Astronomy - O
______ A bright girl, she studied well in all of her classes. Ophelia is not so much clever as she is good at memory and facts and so she applied all she learned from her class and homework into her test and essay. Being a good writer, she aced the written portion.

Charms - O
______ Ophelia is quite exceptional in charmwork, she had lots of time to practice at school (and secretly at home.) She studied hard for this exam during study hours. Even did a quick study crunch right before the test and she likes to think that helped her.

Defense Against the Dark Arts - A
______ She did quite well on the practical exam but not so well during the practical. Ophelia, despite her hard work, does not respond well under pressure and all of her studying would not prepare her for real-life experiences. Her spells were typically weak and hesitant.

Herbology - A
______ Again, no amount of studying could help with the practical exam. She aced the written portion and struggled with tending the plants. Ophelia was too concerned with not getting dirty that she was unable to do all that was expected of her.

History of Magic - O
______ Facts and figures are her strength and she shined here. Her exam was well written and supported by strong facts from reputable sources. She didn't miss a single question in her practical exam, either.

Potions - A
______ Potions was another class that required more hands-on than brains. She tried to follow directions but sometimes found she was over-thinking certain steps, or taking too long to prepare in others. She didn't blow anything up, thankfully, so she figured she had to have at least just barely passed.

Transfiguration - A
______ She studied and practiced long and hard for this class. It proved quite difficult for her, even during class time. She had the theories and equations correct in her written exam but the practical was a bit of a struggle. The first spell attempt did not take and the second was questionable but passable.

Arithmancy - E
______ Ophelia enjoyed numbers, so she enjoyed this class. She studied late into the night preparing for this exam but focused on certain chapters in the textbook and ignored others. That proved to be her downfall when she found herself guessing through a few questions. Her essay was well written but a few supported claims were dicey at best.

Art - O
______ This class had always been her favorite so it was no surprise to her how quickly she finished the exam. Most of her summers at home was spent practicing what she learned during the school year. She regurgitated names and dates for her written portion and added her own creative flair during the practical.

Healing - E
______ She studied day and night for this exam. She read and reread passages with textbook in one hand and wand in the other practicing the wand movements. She was practiced and precise during the pronunciation of her spells. She did well on the written exam and had done quite well in the practical, despite her weakness under pressure.

Muggle Studies - A
______ She probably should have spent more time studying for this exam but she assumed it would have been the easiest of the bunch. And in a way, it was, but she missed just enough questions to drop her grade.

Music - O
______ Ophelia grew up around song and dance so it was natural for her to begin with. She had tutors at home during the holidays and she was diligent in her study at school. She worked on her sheet music in the library and practiced her singing and piano either in her dormitory or out in the gardens if weather permits. She aced this with ease.
