Answer: Skinwalkers cannot have lifemates, form bonds, or fall in love unless they have a charm. They can only have flings. If they are charmed they can be less evil, more normal Soquili but still harbor dark habits and behaviors, they are just able to reason and see logic, not be completely enveloped by the curse/evil within.
