Essentially just makes ninjutsu illusory. So an genjutsu doton wall wouldn't stop anything collision wise. Tge illusory fireball would pass through a real fireball. If it hit it would feel like it hurt or burned but not have inflicted any damage. An illusory lightening armor would appear to look like wearing the lightening armor but has no defensive powers what so ever.
Approved, but with the illusory ninjutsu on trial mode. If it becomes problematic, youre gonna have to change it. Im also going to say that the jutsu doesnt get cheaper. We currently have it set so conversion PAs increase the cost by 10 chakra per rank. Swap the reduce effect for this effect and you're good to go

Nindo: "Live like you'll die today!Fight Like you'll never lose!And Dance like no one can see yah!" Personality: On the surface, J and J seem to lack a lot of depth. Jeon is jovial to the point where it seems like She don't know sadness at all, even in the face of a very tough life. They both are ninja, first and foremost, and will fight to defend their home until the very, bitter end if need be. But for a die hard shinobi,Jeon is an unexpectedly positive and bright individual, almost electrifying in how she interacts with the world. On the otherhand, Jay seems to be a more reserved and thought invoking individual. He is slow to anger, and generally exudes an aura that brings, to the forefront a calm and inviting island break in the storm that is the ever-ecstatic and easily excitable Jeon. He loves getting his hands dirty, and is a fairly easy laid back person to get alnog with.
One thing that will undeniably ruin their ability to see you in a positive light (for a time) is stepping wrong of their sibling. They are ruthless when it comes to defending their allies and do so without blinking. When it comes to each other... they are utterly vicious. They can do a full 180 from nice to evil assholes to those that seek to do their other half harm. Similarly, people who disrespect their village name, or those who make sacrifices in the name of others get a tongue lashing from Jeon, and a stern and cold shoulder from Jay.
On the flip, they adhere to people quite easily, believing loosely in Ninshuu and the will of the world to bring it's inhabitants together. Oddly, Jeon is more religous than Jay, while Jay is more of an action sort of person than Jeon. They work towards common goals quite easily, and show each other respect even when they disagree. Often as that is.
Loyalty is important for them, as is honesty. Those who lie tend to turn the pair away, ruining their ability to trust them depending on the reason behind the ruse. As ninja, they lie via omisison, but they never do it to harm others.
Since becoming the kage, the two of them have been a lot more... independent of each other. With Mizuki and Kaneo always busy and out of their lives for long periods of time, and the village needing constant attention such as it is a tinderbox. Jeon is quick to act, Jay is quick to judge and both of them have issues with how the other administers the village. No matter the reasoning behind it, however, the two of them aren't at each others throats or angry with each other. They respect the differences in the other's worldview and administrative processes and work to find the middle ground always.
Since becoming host to the Hachibi, they've yet to reach full Jinchuuriki, but they have come to an understanding that his affect on their personality is mostly to keep them alive, resulting in both of them being more introspective and also casually more wrathful. They've gone from Wukong and Goku to Thor and Zeus as far as the viewpoint of the narrator goes.

This after near on a decade of them trying and failing to have children. Then, almost as if a gift from some higher power, finally the seed took,a s it were, and in a miraculous way. Recessive traits led to a pair of extremely special children being born. A Spirit Pair entered the world nine months later, and the duo were inseperable, even as the parents brought them before the clan they had no idea either of them had ties too. It didn't take long for them to be put into the academy, at a young age, and they began with a bang, making friends and doing extremely well in those classes they did take. Upon graduating, they hit the shinobi world with a bang.

