Currently, the people here are under attack by a strange and sudden surge of lava, threatening to consume the small settlement that has made a home in the Mudslide Hills if someone doesn't come quick.

The screaming was what they noticed first, they heard it even before they saw the tide of people streaming the opposite way on the road that the pair traveled on. They were escaping an overwhelming, all-consuming, wave of destruction. The heat of the lava was evident to them even from the far side of the village. It did not both him as he was trained against heat but its presence was definitely felt. The buildings on the other side of the settlement were going up in flames- their wooden structures quickly falling victim to the molten rock "Hajime" Belamos said calmly "Cool off the Lava" With that, Belamos would leap into the air, landing atop the tallest building in the small town.
He scanned the area, searching for his prey for it was indeed his prey. All these months, it had been he hunting it. This beast, this demon, was a power of nature- a force of destruction. He was here to meet it head-on, to bend it to his will. He would show the Yonbi what true destructive power looked like. He knew not where it was, only that it was near and it was watching. Belamos took a sharp inhale and held it for a moment. As he did so he raised his spear into the air, pointing its blade to the sky. As he exhaled, a pillar of fire hundreds of feet tall emanated from his being and leaped into the air. The beast would know where he was and, hopefully, recognize this display for what it was.

By the time the two arrived, a good chunk of the village was ablaze, the rest had a flow of Magma seeping through it. The smell of burning hair, flesh and brimstone was not pleasant, along with terrified screams. Five years ago a scenario like this would have had him crapping his pants. Hajime took a deep breath, he was in some pain from that sparring match with his Master, Belamos, but he could still do his duties as a Shinobi. His Lightning Strike Armor was dissipating as he prepared to follow orders. He gave a nod to his Sensei, building hopping from roof to roof to the head of the flow. He brought both hands together for this jutsu, "Water Cannon Jutsu!" He bellowed out, taking in a deep breath before his cheeks filled up full, blasting out a beam of steaming hot water. He cut the flow off and stopped, panting softly, before hopping to another part of the village to put out fire and stop the flow of lava. He heard roaring flames nearby, gazing up to watch his Master's fiery display.
Suihou no Jutsu [ Water Cannon Technique ] [ B ] A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.
The moment she landed, atop one of the buildings, not on fire, she could smell it. The stench of death and blood. While she had set many many buildings on fire in her time, she made sure nobody was inside when it went up in flames. But the screams fell upon deaf ears this time. She wanted to help them, but her repeated combats against demons betrayed her desire to protect them. If she spent her chakra on protecting them right now, it would hinder her ability to fight the demon, which was their point of even being here. If they were unable to deal with it, then any chakra she did spend on protecting them now, would be wasted. All she could do was pray for them, and make sure the demon would be unable to do this to another village. Pressing her throat mic she spoke softly,"Bel, you know better. Dont waste your chakra on flashy displays. A fight with demons is a battle of attrition." Even as she spoke however, she began the same ritual she always did before engaging one of these beasts. Clicking her heel against the roof of the building, two clones popped into existence next to her. Without a word they knew their purpose. Each folded their legs under them and began to gather nature chakra. She would need sage mode during this. Drawing her katana with her left hand, and Valkyrie with her right she stood ready.

The flow of lava had indeed been momentarily stifled as Hajime released his water attack, protecting just enough buildings for people to run away, in the opposite direction of the heat, towards where the danger was less apparent. Very quickly, however, Hajime would find that his efforts seemed to have been in vain, as just when he was finished and moving on, there was another surge towards another part of the town. In fact, there was a lot of lava oncoming, overcoming what had simply been a slow creep before. Over the obsidian where Hajime had stopped it before. Even the location where Tsuki stood was now under extreme threat, and the reason? Belamos.
The fire that had soared into the air was far from intimidating to the one who answered back in a massive, loud burst of molten earth and liquid fire, just a short mile away from the village, but still enough to cause the heat searing everything to become even more intense, even more intimidating. A howl like the titular monkeys filled the air, overcoming the crackle of burning foliage and screams of terror that joined in a muted cacophony below it's tone, and pressure in a repition also joined into the concert. As the wave of lava and boulders rolled towards the small town, the visage of Son Goku himself would finally become clear, not as large as the Gyuki had been even if his muscles rippled and swelled amidst his own display. Unlike his older brother, the Yonbi cared not for formalities and admittedly dishonest pandering. He was far too direct. Far too... well apeish. The true King of Apes slammed his fist into the ground, the lava spurting up below it as he slowly began his approach, fire rising from his eyebrows and the long canines red hot with anticipation already. [Lots of lava is flooding into the village now... easily an S ranked flood of it, enough to kill all those poor townsfolk ;-;]

