Before you battle! Read this!
Your Soquili's HP is 50 Your attack is 1d8 You may defend instead of attacking. Roll 1d6 to defend and minus the defense from your attacker's attack. Once per battle you may used a charged attack and roll 3d6 A 'turn' is complete when all parties have rolled to perform a task. If you faint in battle, it's okay! Roll 1d6 and if you roll an even number you're back up with 50% health. If you start a new battle, your health starts back at 30. Each beast has stats - read them and react accordingly! The Forgemaster has sent you with some supplies. The Tiny Terror Rumor has it that there's a particularly feral rabbit that guards the entrance to the woods directly North of The Forge. He's got razor sharp teeth and a taste for ankles. See if you can evict him to clear up the path! HP: 20 Attack: 4 per turn Special attack: When the Tiny Terror's health drops below 5, roll 3d10. The first number is damage dealt. If the second number is odd, the damage is dealt to your soquili. If even, the rabbit damages itself. The third number is your normal turn's damage. Reward: 1 gold piece
The word circled out amongst the herds of something running amuck causing quite a stir. Which eventually caught the attention of a singular mare whose heart lied within protecting the herds that asked for aid. flicking her ears she pondered momentarily to visit the Forge seeking information of this creature. Nudging her companion awake pondering "tininess" may not be all the rumors are cracked up to be. While her claws were of the essence for such a job she ventured out for the perfect piece that would help out her companion. Not just any metal bladed creation but, a fine dagger fit for a fight with a strong foe with rather large front teeth.
Approaching the stand she looked over goods nudging her companion, "Well.... pick one".
"Hold on a sec" snapped her companion, "I'm not sure exactly what I need Hsien-Ko...".
"Really?" the mare chuckled, "This creature is terrorizing everyone. Your teeth may not be as sharp as my claws"
"Ah ha haha" seriously Hsien?!" the fox chuckled with a sly eye, "You know my teeth are sharp but I will humor you just this once carrying a blade to match those amazing claws you boast too much about. Case in point we are a team after all. You the brawn and of course I am the brains".
"Just pick one Mei... one".
"Yeah, Yeah" the vixen grumbled till her eyes sparkled, "That one. That's the one right there. Toss me the coins please".
Hsien Ko laughed, "Silly Fox you were free to choose one if it vanquishes the beast".
Then they set off weapons at the ready to encounter that which terrifies the locals. Stepping lightly they made their way North following signs their creature was not far off within the distance. Hsien stopped, her shortened tail swishing in contemplation. The scent of blood was strong, almost defining leaving others to fall back fearful their throats would drain of their lifeforce. She shook her head of the carrion stench pushing onward with Mei by her side.

Then something otherworldly screeched a few feet before the pair which made them stop. Hsien looking downward at Mei Ling that gripped her weapon defensively. Smirking silently the mare prepared her claws that had carried her within a battle before, "Its now or never Mei. Let's greet our foe and vanquish it to oblivion".
A rabbit appeared perhaps a third of the fox carrying a sharpened blade. Its eyes gleaming toward them, the creature sneered. It seemed so timid yet there was something malicious within its strange gaze. Hsien shifted digging her claws in the ground her ears narrowing back with no hesitation. "Mei on the ready. This one may be tiny but its full of malcontent".
Mei growled clenching the weapon within her jaws, "You don't have to tell me a second time Hsien."

It came at them so fast Mei nearly fell backward wielding her trusty little dagger thrashing as fast as her jowls would hold this gift tightly. Then sidestepped as it headed toward Hsien, "Its fast! On guard Hsien!"
Hsien snorted taking in the scene, evaluating the progress with a keen eye. She galloped toward it keeping her claws in check as its teeth took a small chunk out of Hsien's right hoof. But, the creature itself in its retreat from her caught a nice swift kick from her back leg into its ribs leaving a blood-curdling scream as it scampered into the bushes unsure what its next actions would bring knowing these two had some experience.
"In the bushes Mei. You are the scout so you need to flush it out. Be wary though it may be planning something for an attack".
"You think?" the fox growled back noticing her taller companion was bleeding, "You yourself just might want to steer clear of those teeth and claws. Otherwise, you might become a pin cushion for cursed dolls".
Hsien snorted watching Mei head inward to the brush. Sure, Kalona were evil to the core when mentioning dragons but, this little creature sure had the heart of one. Might even go so far to whisper it had the ferocity of a walker, just a tad mind you.
"Mei. Careful" she spoke softly with a soft urgency to her voice".