Nindo: "The balance of life is very fragile; tilting to one side or the other is dangerous. This balance must be protected at all costs. A drop of light for life, a drop of dark for death." "He left me; my darkness, my other half, my yin. I'm stuck here to pick up the sickle, to continue on in his name." Personality: Sonyo has become quite the quiet and solemn person, withdrawing within herself. Soft spoken and careful with her words, the change of her personality would be stark to anyone who knew the spark of light before, especially those close to her. Sonyo has grown up, from the bright eyed gennin she once was. She now believes that she is responsible for holding the balance of life, having taken in to herself parts of her late husband's tendencies to do whatever is necessary to preserve life. Seeing herself as both life and death, as both the reaper and the protector of all that breathe and call themselves children of nature, she no longer struggles with the inability to kill.
The young female tends to struggle with bouts of depression, withdrawing further within herself and become mute for days at a time. They always pass, but she refuses medicine, believing this is something that she just has to get over herself. During these bouts, Sonyo becomes a shell of herself and somehow manages to be even more of a hermit than previously. The only thing before that could break her out of these spells is her adopted son, Taylor, but as she hasn't seen him in years, she's SOL.
For most of Sonyo's young childhood ( from birth to age 8 ), she lived in the frozen world of Yukigakure; a frozen wasteland of a place. Born in to a family full of strict people, Sonyo was trained from a very young age the beauties of dance and fan usage; along with other things a woman should know how to do such a sewing and textile work. She was raised as a noble in a peasant's life, leading to a lot of conflict as to what she should be like, as she didn't like the strict ruling of her parents. The young female then, at the age of eight, immigrated with her parents to Otogakure; a land much much different than what she was used to. Snow banks and ice were replaced with swamps and mud, and it took her a long time to get used to the vastly contrasting surroundings. Of course, Sonyo entered the academy as soon as her parents arrived in the new village, as that was the reason they had moved in the first place; so that she could "become a strong and respectable ninja" instead of the failure her parents saw her as.
Sonyo did much better at fighting than at the smaller tasks her parents had her work on since she could remember; she was better at molding ice than she was at sewing clothes, and she was better at kicking than she ever was at dancing. Of course, however, her parents continued to push on her the small tasks she had been doing previously. The young child began becoming over stressed and started to become bitter towards her parents and the world she lived in. However, when Sonyo turned 13, she met a girl who soon became one of her closest friends. The girl's name was Kinu, and she was the only person Sonyo knew to date that had the braveness to push through the blizzard that surrounded her heart. Kinu taught Sonyo patience and kindness; she taught Sonyo how to deal with anger and frustration and pain. However, later on that year, Kinu disappeared suddenly. She was never found, nor did there seem to be any rush to find the girl. It took a lot of strength, but Sonyo let it go, knowing full well that's what Kinu would have wanted her to do.
A few years later, Sonyo graduated from the academy and became an official ninja of the hidden sound village. She vowed to herself that she would work her hardest, for both her parents, and her best friend who couldn't work beside her.
__G E N I N__
Sonyo trained hard in preperation for her first real mission that would be given to her. She was instructed by Sgt. Justice Skelly to find the Village's Master Seamstress, who had gone missing. Early on, Sonyo was crippled by the idea that she might be too late and the female might already be dead. The female shinobi followed the trail given in the ransom note, only to happen upon the old abandoned building in the village; the only of its kind. It was here that Sonyo found not only a breathing Lady Yura, but also an operation going on under the village, invisible to those who never happened under the city. Sonyo knew her life would never be the same knowing this; her innocence to the village's inter-workings and what was going on was now shattered.. and she had a piece of knowledge that could get her killed.
After that things only got worse for Sonyo, she had a hard time going out when suspicions began to rise about what she did that day. Someone saw her, that's for sure. Soon UHV soldiers began pestering her, asking her questions. She was absolutely terrified that she would die... so she did the only thing she could do. She got her parents out of the city and then left on foot a few weeks later, alongside her best friend Elizabeth. The two parted ways at the suna gates after having a brief confrontation with a Village ANBU. Sonyo was left to live in the village alone while Elizabeth became a rogue. The trip to Sunagakure was relatively easy, that is in till they actually arrived at the village. Masahiro Hatake saw Elizabeth in the distance, taking measures to protect Sonyo should she be attacked, and it backfired. Assuming that the two were somehow connected to the UHV, Masahiro took defensive actions only to find out that one of the young females was seeking asylum while the other was only worried about her friend. After Masahiro promised to take Sonyo to the Kazekage, Elizabeth set off to begin her life as a rouge.
