Nindo: "God help and forgive me, I wanna build something that's gonna outlive me." Personality: Brevity is the name of the game when it comes to Rinka. While she is lively, she keeps any and all speech brief; usually to two or three word replies. Anything that can be answered with a simple gesture is done so. In stark contrast to her aloof front, Rinka is actually very playful and enjoys the company of others. She is very trusting, but is very vindictive to those who break it.

Background: This is the story of a little girl, born sickly and frail. Her skin was pale, her bones were weak, and her cry was muffled at best. The little girl's family took her to the tribe's healer, but he said she would not survive. They took her to the doctors in the neighboring villages, and they said she would not survive. They even took her to the finest shinobi doctors, but they too said she would not survive. They were wrong. A year passed and the little girl still lived, then another, and then another. As each one passed, the little girl grew stronger and stronger, but she did not grow quite strong enough. She could run and play like any other kid, but she would quickly grow tired and weary. She often fell ill and because of this, her parents kept her secluded and shut in. Naturally, the little girl protested. She wanted to go play with the other kids, but it was no use. The little girl protested again and, in a fit of rage, broke one of her toys; a little doll. As she looked down at what she had done, something clicked inside of her; a little spark of creativity. The girl quickly scooped up the broken remains of her toy and ran off to her room. It was here where her journey would truly begin. The girl tirelessly toiled over the doll, seeing each separate piece for what it was and beginning to understand how it worked. After a while, she had fixed her toy, but that spark was still lit. That drive to understand what made things work hadn't faded from her heart. Much to her parents' dismay, the little girl began to take apart and reassemble various items around the house. They would not protest, however. If it kept the little girl inside where it was safe, it wasn't cause to complain. But they'd soon have one.
Many years down the road, the little girl wasn't so little anymore. She had grown much in those few years, but, sadly, she was still as sickly as ever. The girl remained confined indoors and didn't have very many friends because of it. Not that she needed any; her new toys were all the company she needed. At least that's what she thought. You see, one day, her family met an older man while out on the road. He was hurt, very hurt. The girl's family rushed him to their home and cared for him while he recovered. It would be a long time, but he was more than welcome to stay. The man's injuries kept him confined to a bed for quite a long time. He wasn't able to go out for walks or even go to the market. The girl saw this and understood how lonely this probably made the man feel, so she began to spend time with him. The girl dazzled the man with all the machines she had crafted and the man listened intently. The girl's parents would apologize that she was bothering him, but the man shook his head. The man said it was no problem and that he saw a lot of himself in the little girl. After a while, the girl and the man became very close. And as soon as he was well enough to stand, the man said to the little girl, "Little girl, you've done so well keeping me company these many months. To show my thanks, I'd like to show you some creations of my own." The girl enthusiastically agreed. And so, the man showed her his creations. There were so many of them. They had many joints and limbs, so many compartments holding all sorts of wonders. Some were shaped like people and some looked more like beasts. Some spat fire and some made it rain swords. Each one moved with a mechanical grace she had never seen. This only helped to fan the spark of creativity in the girl into a full blown flame of passion. The little girl begged the man to teach her how he was able to perform such wondrous acts, and the man happily agreed to teach, but it would have to be in secret. The Little Girl's parents had now seen the man for what he truly was, and they became fearful of what he would teach the Little Girl. They could not stop the Little Girl's drive, however. In secret, she learned from the man.This was no longer just the story of the little girl. This was now the story of the girl and the old man.
Many months passed and the man was nearing his full recovery. In that time, the girl had learned much, and learned it fast. She was able to make her own wooden men and make them move as the old man did. Her form was sloppy, but she would get better with time. Many more months passed, and finally it was time for the old man to go. This made the girl very sad. She had finally made a friend, and now that was about to end. The man offered to take the girl with him; to watch over her and teach her. The girl pleaded with her parents. The girl's parents saw how sad this made the girl. It had made them very happy to see the girl laughing and playing for once, and they did not want that to end. They said yes. That evening, the girl packed her things and said goodbye to her parents, beginning her travels with the old man.The old man and the little girl traveled far and wide. They visited small villages and grand cities. All the while, the girl learned more of the old man's craft. She was getting good at it too. She was able to do far more than just make her wooden men simply move now. She could make them dance, she could make them soar... she could make them fight. Her creations began to take a violent turn. No longer was she making elaborate clocks and wacky gizmos. The girl was making spinning blades and cannons that fit in the palm of a man's hand. The old man was grooming her to become like him... to become a Shinobi. The girl now fully understood the man's craft, but she didn't mind. To be honest, the idea excited the girl. And so they continued, traveling for many years.
The years had come and gone, and both the girl and the old man had grown even older. the girl had learned many new tricks from the old man. How to walk on water, how to take on the appearance of another, and many more. With these tricks, along side her wooden men, the girl and the old man traveled the countryside helping those in need. They chased off bandits and monsters alike and the girl enjoyed every bit of it, at least until the day she learned what a true monster looked like. When that day came, the beast wasn't draped in matted fur. The beast did not have razor sharp claws. The beast did not even have long fangs. The true monsters came bearing the garb of a man; a metal suit and blade. The old man had heard tales of these monsters. They were a recent threat that came to end those like the old man, like the girl. But he would not allow it. The old man had promised to protect the little girl, and he knew his time was growing shorter. As the old man, the girl, and the monster fought, it became obvious they could not win. But the man would not give up. He promised to protect the girl. The fighting broke for a moment. In the break, the man looked at the girl and said, "Little girl, you've done so well keeping me company these many years. You've been such a great student and, to show my thanks, I'd like to show you my finest creation. One I have kept from you all this time. But in order to show you this creation, I need you to go. I need you to run far away." The girl agreed, tears flooding her eyes. She might not have known what this meant on the surface, but some deep part of her understood. This was goodbye. The man turned to face the monsters and unveiled that he too was in fact a wooden man, one unlike any other. As the girl ran, the man's body opened up and swallowed the monsters whole, enveloping them in a bright light and a loud rumble. The girl turned to see the man's creation, but she saw nothing. They were gone. The old man did not mind. His time was almost over and he had promised to protect the little girl, and so he did. The girl made her way alone to the nearest village to finish her instructions in the Old Man's craft. She would become like the old man and help others. She would keep others safe as he kept her safe, and she would do so by destroying the monsters of the world. The true monsters.
This was no longer the story of the Little Girl and the Old Man. That time has come to an end. This is now, once again, the story of the Little Girl. This is the story of Rinka.

