                        Biography: Koetsu hails from the Tea Country, they'd been sent to the Ninja Academy in the Leaf to work and excel at their Nin' Training. They're planning on moving more into Medical Ninjutsu after their graduation.

                        "Mom...Dad I don't wanna leave. I don't know anyone there." Koetsu's whining and begging didn't amount to anything, now they were traveling in an ornate carriage, owned by his father. They were traveling into the Land of Fire, alone and would reside there for the next few years training. In the next few days they'd arrive.


                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class: Medical
                        ▱▰▱ {Combat Medic}: Shinobi of this discipline gain the ability to pay for their simple taijutsu as complex. This does not alter its strength in collisions in any way from a standard simple technique. The user's body is more attuned to adrenaline, which allows them to receive a benefit from their techniques which use them every other post versus every three post. In addition, the user gains a 1 point increase in a chosen stat per body rank but must utilize all increases in the same stat. The user's body is treated with the durability of medium armor without any drawbacks. The shinobi gains three tai slots, one at D rank, one at C rank, and then one at A-ranked. Finally, the user is able to augment their Genesis Rebirth Technique. Not only does this discipline allow the user to utilize the technique twice, but each time the user is restored of 250 chakra. The user also deals with trauma they receive at one rank less than other ninja.
                        Second Class: Bloodline
                        ▱▰▱ {Dual Ancestry}{Dual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank.}
                        ▱▰▱ Cross Class or Specialization:Medical – Bloodline: The user is able to combine their medical techniques and bloodline techniques for a single action, paying only the total resource cost. Doing so allows the harming elements of the technique to impact foes while the healing aspects are able to heal allies in it's area of effect simultaneously. Once every three posts, the user may use this effect with offensive medical ninjutsu.

                        Stoic and fatalistic, Hideaki is someone who has taken an apathetic approach to life after realizing that all events in the world are predetermined. Tranquil and not prone to hesitation, he's a decisive person who makes his choices knowing that there's no point in dreading the outcome, as it was all meant to be from the start. Despite all of that, the ravens raised him reasonably well, to the point where he doesn't take satisfaction out of unwarranted cruelty and has kept a sense of what's right. Because of that, he's prone to regretting some actions and dreading the course that the world is taking.

                        Regardless of what he feels is right or wrong, Hideaki's loyalty to the ravens supersedes all. He would scour the world in black flames to the best of his ability if they merely asked, and to fail them would render his life forfeit in his own eyes. His undying devotion to defending the midnight dreary realm has been recognized by even the crows, though they find each other on opposing sides more often than not. While he respects them, he finds their unquestioning faith in Yatagarasu to be short-sighted. Overall, they get along on all matters that aren't political.

                        Biography: The earliest years of Hideaki's life are unknown to all but the residents of the Midnight Dreary Realm. When trying to reflect on his earliest memories, all he receives is a vague vision and a pain that stabs ruthlessly behind his eyes. A blood-red moon shining through the twisted, intertwining branches that blotted out the rest of the sky. His arms covered in cuts with blood all over his hands, while the rest of his body was wrapped in a blanket of black feathers. There are other things he can briefly recall. A factory, glasswork, and musical instruments all come to mind but don't form a clear picture.

                        Hideaki remembers growing up in an orphanage, living a muted existence in a world that was passing him by. He learned, talked, smiled, but never truly lived. Not until Senshu reached out to him in his dreams, calling his chosen child back home. Placed under the effects of the Tsukuyomi, Hide left the orphanage to travel an unimaginable distance on his own for a boy his age. The ravens guided his way to the Midnight Dreary Realm, where he was relieved of the Genjutsu placed on him and told the truth. That as a small, defenseless child, he was nearly killed in a factory explosion, his body razed in glass and his eyes destroyed. Fate was kind enough to allow Senshu's flock to pass by out of pure circumstance to save him, the ravens knowing that someone who could survive such an event was chosen by a higher power.

                        Intensely indebted to the ravens, Hideaki swore his loyalty to them and spent the rest of his childhood and adolescent years being raised by the flock. The lore of both ravens and crows taught him to read and write, while the contract summons taught him not only how to defend himself, but how to completely control a battle using Genjutsu.


