Answer: They cannot be lifemated. The skinwalker could hold the other soquili hostage, or in some way be possessive of it, and it would be an unhealthy relationship.

Other Suti-traits would to only include the following: back scales, leg scales, raptor claws, leg spurs, tail frill or tail spikes, face/leg/body spikes. Less can be included at CC, but no other traits other than the listed.
