Heyo these are my first quota custom-customs! They are MINI breeds only!

My mom was in the hospital for10 days, including Thanksgiving, this past fall. Every day I went and sat with her after work. And every day I would pass yellow ginkgo trees, the fan shaped leaves carpeting the sidewalk. They were beautiful. My mom is home again, and though still recovering, she's doing well.
A friend died a few months later, he'd been in the hospital for several days after falling off a roof. The trees were bare.
So now . . . those yellow fan shaped leaves are kind of a symbol of hope for me. Beautiful and sad but with promise still left in them.
I don't really know what she should look like, just that she should be based on the autumn ginkgo leaves. But her name will be Hope.

Body: Colored like a Chandelure’s flames (light purple/blue) cut with “stripe” patterns like on the pokemon; legs are darker with a pattern at the top to make it look like gothic lace gloves or stockings, showing more towards raspberry as it goes down; yellow rings above the hooves. Rings and the “eye spots” on body should look like they’re glowing
Face: Glowing pure yellow eyes (no eye/iris/pupil showing). Stitching on the mouth (either as an edit or part of the body markings) that is thinner and smaller than the body marks itself.
Mane: Rapidash style fire hair, but bright blue; flowy to above mid back
Tail: Rapidash style fire hair, but right blue; short but also flowy, starts from about mid back
Hooves/Fetlocks: More wisps of Rapidash bright blue flames

Body: Main body color is a dark red with splotches of black mixed throughout. There is a dead, leafless, blackened tree situated on her rear. The tree has cyan or light blue will o' wisps dancing around its branches as well. CC on number of wisps...just a good sprinkling of them without being overbearing. She also has chains laying either draped somewhere over her body or at her feet. See references below.
Face: Eye color= a lighter red than body. CC of whatever goes well. Facial markings= same pattern and general coloration as body. See references.
Mane: I would like the mane to be something of longer style with maybe a loose braid or a band to keep it tied back. Honestly, I'm open to whatever goes well with the reference and looks nice so feel free to have some fun. Color is white. See references below for ideas.
Tail: Same as mane. Color is white.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Stock mini paws. Color and markings= same as body.

Colour wise- I'd like her to be a deep dark purple
Flowers - I would like her to have some peonies along her back and tail. Please feel free to add some dripping shadows etc to her if you want. I also would like some of the peonies to possibly be markings like as if the peonies were bleeding into her fur and becoming a marking instead of just a mutation. I will let you take this on as a CC whether you bleed them in or not! I won't be disappointed either way!
Face: I would like a skeletal face (You do them so well ; ;. I need a skullfacebby, I would something close to a canine/fox skull). May I request her to have some tall darker fox-like ears with her skull.
Mane: I would like some hive/cone buns with long hair in a soft-purply colour like the bright purple peonies in the refs below.
Tail: A fox tail? If this pushes you out of Moderate-Edit-Range you may choose to go with a Nymph bunny tail!