                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class: Genjutsu
                        ▱▰▱ Lasting HypnosisThe user's genjutsu prowess has achieved a heightened level of potency and lingers for longer. The primary sense of any genjutsu that was released using Kai lingers for [1] additional post. This residual effect is minor because the manipulation of the target with the technique has ended. For example, a complete darkness sight genjutsu that was dispelled may leave the lingering feeling that the world is still a bit darker than it is in reality. If a genjutsu used a mental status effect then it will linger for [1] post longer at one level below what it was before at a minimum of level one. Originally level one mental status effects are too weak to linger. The base duration of your genjutsu are increased by [1] post at E-C, [2] at B-A, and [3] at S and above. Instance genjutsu are not affected by an increase of duration but instead cannot be dispelled by kai and only by pain. Genjutsu upkeep lessens by [5] Chakra per body rank and non-Instant are applied with overwhelming, requiring lingering genjutsu to use [1.5x] the resource to Kai.

                        Strengths:
                        • With or without the Sharingan, Hideaki boasts incredible observational skills. From being able to accurately pick out the tiny details from complex images to placing pinpoint shots on specific targets from large distances with his arrows, his vision is formidable.
                        • Photographic memory.
                        Weaknesses:
                        • Because of an unknown aspect of his past, Genjutsu cast through the use of musical instruments requires him to pay one rank higher in Kai/pain release to break out.
                        • Hideaki can't put his all into it when attacking one of his own. When up against a Raven summon from the midnight dreary realm, all of his attacks lose one rank in potency.
                        Fears:
                        • He's terrified of developing further knowledge on his past. He's already got the impression that it's a horrific one, which must be why the ravens have blocked it from his memories.
                        • Being cast out by the ravens. Despite his unquestionable loyalty, he knows that he could just be another small pawn in one of Senshu's schemes. Even if that comes to pass, he hopes he'll still have a home to return to. To lose them would be to lose everything.

                        Modifiers:

                        Personal Attributes:
                        ▱▰▱ Smoke and Mirrors | The Hari is able to cast any and all genjutsu through eye contact with their created mirrors. This ability costs no chakra or action and allows the mirror to act as a visual trigger. Genjutsu cast in this way are acutely bewitching and have their mental stress and insanity effects extended after the genjutsu ends by [2] posts for no cost or action. Finally, due to their prowess in enchanting mirrors, the Hari can learn an additional 10 enchanting genjutsu at D-Rank, B-Rank, and S-Rank body.
                        ▱▰▱ Grand Reflections | The Hari's mirrors can appear to be of finer craftsmanship with ornate frames if desired. As a result, the Hari doubles the number of posts their mirrors stay active and doubles their range of control. Additionally, thrice per battle, the Hari can use the Reflect technique without paying its cost. Finally, while the mirrors are active at E-C rank body your agility stat increases by [1] and by [2] at B-S+ rank body.
                        ▱▰▱ Through the Looking Glass | Ninjutsu fired through the two-way mirrors augmented by the Magnify technique can be increased by [2] ranks thrice per battle. Also, the Hari can double a technique with the Refract technique without the rank drop and shattering of the mirror once per battle. Finally, the Hari receives 200 extra chakra to their pool.
                        ▱▰▱ Amaterasu's Cloak | All fire based techniques produced by the Uchiha are considered bloodline techniques.The flames are turned black and fire based techniques are reduced by 5 chakra per rank with a minimum of 5 chakra to be paid for a technique. For each rank of a technique, it's flames burn actively for one post or one additional post if a limit is given.
                        ▱▰▱ Illusorry Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost.
                        ▱▰▱ Melee Prodigy | The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active.

                        Atomu has something like 1,100 xp left over from being replenished.
                        Coto has 2800 xp (Which he technically shouldn't have and atomu's pool should still actually have 2,200 xp but that's beyond the point) regardless the math adds up to allowing 1700 xp replenishment in one way or another on this character.