Sonyo then met Ayame, who appointed Nariomi Kaguya as her guide and mentor in till her probationary period was finished. Nari carefully guided and helped Sonyo to adjust to life in Sunagakure, even going so far as to allow the female to stay with him in his home as she was homeless upon arriving. The two spent time together and the young female couldn't stop from falling in love with him. However, after shortly confessing their feelings for eachother, Nari disappeared as he was sent of to some outerlying land for a mission. To try her best to keep her mind off the disappearance of the person she loved, Sonyo filled her days with missions and training. During this training, Sonyo met many more people, including her new sensei Theodin and the Community-Minded Woman, Bastet. After a mission to Takumi to get supplies for the mysterious woman's workshop, Sonyo became an apprentice under the woman for various artist pursuits. It was soon after this that Nari finally returned, and Soyno felt herself finally be at peace.
That peace did not last long, as the seven-tailed beast Chomei was released upon Sunagakure. Sonyo and Nari split away from Bast to go and try to save as many people as possible. However, they were only able to evacuate the residential district before Sonyo was stabbed in the back by a young girl who she was treating. Upon hearing her injured scream, Nari too stopped evacuating citizens to rush Sonyo to the hospital. Here she was treated by another one of the Medical Shinobi of the village, Doc Nara. Despite his best efforts, Sonyo fell prey to the poison that had coated the knife that stabbed her and exploded in to a rampage. She not only destroyed a good part of the bunker but also injured a few people who were currently in the hospital before the doctors could evacuate. After a brief fight with Doc and a new arrival Manny Hyuuga, a woman by the name of Kaori stopped the attack and finally broke the trance that Sonyo had found herself in. The young female didn't take her actions well, and fell in to a small pit of depression and disappointment.
Due to the mass of death to the village, the Kazekage threw a party meant for everyone. There was an announcement: relaxation and jolly-making were mandatory. Several of the villagers became drunk out of their mind, and fun was had all around. It was durring this party that Nari proposed to Sonyo, and she said yes. After all she had done for the village during the Choumei attack and everything she did for the village afterwards, Sonyo was also granted her Chuunin rank and thus the young woman left the village for the first time in search for her parents.
__C H U U N I N__
Sonyo traveled for several days alone, making her way through unknown territory, chasing the trail of her parents. Wherever she went, she helped the people she came across no matter what that meant. She healed the injured and the sick, she got rid of small issues and gave guidance to the people who needed it. Traveling became lonely, scary, and most of all bittersweet; she missed her home and her family in Sunagakure, and the more time she spent away from them the more it hurt her. Eventually Sonyo made it to the small fishing village in Amegakure where her parents had settled down, only to find it obliterated. Death was everywhere, and the villagers that had survived were in mourning. No houses stood, farmlands were burnt to the ground, and mass graveyards were everywhere. Panic rose further in Sonyo as she was unable to find her parents, and eventually her worst fears were confirmed. At the edge of the last graveyard sat a dual grave for her parents.
The chuunin felt rage like she had never felt before, a need for vengeance pumping through her veins. It clawed and ripped her up inside like a caged beast, and right when she was about to give in to it all she remembered home. She remembered her fiance and her kage and what they would think of her if they had heard what she wanted to do. And so, with a heavy heart and uncertainties bouncing around in her head, Sonyo made her way back to Sunagakure. She didn't sleep, she didn't stop; she feared if she strayed off the path leading to home she'd do something she'd regret. She made it back home in record time, only to find that her home had all but been ruined by the attack by Chomei even though the battle was long past. Several of her friends and mentors were gone, and Sonyo found herself deep in a pit of depression, still searching for answers.
Sonyo spent some time in a limbo-like state, not making bonds with other people, getting and dropping several students, and generally trying to find herself. She was angry at her weakness, at her inability to save anyone she loved. Eventually a tournament for the gennin in village was held, something for them to do for fun and also a way for them to gain experience. It was durring this time that James returned, relieving some of the burden off of Sonyo. It was durring this Tournament that Sonyo met a little boy named Taylor, and began to bond with the kid. She felt a strong instinct to protect the little kid, and it didn't waver even when Knives walked out in to the field during the final fight and exploded-- releasing the bijuu within him, Shukaku. The fight that ensued was quick, and no lives were lost, but the beast was sealed in Sonyo. Taka, the hokage, who had arrived to give aid to Suna during the fight, married Sonyo and Nari though a handfast like ritual before vowing to keep Sonyo sane and safe. During the fight, Sonyo had met a young Uchiha Jashinist named Kya who she found herself taking an instant interest in. The Konoha shinobi left, and Sonyo was left with worries about what would come.

