The only thing to keep in mind here is you would still need to use the water walking technique or wall walking technique in conjunction with this if you were to want to walk on water or walls respectively. If she's just floating above the ground itself, then you don't have to worry about that and can still do it for free. There's also techniques that prevent the usage of water walking and wall walking so, you have to be mindful of those as well. But, with all of those things considered, this is approved.

                        Biography:

                        Prologue:

                        Doski, Condes father was displaced after the events of Uzugakure and the reinvention of Konoha. With this event, he knew that life was fragile and he began to look for the one thing that he never really had....Love. He wondered the Land of Fire for months until he stumbled into a small village in the far reaches of the south. The Land was bathed in brilliant and warm sunlight. It was that afternoon after his arrival that he saw her: Jocasta. The warm sun gleamed off her beautiful skin and he knew that he loved her. His natural pallor and piercing eyes were a beautiful contrast to the deep mahogany of her skin and eyes. He wooed her, he did everything he could to make her his... but she continually refused.

                        One day, Jocasta was returning from foraging and was attacked by highwaymen. Coming across her laid in the middle of the road, Doski immediately sought revenge. Doski scoured the countryside and found nothing but not far; he heard screaming. Running through the forest, he came to Jocasta burying her dagger into the gut of a highwayman. He did not stop her, he knew (in his own way) that this was the only way. She slaughtered the men and returned to Doski. She stood stoic in front of him, arms open and vulnerable " You have seen me and I sense the same in you. " He walked to her and they embraced. It was what Doski wanted all along... someone balanced with Darkness and Light.

                        They lived thier lives in the small fishing Village. Soon Jocasta gave birth to Conde, they were proud parents and began early to teach Conde the 'ways of the world'. They taught her the essentials but knew that there were somethings that they wouldn't be able to teach. One Condes fourteenth birthday, Doski and Jocasta made a choice. It had been decided that Conde was going to do the same as Doski. She was going to wonder, learn and live. Conde knew that this was going to eventually happened and prepared herself.

                        At midnight on her birthday, her parents saw her off so she may find her own way and purpose.

Though these servants are not real, the actual Shinobi is able to remain hidden and throw Kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear that the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servant’s illusion body but not destroy it.

                        Harmonic Death Arts! - Free w/ Bloodline

                        ▰ Toxicity Training | Rank E | Training
                        The user before beginning their journey into the Harmonic Death Arts must first show their dedication to death by introducing the style's key element into their bodies, poison. The user must perform five posts of training. In these training posts, they must ingest poisonous plants, soak their limbs in giant jars of venom, and other methods of introducing poisons to their body. This training will bring the user to the brink of death, often requiring hospitalization, especially those whose bodies reject the poisons. After succeeding, the user's physical strikes that draw blood will administer Tier 1 Poison for each attack which draws blood.

                        ▰ Serpent Striking | Rank X | Simple
                        The user straightens their fingers together, placing the thumb against the bottom of the fingers. Imbuing chakra into their hand, they lash out at an opponent, gaining a [1] point increase in speed per rank of the technique. Should the user strike the target's body, even through clothing the technique is able to break the skin in order to introduce the toxins to the target's body.

                        ▰ Palm Strike | Rank X | Simple
                        The user delivers an open-palmed slap. This slap carries a [1] point increase in speed per rank of the technique. In addition, if this slap is blocked by the body or strikes the body in any way, the top layer of flesh is ripped from the point of impact, introducing the toxins in the body to the target.

                        ▰ Lethal Thrust | Rank X | Simple
                        The user delivers a straight jab to the target, bringing their fingers together to form a knife-hand. This strike is able to easily cause bleeding upon impact while treating armor one tier lower. For each rank of the technique the user is granted a [1] point increase to speed.


                        Stage Two

                        ▰ Venomous Chakra | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user cuts their own hand, allowing their toxic blood to flow. Channeling chakra to coat their entire body, this corrupts their chakra, giving the chakra aura surrounding them the venomous nature for one post per rank of this technique. Spiritual techniques that extend from the user while this is active are able to infect the target with their venom.