                        Biography: Before everything went wrong in her life, Tsubaki was living rather peacefully in Sunagakure; having a healthy family life, having plenty of friends: It was over all an amazing time. Then, like things often do to those who get to comfortable in such a chaotic world, everything started going wrong. First, it started with Tsubaki's mother getting sick and dying. No one knew what ailed her, and even the best medical ninja were at a loss as to how to treat her. She died painfully and slowly, much to the horror of her husband. Thusly, Tsubaki's father, started going into mental breakdowns; apparently tortured by the memory of her wife's pained expression. No one knew what happened to him, he just went and left he village one day. Then, as children are oft to do, all of Tsubaki's friends began to believe she was cursed; and that if they spent time around her: They too would be cursed. Her older sister had already gone missing on a mock mission the week before, and now everyone else she knew was avoiding her. Things only seemed to be getting worse and worse as the months went by. Eventually, one night mid-spring, Tsubaki's older brother came home being chased by a very unsavory group. Of course, they busted into the house and beat him within an inch of his life; and they were going to kill him, but then they found his sister: Tsubaki was, at the time, hiding in a box; being a six year old, she could fit rather easily. They gave her older brother two choices: Either they take Tsubaki, and let him live; or they kill him, and leave. In quite potentially the boldest move her brother had ever made in his life, he told them to take her. Bold, but cowardly. Tsubaki, on the other hand, didn't quite understand what that meant. For the next ten years, Tsubaki was traded around and moved like some kind of animal. When she turned twelve and her bloodlines awakened within her, the trading and dealing only became ever more fervent. Time and time again, people tried to break the girl; to utterly make her unable to resist, but it never worked. Even in the midst of being practically tortured, if not outright, she kept a strong face. Tsubaki herself had no idea where this strength came from, but she reveled in its' presence. One day, during feeding time, Tsubaki met another girl who she felt an immediate connection to. The poor thing seemed to be really down in the dumps, so she decided to try and cheer her up. While she wasn't entirely certain as to how effective her attempt had been, Tsubaki had made a new friend. At some point, a group of ninja from the village of Konohagakure came and destroyed the whole market. Many of a traders and "trainers" were either outright killed, or left to die; very few, if any, managed to actually escape. The captives, on the other hand, were all set free. A large number of them decided to stay with this ninja, and return with them to Konohagakure. Tsubaki, herself a captive at the time, decided to follow them as well. A few years passed, and Tsubaki slowly became familiar with the village and it's people. She even became a Genin of the village.


                        ▰ CLASSES AND STATS

                        First Class: Bloodline
                        ▱▰▱ Dual AncestryDual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank.
                        Second Class: Ninjutsu
                        ▱▰▱ Elemental MasteryThe user's ninjutsu gains the ability to overwhelm techniques of the same rank. The overwhelming trait only applies to a single element at D rank, increasing to two at A rank. Overwhelming properties do not apply to techniques above S Rank. In addition, each rank that you gain an overwhelming property the user gains a free Element PA that allows the user to augment their ninjutsu that gained the property with an additional effect for no resource or action payment, allowing the user's ninjutsu to shine. You gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu per body rank that are dedicated to their primary element. Also, the user gains access to Augment Skill Lines for the cost of it's primary technique slot and is not required to pay additional slots for skills in this line. Finally, the user's two chosen overwhelming elements can be combined into [1] advanced nature kekkei genkai that counts as a free implant. This implant does not consume an implant slot but does have the restrictions of the implant system. The implant does not carry the overwhelming factor of its base elements through this discipline.

                        Forge Master | At creation, the user may choose Armor Smithing or Weapon Smithing. The character begins at Apprentice Status in that chosen crafting profession. The user is able to use their Steel Release's metals to forge all weapons and armor they create with durability that matches their body rank. In addition, each weapon or armor crafted this way gains an additional ability unique to that weapon that must utilize the clan's abilities in some way. Finally, items created this way can be freely absorbed into the body and expelled by paying an E Rank amount of chakra with no activation for each item removed during combat in this method.
                        Iron Tomb | All the user's techniques that would cause petrification in a target are instead changed to metal as they have their flesh's structure changed into steel. This metal element being added to the petrification status causes all petrification to occur at the next highest tier as well as adding an additional cost of the user's body rank in chakra to break the limb free.
                        Deconstructed Essence | When custom metal armors, weapons, and items are successfully reduced to iron sand by the deconstruction ability, the jiton user is able to retain [1] of the custom abilities of the original item in their iron sand for the duration of the battle. Up to [3] custom abilities from [3] separate weapons can be obtained in a single battle. Additionally, you receive 200 extra chakra to your pool, which is useful for deconstruction.
                        Electromagnetism | For an additional 10 chakra, all Raiton techniques can magnetize the target individual(s) or object(s) on direct contact and apply T1 burns from E-B Rank and T2 burns from A-S+ Rank. Using this method also allows Raiton techniques to turn the magnetic field created by the Magnetic Manipulation technique into an electromagnetic (EM) field. The result of this is that the Raiton technique can instantly travel over the area of the EM field while being manipulated by the user around allies. Doing this does not consume a combat action. Finally, you are granted [10] ninjutsu slots exclusively for Raiton techniques.
                        Voice of Heaven and Earth | The user's Ninjutsu techniques may be completed with basic somatic gestures. (These still take the same amount of time as normal hand signs.)