Soon after Sungakure was scattered, Sonyo went MIA, mostly morning the loss of her husband. She did not contact anyone about her whereabouts, not even her kage, and took some time to collect herself and get more comfortable with the ichibi, Shukaku. She left her adopted son Taylor, who was on his way to the new Land of Lightning, despite the child's protests. After a time of wandering, helping when and where she could, she heard of where her dear friend Kya had ended up, and decided it was time to go back to the world of the shinobi. She made her way to the gates of Uzshio, brandishing an old letter from Sanae, hoping it would get her in to the village

Description: A sword commissioned in memory of Sonyo's late husband, the blade is made of white steel, the hilt is a black material wrapped in a white fabric, and hanging from that fabric is three hawk's feathers. On the blade is inscribed "天と地獄を通して、熱と霜を通して、私はここにいます" which means "Through heaven and hell, through heat and frost, I am here", which were part of her vows during their wedding.
Ability Summary: • In the hilt there hides a cartridge to hold poisons that, when activated, flows down a nich in the blade. This carteridge can only hold 3 doses of any poison/infectious material at once. • When chakra is channeled in to the blade, a raven feathered cape appears on Sonyo's shoulders and blood red tear streak like marks appear on her cheeks. This mode is called "Visage of Death", and and costs Sonyo 25 chakra per post to upkeep. While this mode is active, Sonyo's speed and reflexes are improved by 2, as long as the blade is in her hand. If Sonyo looses a grip on the blade, this mode disappears, and her speed and reflexes are decreased by 1 if the blade is forcefully removed.

Nindo:"I will prove my worth no matter what it takes!"
Personality: Straight forward and to the point, Niko is respectful and intelligent but is also very trusting and somewhat naïve. She's a brilliant tactician on the battlefield, yet tends to fall a little short when it comes to everyday life. If it wasn't for her partner Hisashi, a white wolf she'd known since childhood, she would always be penniless or worse. She is far from rude but can be very sharp tongued and normally only speaks when spoken to unless she's speaking to Hisashi, whom she can somewhat understand. Besides her overwhelming need to prove herself, Niko is also driven by her want to see the world, and is fascinated by stories of other lands. Her dream is to one day become a shinobi of great caliber, one that is known throughout all the lands.
Personality (Hisashi): Hisashi has been loyal to Niko ever since he was saved by her as a cub. Hisashi has a pretty firm understanding of the human world, and only bares his fangs to those who with ill intent. Kind-hearted and warm, Hisashi was named by Niko's father and was told to watch over Niko and protect her.

