[TD: 9/14/18] Dolph Ziggler vs. John Cena (Non-Title Match)

[The Showoff Dolph Ziggler]

(Record scratch)

"I'M HERE TO SHOW THE WORLD,
I'M HERE TO SHOW THE WORLD!!!





After the record scratch, "Here to Show the World" by Downstait would play out through the PA system as it would be no one other than the man himself, Dolph Ziggler. He would appear out of the curtain from gorilla position with a zipped up hoodie. He would turn around on the stage and unzip it, then spreading out his arms after sliding back his hair. The crowd would give him a mixed reaction, but he didn't give a damn. He was here to do one thing, and that was to steal the show. Walking down the ramp, Dolph Ziggler would ignore the people who would stick out their hands requesting a high five, but he didn't wanna touch any one of these dirty people. He had a job to do, and that was to get in the ring and perform. Not socialize with these people. He would begin to make his way down, as he would then approach the steel steps and jump on them, skipping the first step, now running up the steel steps and appearing on the apron. Chewing his gun before entering the ring, he would give an eyebrow in disgust towards the people, before then ducking his head to come in the ring. He would then take off his sweater, and toss it.

 

[Cenation Leader]

John Cena would have already made his entrance to the ring, he watched as Dolph Ziggler had made his. Once Ziggler stood inside the ring, Cena would eye his opponent, checking him out considering after all they weren't all that familiar with one another. Taking off his championship belt, Cena would kiss it once before handing it over to the referee to take it ringside, since this was a non-title match. The crowd would get behind the champ early, chanting his name, forcing a smile to his face. John Cena would stretch his limps, crack his neck, etc. waiting for the bell to sound so this match can get underway...

 

[The Showoff Dolph Ziggler]

Dolph would be jumping up and down in place, as he would then begin to circle the ring after the sound of the bell, keeping his eyes locked and focus on the man himself, John Cena.  

[Cenation Leader]

John Cena would step out of his corner, circling the ring while inching towards the showoff, Dolph Ziggler. Cena appeared focused, locked in on his opponent.  

[The Showoff Dolph Ziggler]

With the bell sounding and the match officially underway, Dolph would look to close in on a collar and elbow tie up!  

[Cenation Leader]

John Cena would accept the tie up but quickly begin trying to gain the upperhand by forcing Dolph against the ropes.

With his smaller frame, Dolph would be forced and held up against the ropes, as the referee would step in to count.  

[Cenation Leader]

The referee would begin his count forcing Cena to release his hold on Ziggler before the count exceeded too far. He would lift his arms in protest, as the ref would step in between the two men.  

[The Showoff Dolph Ziggler]

As Cena held his arms up showcasing he was the good guy, the two would tell a story in this one, as Dolph would show he was the bad guy in this match, by going for a poke the eye!  

[Cenation Leader]

The crowd would respond instantly after the dirty maneuver from the villain of the match, Ziggler. Cena would oversell the eye rake, turning around and holding his eyes in agony!  

[The Showoff Dolph Ziggler]

As Cena turned around to favor his eyes, the referee would get in Dolph Ziggler's face and he'd warn him. Pushing the referee aside, Dolph would then grab Cena by his shorts and shoulder and looked to send him between the turnbuckles, into ring post, shoulder first!  

[Cenation Leader]

John Cena was tossed into the turnbuckle, making a thudding noise. He would slightly fall outside onto the apron, weary. The crowd's boo's would grow as Ziggler was intent on taking whatever route was necessary to win even if it meant losing the people's approval.  

[The Showoff Dolph Ziggler]

Dolph would then look around at the audience, feeding off their negativity, as he didn't care. Knocking off the U.S. Champion would definitely place him a step higher in line. Dolph would wait for Cena to pick himself up on the apron.  

[Cenation Leader]

John Cena would slowly pull himself back into the ring, harnessing his shoulder that was affected by the attack just moments before.