Each of the user's puppets are able to have three mechanisms which are completely unique to the puppet itself. For approval purposes, you can still have the same mechanism approved and used for multiple purposes. It just does not go against your mechanisms granted by the class. Second Class: Sealing ▱▰▱ Inscriptions of Power → Through tireless study and practice ninja of this discipline have learned to create fuuinjutsu that is stronger than those of their peers. First Class: Ninjutsu ▱▰▱ Brandish → You are able to wield three types of chakra. You earn 1 fewer ninjutsu slot whenever you rank up. Second Class: Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Berserker → Your external training and devotion to taijutsu has allowed you to have moderately increased Strength and Fortitude. Your hardened body allows you to mitigate the pain/status effect of an incoming attack for two post per body rank, allowing you to continue the fight until the pain or hazards settle in. This means that a stunning effect can be delayed by up to ten posts at S rank. However, you ignore pain anytime you use this discipline for any reason, meaning if you delay having your arm disabled by a skill, you can also ignore the pain from having been stabbed on that post as well. Ex.: A ninja uses a lightning technique designed to stun you. For one post, you can delay that effect from taking hold, and have nine posts to continue delaying effects. Similarly, the pain from the attack itself is also ignored. This doesn't, however, prevent you from being blown away in the wind, or set on fire/drowned for example. Furthermore, if lethal damage is suffered then the delaying ability will be nullified for that effect.

Nindo:"I will prove my worth no matter what it takes!"
Personality: Straight forward and to the point, Niko is respectful and intelligent but is also very trusting and somewhat naïve. She's a brilliant tactician on the battlefield, yet tends to fall a little short when it comes to everyday life. If it wasn't for her partner Hisashi, a white wolf she'd known since childhood, she would always be penniless or worse. She is far from rude but can be very sharp tongued and normally only speaks when spoken to unless she's speaking to Hisashi, whom she can somewhat understand. Besides her overwhelming need to prove herself, Niko is also driven by her want to see the world, and is fascinated by stories of other lands. Her dream is to one day become a shinobi of great caliber, one that is known throughout all the lands.
Personality (Hisashi): Hisashi has been loyal to Niko ever since he was saved by her as a cub. Hisashi has a pretty firm understanding of the human world, and only bares his fangs to those who with ill intent. Kind-hearted and warm, Hisashi was named by Niko's father and was told to watch over Niko and protect her.

