I kind of messed up when I posted the fire element PA Kura got from Elemental Mastery before last time. I meant to change it to something like this but forgot to and ended up giving her flames blindness by accident instead of suffocation. Hope I can change that to this without using a respec.

Fire Element PA ▱▰▱ Choking Flames | Kura's katon techniques burn so hot they match the azure color of her chakra. These flames burn the oxygen in the air, allowing Kura's fire-based techniques to cause the suffocation status to those within 10 feet of the flame for each rank of the technique at the following ranks. E-C Rank: Tier 1, B-A Rank: Tier 2 and S-S+ Rank: Tier 3.

                        Biography:Tanabe did not want to be a shinobi. However for her family, which resided in the Cistern Sector in Amegakure, would finally have the chance to move from the slums. Thanks to the Amekage, Satoshi, her and her family would find a way to rise from the dredges of society. So in order to do this, Tanabe would decide to become a shinobi. She hated every second of it, of the cruelty they was forced to deliver and endure. In order for her to cope, Tanabe created an alternate persona: Tajime Takano! It is through this persona that they managed to complete their Academy training. Including the infamous Blood Rain Exam.


                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class: Scholar
                        ▱▰▱ Peerless Summoner:You are more specialized in summoning and sealing than sensory. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots granted by this class exclusively reserved for sealing. In addition, all sealing techniques are considered overwhelming when in collision with other techniques of the same rank. This benefit only applies to techniques S-ranked and below. Finally, if you are able to summon any contract summon, including of a bloodline connection or a contract signature, you are able to summon beings at one rank lower than normally required and 50 chakra and stamina is granted to them per rank of the summoned creature starting at 50 for D-Rank and ending with 250 for the boss summon, or 300 if a mythical summon is contracted. The user's summoned creatures are able to use any ninjutsu the user has access to that they share an element for as well as any genjutsu, taijutsu, and bukijutsu. Your summoned creature's unique techniques are considered overwhelming at S-rank and below in collisions.
                        Second Class: Bloodline
                        ▱▰▱ Dual AncestryDual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank. This discipline cannot be taken with the Elemental Mastery discipline from Ninjutsu Class.

                        • Unlike a transplanted Sharingan, a transplanted Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will.

                        ▰▰▰ Restrictions & Traits:
                        • Requires Fire Element
                        • The Sharingan starts off dormant.
                        • Receiving 100% blindness in an eye makes it completely unusable, even through transplantation. Blindness can be healed for a treatment costing 100 ryo for each percentage of blindness in any hospital, or by a treatment of the Circle of Enlightenment, completely healing the eyes. For this reason, Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan still acquire blindness for their Mangekyo techniques. However, they do gain blindness at a different rate.
                        • Blindness may not be changed by any PAs and any custom Mangekyou techniques must follow the blindness system.
                        • Mangekyou technique blindness uses stack with other techniques uses as long as it's the same tier. I.E. If you use Amaterasu twice and Susanoo Aura once, you receive tier 1 blindness.
                        • You cannot have the activation of your Sharingan in your character's history.
                        • Implanted eyes retain the same level of blindness from the ones being transplanted.
                        • Jutsu that require the Mangekyou reset after transplanting, and have to be relearned.
                        • Only with the Three-Tomoe Sharingan and above is it possible to read chakra signatures well enough to know whether or not a person is a demon host.
                        • No lens ability stacks with its previous forms.
                        • All primary members of the Uchiha Clan are automatically contracted to the red-eyed crow summons of the Midnight Dreary Realm and are able to summon them once they learn the summoning technique. Must travel to the Realm to become a sage. If you sign any other contract then you lose access to the crows.

                        ▰▰▰ Sharingan Limitations:
                        • The Sharingan can be maintained forever, given a certain chakra (+ stamina) level to maximum chakra (+ stamina) level ratio.

                        ▱▰▱ Amaterasu’s Cloak | All fire based techniques produced by the Uchiha are considered bloodline techniques.The flames are turned black and fire based techniques are reduced by 5 chakra per rank with a minimum of 5 chakra to be paid for a technique. For each rank of a technique, it's flames burn actively for one post or one additional post if a limit is given.

                        ▱▰▱ Illusory Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost.

                        ▱▰▱ Melee Prodigy | The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active.

                        ▱▰▱ Piercing Accuracy | The clansman is more proficient than his fellow clan members at striking tenketsu. One's gentle fist application allows them to reduce 1.5 times the amount of chakra spent in a juken strike instead of 1.25. For example, if one spends 80 chakra on a gentle fist technique, the attack robs the target of 120 instead of the 100 normal clansmen would reduce.

                        ▱▰▱ Purest Lineage | The clansman's thoroughbred lineage allows them access to the Byakugan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. In addition, should they unlock the Tenseigan, they may have 50% less reserves to maintain it than other clan members and may also activate the Tenseigan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation.

                        ▱▰▱ Physical Prowess | The Hyuuga gains a [2] point increase in any stat after mastering stage 3 of the gentle fist and another [2] points after mastering stage 6 for a total of [4] rather than [2]. In addition, the Hyuuga gains [3] custom slots to be used exclusively for the gentle fist style and [1] taijutsu style slot.

• Fury of Kurama (Katon Elemental Mastery PA): While using either the Awakened or Unleashed stages of the Mark of Kurama, all abilities/techniques that utilize chakra in their function become fire release. The affected technique's elemental effect(s) are are replaced with (or add a burning effect if it had no status effect prior) according to that technique's rank.

• Breath of Isetsuhiko (Futon Elemental Mastery PA): Wind-based abilities/techniques propel objects/targets an additional 5ft per rank, and inflict Fall Damage if an object/target hits another surface from being affected by the user's wind ability/technique (inflicts trauma is equal to one application of an S-ranked tier-four trauma, per every twenty feet they are moved before impact). Costs the user an additional 5 chakra per rank of the wind-based ability/technique.

