The PA that reduces dodge rankings is denied. PAs cannot deal in ranked decreases or increases, as if the puppet arm. This would be akin to something like an implant and must be obtained through RP, as well as requiring the puppet class

His hotheadedness has gotten him into plenty of trouble but also gotten him through most of it too. He tends to act as though if he can't muscle something then it isn't worth his time. With his constitution, experience, and unorthodox skills Nabuya seeks to carve his own path parallel to those around him but unique to himself.
Village: Uzushiogakure Title: Academy Student
Background: Nabuya hails from lands afar and lived among those who isolated themselves from all shinobi. His clan's fears of ninja were only solidified with the coming and passing of that half-decade long warring period with UHV. However, Nabuya's ever-rebellious nature led him to doubt his clan's fears. "Why fear the unknown without actually trying to learn more about it?" Expressed thoughts such as these led him to incite disorder amongst the local hierarchy until he found himself outright exiled. Sent from his world to this one, to live amongst those that he was so fixated on. Although he'd never be given the chance to prove their concerns false, he was allowed to live amongst the ninja and learn first-hand how treacherous they could be. Nabuya's lack of fear led him to even go so far as get himself registered for shinobi training. "Using their tools against them" seemed to be the most effective way to dismiss that fear and learn about shinobi at the same time. Nabuya's story starts there, and continues into the unknowns of a future awaiting him.

1st Class:Bloodline ▱▰▱ Bloodless Kin → Bloodless Kin allows you to receive one of your possible implants upon creation. The implant, despite being implanted, is treated as a born-bloodline to its user and has access to all of the techniques of the bloodline it came from, as well as the PAs. This implant can be dojutsu, elemental or chakra-manipulation based. It does not take a slot in bloodline rosters. However, this special implant cannot be the Rinnegan, and you cannot have Bloodless Kin with a Combo Element Kekkei Genkai implant or character. Because of the special nature of this implant, the second implant acquired from the Genetic Palette PA (listed in the implant system) will allow the wielder access to jutsu up to their rank, rather than a rank below them, unlike shinobi without Bloodless Kin.
It must be clarified that in [all ways], the inherent implant from Bloodless Kin is a second bloodline. Nindo: " Killing is a profession, professionals get paid." Personality: Shisui is a jaded man who rarely speaks of the past but is more than willing to throw down his liquor. His sarcastic and irritable personality makes him a hard person for most to ally with. He does not lack manners, although he seldom has use for them. He is well educated for hailing from a village outside the structure of a village. He has a distinct disdain for combat that causes wide spread destruction, believing that all violence should be deliberate and pinpointed at the target. He has a tenancy to hold grudges but will overlook anything to achieve his secret goal.
Village: Uzushiogakure Title: Academy Student
Background: Shisui hails from the land of whirlpools. Prior to his time in the village, he lived on a neighboring island some miles off the coast. He is...was a father to two young children and husband to a remarkable woman. Two years prior to his enlistment in the village academy, he was a simple man who tended a small garden, providing for his family from the sweat of his brow. Their poverty meant very little to any of them due to the happiness they shared together. One day, while collecting ore for crafting tools on the opposite side of the island, smoke rose from the location of their home. Rushing to the aide of his own, he found a large ship had docked just off short and a slew of men who plundered for a living had raided their town and uses large explosive combat which was visible due to the blasted ruins and flames. With no surviving members of the village aside himself who had wandered away, he searched his home. There he found his wife had been abused and left for dead, his children slain. Shisui would remain on the island long enough to bury the dead, taking time to pray at each of their grave sites. This process took several days without rest. At the end, Shisui would wander to the main island, frequenting the towns bars until he would happen upon a training session one day of shinobi. He then realized that vengeance was within his grasp. With no hapiness and a heart of vengeance, he joined the academy as an adult, vowing to replace his impoverished heart with a wealthy life style while he sought out higher ambitions. ▰▰▰ CLASSES AND STATS
First Class:Bukijutsu ▱▰▱ Mystic Hero: → You are much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into your personal arsenal. Through your great devotion to this path you can cast ninjutsu can cast ninjutsu up to your body rank without hand seals while wielding a weapon. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use and require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. They also cannot be molded during another attack, meaning you cannot be swinging a sword and using this discipline to charge a ninjutsu at the same time. You also gain 2 extra ninjutsu slots per rank. In addition, once every other post all three of your activation's in a post can be used for offensive bukijutsu Second Class: Worker ▱▰▱ Legendary Worker → The user is able to create one additional legendary weapon for one rpc. In addition, the user can also create one additional weapon for their village or their rogue group that the character is a member of.

However, the replica is imperfect, only withholding it's durability for a single post. For each rank of the user's weapon crafting skill, the weapon's durability is increased by one post, totaling at five posts as a grand master. • Blood and Sweat: Shisui's pours his blood and sweat into his craft, requiring half the job completions to obtain his next rank of crafting as a weapon smith. • From Forge to Field: The user is able to create and wield an additional custom weapon for their own personal use. • Masterful Handling: For each custom or legendary sword being actively used that was created by Shisui, he receives a mild active increase to speed. • Upper Class Clientele: Shisui is able to claim ryo from job missions at 1.5x the normal reward for each rank. • Bond Forging: Crafting Missions can be done with a group, dividing the post count for each member. Missions completed in this manner credit each participant in one post of collaboration training with one another. • Natural Talent: Shisui starts off as an apprentice smith.

