Black Follow. As the name translates is a strip of road in the land of lightening given its name due to the frequent lightning storms in the Land of lightning. It is in this area these lightning storms are the most prominent. A mysterious matter, as the ground here seems to be charged electrically thus attracting the lightning from said storms. The ground is paved black from lightning strikes, trees are snapped and dead and dying, what vegetation there is lacks abundance and number. It's said if one was to walk the ground barefoot they'd have to have a desire to burn the soles of their feet from the charge that flows through the ground.

•Dangers: -Home to beasts which are empowered by lightning and are highly territorial. A dangerous place for the common traveler. Roll a 10-sided die. On a roll of 10 you are attacked by a lightning beast. Alert the [Arashikage] or a mod to handle said encounter. -As stated before physical contact unprotected with the ground in this region will cause electrical burns. The ground constantly emanating roughly 700 volts worth of electricity constantly. -Lightning Strikes are prevalent. When traveling the road roll a 10-sided die. On a roll of 1,3, or 7 you will be attacked by an C, B, and A-rank bolt of lightning respectively correlating to said rolls.

While doing so, the user charges the Gunbai with chakra that causes it's glossy surface to capture all light reflected upon it and intensify it. This causes temporary blindness to all who look upon the fan for three posts. If used to deflect a light based technique,the hazards of the clan are reflected back at their caster as though they were not their own technique. The stormy weather soothed Kaito's nerves after realizing he had gone to war without saying goodbye to his mother, who was all alone in the village. He always felt calmed in storms, maybe because of his home, or maybe because he knew he could find the strongest light during the darkest days.
However, a warning rumble burst through the air before a lightning strike came down to smite Maeko. Reacting purely on instinct, Kaito shot a pure beam of light from his palms at the lightning strike, diverting it from its path to Maeko.
"Geez, that was close... We gotta stay close together, okay?" His face still had a bit of paleness to it from earlier, and now his nerves were even more wrecked, but he kept a firm smile on his face so Maeko wouldn't form any doubts.

It had already been deflected in an instant but it got close enough to knock the small girl down, the thunder making her ears ring. She was on her back, staring up at the stormy sky. Her adrenaline was running through her veins. Maeko cocked her head to see Kaito staring down at him, he'd just saved her life, she didn't know how to feel. Something felt strange, but she was happy and ecstatic, yet still very much freaked out. She hoped up in one motion, wrapped the twelve year old in a hug and pecked his cheek. "Th-Thanks'Sunshine!'" Mae' responded before grasping his hand and starting back to their goal, running headlong to their mission.

Kaito hadn't expected any praise for his defensive jutsu, so her kiss and the embrace caught him entirely off-guard. He was rendered mute by the combination of her praise and the use of his new nickname. His face felt on like it was on fire and he couldn't put his finger on why. He followed her to battle, eyes locked on her hand holding his.
Maeko was hurrying her partner home, he was shell shocked by just a small amount of combat. He really was an innocent kid. She hadn't killed anything before, but being on the roads alone, seeing what she'd already seen the shock was barely there for her. "Kaito, where does your momma live? In the Village or outside it, I need an Address. You need to be with her right now, okay?" She told him, giving his back a gentle rub as she looked around, being wary of any dangers as they traveled this time around.

Kaito kept a hand on his arm, shrugging uselessly to Maeko's concerned questioning. His wound was healed by the stranger on the battlefield but... he still felt numb from it, as if in shock. He mumbled something that sounded like a street name, his feet moving on their own towards the village's residential district. "Mom... won't recognize me. I'm not the same," he insisted with his locked on something in the distance that wasn't really there.
Usually in comedies and the like our protagonist might be exposed to the stereotypical “good path, bad path” option, always ending on the bad route due to some reason or another. Today Reyna found herself at the literal definition of the “bad route” these scenarios happen to offer, Reynas ability to fly rendered into what could only be called a bad choice as it would result in her being perpetually dogged by the lightning this sky had to offer until it knocked her from the sky, extra crispy at that. She had none of her tails revealed at this point as she had learned that contact with the ground would equal a nice little shock that would hurt and cause her hair to fluff up unacceptably, she had to be careful after all. She almost skipped down the path on the tips of her toes, springing several to a few dozen hops with a pause now and then so she could look about and listen cautiously to her surroundings(Total sense Jutsu active). Reyna was aware of the fact creatures of a dangerous variety lived in this harsh environment and wasn’t wanting to be caught off guard by such a creature, let alone meet one at all..... It was rather unfortunate that fate had something else in mind, even if she’d likely notice and not be caught off guard by whatever it was that was about to make rendezvous with the fox-girl, her ears twitching to alert her of its presence before it arrived unless it hid itself with some sort of trick to bypass her augmented senses and gain the element of surprise.