• Gutsy Engine (Endgame PA): Katon Ninjutsu costs the user 1 rank less without sacrificing potency.

                        ▱▰▱ Kitsune's Wit: Uzumaki ninja are able to access fuuin techniques as though they are a single fuuin class, regardless if they have fuuin class. If you have this pa and fuuin class, then you can learn fuuin as though you were double fuuin in terms of limitations.

                        ▱▰▱ Sealing Sword: With this Naoki is able to directly apply and use sealing jutsu through weapons she's wielding. No matter how intricate or complex

                        ▱▰▱ Heritage of Whirlpools: Because of the clan’s lineage from Senju, the users are able to store 200 additional nature chakra with either their sage mode or curse marks. If the ninja has neither then this additional chakra is not applicable but may claim it for their base chakra pool. This decision can be changed later without a respec.

                        ▱▰▱ Touch of the Boundless: The Uzumaki can create any and all seals, and therefore cast any sealing technique - no matter how intricate or complex - upon a single touch of their palm without handseals. This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Uzumaki is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned.

                        ▱▰▱ Eagle Eyes: Naoki has incredible eye sight comparative to an Eagle. Able to see as far and with the same clarity as an eagle

                        ▱▰▱ Eastern Tempest: Allows Naoki to take people through Flying Thunder God seals. Only allows one ally per her body rank. Can do this with one action but the cost must be paid for each ally. Must be making physical contact with the ally(s) either herself, or through someone else she’s in contact with (ie multiple people holding hands)

                        ▱▰▱ Great sword Junkie | Due to Naoki's obsessions with great swords all her life. She can use any buki technique with a great sword as long as its feasible..

                        ▱▰▱ Flying Thunder God Master | With her proficiency with FTG. Naoki Can move twice per activation with flying thunder god. However the resources used is not effected and cost are normal FTG. Also this is mostly used for dodging and repositioning. So the FTG uses have to be consecutive for this Pa to take effect.

As has been mentioned to you, Naoki was removed from the Cat contract due to inactivity. It is more than available to you should you decide to talk to the active Contract Holder for the Cats.

Similarly, Naoki needs to have her affiliations updated. Naoki is no longer apart of the following factions:
Arashigakure
TORNA
Kogarashi (is Kogarashi even around?)
And needs to remove the "Jonin" title since she is no longer apart of a faction that deals with those ranks.

Because of all of this information, Naoki is ineligible for positions within Village Spec Ops or Village Defense because she is not in a Village. To pull back the curtain a little bit, we never specified anything in the system for those careers because we never thought someone would have to have this explained to them, since this is a Village Specific Career.

Now for the PAs:

PA- Stifling Presence ► Naoki
This isn't an elemental mastery PA so my comments are slightly different than the others
This PA should require a specific cost to activate this effect. This PA should also specifcy what tiers are being applied; For this PA I reccommend Tier 1 ( at E-C ranks) and Tier 2 (at B-S+ ranks) Suffocation only because she is not a Ninjutsu Class character.
Furthermore, I feel this PA may work better as a custom technique rather than a chakra manifestation. As a custom technique I'd be a lot more comfortable approving the Tier 1 - Tier 2 range. This should/would need to meet the same criteria (with regular custom technique rules).

▱▰▱ Sealing Sword: With this Naoki is able to directly apply and use sealing jutsu through weapons she's wielding. No matter how intricate or complex
This PA directly copies the Scholar/Buki crossclass. If you'd like this effect, you're more than welcome to respec to Scholar/Buki. Otherwise, there some things that are inaccessible to characters due to their build, and this is one of those things.

As for the PA I wasn't sure how to give it a cost but i think i figured it out. Suffocation works with compounding post that increase the Tier of the status instead. A little different den other status. So i made it always start at Tier one. But if that is a no go I can set to a standard cost for Tier two and just maintain that with out the compounding post effect. Though its not really writen that way in the satsus system.

If the ninja has neither then this additional chakra is not applicable but may claim it for their base chakra pool. This decision can be changed later without a respec.

                        ▱▰▱ Touch of the Boundless: The Uzumaki can create any and all seals, and therefore cast any sealing technique - no matter how intricate or complex - upon a single touch of their palm without handseals. This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Uzumaki is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned.

                        ▱▰▱ Eastern Tempest: Allows Naoki to take people through Flying Thunder God seals. Only allows one ally per her body rank. Can do this with one action but the cost must be paid for each ally. Must be making physical contact with the ally(s) either herself, or through someone else she’s in contact with (ie multiple people holding hands)

                        ▱▰▱ Great sword Junkie | Due to Naoki's obsessions with great swords all her life. She can use any buki technique with a great sword as long as its feasible..

                        ▱▰▱ Flying Thunder God Master | With her proficiency with FTG. Naoki Can move twice per activation with flying thunder god. However the resources used is not effected and cost are normal FTG. Also this is mostly used for dodging and repositioning. So the FTG uses have to be consecutive for this Pa to take effect.

                        Second Class: Bloodline
                        ▱▰▱ Dual AncestryDual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Because of this, she leads an exciting life for somebody living in Amegakure. Her teasing, playful nature is genuine as she tends to find joy in toying with her enemies rather than finishing them outright.

                        Biography: Amaya is the oldest child of the Ishimoto family in Amegakure. Her mother, whom she knows little about, had been told she was a vagrant that came into the city one day with her father. Two souls searching for another start. Yet she left one day after Amaya had been born after her older brother. Even when asked, the girl's father seemed to feign ignorance to where she had went.

                        One day, as a torrent of rain would fall down upon the city during a walk home, she ran for the shelter of a trash outlet underneath the awning. Underneath would be a tattered, fallen apart umbrella that she reached for, only to be surprised as it would suddenly move on its own and make a scary face at her! After being scared by the possessed object, Amaya would return the favor by spooking it in return. After a quick scare-a-thon, the two would form a friendship as she would take it home with her, much to her mother's dismay. In between the days of study and playing, the child would slowly begin to teach herself how to repair fabric and the like, slowly fixing the holes in the haunted umbrella. In return for her help, the umbrella, which Amaya would name Yaggy, would serve as a companion for the girl. From what he was talking about, there was a huge world of yokai and spirits, one that she wanted ever so desperately to see for herself. Amaya would have a change of heart, wanting to see every yokai herself and meet them all.