                        Nindo: Everything that is dark has some light to it, and everything that is light as some dark to it.
                        Personality: Iksin is quite a variety when it comes to personalities. He can be mean-spirited and mischievous towards some, a complete a*****e towards other, and the nicest guy someone else knows. However a constant with him is truthfulness, he doesn't see much in the way of reasonings to lie to others about his intentions. He may mislead people about his intentions but most commonly it's because he views it as easier to deal with than having high expectations from people around you. Originally he had an arrogant and cocky feel to everything he said, and often times looked down upon others. However since adopting a Daoist Philosophy as well as thinking on events during the Zaishin World War he has become less intentionally cocky.

                        Biography: Iksin's life was mostly a quiet one. He wasn't necessarily uncared for by his parents but he also wasn't really cared for either. They raised him yes, but from a very young age Iksin felt like he needed to be independent from them anyways. In fact he just always felt like he was simply better than his parents...which may be true considering they were fairly normal people and Iksin showed aptitude for the shinobi arts. Iksin took to studying and pursuing his abilities on his own from a young age, however has never had formal training. He left his home and parents around the age of 10 and began roaming the world wandering on his own. He began to study the histories of religions and the world itself. While he seemed to want to just know more about it, most people that saw him studying these things could tell he wanted much more than just knowledge.

                        Iksin is more or less currently looking into the darkening and relighting of the sun on his own....however he also has other plans he is pursuing. He doesn't believe much in what's around him and seems he looks to change many things. He has a way he intends on doing it too.

                        During his search for power he obtained the ability to create curse marks, creating his own curse mark as well in fact. He also trained under monks who followed Yokai as the base of their very unknown and unique religious practices. Which he became a sage by doing, as many may be aware of Human Sages, he deemed himself a 'Yokai Sage.' Which he used his powers in order to become more Yokai-Like when it came down to it.

                        During the Zaishin World War, and on his search for power he made his way to Zaishin to confront the Shogun and the Golden Dragon. He made clear his intentions were for power while also, unbeknownst to most including the others at Tetsujo, defending the noble clans from the dragon's fire. Choosing to not to disclose his own intentions and exchanging a few words with the new Shogun Musunde he would leave.

                        During the post war efforts, Iksin would locate and learn from Daoists, adopting a Philosophy similar to many of their own and training in using unique releases under a member of their people capable of using chakra. After such he continued searching, and encountered Monsters. Not Yokai, but Monsters. Which he would begin researching in the coming weeks. Some point during he determined he would join Tani...although he's yet to approach their Kage and make note of such yet. He deals with his small basic yokai type missions. However he had become globally known as a villain due to his unorthodox methods of completing missions as well as stories of him from the Zaishin World War. He isn't particularly happy about it, but he accepts it and is aware it gives him a bit more freedom than being seen as a hero.