He knew the beast wouldn't be able to resist the bait. His display had lured the monster out of hiding, and now it was time for the true battle. Nonetheless, it seemed the Yonbi had redoubled its attention to wiping out this location- something he could not abide. While Belamos was great at starting fires, he was woefully ill-equipped to handle putting them out. As he returned his spear to the side, he called out "You guys handle the Lava and the townspeople. I will distract the Demon" It was a short term plan, but one that kept them in the fight.
Belamos hoped from rooftop to rooftop, running perpendicular to his wife and his student. As he moved, he shot various dragon-shaped projectiles of fire towards the Demon- pushing the temperature of the projectiles so high that it would undoubtedly still affect the creature if not from heat alone than surely the raw energy each contained. All in all 5 blasts hurtled towards the creature as Belamos moved away, finally stopping atop a water cooler and pointing his lance towards the creature "Not today, you f*cking monkey!"

Let out a sigh when he saw he had stopped the Lava for the moment, head cocked back, watching as villagers were given just enough time to flee. Then the roar of that oversized Ape bellowing out roars and obviously disliking his Master's Arrogance. His eyes went wide, the molten rock was surging now. With another deep breath he blasted at it with his Water Canon jutsu. He jumped up and across the obsidian wall that had been made, making sure to make a lip of the hard black stone. He landed on another roof, taking in a deep breath of air as he yelled out. "Tsuki! I'll focus on evac if you focus on blocking the lava. My Jutsu is more offensive and uses more Chakra!"

It was like talking to a brick. She had warned him not to waste his chakra, but Bel would be Bel. Letting out a sigh she motioned with Valkyrie towards Hajime,"Go, get them out, and I will do what I can to cover you. The houses are meaningless, its the people that matter." With that she returned her katana to its scabbard and knelt. Raising her left hand high she formed a simple seal with it. As she did her chakra flared around her. Along the outside of the village a huge amount of water would appear in the form of a radial tidal wave. The wave would rush forwards to meet the wave of lava. If she anticipated properly, it would be capable of handling the lava but the downside would be that it would create an extreme amount of steam for a moment. Forming another, she would gestured with both her left hand and Valkyrie to each side of her, then around behind. She knew what she was doing, but this was going to consume a large amount of chakra that she really hoped would not bite her later on. Finishing her gesturing she ignited the jutsu with her chakra. The moment it became live, the ground around the village convulsed and moved. Forming a rampart on the village side, a large trench just on the other side of that rampart, and a slope just beyond that. The series of changes should prevent any more lava from getting to the village, excluding a literal volcanic eruption of course.
Suishouha [ Water Collision Destruction ] Rank: S Official Description: Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for a short while before draining into the sand. The overpowering heat and intense danger had been successfully abated for the moment, as the wave of water and efforts of Hajime prevented the town itself from being burned and buried. With the impermenance up and creating something of a barrier between the townsfolk and the raging ape, complete with a moat to keep the flow from overcoming it, Hajime could get to people who were struggling to get out and away from the smoke and steam rising from the situation itself. There was little that could be done to stem that, but with his efforts the elderly, exceedingly young and injured could be safely moved out.
Meanwhile, Belamos continued to do what the Mighty Son Goku considered taunts. The ape barreled towards his attack, leaping from the ground and spinning between the coming balls of fire, having to use his tails to bound from the ground and clear each one. The demon upped his pace significantly. Short of 10 seconds he'd be on them, and every volcanic impact caused a burst of molten earth from below his long, muscled arms and legs. Atop the rampart, the CORE shinobi had finally made herself seen, wearing a mask that had two black horns twisting outward to either side. A masterful weaving of handseals performed, and then she stomped her feet down on top of the rampart hard enough that the entire thing vibrated. Her body then launched off of the wall, taking the piece she was on and lifting it up into the air with her as iron sand very quickly overcame the entire boulder. The Yonbi, still one track mind focused on Belamos almost missed it as the boulder came down, crashing into the demon's arms and causing it to stumble as the CORE member flung herself clear after causing the demon just enough of a distraction to break from it's barreling towards the wall Tsuki had made. "Insolent pest!" he berated as the ninja rolled across the ground forty feet away.
If they were going to strike, now would be the time.