                        ▰ Scorpion's Needle | Rank X | Simple
                        The user is able to channel chakra around their hand, creating a three-foot-long thin needle that is opaque in color and nearly invisible to the naked eye aside from the tinge of the user's chakra color. This needle is able to be used for 3 posts. This needle is able to inject the user's poison into the target with ease. When this application is used, the natural tier 1 poison the user creates is treated as tier 2 E-C Rank, Tier 3 B-A, and Tier 4 for S-S+.

                        ▰ Demon's Claw | Rank D | Spiritual
                        The user creates a claw of chakra around their hand, giving each finger ten-inch razor-sharp blades of chakra that are able to slash and pierce the flesh with ease. If used while Venomous Chakra is active, the user is able to transmit their poison through these claws. For each rank of the technique, the opponent's agility are reduced by a [1] point amount if they are stricken, this lasts for one post per rank of the technique.


                        Stage Three

                        ▰ Form of the Serpent | Rank C | Training
                        This technique requires the user perform several unorthodox augments on their body through training and sometimes surgical procedure. By completing this training, the user is able to move their arms, legs and abdomen fluidly as though they had no bones. This training requires five posts and is needed to use any techniques of this style that involve these fluid boneless motions.

                        ▰ Anaconda's Grip | Rank X | Simple
                        The user slings their arm at the opponent, using their unnatural body to treat their arm as a rope. The user's arm wraps around the target's limb or entire body, restricting them from movement or utilizing this to bring them to the user. In order to break this grip, the target must pay the rank of this technique. In addition, for each [2] point difference in the user and target's strength in the user's favor, the target must pay an additional rank of stamina to break free.

                        ▰ Serpents Den | Rank X | Simple
                        The user, after completing their training to move as though boneless slings their arms at the target, using these limbs, the user is able to stretch their arms a total of five feet further and deliver two open-handed strikes that impact so heavily they remove the skin below their striking surface, infecting the target with the user's poison. This technique may only apply a single stack of poison at ranks E, B and S, totaling in 3 stacks at S Rank.


                        Light Touch Style!

                        Stage One

                        ▰ Soft Touch: Strike | Rank X | Complex
                        The user will lightly tap an opponent, typically with their hand or finger. After they lightly tap their opponent a wave of chakra explodes forwards from the contacted area that feels as if they were just punched and pushing the target up to 10 feet away per rank of the technique.

                        ▰ Soft Touch: Swipe | Rank X | Complex
                        The user will lightly run their finger or hand along a targeted area of an opponent's body. Afterwards the area has a chakra colored glow for a moment before the chakra sort of ruptures, and causes the afflicted area to feel as if it was scratched and even experience physical cuts as if it was scratched. This technique applies bleeding in the trauma status tiered by the rank of the technique.


                        Stage Two

                        ▰ Soft Touch: Deflect | Rank X | Complex
                        The user will use this on a physical attack coming towards them. Often times used on small projectiles. The user will flick the incoming attack, and as they make contact with it the weapon rebounds back towards them as the weapon is pushed back by a wave of chakra. Projectiles will return to their origin if hit with equal potency.

                        ▰ Wave-Touch: Force | Rank X | Spiritual
                        The user will hold their palm out towards their opponent. Then they will exert a wave of chakra that extends from their hand for 5 feet, and is 10 feet in radius. The rank of this technique does not change the size.


                        Stage Three

                        ▰ Wave-Touch: Augment | Rank X | Spiritual
                        This can be used to augment any simple taijutsu technique from other styles. The user applies chakra immediately after impact with a simple taijutsu technique, the technique then releases a wave of chakra that functions as a second attack of similar nature to the initial attack. Otherwise they are at the mercy of the user for the next two posts. This technique may be used while dual-wielding, however it's cost to break the technique is one rank lower for the target.

                        ▰ Viper Strike | Rank X | Simple
                        The user strikes out with their weapon, striking at a target. If this technique encounters a weapon during it's use, the weapon is shattered or broken beyond repair for the duration of the fight. This technique is executed at the rank of the attack it is countering. If used while dual-wielding, the user must use this technique at one rank above the countered weapon attack.