Total Sense [ Tōtarusensu ] | Rank X This technique enhances the user's senses. This lasts for three posts per rank, and makes them more susceptible to genjutsu that utilize that sense. However, it also allows them to sense the location of others through sense-blurring techniques like mist/smoke, techniques that give the opponent silent movement, etc. The rank of the technique is equal to the body rank of opponents they are able to detect.
Spirit rejecting Seal | Rank X | Fuuin/bloodline [ N/A ]| Cost [ Spritual ] This Jutsu can be set up outside of battle on a talisman(listed on profile) and kept on the person to automatically active upon being attack, although must be done at a minimum of b-rank and will trigger automatically to C-rank and greater Spiritual or complex attack and stop the attack in its tracks by creating a silvery barrier around the user that prevents external entry and lasts for half the normal jutsu length(if the talisman is not on the user this Jutsu don’t work, I.e. attack em in the hotspirngs) . In combat it can be used at any rank and usually involves the user holding up the talisman which burns up into the silver flame barrier on activation lasting 2 round a rank with an upkeep of 5 chakra per rank used per round active . When interacting with anything affected by the purification barrier PA the barrier releases a discharge making said opponent also suffer tiered trauma and burns when they interact with the barrier(meaning this applies to tai-Jutsu and Bukijutsu that aren’t ranged, point blank ninjutsu don’t count as the barrier uses all its energy to counter) this technique counts as an attack against clones or constructs made of chakra
Kīmat. Some say a relative to the Raiju or for the less formal lightening hound. Typically twice the size of a bear with their Alpha's being even that much larger. Social dynamics varied from packs to lone wolves. They defined the term 'lightening beast' as unlike the Raiju being physical hounds that charged lightening Kimat were lightening incarnate shaped as a hound. Whether it was a spirit or otherwise many did not now but what was typically surmised was how territorial they were. Perched upon a charred peak, it would spy the encroaching girl and with a howl did the clouds above coalesce. Descending from the heavens above did lightening strike. Although it would have been more as if all the lightening in the black follow had fused. Like some form of divine punishment did it descend. (S-rank Raiton) Continuing to be perched upon the stone eyeing the intruder thereafter. Its 'territory' did not show to be in the way of progress to the black city but further wayward steps passed an imaginary 'line in the sand' would likely further incur its wrath and it was still to be decided whether or not if truly this Kimat was alone as they had the habit to congregate anywhere lightening was thickest even if that lightening came from one of their own.
”What is...”The bright light and the accompanying sky ripping harmonics of the Kimats less than hospitable greeting interrupting the self poised question she had begun to ask herself. Surprise was another factor that cut her verbal thought short, the Kitsune flinching and moving downwards, lifting her arms above her head as the lightning struck upon her person and crackled around her unnaturally into the ground. Reyna wasn’t exactly mentally ready for such a sudden and powerful attack, at least expecting a warning or heads up before something came at her, the howl made her aware but the attack came near immediately after. Despite being caught by surprise the fact was that she had already prepared herself for such a scenario and it saved her a lot of harm and pain. She was protected by a leaf that she carried on her person that was turned into what she generally referred to as a “protective charm”(spirit rejecting seal imbued leaf) that had been created prior to her journey would burn up into a silvery flame that hugged onto and surrounded her body like a fine mist, deflecting the Kimats warning shot with a loud sizzling sound. The Kitsune growled as she tried to catch her breathe from the shock and reverting to her full appearance as a result, her massive tails pointing outward and fully extended with hair bristling and making her look bigger.
Her options of fight or flight were basically tipped toward the fight end of the scale as for one, this creature had a very loud and aggressive entry, for two if it was someone who could not defend themselves then they would be in serious danger. Reyna look inspected the lightning bodies entity and scowled at little, earth being her strongest element by far and her bloodline requiring it would mean she couldn’t just brute force it, although unless it could break her barrier she would have the upper hand. Wagging her inner left tail a little as it focused chakra, the Kitsune holding its hands together and began to form handsigns, hoping that if the creature had ever face a human before that it would recognize what she was doing. With the final required seal the Kitsune would slap the ground with her hands, squeaking a complaint as she did so as even with her electrical resistance training this stunt. From her hands did the ground turn a reddish orange hue as heat built up and create multiple trails of burning light, sixteen of them in total that would split into four paths, one approaching from either side of the beast, tracing up the row i face towards it, the other two going onto wider paths that might meet with the first ground at a further position than the Kimat. These were not truly used for full offence and were meant to cause the creature to move, each of the eight closer notes splitting and travelling after the lightning entity in singular lines, aiming to tangle up its movement, but more to distract the creature for Reynas true attack which would come after the creature started dodging around, aimed to be released just as it completed its evasion... or to release as it attacked the motes so as to destroy them.
The secret behind her strategy was in her swishing tail which had focused chakra during her before she’d even finished her first attack, her tails allowing her to manipulate multiple forms of chakra simultaneously and unassumingly. The instant she saw what fit her wanted opening her tail would straighten and complete the Jutsu, which would cause the ground beneath the Timat and ten feet in either direction to suddenly lurch and shift upward at breakneck speeds, hurling the Timat high into the air, around fifty feet or so. The earth itself would linger on the paws of the creature attempt to grow up and around the creatures ankles, potentially petrify the limbs of the creature which she was aware might not actually happen to a lightning based creature. The final part of her actions was a turn of her body and a reach of one arm as if pulling something over herself, the Kitsune vanishing from sight as she did so and heading directly toward the direction the creature would be in at this point, believing that going straight would be unexpected if she was lost from sight, her currently super sensitive ears listening bout for any movement besides her current quarry.