                        On the day of her academy graduation, Satoshi Hojo, the newly appointed Amekage, would declare a tournament between the academy students present. They were all gathered, even Amaya would had skipped out of attending class by playing with Yaggy instead. When she arrived, her classmates were being paired up against one another in a fight to the death. By the luck of the draw, she'd be paired up with Asahi, her own older brother. After a fierce fight, she'd come out the victor, but at what cost? For now, as a full ninja of Amegakure, Amaya remains uncertain of what path she is on life.

The chance encounter also blesses you with one of two options; either every other rank you gain [10] Ninjutsu or Genjutsu or mixed slots for a total of [30] slots (D, B, and S), or, you gain [1] additional Taijutsu or Bukijutsu style every other rank for a total of [3], (D, B, and S).

                        ▱▰▱ Perfect BreedingDue to your training and breeding focused on your pet's strengths your pet is stronger than most other animals of it's kind and probably even stronger than you. Your pet's custom techniques gain the overwhelming quality up to S-Rank. When your pet has been allotted 6 TA, in addition to mirroring Taijutsu and Bukijutsu of the tamer your pet may gain [2] Points to 2 of their stats, which can bypass their tamer's stat cap up to 10. When they have been allotted 12 TA their remaining 2 stats also gain this benefit. In addition, the user gets [2] more tamer attribute points every other rank beginning at D-Rank. (D, B, S.)

                        This technique grants animal-like accelerated fighting instinct and reflexes to the user. By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Grants a +1 to speed, agility, and strength.

                        Either the user or the canine will urinate on the opponent. This causes both user and their pets to track the target through the topic through sense of smell, even if the sense of smell is not the sense chosen for enhancement. In addition, the urine also carries tier one burning, due to being more acidic than typical urine.

                        Beast-Man Clone [ Jūjin Bunshin ] l Rank D
                        A modified version/mix of the Transformation Technique and clone technique, which is unique to the Inuzuka clan, allows a canine-user to transform their animal companion into a perfect copy of themselves. Like any transformation, the technique can be broken by identifying and attacking the animal, thus dispelling the transformation.

                        When an opponent is under the effects of To Challenge Myself, any attacks made by either the tamer or a pet, whichever one did not cast the genjutsu, cannot be deflected by a defensive or offensive based technique. The opponent may still dodge the techniques using the dodge system. Does not work with techniques which negate the opponent from being able to use the dodge system.

                        Passing Fang [ Tsūga ] l Rank D-A l Complex
                        The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The speed and power the user spins causes them to appear as a snake like cyclone. This attack does double the trauma if used Four-Legged Technique stance.

                        Dual Piercing Fang [ Gatsūga ] l Rank C-S l Complex
                        After the pet transforms into a copy of the clan member, the two will become a pair of snake like cyclones. Able to target the same opponent, (or opponents if they are within a ten feet diameter of the initial target), or two separate targets. If used to target two separate targets then this technique loses collaborative bonuses.

                        Fang Rotating Fang [ Gatenga ] l Rank C-S l Complex
                        Both tamer and pet spin together to create a buzzsaw like design. The buzzsaw may have no element or take an element based on the chakra nature of either the user or the pet.

                        Stage One
                        ▰ Elemental Fury | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user surrounds their hands with their elemental chakra, granting their taijutsu and basic combat taijutsu their elemental affinity. For each rank of the technique, this effect lasts one post.

                        ▰ Elemental Personification | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user floods their system with chakra while choosing one of the primary elements they have access to. This attunes the user to that element, giving their element of choice the following effects. This technique requires no activation but always requires it's chakra cost paid equal to the technique it is paired with.
                        Water: Reduces speed of the target by a [1] point amount per rank when contacting an opponent for the following post.
                        Earth: Stuns an opponent, losing an activation if unblocked.
                        Fire: Reduces strength of the target by a [1] point amount per rank when contacting an opponent for the following post.
                        Wind: blows the target back an additional five feet per rank.
                        Lightning:Reduces agility of the target by a [1] point per rank when contacting an opponent for the following post.


                        Stage Two
                        ▰ Forceful Wave | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user delivers a palm thrust in the direction of their target. The chakra released from the palm thrust creates a wave of chakra that expands five feet per rank of the technique and travels twenty-five feet total. This wave of force has the ability to knock away techniques of its own rank and potency and lower in the opposite direction as well as send those who are impacted by it away if their body rank is lower than the technique's cost. Opponents may pay chakra equal to the technique's rank in order to break from the forceful blast of this technique. In addition, this technique carries the chosen elemental affinity of the user to add it's damage type to the attack. If the palm strikes the target directly, the user pays the cost of this technique in stamina in addition to its original cost to deal damage.

                        ▰ Sweeping Force | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user squats, delivering a sweeping kick that runs along the ground. A thing veil of chakra rushes along the ground and travels toward the target five feet per rank of the technique, knocking foes down. When the user's chosen element is added to the technique, it affects the earth along it's path. Fire ignites the ground, Water saturates it, earth shatters the ground to make unstable footing, wind causes updraft, sending things flying, and lightning leaps along the surface of the earth.If the kick strikes the target directly, the user pays the cost of this technique in stamina in addition to it's original cost to deal damage.

                        ▰ Dual Forces | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user throws their hands to either side of their body, punching or delivering an open palmed strike. The user projects chakra outward from either side that creates a concussive blast five feet per rank, allowing them to launch any chosen element they posses from their hands, even allowing separate elements from both hands. If the palms strike the target directly, the user pays the cost of this technique in stamina in addition to it's original cost to deal damage.


