An orange blur darted past him. Hex was up to something. Looking around it didn’t seem that anyone was chasing the orange male yet so whatever trap Hex had decided to set up this time hadn’t gone off yet. Taking a deep breath he was glad there weren’t kits around the tribe right now as it might be hard to keep track of the little ones and keep them away from Hex so they didn’t learn his mischief. Sutāraion had become obsessed with trying to ‘catch’ stars after Hex had said something to her. Thankfully that phase didn’t last too long. Suhar smiled thinking about it. He saw a fox walking in the shadows. It was Itov the shadowed male seemed to be talking to someone but Suhar couldn’t see who it was as they were walking on Itov’s other side. The feet indicated it was one of his daughters but telling which one it was without seeing them directly was impossible in Suhar’s mind. Shaking his head he kept plodding along. He didn’t have anything special to do. It was clear the tribe was busy. It was close to their special holiday and yet he felt a bit disjointed from the rest of the tribe. The seer Karistal moved by and he noticed a few of her eyes followed him. Nodding his head in greeting he noticed she watched a bit longer before continuing on her task. He didn’t like the look on her face as she moved. Perhaps she was concerned for some reason? He really should volunteer to help with the festivities. Still she hadn’t handed off a task to him so he supposed it was normal to start to feel a bit overwhelmed trying to put a fest together.