Background:"Hisashi" When Niko was young and beginning to learn the ways of her clan, she wandered off into the forest one day. She walked and walked until she heard a yelp followed by a loud roar. She ran towards the noises only to find a small pack of white wolves cornered by a large bear. The wolves were all slain except for one cub who was viciously barking at the bear in attempt to hide it's fear. The bear rose it's mighty paw and swiped at the cub injuring it bad. Niko had seen enough. She instantly ran up to the bear and used a lightning technique she had learned scaring the bear off. Niko turned to the wolf and tried to pick it up but was bitten instead. Unwilling to give up, Niko tried again and took the bite but managed to pick it up. The wolf slowly faded as it passed out in her arms.
When the wolf came to, it noticed it was laying next to Niko, who was sleeping beside it. It tried to move but winced in pain waking Niko. She then immediately starts to care for it. The wolf had remembered where it had bit her. It noticed that the bite was bandaged up. It raised it's head and looked over it's body. It had the same bandages. Then Niko put some food and water in front of the wolf and backed off some. The wolf slowly ate and drank watching Niko. They would spend the next few months together as she nursed it back to health.
The wolf had fully healed, but had become quite accustomed to Niko. Niko, however, knew that this was only a temporary thing. She would have to release the cub back into the wild one day. That day had come, but when Niko and the wolf approached the forest, the wolf was reluctant to go. Niko also felt this way, but she also knew that it would be better in the wild. Niko turned to leave when she realized she was being followed by the wolf. With a sigh, she returned home with the wolf. Her father then welcomed the wolf as a member of the family and dubbed it with the name of Hisashi because he was always by Niko's side.
"Hatake" Since birth, Niko had shown a strong affinity for lightning and learned her family's techniques with ease. She was very skilled with the short sword, and had even become a well known genin in the hidden leaf with Hisashi by her side. Some even dared to say she was the "new" White Fang. However, due to the falling out, she was forced to leave the leaf. After the War, Niko was unsure what she would do with herself. All she had left was Hisashi who had been with her the whole time.
On her journey to find a new home, she met a man whom she had saved from, ironically enough, a bear. She then escorted the man to what was now the Hidden Whirlpool. To show gratitude, the man gave her a special sword. He stated the sword was practically worthless, but in the hands of a skilled shinobi, the sword can become a deadly weapon. Niko was told to infuse the sword with chakra, and when she did, the blade fell into separate parts. Confused, Niko swung the now whip like sword and slashed a nearby tree. Intimidated, Niko vowed on that day that she would master this new weapon as well as become a shinobi worthy of the Hatake name. The man laughed and agreed with her, then charged her everything she had for the sword. In awe of the opportunity that laid in front of her, she didn't even think twice. Hisashi tried to warn her of the scam, but was misunderstood by Niko and failed. Much to Hisashi's displeasure, the man hurried off leaving them in the Hidden Whirlpool with no money or direction.
"Well Hisashi, I guess we'll call this home."

First Class: Bloodline ▱▰▱ Bloodless Kin (Sharingan): → Bloodless Kin allows you to receive one of your possible implants upon creation. The implant, despite being implanted, is treated as a born-bloodline to its user and has access to all of the techniques of the bloodline it came from, as well as the PAs. This implant can be dojutsu, elemental or chakra-manipulation based. It does not take a slot in bloodline rosters. However, this special implant cannot be the Rinnegan, and you cannot have Bloodless Kin with a Combo Element Kekkei Genkai implant or character. Because of the special nature of this implant, the second implant acquired from the Genetic Palette PA (listed in the implant system) will allow the wielder access to jutsu up to their rank, rather than a rank below them, unlike shinobi without Bloodless Kin.
Second Class: Tamer ▱▰▱ Beast of Specialization: → Pet Jutsu slots can be used for one general type of Jutsu (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.) and a special type of Jutsu that you have access to (Medical, Sensory, etc.). Pets cannot learn bloodline Jutsu. If a pet only knows one type of Jutsu, the cost of using that Jutsu type decreases by 5 Chakra or Stamina (to a minimum of 5) for that pet.
▱▰▱ Lifelong Companion: → A tamer who has a pet for either all or their life, or enough of it where they cannot imagine life without them. These pets learns all of the ninjutsu and taijutsu the tamer trains in per what is granted of this class itself. if the user double classes into tamer then they may have access to all of the techniques the tamer knows. If the tamer trains in an element does not have then the pay may auto-learn ninjutsu equal to the amount learned of the element which they do not have. Pets may not learn genjutsu, but learn taijutsu granted outside of this class, (meaning, the pet can use any taijutsu granted by either a dual class or by guild rewards where another taijutsu style is rewarded). The pet also has access to the tamer's formless training. If a taijutsu style calls for a limb that the pet does not have, then they must utilize a tranformation technique of some kind in order to use it. Finally, pets of this kind are allowed to have one sensory attribute. This attribute enhances one of the five senses to allow them to be able to track individuals. However, in return, the one sense that the pet chooses to have this attribute in makes them one rank more susceptible to genjutsu of that kind. Custom pets of this kind can be appproved with the profile. The format for pets of this kind can be found on the profile approval forum. (Enhanced Sense: Smell)

Strengths: • Very calm and level headed during fights. She rarely shows her emotions on the battlefield. • Is very kind. She is quiet for the most part but likeable. She makes life long friends wherever she goes.
Weaknesses: • Niko is trusting/loyal to a fault, which sometimes makes her gullible and easy to take advantage of. • Relies on Hisashi for quite a bit of things. Struggles in situations without him. • She has a sharp tongue sometimes, saying things that aren't meant to be rude but are exactly that if not worse.
Fears: • She is afraid anytime she spends a prolonged period of time away from Hisashi. This fear starts as a worry then leads to a full on panic. • Her biggest fear is being useless and unwanted and she will do anything to prove her worth, even for those who may not deserve it.