                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Counter Force | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user opens their hips by rotating their front foot out. Then sinking, pivoting, twisting the user throws their hands outward as they rotate a full circle while expelling chakra five feet in every direction that carries the single element of their choosing they posses. This technique is used to duck below target attacks while countering with their own attack. This technique must be executed at the rank of the technique being evaded.

                        ▰ Elemental Doubling | Rank C | Training
                        The user does a single post of training where they practice combining their techniques with more than a single element. Once completed, all techniques are able to carry two elemental properties. This does not allow for Elemental Bloodlines to be used in this manner.

                        ▰ Snaring Forces | Rank X | Complex
                        The user reaches out, grasping the target's limb. Once secured they expel chakra from their hands and surround the target's body in their chakra. This chakra carries the elemental properties applicable by the user. The elemental chakra dissipates after consuming the target in that property.

                        Stage One
                        ▰ Whirlwind Movement | Rank X | Simple
                        By exerting a higher strain on their body, the user is able to execute their techniques [1] point faster per rank of stamina applied to this technique. This technique requires no activation.

                        ▰ Whorl | Rank X | Simple
                        The user performing several somersaults as they travel through the air, gaining a [1] point increase in speed or agility per rank of the technique. This can be used defensively to evade an attack or directly after a kicking technique. If used after a kicking technique, the user gains a [1] point speed increase to their next kicking attack if used directly after this technique. Alternatively, this technique can be used to relive damage from techniques that cause knock back or send the user flying to the ground by using the technique at the rank of the technique it is defending against.

                        ▰ Mach Flight | Rank X | Simple
                        The user leaps over any obstacle or wall roughly the height of the user or lower by using their hands to grip and propel themselves forward with incredible force. When colliding with a target, the user's speed is mirrored into their strength. Upon impact, the target is thrown five feet per rank of this technique.


                        Stage Two
                        ▰ Acrobatic Mastery | Rank D | Training
                        Having practiced their art with great concentration, the user has learned to change direction of their whorl technique.After this training is complete, the user may use up to one technique per post that would lower the stats affecting their speed without suffering that reduction. The user gains the ability to use Somersault to evade once every three post without it consuming an activation, but only against opponents whose body rank is at or lower than the user’s.

                        ▰ Razor Wind Kick | Rank X | Simple
                        The user leaps into the air, performing a falling ax kick on the opponent that is capable of causing deep bruising between E-C Rank, bone fractures between B and A rank and shattering bones between S-S+. This technique mirrors speed boots to strength boosts for this kick.

                        ▰ Centrifuge Strike | Rank X | Simple
                        By using the momentum of a running start, the user grabs a pole, rod or weapon hilt struck into the ground and propels their body around it. Using the power of the spin, the user kicks the enemy, slamming their foot into the opponent's body. This technique gains any stats the user’s speed has to its strength for the duration of the technique.


                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Perfecting Balance | Rank C | Training
                        Due to their various training requiring parkour style actions, the user is more stable. This training allows the user to withstand off balancing effects or knock back effects as though they were one rank lower in strength.

                        ▰ Slicing Handspring | Rank X | Simple
                        This is a move that can be completed either backward or forward. The user quickly propels themselves either backward or forward and vaults over something as in Mach Flight; however, this time, they swing their legs around from the side instead of sliding over the obstacle, aiming to kick the target with both feet. If the first hit lands, the second one does as well. If the user is able to hook their feet onto something on the other side (including things like an opponent’s arms and legs), they gain a [1] point increase in speed per this technique’s rank.

                        ▰ Hurricane Kick | Rank X | Simple
                        A technique turning the surrounding environment to an advantage.The user rushes towards any surface available and uses the momentum from their run to propel themselves back off the surface in to a round-house like kick.The rotating force of this kick causes the opponent to spin in the direction of the impact, sending them flying five feet per rank of the technique. All stat increases to the user’s speed apply to this technique’s power.

                        ▰ Swinging Fury | Rank X | Simple
                        The user leaps, grabbing a ledge or other object capable of supporting their hanging from it. The user then uses this to throw them into the air. Using the Whorl technique costs no activation if used here, combining it with a double footed kick that drives through a target with devastating force. When colliding with a target, the user's speed is mirrored into their strength. Upon impact, the target is thrown five feet per rank of this technique.


                        HEAVY GRAPPLING
                        Stage One
                        ▰ Grappling Stance | Rank X | Simple
                        The user takes their weight and shifts it low, storing the energy in their legs to be able to explode with power when necessary. When attaching to the opponent, the user will typically grab the back of the neck with one hand, and grab behind the elbow on the other hand. This stance is used for upward driving power and when the user needs to get under the opponent. For each rank of the technique, the user gains a [1] point increase to strength. Techniques executed after this grip is established negate the target's agility stat.This technique requires a single activation to enter, however after performing a technique from any stance, the user may enter this stance at the same rank for no cost.

                        ▰ Champion Stance | Rank X | Simple
                        The stands tall, flat-footed, attempting to keep their posture straight and unbreakable. When contacting the opponent, the user would typically grab around the opponent's collar, vest, arm, armpit, or wrap up the head. This stance is used for downward crushing power and when the user needs to be over the opponent. Techniques executed after this grip is established negate the target's agility stat and require the target pay an additional 5 stamina per rank of the technique they are defending that is paired with this attack. For each rank of this technique, the user's strength is increased by [1]. This technique requires a single activation to enter, however after performing a technique from any stance, the user may enter this stance at the same rank for no cost.

                        Stage Two
                        ▰ Strangulation Hold | Rank X | Simple
                        The user places the target in a submission while the target is on their back. The user scoops the opponent's head and arm nearest the user in both arms to restrain them,Then, using this side of their body, the user places their weight on the opponent's torso, restricting their lung capacity. This technique requires an upkeep of two ranks below it's original cost. For each post the opponent is restrained, the opponent suffers a rank of stamina loss per body rank of the user. Should the opponent's stamina drop below one third their maximum, the target is rendered unconscious.