                        Stage Two

                        ▰ Fanged Attack | Rank X | Simple
                        The user lashes their weapon out, drawing it back quickly as they snap the whip on their target's flesh. If unblocked or evaded, the whip is able to shred flesh it contacts, causing painful wounds. This attack drains the target of it's rank in stamina from their reserves. If used while dual-wielding, the target loses one rank below this technique's execution in stamina reserves.

                        The user lashes their weapon out, striking a defensive barrier or technique. The forceful crack of the whip negates any endurance bonuses the target has and shatters defensive ninjutsu of it's own rank and lower. If used while dual-wielding, the target's endurance is decreased by [1] point per rank instead.

                        Stage Three

                        Belly Gliding | Rank X | Simple
                        The user lashes out with their whip, directing it's tip along the ground as it travels in a straight line towards it's target while remaining only millimeters from the earth. As it reaches the target, the user snaps their whip, allowing the attack to slash the legs, reducing their agility stat by [1] per rank of the technique. This may be used while dual-wielding.

                        The user wields their whip with both hands, pulling the hilt skyward sharply as the whip bounces along the ground while traveling directly towards an opponent.The whip gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of the technique. They took the children out of Storm at a very young age and deep into Lightning Country where the boys spent most of their time as simple farm hands for the Imperial City. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6].                         This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) An S+ jutsu always requires a water source, even if the shinobi in question creates it first. In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of basic combat manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5]. Freely manipulated water in these cases is treated as though they were simple for interactions.

                        The user channels chakra into their fingertips, saturating them as they perform a simple flick of their fingers at their target within ten feet, aiming at their eyes. If unblocked, this causes T1 blindness

                        A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop or as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. Only lasts one [1] post unless an upkeep cost of the original cost is paid for each post.

                        ▰ Water Sword [ Mizu no Yaiba ] | Rank E-B
                        Creates a sharp sword made of solid water reinforced with water chakra in the user’s hand for a single use. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size they want the sword to have, from a side sword to a massive two-hander. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to at most make simple cuts in the flesh while at its strongest power can cleave a man in two. At E-Rank, the water blade is at the length of a Wakizashi and procedurally grow longer in length per rank invested in this technique: E-Wakizashi, D-Katana, C-Nodachi, B-Zanbanto.                         The user and any allied shinobi they have trained in Korabo with and alternatively shadow clones will form a hand sign, linking themselves as the user slams their hand unto the earth. A bolt of lighting shoots between each of the allied shinobi as they each donate an E Rank amount of chakra before this technique is directed toward a target. For each participating shinobi, the lightning bolt gains a rank in power during collisions and is equal to half its rank when impacting a target directly.

                        ▰ Flickering Light [ Touei no Jutsu ] | Rank E
                        The user manipulates their chakra within their body to cause their body to glow brightly, illuminating a ten-foot area and causing tier-one blindness to those looking directly at the user. This technique may be sustained for three posts.

                        ▰ Lightning Clone [ Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank E
                        Forming the required hand signs, the user forms a clone of themselves composed of lightning chakra. This clone remains active up to three posts and is destroyed by the technique of its rank and potency or higher. Upon destruction, the clone releases a bolt of lighting that targets the person who destroyed it, reaching ten feet maximally. This causes tier-one paralysis on the point of contact's limb.

                        The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's chakra pathway system, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. It was also commented by Neji Hyūga that any chakra-based substance can be destroyed by putting chakra in it with his Gentle Fist. Also, as noted by Kidōmaru, this is done by using the chakra openings in one's hands to reform chakra into a needle-like shape to cut through chakra. It is unknown if this can be done by any Gentle Fist user or just those who see the tenketsu. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat. The ability to inflict severe internal trauma with minimal external force, combined with chakra network manipulation, makes the Gentle Fist the most reputable and fearsome taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure. In contrast to this, the technique can also be used for supplementary purposes such as helping comrades on the battlefield. This was displayed by Hinata during the Fourth Shinobi World War when she used the technique to fix Naruto Uzumaki's dislocated shoulder joint. The Gentle Fist is an augmentation technique designed to turn any simple melee tai technique or basic combat tai melee attack into a complex one that deals with damage to chakra. It takes no additional activation or cost to use. Techniques function the same unless stated otherwise.
                        • As an augmented complex skill, chakra must be infused in each attack to deal damage of 1.25 times the corresponding amount. ( If you use 100 chakra in your attack, it will reduce 125 chakra from your opponent. )