Background:"Hisashi" When Niko was young and beginning to learn the ways of her clan, she wandered off into the forest one day. She walked and walked until she heard a yelp followed by a loud roar. She ran towards the noises only to find a small pack of white wolves cornered by a large bear. The wolves were all slain except for one cub who was viciously barking at the bear in attempt to hide it's fear. The bear rose it's mighty paw and swiped at the cub injuring it bad. Niko had seen enough. She instantly ran up to the bear and used a lightning technique she had learned scaring the bear off. Niko turned to the wolf and tried to pick it up but was bitten instead. Unwilling to give up, Niko tried again and took the bite but managed to pick it up. The wolf slowly faded as it passed out in her arms.
When the wolf came to, it noticed it was laying next to Niko, who was sleeping beside it. It tried to move but winced in pain waking Niko. She then immediately starts to care for it. The wolf had remembered where it had bit her. It noticed that the bite was bandaged up. It raised it's head and looked over it's body. It had the same bandages. Then Niko put some food and water in front of the wolf and backed off some. The wolf slowly ate and drank watching Niko. They would spend the next few months together as she nursed it back to health.
The wolf had fully healed, but had become quite accustomed to Niko. Niko, however, knew that this was only a temporary thing. She would have to release the cub back into the wild one day. That day had come, but when Niko and the wolf approached the forest, the wolf was reluctant to go. Niko also felt this way, but she also knew that it would be better in the wild. Niko turned to leave when she realized she was being followed by the wolf. With a sigh, she returned home with the wolf. Her father then welcomed the wolf as a member of the family and dubbed it with the name of Hisashi because he was always by Niko's side.
"Hatake" Since birth, Niko had shown a strong affinity for lightning and learned her family's techniques with ease. She was very skilled with the short sword, and had even become a well known genin in the hidden leaf with Hisashi by her side. Some even dared to say she was the "new" White Fang. However, due to the falling out, she was forced to leave the leaf. After the War, Niko was unsure what she would do with herself. All she had left was Hisashi who had been with her the whole time.
On her journey to find a new home, she met a man whom she had saved from, ironically enough, a bear. She then escorted the man to what was now the Hidden Whirlpool. To show gratitude, the man gave her a special sword. He stated the sword was practically worthless, but in the hands of a skilled shinobi, the sword can become a deadly weapon. Niko was told to infuse the sword with chakra, and when she did, the blade fell into separate parts. Confused, Niko swung the now whip like sword and slashed a nearby tree. Intimidated, Niko vowed on that day that she would master this new weapon as well as become a shinobi worthy of the Hatake name. The man laughed and agreed with her, then charged her everything she had for the sword. In awe of the opportunity that laid in front of her, she didn't even think twice. Hisashi tried to warn her of the scam, but was misunderstood by Niko and failed. Much to Hisashi's displeasure, the man hurried off leaving them in the Hidden Whirlpool with no money or direction.
"Well Hisashi, I guess we'll call this home."

First Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ Bloodless Kin (Sharingan): → Bloodless Kin allows you to receive one of your possible implants upon creation. The implant, despite being implanted, is treated as a born-bloodline to its user and has access to all of the techniques of the bloodline it came from, as well as the PAs. This implant can be dojutsu, elemental or chakra-manipulation based. It does not take a slot in bloodline rosters. However, this special implant cannot be the Rinnegan, and you cannot have Bloodless Kin with a Combo Element Kekkei Genkai implant or character. Because of the special nature of this implant, the second implant acquired from the Genetic Palette PA (listed in the implant system) will allow the wielder access to jutsu up to their rank, rather than a rank below them, unlike shinobi without Bloodless Kin.
Second Class: Tamer ▱▰▱ Beast of Specialization: → Pet Jutsu slots can be used for one general type of Jutsu (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.) and a special type of Jutsu that you have access to (Medical, Sensory, etc.). Pets cannot learn bloodline Jutsu. If a pet only knows one type of Jutsu, the cost of using that Jutsu type decreases by 5 Chakra or Stamina (to a minimum of 5) for that pet.
▱▰▱ Lifelong Companion: → A tamer who has a pet for either all or their life, or enough of it where they cannot imagine life without them. These pets learns all of the ninjutsu and taijutsu the tamer trains in per what is granted of this class itself. if the user double classes into tamer then they may have access to all of the techniques the tamer knows. If the tamer trains in an element does not have then the pay may auto-learn ninjutsu equal to the amount learned of the element which they do not have. Pets may not learn genjutsu, but learn taijutsu granted outside of this class, (meaning, the pet can use any taijutsu granted by either a dual class or by guild rewards where another taijutsu style is rewarded). The pet also has access to the tamer's formless training. If a taijutsu style calls for a limb that the pet does not have, then they must utilize a tranformation technique of some kind in order to use it. Finally, pets of this kind are allowed to have one sensory attribute. This attribute enhances one of the five senses to allow them to be able to track individuals. However, in return, the one sense that the pet chooses to have this attribute in makes them one rank more susceptible to genjutsu of that kind. Custom pets of this kind can be appproved with the profile. The format for pets of this kind can be found on the profile approval forum.
Chakra Pool: 250 Stamina Pool: 250 Chakra Element:Raiton, Suiton Chakra Element (Hisashi):Katon, Doton Chakra Color:Red Chakra Materialization: The chakra looks like lightning. The Raiton techniques the user performs appear the same color as the user's chakra (Hatake Clan).
Strengths: • Very calm and level headed during fights. She rarely shows her emotions on the battlefield. • Is very kind. She is quiet for the most part but likeable. She makes life long friends wherever she goes.
Weaknesses: • Niko is trusting/loyal to a fault, which sometimes makes her gullible and easy to take advantage of. • Relies on Hisashi for quite a bit of things. Struggles in situations without him. • She has a sharp tongue sometimes, saying things that aren't meant to be rude but are exactly that if not worse.
Fears: • She is afraid anytime she spends a prolonged period of time away from Hisashi. This fear starts as a worry then leads to a full on panic. • Her biggest fear is being useless and unwanted and she will do anything to prove her worth, even for those who may not deserve it.
Modifiers: • Learn 1 extra Bloodline technique per post.. • Learn 1 extra of every jutsu style per post. • You gain one Tamer Attribute at D-, B-, and S-Rank.
Personal Attributes: • Raijin's Blade: All complex and spiritual Bukijutsu gain a lightning element. This additional lightning element added to the technique reduces the opponent's speed by a slight amount [1] per contact made between the technique and the target per rank of the technique. • Beginnersh Ruck: Starts with a custom weapon. • Weapon Enthusiast: Gains [1] Bukijutsu style.
Tamer Attributes: • D-Rank Nin-Ken Wolf: Her pet gains [1] additional affinity.

Weapon Type: Snake Sword (Sword and Bladed Whip) • This weapon is treated like both a short sword and a whip. When infused with chakra the sword breaks into sections and can be swung like a whip extending it's range by three extra feet. The sections can then be brought back into the short sword on command. Used for close to medium combat it's sole purpose is to keep the gaps between the enemy small and limit their options for movement.

She's able to convince even the most stubborn of people that's she's innocent even if that person had just watched her cut someone's head off, she'd talk her way out of it. For the most part she can be pretty nice and innocent but, the second you do something to insult her you're likely to be the one that gets your head cut off. She's very much like a viper in the way that she's quick witted, even if she doesn't always show it, and she's not afraid to strike out.

It must be clarified that in [all ways], the inherent implant from Bloodless Kin is a second bloodline. Second Class: Sensor ____Zoom → The user has a vast eye, able to quadruple the range of a given sensory technique, often allowing them to sense things even outside of the given area (across threads). This vast range, however, makes it difficult to detect fine details. The user is only able to know that chakra is there, or that chakra is being activated. Things like type of technique, rank, element, ect, are unknown to the user.