                        ▰ Dominating Mount | Rank X | Simple
                        The user places the target in a submission while the target is on their back. The user mounts their target, sitting upon their abdomen and locking their legs around the opponent's own in order to keep them from using their own legs to escape. From this position, the user is capable of delivering striking techniques from any art or basic combat attack that negate the opponent's fortitude.


                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Dropping Spear Charge | Rank X | Simple
                        The user, dropping low and grabbing the enemies legs and pinches them together at the knees. Then using a strong shoulder charge they plow through the opponent and send them crashing to the ground. The user gains a [1] point increase in strength per rank of the technique. The user is able to enter the Dominating Mount for no cost at the rank of this technique after successfully using this technique.

                        ▰ Guillotine Choke | Rank X | Simple
                        While the target is bent over towards the user, the user places the target's head beneath the armpit. Using the same forearm to raise against the target's jugular, the user takes their other hand and uses it to level the choking arm upward. When executed the user clamps down on the target's throat, crushing adams apple and all. Each rank of the technique grants a [1] point increase to strength. This technique requires an upkeep of two ranks below its original cost. For each post the opponent is restrained, the opponent suffers a rank of stamina loss per body rank of the user. Should the opponent's stamina drop below one third their maximum, the target is rendered unconscious.

                        ▰ Elbow Drop | Rank X | Simple
                        After the opponent is grounded, the user drops from a standing position over them, planting their elbow into their body. This technique ignores armor for it's impact and treats defensive ninjutsu one rank lower in power. For each rank of the technique, the user's strength is increased by [1] point.

                        METEOR CRUSHER
                        Stage 1
                        ▰ Vertical Crush | Rank X | Simple
                        The user swings their blunt weapon over head, slamming it downward upon their target. This technique gains a [1] point increase in strength per rank of it's execution.

                        ▰ Sturdy Stance | Rank X | Simple
                        The user takes a wide footed stance, placing their arm that controls the shaft of their blunt weapon forward and their arm that generates power towards the rear. From this stance, the user is able to swing their weapon with a [1] point increase to their power while suffering a [1] point decrease in speed. This stance may not be used two consecutive posts in a row due to the weight of the weapon and needing to readjust their weapon.

                        Stage Two
                        ▰ Spiraling Meteor | Rank X | Complex
                        The user slams their weapon downward, releasing a blast of chakra at the last moment. This blast of chakra propels the user five feet into the air per rank, performing a flip with each rank applied on the way back to the ground. When used in conjunction with an offensive downward attack as they fall to the earth, this technique requires no activation.

                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Rising Fissure | Rank X | Complex
                        The user swings their weapon overhead, slamming it into the ground below. When it impacts the earth, the user releases a burst of chakra. An explosive blast errupts beneath the target that expands five feet in width per rank of the technique. The blast throws earth from the entire width of the attack upward, bruising targets at C rank and below, breaking bones B rank and above.

                        ▰ Soaring Comet | Rank X | Simple
                        The user holds their weapon over their shoulder as they wind in a counter clockwise spin, slamming their weapon upward into their target's abdomen. The strike treats armor as one tier lower and defensive techniques one rank lower, sending the target skyward 5 feet per rank of the technique.


                        ARCANE KNIGHT ORDER
                        Stage One
                        ▰ Empowered Guard Stance [ Kyōka Tate Dachi ] | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user raises their shield before them to ready themselves, increasing their endurance by 1 point when used at C rank and below and 2 point when used at B rank or above. While this stance is active the user may make a basic combat shield bash on targets as a supplementary action once per post. Additionally, this may be made complex in order to guard against ninjutsu.

                        ▰ Backlash Block [ Hanpatsu Uke ] | Rank X | Simple
                        The user defends against a simple or complex attack using their shield. During this defensive block, the user charges forward and takes several steps into the opponent. This disrupts the opponent's attack, causing them to fall back, stumbling or hitting the ground. This counter removes an activation from the opponents next post.

                        Stage Two
                        ▰ Kneeling Blade [ Hizamazuku Tsrugi ] | Rank X | Complex
                        The user raises their weapon above their head, channeling chakra into the blade as they bring it down to release a concussive downward force. All opponents with body rank equal to the technique's cost are brought to their knees unless they pay stamina equal to the technique's cost. If resisted in this manner, the opponent's agility bonuses are nullified the following post. This occurs in a conical shape before the user expanding five feet per rank of the technique.

                        ▰ Archaic Smash [ Arukaikku Sumasshu ] | Rank X | Complex
                        The user slams their shield into the ground, creating an arcane circle upon the earth beneath them. The earth shakes for five feet in all directions for every rank of the technique applied and an additional five feet per point of strength the user has. Should the opponent be caught within the range of this attack, their agility stats are nullified their next post.

                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Arcane Joust [ Nankaina Jōdan ]| Rank X | Complex
                        The user channels chakra into their legs as they dash forward, gaining a 1 point increase in speed when used C Rank and below and 2 points when used at B rank or above. As they charge upon their opponent they hold their shield up to defend their upper body while their weapon is pointed directly forward to pierce the opponent. When interacting with armor, shields, armor ninjutsu and barriers the opposition is considered one rank lower in strength.

                        ▰ Arcane Frenzied Bash [ Nankaina Kurutta Utsu ] | Rank C | Spiritual
                        The user channels chakra into their shield as an arcane circle appears just above it. Slinging their shield across their body as though they would throw it, the user is able to create a chakra disc that flies towards an opponent. Should the disc miss, the user is automatically deducted an additional B rank amount of chakra up to the next two posts in order to ricochet the disc back at the opponent as a supplementary action. Should this shield strike a target they are dazed, suffering tier one body paralysis their following post.


                        KASA YAIBA
                        Stage One
                        ▰ Majestic Fall | Rank E | Training
                        The user opens their umbrella while they are in the air. Instead of falling down suddenly, this training allows the user to float in the air for [2] posts per body rank of the user. This technique only works if the umbrella is all in one piece, and while the umbrella is opened. The user may drift in the air with the same speed and agility as they have while on the ground.