He could not help but smirk as the ape came barreling towards him. It was just what he wanted- a real test. With Tsuki and Hajime succeeding in saving the townspeople there was now nothing left to hold him back. As the Yonbi charged, he dropped down to the ramparts himself, rested his spear on his shoulder with one arm and extended the other- palm open towards the beast. It was right about then that the CORE operative arrived. She seemed more competent then he thought the shinobi would be, a pleasant surprise. With her actions successfully distracting the beast, Belamos decided to press his advantage. He let the power of Light flow through him once more before directing it outward in an earth-shattering beam one meter wide. It would hit the Yonbi in his chest and, hopefully, ending this before it ever really began

Hajime was focusing on what he could see, hoping down from roofs into the streets, scooping up kids and helping anyone he could find to safety. He found Tsuki's power to be just as awe inspiring as Belamos' own. About that time his gaze shifted from the kid he had just sat down, well away from the danger, to his Master. He watched as that giant ape charged and he seemed to face him with zero fear. He wanted to be like that someday, with the power to back it up. Haji' watched with bated breath as to what was fixing to happen.
With the worst taken care of, and the civilians safe, Tsuki turned her attention to the beast fully. With Bel and the operative working together, her addition was no longer required. So instead she simply bode her time and began to cultivate her chakra. If things continued as they were this would be over soon, however she kept herself at the ready in case things went pear shaped.
The blast of light that struck into the center of the Yonbi's chest proved to be entirely irritating. As it was shoved backwards a few meters, the Yonbi seemed to buff out it's muscles and put an arm ahead of it's body. He dug his feet in, feeling the heat but not nearly as bothered by it as the shinobi probably thought he should be.
At least in appearance.
It was, however, quite the impact that slammed into the side of it's head suddenly. With Tsuki failing to... well do anything, and Hajime looking on in awe, she had to both aid in knocking it on it's a** as well as performing the sealing ritual. Any grumbling on the matter, however, would have to wait as the second her Railgun hit the demon the light attack finally overwhelmed it and sent it sprawling backwards into a hastily created trap of iron sand that, first, scattered the lava rising in the demon's wake, and then latched onto it, restricting it's movement as much as she could. Upon the chest of the demon, Iron sand grinded into the shape of a very specific seal. The demon, fearing what was coming, began to thrash about within it's bindings, unable to really move, but still trying his damnest to bring up enough lava to melt the iron sand. Whatever sealing she was using in conjunction was disabling it just enough. She found herself behind Belamos, touching his back and inscribing a seal. "Hold still!" she told him as the matching seals activated, and very slowly the demon would begin to have his chakra drawn out by the Otogakure seal's Strongest variation. When the process was halfway done, she took a step back from Belamos, just in case, allowing herself to be carried away on a nimbus made of iron sand. About then, the Yonbi himself finally seemed to fall into the proverbial moat of iron sand... life energy being contained inside of Belamos, bound by chains to the side of a mountain. If anyone cared to look, Jay's CORE agent would already be heading back.

He wasn't sure what he was expecting. The sealing of a demon was really noble in theory...but, in practice, it was the most chaotic thing he had ever done. When the sealer helped him fell the beast and then began the process, Belamos stood tall. He was ready to bend the monster to his will; ready to gain its strength for his own. What he was not ready for, however, was the searing pain that shot through his body as the Yonbi was sucked into the seal upon his body. The Sun Prince fell to his hands and knees- Shōkyaku bursting into flames and disappearing the second he released it.
Inwardly the Yonbi struggled against its chains- raging into the void that it now lived in. The beast loathed being captured but it particularly hated the being who it was now sealed in. Not only had this whelp deigned to stand against him but it had even taunted him in battle! It was not something he would forget so easily. The fresh seal, yet to take hold fully, was not at full strength. This allowed the Demon to fight Belamos from the inside. It's chakra mixed with his own as if it was attempting to possess him! Belamos's palms fell to the ground as he screamed out loud on his hands and knees. The Lava Release flowing through his body- actively fighting against him- was a pain he had never come close to feeling.
While Belamos battled the beast inside of him the world around him reflected the battle. A spiderweb of lava-cracked earth emanated from the Spearman. Buildings, trees- even metal- all fell victim to immolation brought on by the heat.
But no!
No, he would not be defeated here! Mustering all of his willpower, all of his chakra, he threw it all against the restrained monster. He tightened its chains, driving his point home. "You're not going anywhere, beast" He growled out inside the confines of his own heart. With one last push, he secured the Four Tails and slowly, ever so slowly, arose- reborn as the Jinchuriki of the Yonbi.
She had seen enough demon sealed to know what came next. Returning Valkyrie to its scabbard she motioned for Haji,"Report back to the village. Inform them of what happened to the town here, and what happened with the demon. I'll take care of my husband." Jumping down from the rooftop she was perched upon, she quickly crossed the distance to Bel. While she did not envy the pain he was enduring, she also knew full well this was probably something he wished upon himself. So, extending her right hand, which was quickly engulfed in silver warmth, she pressed it to his back. Within seconds the pain and after shocks of the sealing would fade into nothingness. While the pain was in truth still there, she was simply blocking the signals from reaching his brain.
Speaking softly she began,"That should help ease the transition. I can undo it when we get home, but for now its one less thing for you to deal with while you adjust. Your body is probably screaming as is your chakra network. So don't use any chakra for a few days while your network adjusts. I can fix said network of course, but we don't want to risk irreparable damage. So please, don't do anything stupid?"
