Core Classes:
♑︎ Astronomy OWL - A
- Astronomy was admittedly very boring for Galen. He didn't pay attention in class, and ended up with an Acceptable when exams rolled around.
♑︎ Charms OWL - EE
- Charms didn't exactly come easily for Galen, but he did practice as much as he could when he had the chance. Therefore, he got an Exceeds Expectations for his OWL.
♑︎ Defence Against the Dark Arts OWL - O
- Defence Against the Dark Arts was easily one of Galen's better classes. He enjoyed every minute of it, and proceeded to get an Exceeds Expectations as a result.
♑︎ Herbology OWL - A
- Herbology was about as boring as watching paint dry in Galen's opinion. He didn't like the class or its professor, so he put as little effort into it as he could. He therefore got an Acceptable
♑︎ History of Magic OWL - A
- Galen fell asleep in History of Magic as much as paid attention in class. He was bored out of his mind. When he did take notes, they usually weren't that good. Therefore, he only achieved an Acceptable.
♑︎ Potions OWL - EE
- Potions was definitely more interesting to Galen than some of the other courses he could have come across. He could actually make things, rather than repetition of facts. He therefore got an Exceeds Expectations.
♑︎ Transfiguration OWL - A
- Transfiguration was definitely harder than Galen liked to admit. He studied hard, but he didn't exactly do as well as he'd liked. Therefore, he only got an Acceptable.
Elective Classes:
♑︎ Care of Magical Creatures OWL - EE
- Care of Magical Creatures was interesting, especially when Galen could get any advice he could from his cousin's wife. Therefore, he did well, earning him an Exceeds Expectations.
♑︎ Cursebreaking OWL - A
- Cursebreaking was a class that Galen thought would be cool. It was, but unfortunately he also had problems with how difficult it was. Therefore, he only got an Acceptable.
♑︎ Ghoul and Ghost Studies OWL - O
- Galen didn't know why Ghoul and Ghost Studies was so fascinating to him. Maybe it was the creep factor, and maybe it was the fact that supposedly the house down the road where he grew up in Ohio was reportedly haunted. Nevertheless, he did very well, getting an Outstanding.
♑︎ Music OWL - EE
- Music was definitely a fun class. Galen enjoyed it very much, especially since he seemed to have so much fun with it. When he got to the exam, he passed it with an Exceeds Expectations.
♑︎ Wandless Magic Practice Class OWL - A
- Wandless Magic was a lot harder than Galen thought it would be. He thought it'd be easier, except he was proven wrong when it came to practicing it. Therefore, he only got an Acceptable.