                        ▰ A Great Escape | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user holds their umbrella above their head and extends their arm in the air while the umbrella is open. A blast of chakra propels the user suddenly into the air. The user can launch themselves up to ten feet in the air per rank of this technique. The blast of chakra also disrupts and dispels any fog like covering surrounding the user is surrounded by up to the rank of the technique.

                        ▰ Hook, Line, and Float | Rank E | Training
                        The user opens their umbrella and slides the hook onto something. The moment the hook is secured into the object, the object will start to float. This object can support the weight of anything one hundred times its weight. If an opponent is hooked, then they will float in the air aimlessly. The opponent only needs to pay an E-ranked amount of chakra to unhook themselves. Although this is a training, and thus has no resource cost, to use it against an opponent requires an activation.

                        ▰ Stance of the Rain Warrior | Rank X | Simple | Stance
                        The user pops off the top of their umbrella, revealing their blade and their improvised shield. The user leans forward with the side which holds the shield, while their blade is drawn ready for a lunge. While in this stance, the user gains [1] point in endurance at E-C rank and [2] points in endurance at B-S+ rank. In addition, if the user blocks an attack from this stance on their following turn, then their counterattack does not cost an activation.


                        Stage Two
                        ▰ Downcast | Rank D | Spiritual
                        The user either throws their whole umbrella or the head of their umbrella into the air while it is open. As the user holds a handseal, the head hovers in the air. From the opened umbrella the mechanism may be used through the utilization of a handseal. The upkeep of this post is half of the cost of its initial activation.

                        ▰ Clash of Thunder | Rank X | Simple
                        A counter strike attack which must be cast at the same rank as the opponent’s strike. The user intercept’s the swing of the enemy’s weapon with a swing of their closed umbrella. As the two weapons collide, the user opens their umbrella, which causes the weapon to fly out of the opponent’s hands, thus disarming them. This technique cannot be used if the opponent has overwhelming and the user does not, as well as if the opponent’s strength is a [2] point boost above the user’s endurance. The weapon must all be in one part in order for this technique to work.

                        ▰ Trip Shot | Rank X | Complex
                        The user either opens their umbrella downward or throws the head of their umbrella toward the ground. The umbrella spins like a buzzsaw and flies forward, attempting to strike at the opponent by the legs. Because of the trickery of this technique, the opponent suffers a [2] point debuff in endurance at B-S+ rank and a [1] point debuff at E-C rank.

                        ▰ Lightning Joust | Rank X | Simple
                        The user must have their full umbrella intact for this technique. The user thrust forward with their umbrella, anticipating their opponent to dodge out of the attack. The user then fires their umbrella’s head off as a projectile, which flies forward open, causing bludgeoning damage if it collides. However, as the head flies off, the user then attempts to stab their opponent with the hidden blade. This technique cost two offensive activations to utilize, and on the second hit because of the trickery of the attack the opponent suffers a [2] point debuff in agility at B-S+ rank and a [1] point decrease at E-C rank.


                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Maiden’s Modesty| Rank X | Complex
                        The user either needs the head of their umbrella, or for their umbrella to be all one piece. The user shields themselves behind the opened head of the umbrella as their chakra fortifies the structure, allowing it to shield itself from oncoming attacks. In addition, if the umbrella is all attached, then this technique has overwhelming against oncoming attacks.

                        ▰ Hook Shot | Rank C | Simple
                        The user holds their umbrella by their curved hook as they hold the umbrella against their arm. They then use the umbrella to strike an opponent at the back of their head. If this technique makes contact then the opponent is automatically knocked unconscious. The umbrella must be completely connected to use this technique.

                        ▰ Emergency Escape | Rank C | Training
                        A technique which connects the umbrella’s head to its based while Downcast is used. The user can either leap into the air with their blade to hook it in themselves, or they can toss their sword in the air and the blade will automatically lock into the head. If the user holds onto the blade while it connects to the base, then they may slip then into Majestic Fall

                        ▰ Parasol Dance | Rank X | Complex
                        The user performs a forward lunge with their weapon. Should the opponent dodge, then the user flicks the wrist which holds the umbrella upward. This causes the umbrella to twirl in the air as it opens and catches the opponent off guard as the chakra gives the blade an unnaturally strong impact. This technique gains a [2] point increase to speed at B-S+ rank and a [1] point increase at E-C rank. If this technique is used while the head is off the umbrella, then the attack is finished after the twirl. However, if the head is still attached, then the user may then use the twirl to launch Downcast within an activation or a handseal. The activation of Downcast requires a D-ranked amount of chakra.

                        Stage One
                        ▰ Coiling Strike | Rank X | Simple
                        The user strikes out with their whip, latching it's tip to the first object that it contacts. If unblocked, the target must pay the cost of this technique in stamina. Otherwise they are at the mercy of the user for the next two posts. This technique may be used while dual wielding, however it's cost to break the technique is one rank lower for the target.

                        ▰ Viper Strike | Rank X | Simple
                        The user strikes out with their weapon, striking at a target. If this technique encounters a weapon during it's use, the weapon is shattered or broken beyond repair for the duration of the fight.                         The user lashes out with their whip, directing it's tip along the ground as it travels in a straight line towards it's target while remaining only millimeters from the earth.                         The user pivots, evading an incoming attack that must be equal to this techniques rank and potency. While doing so they channel their elemental chakra into their blade. In a single stroke, the user launches a projectile toward their target of the element. This can be used as a defensive action or offensive. The size of the element projected expands five feet in size per rank of the technique. In addition, the user may conceal themselves behind this elemental attack and perform a basic combat thrust up to this technique's rank as a supplementary action.