Weapon Type: Snake Sword (Sword and Bladed Whip) • This weapon is treated like both a short sword and a whip. When infused with chakra the sword breaks into sections and can be swung like a whip extending it's range by three extra feet. The sections can then be brought back into the short sword on command. Used for close to medium combat it's sole purpose is to keep the gaps between the enemy small and limit their options for movement.

Personality: Hajime has grown a little bit headstrong, he know's his abilities and has more self reliance than he did when he was just starting to learn under Belamos. Background: Haji was born in the Village Hidden in the Mist, he had a fairly normal childhood. As a young child he had been afflicted with a case of sleep paralysis, it hasn't bothered him for a long time. Ever since then it has caused him great fear to be in a position where he can't move or talk. Early on his parents and he, knew he could use Chakra, so he was sent off to the Academy as soon as he was of age. During his free days and starting before he even started, he learned the ways of the Samurai and has a very basic understanding of their swordplay. His father had taught him as much as he could, it was knowledge from his youth. In the Academy Haji learned the basics of their Jutsu, specializing in it as well as the ability to use two types of Ninjutsu. In classes he was neither incredibly smart nor a dunce, he performed well enough to graduate from the academy. What was notable though, is how well mannered he was, when they sparred or practiced jutsu among other things he had an air of honor and virtue that he tried to keep. The way he treated people, and his fairness and friendliness had Haji popular with the younger Academy students, they admired and found a friend in him. But that was behind him. It's been Five years since he left the Academy and the Hidden Mist village in its entirety. He traveled alongside Belamos Karna and trained and had been away for the last few months on a mission for his Master. He's since shown back up fighting along side the Sun God.

Background: Teki Kenchi was born in the Hidden Storm Village, a place that always seem to have very stormy nights. Teki as she was growing up,She studied quite often as even as a young child, she will stay up late nights. Her parents understood the fact Teki is a genius among her peers as she was advancing through the Academy in the Hidden Storm Village. Her parents felt very proud of her but yet they knew a secret about her. The secret that the power of the Byukugan lies within her blood and it has yet to reveal itself to her. As she got older, she only got stronger and stronger until the day the Byukugan awakened in her eyes after a dangerous mission. That day, it allowed her to perform abilities she never had before but yet she had no control over it. Teki Kenchi though some point as she graduated and became a young adult, she had decided for herself she needed to see the world to determine what she is as a Byukugan born Shinobi. A destroyer or creator which she told her parents her journey is outside the village which they found themselves pleased about their daughter making her own choice of life. Teki Kenchi then soon packed her things and moved out of the village on very peaceful terms becoming The Gentle Of The First due to her friend passing on her Senju DNA to her which has unusually allows her to cast all her jutsu like she was born with it.

Nindo: "Act as if on behalf of your superiors. Do what you can to shed a good light on those who gave their time to make you successful." Personality: Izana is a very simple man. He's a hard worker and has a positive outlook on most things. He is someone who would often spend time training others rather than himself in order to better lift them up. He is rather selfless and is always thinking about the betterment of the village as a whole. Izana is rather personable, despite a gruff appearance. He doesn't often have the time to pursue personal relationships, but he does often wish to spend time with his peers and allies.
Village: Arashigakure Title: Genin
Background: Izana was simply one of those genin who started later than the rest and was stuck not having a place in the typical three man squadrons. Instead, Izana spent most of his time receiving training from various instructors and doing whatever tasks they had for him. These instructors, rather than train him to be any stronger, would teach him to have work ethic and perseverance. He honed any shinobi skills he had on his own and wouldn't achieve great heights like this. He'd continue having this type of shinobi lifestyle until he was conscripted to join the shinobi ranks in Arashigakure. This was an opportunity to really get into the thick of the shinobi world and become someone completely different. So Izana trekked out to go join his new life in that village. He left with a hope to be on good terms with his superiors and hopefully do them proud with his abilities.