                        ▰ Chakra Needle [ Mizu Hari ] | Rank X | Spiritual
                        Using the chakra control granted by the Gentle Fist, the user condenses nearby water and shapes it into needles to launch at a target. By using Byakugan, this technique can be used with great precision to hit very small targets such as bees. Does not require the use of water, and instead launches chakra at an opponent in the form of a needle. Requires an active Byakugan and training in the Art of the Gentle Fist to shape chakra & then to throw it. Mizu Hari denies an opponent their stats when interacting with the technique.

                        The user separates their legs, dominant backward, and then allows their arms to rest, palms up, with one hand forward and one behind. This is the basic Juken stance and provides a [1] point agility boost at E-C rank and a [2] point agility boost at B-S+ rank as long as it is maintained post to post. Costs a single activation to enter, and another to maintain the stance post to post, and the cost must be repaid at half per post as well.

Almost! Since you're dual-bloodline Hyuuga/Ranton, you are not able to take any non-bloodline attributes like the one you've selected (Duty). You may take PAs from either bloodline or make your own (following PA guidelines) but the non-bloodline attributes are solely for no-bloodline characters. Other than that, the only thing I saw was that you gave yourself full resource pools -- but as long as you know you can only access 100 chakra and 100 stamina until you graduate, that's fine as well.

You can start now with your profile as long as you don't use Duty and you don't access more than 100 chakra/stamina until graduation. When you post your profile in the Arashigakure listing, remove the non-bloodline PA and you'll be fine.

                        Combat Outfit: When serious about a fight, she removes her jumpsuit to reveal a white top with a bottom gi. While exposing more skin, this is followed by removing her eye-patch to fully remove her handicap.

                        Personality: Kizuri is a resourceful, charismatic, and cunning woman. Her strength isn't as widely known as she suggests, but boasts some incredible amounts of strength for your average person. She dislikes serious meetings and often finds a way to either show up late and stylish or avoid them altogether. Kizuri respects physical power above all else, and often pushes others she thinks are worthy opponents into a fight should they take her interest. She's a woman who lives for the thrill, putting excitement and the pursuit of pleasure above all else. When interacting with her "Destined One", her personality takes a complete turn. She's affectionate and encouraging to her partner but still retains that bit of unhinged behavior when interacting with them.

                        Biography: The seedy underbelly of Zaishin remains a world whose reaches and contents remain far unknown or ignored by the general populace. In this world, money determines your worth. If you're not worthwhile, you're lying in a puddle of crimson ichor, a chew toy for the reason people flock towards this place. Kizuki wasn't among the many who flocked to the seats and watched match after match but the unfortunate soul fighting for the slim chance of seeing the next day, as dreary and torturous as it sounded. She came from one of the client's rural parts, caught during a search for potential "recruits" to supply this underground fighting pit. Brought in a neglected shamble, with her family disowning her for her half-breed status, she arrived lacking any real strength. Most thought she wouldn't last a single match in the state she was in. Matted hair, sickly pale skin, hands trembling at lifting a real weapon. Yet somehow she came out on top in her first match though barely clinging onto life. Her captor, a man under the alias of Viper, put her under rigorous training to "encourage" the growth of her skills.

                        The Okashimi family found its roots in the Iron Country. It was considered odd by its fellow countrymen for its rather odd views forced onto their youth. For whatever the reason, all children born of the clan were female though some noted records of males remain. Girls, upon their fifth birthday, were enrolled in private teachings about the family's roots and underwent personal training. The females were trained on the values of the clan and its beginnings where the matriarch, a legendary kunoichi, pledged her service to her future husband after defeating her in a duel. The tradition was passed down for generations, praising the females of the clan to find their so called "destined ones" by finding the one who can outmatch them in a duel. Once defeated, each girl is "hitched" to their chosen partner and served alongside to bring about whatever they desire.