                        ▰ Imposing Flame [ Kyōretsuna Honō ]| Rank D | Complex
                        The user channels chakra into their blade as it is consumed in the elemental affinity of the user's chakra. The user slashes vertically, unleashing an expanding wave of chakra that carries the elemental affinity of the user that covers a ten foot area per body rank of the user and lingers in the air. This technique causes Tier 1 blindness until the concentrated chakra dissipates after two posts. In addition, each various element is given the following abilities with this technique.

                        Fire: Creates heat, igniting any flammable objects within it and causing tier one burning and burns.
                        Wind: Disrupts any scents within the range of the cloud, making tracking by it impossible causes tier one vertigo.
                        Lightning: Static shocks numb sense of touch while causing tier one paralysis.
                        Earth: Debris floats in the air, getting in the eyes of opponents within it, making sight painful, even for dojutsu users, causing tier 2 blindness.
                        Water: Creates a slippery surface within it's area. Physical movements require Suimen Hokou no Waza [ Act of Water Surface Walking ] to be used within it by people other than the user. Otherwise opponents suffer a 1 point decrease in speed and agility within the affected area.

                        ▰ Flame Waltz [ Enbu ] | Rank X | Complex
                        The user perform a single slash of their weapon from any angle or direction. This chakra infused slash releases a powerful wave of elemental chakra that takes form of the element it carries it's affinity after being launched.For each rank of the technique, the element expands outward ten feet. If the user is able to clash with a target during this slash, the technique gains the overwhelming property if not already carried while forcing the target to the furthest range of the technique.

                        Stage Two
                        ▰ Blue Heaven [ Heki-ra no Ten ] | Rank X | Complex
                        The user perform a full rotation with their body, drawing their blade in a complete circle with them, gaining a [1] point increase to strength when used C rank and below while B rank and above gain a 2 point increase against those contacted by the blade. From the edge of the blade, the use expels a wave of their elemental chakra that expands five feet per rank of the technique's execution. Alternatively, this technique may be made spiritual to forego its stat increases but doubles its range.

                        ▰ Flame Breathing Pattern [ Kaen Kokyū Hōhō ] | Rank D | Training
                        The user is accustomed to the unique and various breaths that it takes to perform physical attacks as well as to channel chakra. This allows the user to passively detect when an offensive action is about to occur, giving them a [1] point increase in agility per body rank of the user. Additionally, once every three posts, the user is able to defend against an offensive activation without utilizing an activation.

                        ▰ Flame Waltz: Flash [ Enbu: Sen ] | Rank X | Complex
                        An advanced secondary attack following the Flame Waltz.Immediately following the parent technique's attack, this technique may be executed at the same rank for no activation. The user slashes the opposite direction to it's first attack, releasing a different element the user possesses that is compatible with the first attacks element. This allows the two techniques to Korabo their elemental abilities, creating a fused wave of elemental chakra.

                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Blazing Crimson Mirror [ Moeru Shinku no Kagami ] | Rank X | Complex
                        The user channels their chakra into their blade, rotating in a complete circle as they catch an incoming projectile attack, including ninjutsu and bloodline ninjutsu with the edge of their sword, hurling it back towards the source as they complete the rotation. This technique must be used at the same rank and potency as the technique it is countering. In addition, if compatible with the user's element, the attack thrown back has that elemental effect applied to it.

                        ▰ Flame Attunement [ Chōsei Sa Reta Honō ] | Rank C | Training
                        By practicing the style's many forms, the user has learned to reduce the chakra needed for equal results by finite control. This reduces the required chakra by 5 per rank for complex techniques that channel elemental powers. In addition, this does not reduce the potency of the user's techniques in collisions.

                        ▰ Flames of Deception [ Kyogi no Hi ] | Rank C | Training
                        Once per post when using a technique from this style after the user completes this training, a C Ranked elemental clone of the user may be created in their place as they move out of sight in some manner through role play. This costs no activation but requires a C Rank amount of chakra each time done. These clones have access to C Rank and below Basic Combat Skills.                         In a very fluid motion, the user redirects an incoming attack with one or both sticks, up to the rank of the technique to either side of the user. This is much less taxing than blocking, since it simply moves the target of an incoming attack, costing the user one rank less in reserves to execute this technique.Gains a [1] point agility increase per rank.


                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Cross Strike | Rank X | Complex
                        The user quickly swings both sticks in a scissor-like fashion. At it's lowest rank it causes mild bruising up to heavy bruising at C rank. B rank begins to fracture bone, A rank and above shatters bones of whatever limb it strikes. Armor is treated at one rank lower for this attack.

                        ▰ Disarming Strike | Rank X | Complex
                        A defensive technique that allows the user to disarm the opponent by catching their incoming weapon with one tonfa while reaping the target's hands away from the weapon with the other. The target's weapon is successfully disarmed if used to counter a technique of equal or lower rank while throwing the weapon five feet per rank from the target.

                        ▰ Full Circle Slam | Rank X | Simple
                        The user strikes an opponent while holding the tonfa's grip, wheeling their tonfa in circles, slamming the stick upon the top of their heads and throwing them face first into the ground. This technique gains a [1] point increase in speed per rank of the technique.

                        The user thrusts both of their tonfa directly forward, striking at a target directly before them. Then, after this strike, the user channels chakra into their weapon and swings outward with each tonfa, sending concussive blasts of air five feet to either side per rank of the technique, deflecting incoming attacks and sending opponents flying.

                        The user prepares themselves with the sheathed swords at their sides and their hands hovering over the hilts. The user attacks the opponent by rapidly drawing and cutting at the opponent in a scissor like stroke. This technique gains a 1 point increase in speed or agility when used at or below C rank while gaining a 2 point increase B rank or above.

                        Holding one sword to their front in a horizontal angle and the second to their side at a vertical angle. A wide variety of techniques will be learned from this stance. This stance enables the user to parry or counter physical techniques from it's position as though they were simple.

                        Generally used as a follow up strike led by a slashing attack, this technique is a full forced shoulder check that stuns an opponent, leaving them with tier one body paralysis. If lead by a bukijutsu technique or basic combat bukijutsu attack this technique gains a 1 point increase to strength.