                        ▱▰▱ Perfect BreedingDue to your training and breeding focused on your pet's strengths your pet is stronger than most other animals of it's kind and probably even stronger than you. Your pet's custom techniques gain the overwhelming quality up to S-Rank. When your pet has been allotted 6 TA, in addition to mirroring Taijutsu and Bukijutsu of the tamer your pet may gain [2] Points to 2 of their stats, which can bypass their tamer's stat cap up to 10. When they have been allotted 12 TA their remaining 2 stats also gain this benefit. In addition, the user gets [2] more tamer attribute points every other rank beginning at D-Rank. (D, B, S.)
                        Second Class: Tamer Class
                        ▱▰▱ Chance EncounterYou are allowed to have a pet with a mythological aspect to them. This branch requires the pet has a minimal of four TA points, (points may be borrowed from later in the class if a single class, as well as bypass that rule of TA per body rank until C-ranked). This pet may have one additional Tamer Attribute. In addition, this pet gains an additional 25 chakra and stamina per the body rank of the user. Finally, this pet may be summoned and dismissed either the summoning jutsu, or by any means of calling a pet, (whistling, shouting at the heavens, etc), as long as the means makes sense within roleplay. The chance encounter also blesses you with one of two options; either every other rank you gain [10] Ninjutsu or Genjutsu or mixed slots for a total of [30] slots (D, B, and S), or, you gain [1] additional Taijutsu or Bukijutsu style every other rank for a total of [3], (D, B, and S).                         • Members of the tamer class naturally gain access to the monster tamer branch of the monster hunter career, raising their branch limit from [1] to [2]. Additionally, members of the tamer class gain double the amount of tamer points awarded by monster tamer.
                        • The chance encounter also blesses you with one of two options; either every other rank you gain [10] Ninjutsu or Genjutsu or mixed slots for a total of [30] slots (D, B, and S), or, you gain [1] additional Taijutsu or Bukijutsu style every other rank for a total of [3], (D, B, and S).

He often disguises himself to seem useless to those not in the know, and is very quick to take any advantage that presents itself, granted it benefits himself personally.

                        To his friends, they see a different side in the flamboyant man. Although he seems like a greedy miser, he often secretly and stealthily distributes any excess wealth he obtains amongst the poor and needy, only rewarding himself with a single luxurious item per windfall, regardless of how much he obtained.

                        His intelligence and charisma are his greatest gifts, and he is always as prepared as possible when it comes to missions. His garb may seem flashy and unwieldy, but he uses it to make sure his mission succeeds by carrying as many tools as he can into the fray.

                        Biography: Born to a terribly poor family, Kusa was the son no one wanted. With an extra mouth to feed, his family's poverty only increased as he grew. Loans paid loans, and his family was perpetually in debt. As he came of age, Kusa began "acquiring" powerful tools, valuable baubles, and mysterious relics he would sell to keep his family afloat. To this day he wishes to pay back the kindness and generosity his parents displayed by eventually earning enough money to pay off their debt.

                        First Class: Medical

This stat boost can be what ever the medic wishes, however it can only go on one ally for as long as the medic wishes. Additionally to this, the medic is able to use healing iryojutsu on an ally from a distance as opposed to having to touch them. The range for this is fifty [50] feet. Furthermore, the user gains an additional 25 chakra per body rank. Tenketsu regeneration is applied at twice the amount, while techniques which cause tenketsu rot or burnout on the user have their effects reduced by half. Tenketsu restored by those with this discipline gain chakra equal to the rank of the tenketsu rot / burn out they suffered. So if the target is healed of tenketsu rot / burnout which prohibited the use of A-ranked techniques, then the target will gain 80 chakra in addition to having their tenketsu points restored. Finally this discipline allows the user to apply twice the tenketsu rot and burnout on techniques which utilize them.

                        ▱▰▱ Expert:The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, or two if dual wielding, to apply this focus toward with examples such as Katana, Spear, Bows or even Dual Daggers. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. They gain a [+1] boost to both speed and agility & techniques cost [5] less Chakra and/or Stamina per rank of the technique when wielding attacks with their specialized weapon in attack or defense. With a minimum of 5 chakra or stamina paid.

                        Kusa fires an arrow that, if it hits, drains all of his opponent's stats by 1, increased by 1 for every 2 additional ranks this technique is performed at for 3 posts. Upon success, Kusa can give his supported ally ninja (of his choice, if Soulmates is active) the same stats that were drained for the duration of the skill, otherwise he gains those stats.

                        Description:Kusa pretends to be a weak and useless maiden in need of help, calling out to X target(s) to ask them for aid. If he succeeds in distracting the target, he will attempt to keep them in a genjutsu in which they see Kusa as supernaturally attractive, approach Kusa if possible, and will attempt to aid him in any way they reasonably can without harming themselves or their allies. Any trauma or surgical afflictions done to any target will break the genjutsu for all targets. Targets are immune to the effects of most psychological afflictions other than mental illness while affected.