                        Kizuri soon found herself among the children, the daughter of a native seamstress who had a one night fling with an unknown male who displayed similar powers to her, said to have been a great warrior. Inspired to become like him, she went through the many lessons alongside her kin, eager to find such a mate. Maybe he would be as handsome as the princes and such in the storybooks! She eventually grew and became well accustomed to her clan's teachings. With her fellow students, she suffered through the harsh elements to reach the level of mastery over her sword that her mother before her had attained. Friends came and went with the passing seasons, with every year growing a little bit closer towards her goal. Her fiery and quick to anger personality made getting along with other students rather difficult at times, a trait which her father constantly berated her for lacking enough control over. As such, she was punished time and time again for her inability to control herself. On her twenty third birthday, Kizuri left her family's home to pursue information about her father. The treks were long and many, and eventually resulted in discovering that her father had simply been a petty thief who had fallen in love with her mother. Sullen about the discovery, Kizuri soon moved on to simply wandering around in search of her "destined one". Whatever her calling was, it was her job to meet it.

                        And so, her fate was to be destined forever to fight in the underworld of this prosperous city.

                        People have sworn to see a figure of a woman across the lands. If you stumble across her, she'll ask not for money or blood, but a fight. Travelers who come ill prepared are spared from such a fight, although she'll throw herself against anyone she deems worthy. While her intentions are unknown, very few claim to have watched her cripple an opponent within seconds before wandering off as if unamused.

                        First Class: Bloodline
                        ▱▰▱ Dual AncestryDual Ancestry allows you to have full access to two bloodlines upon creation including all techniques, abilities, and personal attributes associated with them. For biographical purposes, your secondary bloodline may be genetic or implanted at your discretion. This discipline gives you [4] bloodline PAs to be used only for the bloodline attributes of your dual bloodlines on top of the [2] personal attributes you receive at base for a total of [6]. If two elemental bloodlines are chosen then the primary bloodline's elemental affinities become your base elements and you gain full access to those elements while your secondary bloodline gives you locked elemental affinities that you cannot learn ninjutsu techniques from but you gain full access to the secondary bloodline. Locked elemental affinities can be unlocked through methods such as ninjutsu class or personal attributes. Elemental affinity personal attributes are automatically allotted to locked affinities. Jiongu users do not have access to Dual Ancestry nor can they be chosen as a secondary bloodline. Dual Ancestry users do not have access to the implant system including the Genetic Palette personal attribute. If you use multiple techniques from both of your bloodlines in the same post without Korabo then those techniques are increased in effectiveness by one rank.
                        Second Class: Taijutsu
                        ▱▰▱ Battlefield PresenceThe user's powerful presence on the battlefield strikes terror into their foes. Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no action for that specific instance of kai.

                        Biography: Mud, sweat, pain, turmoil, tears; it was how he was born. Nothing but the will to survive was embedded in him from his birth because he had nothing. No one. The only caretaker he'd ever known was a young woman who found him off the streets but before he could even get attached she was cut down by a band of mercenaries. They took him in and raised him up to be the person he is today. Given only the bare bones essentials to live but growing stronger - he finally made the vow to kill these mercenaries once he grew old enough. After that he'd live only for himself and find a place in this world.

                        First Class: Scholar
                        ▱▰▱ Infinite Perception → Your specialty is more in sensory than in sealing or summoning. You are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -2 rank reduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. You can release yourself from genjutsu at one rank lower in kai chakra release but with no benefit in pain release. In addition, the user's sensory abilities are extended fifty feet per rank of the technique. As a master tracker, you can advance in the ninja hunter and special ops careers for half as many Oinin Butai and ANBU missions completed. Upon reaching Initiate in Oinin Butai, you gain the Eagle Eye perk innately so you can choose one other Oinin perk as well. When you use a sensory technique with jamming you can double the jamming effect, this ability applies to one technique per three posts.

In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost.
