EARLY CHILDHOOD
Manami is the first born of a set of three sisters to Japanese immigrants. Due to the strain within the family trees her pure-blood mother and muggle father immigrated to Ireland for more freedom. Not soon after they had started their new life did Manami appear, closely followed by her two younger siblings.

From the very beginning she was an active and boisterous child. Her parents, who came from stifled origins, did nothing to discourage this and allowed her to blossom with the personality she possesses today. She ran, jumped, sang, played in a manner that she likely wouldn't have been able to do had her family stayed in their home country. Despite this, her parents tried to bring their heritage to their new home the best way they could with their foods and celebrating their traditional holidays in the comfort of their own home.

Her mother never went out of her way to bring magic into the home but she never discouraged it or tried to hide it, either. A little help with the cooking here, a little help with the laundry there. She and her sisters progressed through public schooling when they came of age to do so. She finally came upon her own powers at the age of 9 when her lively household had finally gotten the better of her. Manami's younger siblings parading through the house making noise as they pleased, opening and closing her bedroom door when she was trying to do school work.

After pleading with her sisters to close the door if they were going in or out to no avail, her anger and frustration got the best of her. After one last turn of her sisters keeping the door open as they marched in and out in defiance she turned in her chair and whirled around to look at them. Suddenly the door had slammed shut but no one had touched it. It was bittersweet as her capabilities had been realized but she had a talking to for not having more patience with her sisters.