                        This technique is not reliable in combat without proper staging. Asexual characters may break this genjutsu at 1 rank lower cost than normal, while all others must break it at 1 level higher cost. If performed successfully and not broken prematurely, targets will be unaware they were under a genjutsu.

                        (Requires some time to channel, roughly X/2 posts, minimum 1, and consumes chakra equal to its Rank +1, 500 at Rank S+) Kusa forms a giant orb of water in the air, which he then explodes to create a (20*X) foot radius of shimmering rain lasting for X posts. Each post, ALL entities in the radius heal 1 surgical affliction, restore 3 tenketsu points (but not tenketsu rot), and recover (10*X) chakra and stamina. Kusa gains all of these benefits EXCEPT he does not recover any chakra or stamina.

                        Ku-Kun Style, Soulmates | Rank X | Iryojutsu | Cost [ Spiritual ]
                        Kusa must remain focused on this, and he has 1 less action/post while he maintains it. It has a range of 300 feet and an upkeep cost of 5*X chakra every 2 posts. He creates 1(+1 per 2 additional ranks) channels to his target(s) via special paper seals prepared beforehand. Those targets (NOT Kusa) all gain Kusa's support bonus (as well as his original target) and gain the following benefits:

                        - +1 temporary boost to Endurance (This stacks to +2 if Kusa chose Endurance for his Supporting Stat)
                        - +5*X passive chakra and stamina regeneration every 2 posts
                        - +1*X Tenketsu regeneration (but not rot) every 2 posts
                        - Are alerted to Kusa being attacked or otherwise in distress

                        This can be broken by:
                        - Removing the paper seal from the target
                        - Causing Kusa to lose focus
                        - Moving his target out of his range
                        - Kusa voluntarily ending it, or running out of Chakra

                        Ku-Kun Style, Beauty Spa | Rank D | Iryojutsu [Water] | Cost [ Spiritual ]

                        Kusa blesses a body of water that is at least 5x5 feet for 10 posts. Individuals who are out of combat that rest in the water for at least 1 post gain the following effects:

                        - They gain double out of combat chakra and stamina regeneration.
                        - They restore 10 Tenketsu burnout and 1 Tenketsu rot per post.
                        - They feel more relaxed and confident. Can cure minor psychological afflictions (1 per post).

                        If they relax for at least 3 posts:

                        - +1 to agility for 10 posts, the waters loosen, refresh, and relax their muscles.
                        - They may heal from one allergens, general illness, or virus affliction

                        ▰ KEYSTONE TECHNIQUE

                        Ku-Kun Style, Destiny Breaker | Rank X | Iryojutsu | Cost [ Spiritual ]
                        This technique costs 95% of Kusa's chakra no matter what rank is used. Kusa must charge for an entire post for this technique, breaking any Soulmates connections he has. Anyone who has vision on him will visibly see him charging his chakra, and he is vulnerable to attack if he does not choose to stop his charge prematurely and fail the attack. If it fails, Kusa is refunded the chakra but is inflicted with Tenketsu burnout equal to 20*X.

                        If Kusa fires and misses, it is not considered a failure.
                        Kusa firing an arrow also takes an entire post.
                        If the target does not want the help, they can reject Destiny Breaker with no refund to Kusa.

                        Kusa channels his hopes and dreams for his allies through his bow, forming an arrow of pure, glittering chakra. Upon successful charging of this technique, he can fire the arrow at a target with unprecedented speed. If it hits his desired target (Kusa cannot choose himself), the target gains the following for their next 3 posts:

                        - +X to each stat (Respecting the chosen characters max possible stats).
                        - Complete refill of chakra and stamina each post (respecting Tenketsu Rot).
                        - Breaks free of genjutsu at two ranks lower cost than it normally would.
                        - Completely heals Tenketsu Burnout each post, and prevents Tenketsu Rot ( but does not heal Rot)
                        - Heals all Surgical, Pathological, and Neurological afflictions at initial impact


                        After the effect wears off, the increased performance will take its toll, and the target will lose 10*X chakra and stamina, and suffer Tenketsu Burnout equal to X times the number of Jutsu they performed while under the effects of Destiny Breaker. In addition, they will lose 1 point in all stats for the next 10 posts.
