The storm going on outside had kept C'ryn up. The young bronzerider was staring up at the sky, watching the lightning as it flashed out and struck. Aresoth laid upon the ledge, his own eyes watching the light show above.

He didn't know if it was the weather, or the fact it was a night without any moonlight, but C'ryn couldn't help but feel a little bit on edge. There was also electricity in the air, more then what was coming from the lightning as well.

A particularly bright flash of light streaked across the sky and illuminated the golden hide of a queen, with multiple suitors after her. The sight caught Aresoth's interest, as the bronze watched the group. Purple flecked within his eyes, the urge to rise and chase after the gold beginning to grow and yet, the bronze didn't shift from his perch. C'ryn would have commented on this, wondering if Aresoth was feeling sick, but the flight lust, a very familiar flight lust that came from a gold flight, hit him.

Staggering against the door that lead out onto the ledge, C'ryn could feel Aresoth's mind touch his own gently, working to guide his rider. Whatever the bronze was planning, he didn't know but everything was a blur, his head hurt from trying to fight it too much. In autopilot, C'ryn put Aresoth's straps on, the bronze dragon constantly helping to guide his rider, gently urging him towards the right actions. It took a bit longer for C'ryn to swing up into his straps, and he wasn't aware of where Aresoth was taking him, he wasn't any questions at the moment, just working on keeping his own mind focused on fighting, or trying to fight the flight lust back.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sunlight shone through, brightening the room and landing in just such away that a beam fell right onto the young man's face. A groan escaped C'ryn's lips as he moved to turn over in the bed, wanting to bury his head underneath the furs. He didn't remember what had happened last night after seeing the gold flight, but he knew he felt tired. That feeling didn't last long as C'ryn rolled over and didn't feel only the bed. There was a body slightly beside him and underneath him.

The feel of soft skin against his own made C'ryn pause for a moment, trying to work through his mind who he could have run into last night. There was a flash of strawberry blond hair, grey eyes and.... C'ryn forced himself to open his eyes, finding himself propped up slightly, the first thing readily available to his sight a very ample bosom, one that he now remembered enjoying.

Forcing his head, and eyesight, up, C'ryn saw the face he knew would be there.

Alumet...

His heart began to beat faster, jumping from his chest and into his throat. The fact he was in bed with her didn't bother or worry him, though maybe what did worry him was if she had really wanted to end up with him, he was sure she would have preferred a different bronzerider...a more experienced one...No, Faranth knew C'ryn didn't mind being in bed with Alumet, waking up after having a night of passion. He just found himself wishing that, it hadn't been done during a gold flight, both of them succumbing to flight lust.

And yet, he couldn't take his eyes off of her sleeping face, his gaze stopping on her lips. The memory of how soft they had felt against his own, the taste of her. Would he be able to get away with giving her a quick kiss and not wake her up? The urge was there, and even as he fought to push it down his leaned in closer to her..Only to stop right before his lips brushed against hers...He wasn't going to steal a kiss from her while she was sleeping, even though he wanted to so much. With great effort, C'ryn pushed himself up, trying to move as gently as he could so that he didn't wake her up, not yet at least. He wanted to try and run down to the dinning hall and get some Klah and some breakfast for her, or maybe he was afraid of being here right when she woke up.

Sitting on the edge of the bed, his feet on the floor, C'ryn let out a soft sigh into his hands. He had felt attracted to women before, had been involved with a couple, and yet he had never actually felt the way he did for Alumet. He hadn't expected to fall for someone so hard and so fast. The anxiety about what she would think, he had never thought he would worry so much about how someone else felt about, or saw him. The hesitation, wondering what he should do next, what the right course of action was, kept C'ryn in the room sitting on the edge of the bed. The fact he wasn't even at the weyr at all never crossed his
mind.

C'ryn coming back to consciousness, as well as the current worrying he was going through, had Aresoth sent waves of reassurance to his rider. The bronze was outside the small cothold he and Zenobiath had gone to, currently laying near his golden sister, but not snuggling up to her, or putting a protective wing around her unless it was asked of him.

When he had seen the gold in the sky, the suddenness that it had happened, there had been the urge of wanting to chase and then, there was the worry for his golden sister. He knew that Zenobiath could handle herself, but with the dragons already there and above the weyr, he did not want to risk the rising gold taking offense to Zenobiath as she took to the air to leave. The gold was not one he knew, not from the weyr, so that was why Aresoth had helped to guide C'ryn's hand a bit. He had, of course asked Zenobiath to accompany her. If this also had the welcoming side-effect of pushing C'ryn even closer to Alumet, maybe finally having him tell her how he felt, well Aresoth was okay with that.