The Tiny Terror: 20-2 =18 HP Hsien Ko & Mei: 50-4 = 46 HP
It was strangely quiet after her companion entered those buses leaving Hsien to ponder if Mei was in a spot of trouble. Ears swiveling she pondered the carrion smell that had wafted in her nose before. How could one tiny rabbit cause such a mess, let alone that much bloodshed her mind whirled in thought? Seriously, something else was causing this mess not the rabbit they sought to evict from its terrorizing. In her mind currently, it seemed more of an ankle biter let alone a ravenous killer capable of the outcome a walker could leave in its destructive phase.
"Mei are you okay? Mei?!" Still, no response which was worrying her. Her companion wasn't the stealthiest, nor was she ignorant in times of battle. Hsien just pondered if Mei had a plan settled into motion, possibly.
Suddenly, the rabbit bounded out of the bushes just barely brushing by the wound on Hsien's leg, then bounded off into the woods.
"Mei?! Answer me!" she demanded her eyes seeking solace this creature had caused her companion harm. Now her heart raced, screaming to avenge poor Mei. With one last head shake, she galloped after creature wowing to avenge her fallen comrade. Panic was making her definitely anxious that's for sure.
The Tiny Terror: 18-5 =13 HP Hsien Ko & Mei: 46 -4 = 42 HP
It lunged again brushing against her ankle out of spite.
Hsien snorted pawing the ground thinking how this little beast should be vanquished to whence it came. Mei had always been by her side, leaving her now defenseless none the less. Whatever it took she'd see to this abomination never hurting another soul. Its eyes were beady, yet she glimpsed upon something else which made her heart stop. The creature stood there panting with exhaustion which signaled the mare to complete her quest she had set out upon. Vanquish this terror so no one would ever come to harm again. Lowering her head she prepared her charge leaving everything to fate itself.
Then a rustle came from the nearest clump of tall grass which caused the rabbit in a panicked state to lunge at Hsien aiming for that wound again. Hissing the Ghost mare kicked hard giving her opponent a crack in it ribs.
"This ends now!" Hsien screamed out in a battle cry. She noted the rabbit was panting heavily with a bruised side yet it still stood its ground.

The Tiny Terror: 13-7= 6 HP Hsien Ko & Mei: 42-4 = 38 HP
A standoff well wasn't that quite the ending the Ghost mare thought quietly to herself. Digging her claws downward she anticipated it was nearly on its last legs as it sputtered blood from its mouth. "You really are a menace aren't you? Well, its time to end those days of harassing travelers you foul creature!" Head bowed downward awaiting its frivolous attack, "Bring it".
"Hsien... wait!" came the voice of a ghost.

The Tiny Terror: 6-1 =5 HP Hsien Ko & Mei: 38-4 = 34 HP
Hsien charged without warning letting the beast have it with her claws. Its scream was enough to give chills as it fell back unable to move. Little legs twitching the monster was spent before it lied still, weakened and unable to even retaliate. It was on the verge of death or so acted like that in Hsien's eyes.
Hsien pawed the ground ready to end this beast's existence when she heard a sound behind her completely destroying her concentration in annihilating the beast.
"Not worth it Hsien", spoke Mei plain as day as if nothing had ever happened to her.
The mare whirled around to see Mei unscratched, her little dagger lying beside her. "Mei! I thought you were..." Honestly, she could cried she had been that upset.
"Dead? Nah you can't kill a ghost. I found out some information on our little terror here. Turns out he's just protecting his family, hence the feral creature biting your legs. When he comes to things will be much different".
"Family?" the mare breathed wincing from the nasty wound on her legs, "No wonder it was so aggressive. I wondered if he had rabies the way he was acting".
Mei grabbed the salve in the pack they were sent with using her paws to place it on Hsien's legs, "There. now let's head back and tell the Forgemaster the deed is done. I'm sure he'll be pleased that menace is finally vanquished". Then the fox stopped with a toothy grin, "It takes more than a small angry rabbit to put this ghost in permanent submission".
Hsien nodded wondering if Mei hadn't of come back what she would have done. "Agreed. After you Mei. You know its just not the same without you around".

Arriving back at the forge they returned the dagger then collected the coins. Hsien's leg was, of course, feeling much better now. Stretching she looked out over the horizon, heading home with Mei in tow. The first thing she reminded herself was a deep sleep with no rabbits involved. That could honestly be said for the both of them.