Bomb Blaze Technique [ Kibaku Kaen no Jutsu ] | Rank C The user slaps the earth, expelling chakra and releasing four motes of fire that are approximately the size of a baseball. These motes seek out targets for up to three posts and once they attach wrap around the target before detonating. Each flame causes a ten foot concussive explosion of flames that causes tier one burns to those it is attached to as well as those within the explosions range. This technique may be executed at Ranks B and A as well, increasing the mote numbers to eight and sixteen. All motes of fire move at C Rank equivalent.
Sudden Earth Strike [ Kyuu Tsuchi Dageki ] | Rank A The user forms the required single hand sign, causing the earth up to twenty feet around a target to suddenly and violently launch upward. This sudden force throws the target(s) fifty feet into the air, causing tier three vertigo. Hunter's Cloak | Rank C-A | Spiritual The user creates a chakra cloak that surrounds their person and causes them to vanish from sight. At it's base rank, the technique masks the user for a single post. For each additional rank applied their invisibility is extended by a post. ▰ Kitsunes magic tails | Rank D | Passive [ N/A]| [ Spritual ] Reyna despite her origins is still in the end basically a Kitsune, that has resulted in the fact that she may use one of her tails in place of performing handsigns. This allows her to cast multiple jutsu at the same time/choose to Korobo with herself, any techniques involving her tails forcing the technique to be classified as a “Yokai and therefore she is unable to use her Hogosha Jutsu with them besides her sealing techniques that benefit from the bloodline unless she uses her increased selectiveness Jutsu. All in all this makes it extremely difficult to prevent her from being able to perform techniques. This techniques cost must be paid as an additional cost to using a Jutsu with her tail, however Kitsunes magical tails price cannot be increased or decreased by any effect as its less a Jutsu and more a side affect of using a Jutsu with her tail.