The Umbrella itself is black with a victorian theme to it. The umbrella seems to be the only thing that has a single color as the rest of her chakra is any color you can imagine.

At this point the UHV invaded her village and killed many of the people in it. There were a few lucky survivors and then there were the unlucky that were taken because they had special qualities about them. These special qualities being that they had a bloodline, kekkai genkai, etc and that they were of young enough age to be brain washed into following every order the UHV gave them. Vivan was no dumb child. She knew what was going on and she understood that many of her family were killed on the day the UHV attacked. However, she knew that she was going to have to pretend to be one of the UHV drones until such a point that she could escape from their grip and leave only to come back and take revenge on them for what they had done to her and her family.

Too feeble. Promises are shattered easier than bones. A curse? Malediction? Too magical. An oath carries the wrong connotation. Suffice it to say this: When I say I'll do something I make it happen." Personality: Outwardly she is a shining star of all things positive. She is charismatic and charming, bubbly, beautiful and some might even color her with a yellow crayon. Bright yellow like the sun. In truth she is perhaps the worlds most selfish and cruel being. With extremely scarce exceptions everyone is a problem, an obstacle, a tool or inevitable stepping stool. I was born exactly on time, the perfect weight and perfect length child with the perfect tuft of hair on my head and the perfectly adorable, perfectly annoying cry that stabbed a dagger into the heart of my mother and father as soon as they heard it. They were under my spell from the start, and I never even wanted it. Then shoes I was to fill were larger than was fair for a girl my age. While my brother formed a bond with nature that was frowned upon for it's negativity I was given a plethora of unique skills to my blood that set me apart from every peer, poor Shinsei included.
It should have put a rift between us.
Instead I lamented his curse, as I saw it. I hated that I was the golden and he the bronze, cast aside while the world loved and cherished me. I saw how unfair the world was for those who were born even a step behind. I, with my perfection, could never truly understand or enjoy hardship. I could never learn what it was like to fail: it was a forgone conclusion I would succeed at anything and everything I tried. Despite this I found love in Shinsei, and he in me. We abandoned the family that scorned him.
For different reasons. I mean, I am still human, I still want and hunger. My wants are much different than his. I want to keep pushing forward just until some day I reach a point where something challenges me. I hunger for that. For strife. I've never known it, not really. And if that means crushing the world in my hands, or restoring it after aiding in it's destruction...

Strengths: • Her field of view is actually potentially ridiculous. This comes from being able to see from more than one angle. This also allows her to have exceptionally strong tactical decision making. • She is particularly good at forcing people into close range conflicts, but takes advantage of her full skillset intelligently beyond her specialization. Weaknesses: • The light that burns twice as bright, burns half as long. • As a result of her upbringing, she sometimes tends to assume that whatever she does is going to succeed, and as a result focuses in on singular strategies until they work, and being easily shaken when she's put off of her balance. Fears: • Shinsei's thicket is frightening for her, mostly because she doesn't want to experience whatever corruption has taken his chakra and less because of it's intimidating presence. • Particularly afraid of making true, realistic connections that can be severed and used to hurt her, quite like the thieves guild did to her when they killed Mugen.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|And So Our Story Begins…|├▬ Saiko was born into a practically normal family in Sunagakure. There wasn’t much unique about them as none of his family were shinobi. They were citizens of the Village and nothing more. The only real tragedy happening when Saiko lost his eye in his father's work shop due to an accident. His father runs a store within the city and his mother stayed at home to take care of the children. However, from an early age it seemed that Saiko’s life was not going to take the same route as his parents. It seemed at even at an early age he had an affinity for chakra and not only that but, he wanted to be a Shinobi and protect the village just like the Kazekage. His parents didn’t want this for him but, after much protesting from Saiko, they finally agreed to allow him to join the academy. In the academy he flourished and did much better than his parents expected. He wasn’t the best student but, he did well enough to pass the academy. It was in the academy that he discovered he had the potential to use several Kekkai Genkai’s, an ability that was known to be extremely rare. Saiko took this as a sign that he was meant to be a Shinobi after all. His parents were happy but, extremely worried about their son for obvious reasons. It was almost a death sentence to be a shinobi but, they wanted the best for their son. To show they supported him, they gave him a locket with a single picture in it that had him and his parents together.
