- → Charms: EE
- Charms still remained one of his harder classes but Daniel put in more effort in his studies than his other classes and it paid off.
→ DADA: A
- Daniel never cared much for DADA and didn't find the class easy. With NEWTs being more intense than the OWLs, the lack of interest and Daniel's focus on other subjects caused his grade to slip down to an A.
→ Herbology: O
- Herbology remained one of Daniel's best subjects and despite the increased difficulty, he still flourishued and got an O.
→ History of Magic: A
- Another subject that Daniel could've scored better on had he put in the effort, but being one of his better subjects, Daniel thought he could go without the extra revision and it cost him.
→ Potions: EE
- Potions never gave Daniel trouble; it was one of his easier subjects bt much to his chagrin, it was a few mistakes that dropped his grade down to an EE, to his chagrin.
→ Transfiguration: A
- Transfiguration still was Daniel's worse subject and he struggled a lot with this NEWT. It was hard but with a lot of help and effort, he still scored an A, lower than his OWL grade but much better than failing the subject.

- → Healing: O
- Danel was quite proud of his Healing grade; this was the subject he focused most on and he was gratified to see that he scored an O.
→ Mythology: A
- Daniel really liked Mythology, but despite enjoying the subject, he didn't review it enough to score higher than an A even though he could've.