Background:
- Sheva grew up on the streets of Arashigakure watching the shinobi dash and run around. The life of a shinobi fascinated her, she always wondered what it would be like to defend the village with everything you had. They seemed powerful and oddly independent. She began to work out on her own and looking up information on the village itself, she loved the streets that she grew up on; she wanted more then anything to protect it. The research on the village worked it way into her days. She began to jog from where she slept to the Office of the Kage... just to see how long it would take. in times of emergency, she wanted to know how long it would take to talk to the Kage or even help the people around her. One night she was doing some training and slipped off the edge of a sharp cliff. She began to ascend faster and faster tot he ground until her right arm was skewered. Her scream was head not only at the ground below her but the edge of the cliff above. She tried with every ounce of her will to try to find handgrips along the cliffs face. But, with ever second she spent looking to bone in her arm weakened. The bone started to separate and Sheva began to drift in and out of consciousness. A ranking shinobi heard her screams and the following silence; they jumped down and pulled the girl from the stone.

First Class: Sensory Specialist ▱▰▱ Resolution → You are more determined to get fine details from your sensory techniques, but in order to get this type of clarity the range of your techniques is reduced by half. You are able to discover the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank. At body ranks D and C users of this discipline able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -1 rank deduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill if you know the technique that was used. This only works for techniques which originate within the sensory area of the user.
▱▰▱ Zoom → You have a vast eye, able to quadruple the range of a given sensory technique, often allowing you to sense things even outside of the given area (across threads). This vast range, however, makes it difficult to detect fine details. You are only able to know that chakra is there, or that chakra is being activated. • Switch Hitter: User can access both paths, but loses access to one of their elements. When crafting a clay attack, physical method attacks cannot be used by that arm until completed.
• Earthen Clay: Zahara doesn't possess the clay hands of the Bakuton clan, rather he molds Clay attacks by casting it like an Doton release. Additionally, he retains use of his Earth Element at the cost of losing access to C0. It takes 5 more posts to learn how to use the 'method' to use this style.
• Hyperactive Explosions: With his recent endeavors and trials, Zahara has attained a new mastery over his Landmine Taijutsu. With additional chakra poured into an Augmentation he can reduce the cooldown, [10] Chakra for a single post cooldown or [20] chakra for none. This cost can be done as many times in a single post as long as they have activations and Chakra to spare.
Nindo: "S-Senpai notice me" Personality: Lothar is a creative individual, bright and full of light with a bit of a speech pattern that could be put off as his most recognizable trait; often short and quick yet to the point. Always seeking to both improve himself and his ways, he's reflective and tries to do good in what ways that he is capable of for the good of himself and peers. Lothar bores easily in that he's always looking for something to occupy his mind with, riddles and puzzles being a favorite along with poetry to mull over time and when capable he enjoys tinkering with things, anything to occupy the mind. Analytic as he is, he often enjoys over examining something in detail to creating something overly extravagant. Personality: Mirai holds a lot of rage inside of her due to her past. Since she never had a chance to interact with other children during her childhood, she is socially stunted and prefers to be alone. When she does socialize with others, she comes across as heartless and cold, but really its only because she has never been shown love or compassion. She is focused, driven, and determined to discover the powers that she possesses.

Background: Mirai was born in a small village with very few inhabitants. Before she was conceived, her mother was in a relationship with an extremely abusive man who beat her and contributed nothing to the household. Once Mirai was born, her "father" left her mother, leaving her mother and Mirai to fend for themselves. Due to the emotional trauma from the abuse, her mother quickly became a drunk. Thus, from a young age, Mirai was forced to provide for her mother and herself. She spent her childhood picking up any sort of side jobs that she could so that her mother and her would not starve. Any extra income of course went straight to her mother's drinking habit, and Mirai would be beaten if she disobeyed. Forbidden from using the Shōton passed down to her by her abusive father, she would practice at night in secret. She developed a deep hatred for her mother. Finally, at 17 years old, she had enough. One night, while tucking her drunk mother into bed, she smothered her with a pillow and killed her. Mirai immediately packed her things and left town, determined to discover the secrets of her Shōton.

Strengths: • Mirai is surprisingly good at controlling her temper, both in everyday encounters and in combat situations. This allows her to strategize more effectively without emotions getting in the way. • She is very fast and physically in-shape due to all of the manual work she had to do throughout her childhood. Weaknesses: • Mirai is unable to interpret social cues like other people, due to her isolation as a child. • She possesses some guilt about her mother, and sometimes feels like she doesn't deserve to be a ninja. Fears: • Fear of meeting her father. She does not want to meet him because she is afraid it will be the one time where she cannot control her temper. • Fear of compassion from others. She does not understand compassion and she worries that if she ever experiences it, that it will catch her off guard.

