Body: Dark purple and black body with blue markings. If the markings could look glowy in a way (luminescence?) that might be cool. Is it possible to take the leg/body spikes from the Ulunsuti template and add them to their back to represent their back spikes from the reference images? If so, they will be magenta in colour.
Face: Smoking yellow eyes for one twin (twin 2) while the other twin has smoking red eyes (twin 1) (possibly use the flame from the tiki necklace to do the smoke effect?). Rest of face is dark purple mixed with black with blue markings (see references). They have a jagged mouth, not sure if you can do this as a marking? If not, then that's fine to leave that out.
Mane: Twin 1 - Something spliced, more wild looking - Mane ideas that I like include the wild male mer mane, windblown male mane, and cc on rest; Twin 2 - Something spliced that is elegant looking mixed with the new braids, business or zephyr bangs. CC on hair colour.
Tail: Ulunsuti Tail Spikes Tail. Dark purple and black tail with the end of it magenta. The spikes should be purple (lighter than purple used for body).
Hooves/Fetlocks: Hippogrph Claws - on all four legs. Please colour them purple (same purple as used for the spikes on the tail).

Body: He's hard to describe. Looking at the refs would be your best bet.
His body is primarily a blue to green gradient that reverses on the extremities. He has a white "collar" that extends from the cheek line to the shoulder. He has a white belly that connects to the white collar. A black streak that starts right at the shoulder blades and hooks to cut off the gradient from the legs at the elbow and knee respectively. the streak also as a loose triangle like line pattern starting from the hip to the inside of the leg. Very simplified white filigree markings on his shoulders, hips, and sides as well as his "wrists" and ankles.
The white markings overlap the black markings.

His face is the Blue and Green gradient with a black streak down his nose and white markings under his eye and his upper lip is white with a blue "nose"
His ears are white with the inner ear being black

Body: purple with white henna style marking on legs near the knee the color should get gradually darker with the darkest bit at the hooves
Face: white down the nose slightly glowing eyes -the eye color should be different on the twins -the boy is to have a blue/purple eye color. Also unlike his brother could he have black or a dark color for his eye white and if it looks good could his blue purple eye color glow a bit. With the Sultry eye expression and thick eye lashes. Also can he have a small fang.
Mane: bangs Zephyer with the side of the ringlets going from the face to the ear or the tucked braid. The mane should be long all the way to the ground and in the Fabio style. Color deep dark purple with lighter purple tips. --If this hair is to complicated then maybe the mer style hair long to the ground-

Body: purple with white henna style marking on legs -the part of the legs near the hooves to be different color then the twins
Face: white down the nose slightly. The eye color should be different on the twins -the boy is to have his eye whites either white or a really light blue. The pupil is to be the same color as the plushie without the black , but kind of glittery looking. . With the Sultry eye expression and thick eye lashes.
Mane: bangs Zephyer with the side of the ringlets going from the face to the ear or the tucked braid. The mane should be long all the way to the ground and in the Fabio style. -
Tail: Strife's uni tail
Hooves/Fetlocks: Angeni Fetlocks. Hooves CC in color-but nothing really different then the colors on the plushie.
