■ Nath always had a fairly easy time with Charms. It was easily his best wandwork class, and the one he found the most interesting. The usefullness of it in his day to day life made him that much more determined to do well at it. Working on the school plays over the years gave him plenty of chances for practical and imaginative application of the lessons, so he did very well on his exam.
xxxHISTORY OF MAGIC ~ Oxxx
■ In his first couple of years at school, Nath struggled somewhat with this course. He found it interesting, but confusing. Having to essentially teach himself wizarding culture outside of class, so that he could then understand wizarding history, put him a little behind. However, as the years went on, he became more and more determined to do well and to focus on his studies. Dropping several of his courses after his OWL exams gave him ample time to dedicate to memorizing and contextualizing the lessons.
xxxTRANSFIGURATION ~ EExxx
■ This lesson wasn't quite as intuitive for Nath as Charms was, but he was able to come at it from a mathematical approach that helped him tremendously in the earlier years. Over time he grew quite skilled, again in large part due to his involvement in the drama club, which required a lot of practicing this skill. He's not an expert by far, but he's certainly above average in his skill level.

xxxART ~ Oxxx
■ Art was always Nath's best class. He enjoyed the chance to let his creativity shine, and was taught useful skills from a very young age. Getting top marks in this class, and on the exam, was easy for him.
xxxCARE OF MAGICAL CREATURES ~ EExxx
■ Admittedly, Nath mostly took this class out of curiosity. He discovered over the course of it that he had a strong connection to the animals, and enjoyed learning the truth about the ones he knew from fiction. He had a soft spot for the creatures, and enjoyed learning how to care for them. Since the well-being of actual, sentient creatures was on the line, he was extra committed to doing well, and it showed.
xxxMUSIC ~ EExxx
■ Nath isn't necessarily a musically-inclined person himself, but he loves the theater and has a not-so-secret passion for musicals. While his skill level isn't great, his passion makes up for it... most of the time. Technical knowledge he had down pat, he just struggled with actually performing at times.
xxxMYTHOLOGY ~ Oxxx
■ This course was more taken for research purposes than anything else; Nath likes putting on plays, and likes telling stories, so knowing stories is sort of important. As he worked in the drama club, he began to get an idea to, eventually, write plays based on the myths he learned in class. As such, he was dedicated to the subject matter, and studied quite hard for this class and exam.
xxxWANDLORE STUDIES ~ EExxx
■ Another course that was more taken out of curiosity than anything else. Nath did well enough in it, though sometimes he struggled with keep information straight. Still, given the looming pressure of keeping his grandparents proud of him in spite of some personal discoveries, he threw himself whole-heartedly into his studies for all his courses. His reward for his efforts was doing exceptionally well, even on the exams like this one, which weren't necessarily his best courses.
Petition for above-average grades on the grounds that Nath is a massive nerd, and that he's been studying extra hard and only somewhat manically to distract himself from his personal drama. He dropped a fairly high number of classes and based on his grades before, I think he's capable.
