Agnes McDonald's N.E.W.T.s (6/6) COMPLETED Graded!

Core

Astronomy - EE

Agnes love Astronomy and tends to like looking into things about it. So she had little trouble with this exam. She did mix up a few things which cause her to lose a chance at an O, much to her disappointment.

Charms - A

Agnes is not...the best at charms. She had trouble sometimes with the wand movements. Either doing to much or too little or just completely forgetting what she was supposed to do. The only reason she passed was because she was able to do better on the written exam. But just by enough to barely pass.

Defense Against the Dark Arts - A
Once again, it took Agnes a bit to properly preform the spell but she did eventually get it. All the while screaming at the boggart cat and curing at it. Thankfully she did much better on her written exam.

Herbology - P

Probably Agnes' worst subject. She had a few issues getting the pus, much to her frustration. She didn't do much better on the written exam either.

History of Magic - EE

Agnes tends to have a knack for remembering dates and names and certain events. So she really had no issue with this exam. Her few mishaps came from her either not reading the question correctly or just flat not remembering something she should have.

Potions - A
Not completely terrible, but Agnes did have a bit of trouble brewing her potion. As potions is not a class she is very good at she had trouble with some of the ingredients and the proper methods of preparing it.

Transfiguration - EE
Agnes was all to happy to vanish the kitten, taking no time what-so-ever to get rid of the fluffy beast, her fear fueling her memory for the wand movements. Her written exam wasn't much issue either, just a few mistakes here and there.

Electives

Divination - O

Agnes enjoys Divination and it come quite naturally to her. She had no issues with the practical, or written exam. She seems to connect with her 'inner eye' without much issue.

Ghoul and Ghost Studies - A

Agnes didn't do so great on her written exam, as she just guessed at the questions that she couldn't remember the answers for. Honestly she felt she did better than she should have. Her practical went fairly well, since she is very good at talking to people...or well ghosts in this case.

Mythology - A

Agnes definitely did not study as much as she should have for this test, having been more focused on her Herbology test. So she did forget a few key pieces of information of her answers.

Music- O

Agnes had zero trouble with this exam. Preforming was in her blood and she proved it by acing the test. She did make sure to take time out to practice and prepare and thankfully it paid off.

Core

Astronomy - O

Easily one of Agnes' favorite classes. After her disappointment during her OWLs she made sure to study a bit more for this exam to ensure an O.

Potions - A
Definitely not the best at potions, but she felt confident in what she did do. Nothing blew up and no one died. She remembered bits and pieces but wasn't able to complete the potion perfectly. So while it wasn't a perfect score, she was satisfied with it.

Transfiguration - EE
Agnes rarely struggled during Transfiguration, and since she had minimal NEWTs to take this year she studied a bit more for this subject so that she would be able to get a better grade than she had on her OWLs. Sadly didn't happen but she was still proud.

Electives

Divination - O

Agnes seems to be a natural with Divination, connecting to her 'inner eye' with ease. She also enjoyed the subject so it helped when she was studying for the exam.

Ghoul and Ghost Studies - EE

Having fewer exams than she had for her OWLs had given her more time for studying the things she remembered giving her trouble on the previous exam. She had a few late nights to make sure she would get higher than an A this year.

Mythology - EE

Despite Mythology being a class that Agnes thoroughly enjoyed she did have to study quite a bit to make sure she would remember what she needed to for the exam. A few things tripped her up more than she wished they had but all in all she didn't have too many issues.