Everything is alright mine. Though going to the dining hall would be quite out of the way, as we are not currently in the weyr. I will ask that breakfast be sent to your room. It wasn't a suggestion, or asking for permission, as Aresoth reached out and requested breakfast and Klah be sent up. The bronze didn't even worry if the management he contacted was use to this or not.

The storm had been nice. The golden pair had been watching the clouds roll in from their weyr, but the moment she felt Rhianth, she was instantly to her feet. The pair was strapped and quick to ready themselves to leave when she felt someone come behind her. The lust that overcame Alumet was barely noticed in response to the bronze hide that chased behind her. There was no thought on the Rider's part, only a Gold who knew that they had to go to another hold, farther away. She could not be nearby. Once she found herself settled down for the evening, she allowed her body to press close, watching as the two riders stumbled in to the room like drunken fools. The lust was real for them,, and this at least she understood.

Alumet herself was enjoying the lust that came from a Goldflight. The wonderful bliss that came with foreign hands, and gentle touches...It was her life blood. She'd enjoyed Goldflights before, but ah, this one had been particularly special. Unlike the man beside her, she knew who she'd bedded, and known well what was happening...that was good, in her book. Rolling over once it was all done, she drifted in to the sweet hold of sleep, content against a warm body. Why would she not be happy? C'ryn was competent, and had been wonderful for what she needed.

Sleep was blissful and deep, and even as sun fluttered across her face, and the feeling of him moving? She did not wake. The blonde could feel her hair spilling across the pillow, and let out a breath, shifting to tuck herself deeper beneath the furs. It was so wonderfully warm. He kept MOVING. It was strange and unpleasant to feel her bed partner seeming to be discontent. He was about to kiss her once, but then pulled back, shifting, moving, shifting, moving....and she could feel Zenobiath's amusement at his discomfort. Shards and shells, could she get just a MOMENT'S peace? Opening one soft blue eye, she glanced at her bedmate's back, taking in the beautiful map of the muscles that were often a result of Bronzeriding. Not that she, herself was shabby.

He was so stunning, a vision. Slowly, she shifted to sit, reaching up to carefully trace the edges of muscle, a brow raising as she noted his discomfort. Her own Gold, she could feel, was delighted by this turn of events...as was her Rider. Head canting, Alumet took it upon herself to speak first, "I have to wonder if you're wondering about last night, C'ryn...because you keep moving around." She murmured sweetly, "Though I found it to be so wonderful, and delightfully calming. I haven't had a good time in quite a while." Her mouth moved to kiss his bare shoulder, slowly upwards until she kissed his cheek.

So absorbed in his own thoughts as he was, C'ryn wasn't aware of how much his movement would have disturbed Alumet, or that she had woken up because of it. The dark haired young man wasn't even noticing the feeling of amusement from his bronze because of this either.

It was Alumet's voice and not the soft lingering touch along his back, that brought C'ryn out of his thoughts. Having it wash over him, pulling him out of that constant circle of worry, making him focus on her and only her. Her lips against his skin, kissing from his shoulder and up to his cheek, caused a shiver of pleasure to course through him. The kiss on his cheek had C'ryn turn his head to look at her over his shoulder, his hazel eyes meeting her grey ones.

Hearing her reassure him, perhaps because she thought he hadn't enjoyed last night, or was worried about his own performance, made the young man's heart swell and reminded him why he had fallen for her so hard in the first place.

Turning so he could face her from where he was seated, C'ryn raised his right hand and placed it against her cheek, after having brushed her hair out of her face. "Believe me Alumet, once the slight haze that came with last night left, I am not concerned, or anxious about anything that happened last night." Perhaps it was because they had left the Weyr but he could remember more of the actions of last night more then he had the last Gold flight. He knew, with those words he needed to be honest with her, to tell her why he was acting like this.

"You're beautiful." The words slipped out of his lips before he was able to stop them, just sidetracked by the thoughts in his mind from her appearance. She was always radiant and beautiful in his eyes and yet, something about just how she looked now, her hair mussed from the nights events.

He couldn't help himself then, with his hand still on her cheek, he leaned towards her, helping to guide her closer to him as well, and pressed his lips against hers. His left arm moved to wrap around her waist, pulling her closer against him, though he didn't deepen the kiss.