Nindo: "S-Senpai notice me" Personality: Lothar is a creative individual, bright and full of light with a bit of a speech pattern that could be put off as his most recognizable trait; often short and quick yet to the point. Always seeking to both improve himself and his ways, he's reflective and tries to do good in what ways that he is capable of for the good of himself and peers. Lothar bores easily in that he's always looking for something to occupy his mind with, riddles and puzzles being a favorite along with poetry to mull over time and when capable he enjoys tinkering with things, anything to occupy the mind. Analytic as he is, he often enjoys over examining something in detail to creating something overly extravagant. Since his father passed during the move from Sunagakure, Lothar had been both ecstatic and afraid of meeting his blood sister in person, making it a point to first pass his exams.
Village: Uzu Title: Student
Background: Lothar was born in the sandy village of sunagakure, much of his earlier childhood was spent decently. His mother passed during his birth which had a bit of resentment from his own father yet cared for him all the same, for years however he lived in complete ignorance of his half-sister, Lahill, who was four years older than he was. For a time, Lothar did grew suspicious of his dad's habits of drink and bedding of other women while the topic of his partners were a sore one. As he grew up Lothar had struggles physically as well as easily getting sick, yet his wits were sharp but despite as such he managed to fail a few enrollments in the academy of Suna. His strengths were not with physical labor but he'd still give it the best of his ability. However given the time certain events transpired with the need to evacuate from the village and in this time many things came to light, his father had grown weaker over the year when they first left the village as he spoke in feverish ramblings, often at length. For the first time, a year and a half since leaving the sand village Lothar had been alone when his father had finally passed, illness taking him but over the half year he learned much of the regrets he had and mentioned that he had another child that was his older sister but did not know of where she might've been. In Uzu, Lothar was taken in by a group that headed an orphanage when he had no next of kin as his father's record of family history was lost back in suna. For the next few years he kept to himself and busied with both study and gradual training to overcome his genetic shortcomings, and at age thirteen he enrolled officially again into an academy with a new agenda. Lahill was the woman he knew to keep tabs on yet he was both uncertain and ever cautious to approach her, he was used to his blood father scolding him for such things when he been younger and wondered if it would be the same with her. He made it a point to become a shinobi first and foremost before then. It has now been a year since his enrollment and he nears ever closer to possible graduation.

Additionally, you may create a "keystone" technique; this technique is essentially a Ninjutsu ninja's signature move, with power, aesthetic flair and versatility similar to a technique such as Kamui. In addition, you are able to use your third activation for any ninjutsu, whether it is offensive or defensive, once every two turns. Second Class:Taijutsu ▱▰▱ Brawler → Your taijutsu is just one side of your skill, as you are also versed in utilizing ninjutsu as well. Your Speed and Reflexes are moderately enhanced and you gain an additional 2 ninjutsu slots per rank. In addition, once every other post all three of your activations in a post can be used for offensive taijutsu.

Nindo: N/A Personality: Seijun is a young man who was exiled from his home in Kusagakure for helping a slave and usually tries to hold no conversations without others if he can help it. If for some reason he becomes close with another person, he will go out of his way to engage in conversation because he has built a comfort zone with that person. He does not desire combat unless necessary, but does not think twice about honing his skills and learning new ones. Seijun does not grow quick to his own wrath, but maintains no composure if someone is being mistreated. His full desire is to one day return to his home; however, he is unaware of the policy for his family's village on exiled shinobi.
Village: Arashigakure Title: Genin
Background: Seijun was born into a family of nobles who somehow managed to not only own Kusagakure, but control its' Kage too. From a young age, he was taught slavery and how to abide by the rules of the village. He was not allowed to take unnecessary risks or pose any sort of an issue his entire life. His father forced the Jonin instructors to train him as best they could so he would not grow up to be weak like his sister. Everyday life was always the same until Seijun met a young slave by the name of Kosei who had been able to earn a slight freedom and become a ninja. Shortly after becoming friends, the village was attacked by bandits and through discourse with the noble family on the two of them protecting slaves instead of the village's farmland and water system, Seijun exiled.
Throughout the last two years, the young boy honed his skills on his own and made due with a life he had not chosen for himself. After the war with the Hidden Villages, the young boy would find himself seeking refuge in Arashigakure where he would be able to collect himself and focus on a life outside of his homeland until he would be strong enough to return on his own.

First Class: Bukijutsu ▱▰▱ Juggernaut → The user suffers no drawbacks of any kind when wearing very light and light armor at D-Rank, medium armor at C-Rank, heavy armor at B-Rank, and all other armors at A-Rank. They receive one free custom weapon or armor upon creation and gain a moderate boost to strength and fortitude. Additionally, they start with the following four techniques, rather than the six most ninja do: Bushi Ken no Jutsu [ Samurai Sabre Technique ], Shunshin no Jutsu [ Body Flicker Technique ], Kai [ Release ], and Kawarimi no Jutsu [ Substitution Technique ]. Second Class: Medical ▱▰▱ Combat Medic → Shinobi of this discipline gain the ability to pay for their simple taijutsu using chakra. This does not alter its strength in collisions in any way from a standard simple technique.