                        ▰ Hidden Thrust [ Kakusareta Tsuki ] | Rank D | Complex
                        The user swings the blade in one hand before the target, drawing their attention as the blade glows with the user's chakra, causing tier one blindness when it is acknowledged. While the target is focused on this blade, the user executes a thrusting attack as a supplementary action following this technique. When interacting with the thrusting attack that follows this technique, the target suffers a 1 point agility reduction.

                        Stage Three
                        ▰ Blade Storm [ Tsurugi Arashi ] | Rank C-A | Complex
                        The user will initiate a spiraling motion of attack that starts with the blade held to the side by delivering a horizontal slash at the foe. This is followed closely by the user's pivoting body following through with the first strike's motion to swing the other blade around and into the foe as well. From each of these strikes, chakra blades begin to launch from the blade, creating a barrage of furious attacks. At it's base, this attack generates six blades that fly up to fifteeen feet from the user. For each additional rank the technique is executed at, another three blades are generated and the range extends by five feet.

                        ▰ Vortex Counter [ Uzu Hangeki ] | Rank X | Complex
                        When the opponent attacks the user with a melee attack, the user feigns a defense with their blades, crossing them before their body. The user moves with incredible speeds, consuming a body flicker usage while side stepping the attack with their blades ready to attack with any melee based attack which is counted as a supplementary action. Due to the feign of the defense, the target has their agility decreased by 2 points.

                        ▰ Heavy Gale [ Kyōfū ] | Rank C | Complex
                        The user begins a furious assault on the target, slashing wildly at them to overwhelm them with the sheer number of attacks they are using. While the slashes from these individual attacks are not necessarily powerful, this technique is used to create enough accumulative force to lift a target off their feet and send them flying up to thirty feet if undefended and doubles the bleeding caused by the attack's trauma.

                        Personality: Jitsuko is a strange, unsettling woman. She is nosy and invasive, often aiming to get inappropriate and sensitive information from people about their lives. She is curious about all of the little intimate details of everyone, so she can determine their weaknesses. She tends to make terrible jumps in logic to guess things of people's lives, just because they often correct her with the real details. Beyond these manipulative behaviors, she is incredibly talented at reading people.                         Biography: Jealousy, resentment, and infidelity tore Jitsuko's parents apart. At the tender age of six, she witnessed her father kill her mother, only to explain to Jitsuko that her mother had been sickly, vulnerable, and had risked the well-being of the family because of her weaknesses. Jitsuko, who had very much been daddy's little girl, adopted this version of events as an absolute truth, but developed a hindering obsession with vulnerabilities and secrets. Her twin sister, Aiko, had spent much of her childhood growing sicker and sicker. Jitsuko, naturally, was obsessed with pushing and prodding at her sister until she knew the boundaries Aiko lived in as a weak child.                         Biography: Kuchi is born of the union of an Inuzuka woman and a man who worked closely with the birds of The Aviary. His mother and father having met due to their similar jobs so to speak. His mother is a rather traditional Inuzuka though, holding dogs as pets much like the others of their traditional Inuzuka family. Kuchi also has two older siblings who also have dogs as pets as well. However as a much younger boy Kuchi seemed to lack an affinity for canines in general, and they didn't seem to like him all that much either. Most people thought it was weird, and that perhaps Kuchi would just go on to eventually have dogs when he and the canines got use to each other.

                        Rather recently, just before starting the Academy, Kuchi took a trip to the Aviary with his father. He still seemed a bit down having no animal companion yet. None of the dogs had taken a liking to him, even if he was willing to partner with them. During Kuchi's trip however, there was a minor mishap. They had been replacing some of the dead woods in the cages with newer woods. When they closed the cage a small green bird was seen coming from a log and wandering around. This sent the predator birds in the cage into a sort of hunting mode. Not fully tamed yet. The birds were clearly going to take the bird and devour it. It seemed most everyone was going to let it happen, ready to set up blinds so the gruesome but natural scene would be hidden from sight.                         On returning to their home, his father explained the situation. Kuchi seemed to have kept the small green bird, taking a bit of a liking to it. And it was clear to his mother that Kuchi was meant to be a tamer of birds not dogs. Maybe even just that one specific bird. Kuchi's mother quickly accepted it, even if it wasn't the family tradition. Kuchi then began his classes along side his small bird companion. Rather quickly passing, then being assigned to Squad 4.


                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class: Tamer
                        ▱▰▱ Chance EncounterYou are allowed to have a pet with a mythological aspect to them. This branch requires the pet has a minimal of four TA points, (points may be borrowed from later in the class if a single class, as well as bypass that rule of TA per body rank until C-ranked). This pet may have one additional Tamer Attribute. In addition, this pet gains an additional 25 chakra and stamina per the body rank of the user. Finally, this pet may be summoned and dismissed either the summoning jutsu, or by any means of calling a pet, (whistling, shouting at the heavens, etc), as long as the means makes sense within roleplay. The chance encounter also blesses you with one of two options; either every other rank you gain [10] Ninjutsu or Genjutsu or mixed slots for a total of [30] slots (D, B, and S), or, you gain [1] additional Taijutsu or Bukijutsu style every other rank for a total of [3], (D, B, and S).
                        Second Class: Medical
                        ▱▰▱ Maladies PhysicianShinobi of this discipline are experts in iryojutsu and are especially well-versed in afflictions. Their medical techniques cure all symptoms of status effects applied to the user, rather than where most of the techniques cure them one at a time. In addition, medical techniques which inflict a status may inflict three different applications of the status, rather than just one. The user's crafted poisons also carry this property. The shinobi also obtains 5 custom techniques for medical ninjutsu as well as a Medical Ninjutsu Keystone technique. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information.

This can be substituted as either the first or secondary element in terms of TA grants. The user is able to use medical technique on their pet while in combat within fifty feet.
