary sense is their specialization. Genjutsu that use the illusionist's Sense of Specialization as the primary sense become resistant to the sensory powers of sages and non-Infinite Perception discipline scholars. This resistance means that the genjutsu will go unnoticed from these abilities. Since the illusionist has become so adept in their Sense of Specialization they may always weave it into genjutsu as an Additional Sense unless it would bring the illusion's sensory control above the [5] limit. The illusionist may also always select any Additional Sense that is not their Sense of Specialization to add to a genjutsu as long as it does not exceed the cap of [5] manipulated senses.

Second Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ {Dual Ancestry} → {Dual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank.}

Cannot physically move during this. • The Gift of Life | The user may trade their life for another's, resurrecting them if they were recently killed. • The user is immune to their own poisons and Tier 1 Poison of others. • Wind based techniques may not blow the fog away, however, flames ignite the miasma, creating an explosion twice the size as the technique with damage equal to it's rank. • Fuuton or wind based techniques may have Poison Tier applied at the following ranks. Personal Attributes: ▱▰▱ Abolishing Sight | All techniques labeled 'weakness' have their duration increased by [1] post. ▱▰▱ Interweaving Fairytales | Because the Sakkakugan is so adept at weaving genjutsu together they are afforded a unique version of self korabo which is done in place of a normal korabo between two illusions. When more than one genjutsu is on the target their ranks are shifted so that the lower ranked genjutsus get their strength bumped up to highest ranked genjutsu on the target for the rest of it's duration. This is only useable up to the users self ranked korabo level and each genjutsu is still treated as separate when interacting with kai. Any upkeeps are also increased to reflect this change. ▱▰▱ Otherwordly Imagery | Genjutsu performed cannot be mimicked or reversed by any means. ( Genjutsu can still be broken, however. ) ▱▰▱ Perfect Storm | The user gains four additional ninjutsu slots to be used specifically for fuuton techniques per body rank. Additionally, hand signs may be executed with one hand. Additional Miasma is created with the use of wind techniques, enhancing the size of the fuuton by five feet per rank but does not effect it's rank. Also, once every three posts, the user may passively transform their body into miasma at a localized spot upon physical contact to evade a technique, paying the cost of the technique being evaded. ▱▰▱ Demonic Presence | The user's fog carries a choice of two additional factors that are scaled to the same levels as the poison's. The user may choose between the Mental Stress Status or the Insanity Status and apply these effects to those under the influence of the Miasma. The user gains an additional 4 genjutsu per body rank. ▱▰▱ Violet Delirium | The user excels at Genjutsu that is used with the clan's miasma. The user gains 4 additional genjutsu per body rank. In addition, their genjutsu cast by using the miasma as a source or trigger may add an additional sense to the illusion. The user gains an additional 2 custom slots to be used for Genjutsu involving their miasma.

First Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ Dual Ancestry → Dual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank. Second Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ Heritage Keystone → You receive an additional 5 custom technique slots to be used only on bloodline and bloodline-related techniques. Additionally, you may create a "keystone" technique; this technique is essentially a Bloodline ninja's signature move, with power and versatility similar to a technique such as Kamui. This technique must be submitted as a custom jutsu and approved. It also does not take a custom jutsu slot. In addition, you are able to use your third action for any Bloodline Jutsu, whether it is offensive or defensive, once every two turns. This discipline may not be taken in conjunction with another Keystone Discipline. Bushido: Compassion - show concern for one another, be compassionate, with a strong sense of duty. Personality: Ume is a traditionalist who is committed to the ancient ways of the samurai. She is proud to be a samurai of Zaishin and reveres the traditional culture. Highly creative, she spends a lot of time studying Kabuki and Bunraku theater techniques. She is constantly learning ways to combine Kabuki and Bunraku with her sword techniques to create a fighting style that is completely unique. She also strives to be effective in service to the Iron Country. Ume is noble and humble as well as serious-minded in the performance of her duties. However, she clings tightly to the compassion tenet of bushido. Kind and empathetic, Ume believes that compassion is the most important tenet of bushido as it is what elevates samurai above that of skilled mercenaries. Her staunch traditionalism allows her to advocate for the best of what it means to be a samurai. Not completely inflexible, she does shun the decisions made by Seizo Raiu. She believes that warmongering is in violation of bushido. However, her rather conservative views have made her slow to accept the changing policies on yokai. Ume is cautious of yokai believing them to be dangerous although she is not outright hateful of them. She believes that the compassion of the samurai should be shared with the shinobi world. Zues True Strength of Lightning is pending. We're still discussing this one, but for now it is fine for use. Ancient Raiton: True Lightning Sage is denied. We cannot allow for PAs to change the way techniques operate this way. It would allow for stacking benefits that are not originally intended to stack. Predecessor of Lightning is denied. We cannot allow for PAs to take techniques from other bloodlines or act as implants.
Taemon Roar Of Guidance [ Unari Shidou ] variable is approved. Pack Leader's Charge is denied. Although it doesn't initially seem game breaking, it allows those activations to be used for things they normally wouldn't be able to do. I.e. The techniques that your animal doesn't have from mirroring and overwhelming from curse marks, sage mode etc. Additionally although there is still the same amount of activations in a round, no pa can grand additional combat actions to any body. As a side note: When reading this PA I initially thought it was fine however, when making these decisions we have to look at how these custom PAs affect systems as a whole. I agree that it is the same amount of activations, but what can be done with those activations becomes more important as well as what if a Puppeteer who can have infinite puppets wants the same sort of pa. Additionally, your note is not appreciated by the mod staff. We try to do what's best for the guild and that includes having to deny stuff on occasion and go with what we think is best even if you as a member do not agree with our decisions.
