SABRINA's OWLs

Core Classes

Astronomy : A

Sabrina didn't see Astronomy as a major class, just one that needed to be taken.
As such she studied enough to at least get a passing grade. Gaining an Acceptable grade she was satisfied with that.

Charms : E

Sabrina had a hard time out of the gate as far as charms went. As the years went on she got better.
Putting her studies for the class ahead of the mundane classes she managed to Exceed Expectations. In five years she definitely came a long way.

Defence Against the Dark Arts : A

Defence was something Sabrina struggled with but had gotten better at. Though the boggart still caused her quite a mess.
Luckily her written portion of the exam helped her along to an Acceptable grade. Sabrina only hoped she could do better in the coming years.

Herbology : E

Sabrina despite having little interest in plants themselves, managed to do quite well in working with them. Her studies were good and her overall grade showed.
Walking away Exceeding Expectations she planned on continuing in the subject if only for advancing her potion making knowledge.

History of Magic : A

History wasn't the best class but it was all memorization. Sabrina studied decently before her exam in order to at least do well.
Walking away with an Acceptable grade was enough for her in the long run.

Potions : O

Sabrina had found potions to be her best subject. Despite it being a magical class it was one that was much simpler then casting spells.
She had managed to excel in the class and gain herself an Outstanding grade.

Transfiguration : E

Transfigurations was a challenge. Sabrina was not prepared for it at all. It wasn't until well into her fourth year that she started doing well.
Come fifth year she studied hard in order to do well on her OWL exam. Exceeding Expectations she was happy to know she could continue in the subject.

Electives

Alchemy : A

Sabrina didn't find Alchemy easy by no stretch. The theory of it was easy enough to understand but the spells were a challenge.
Thanks to her studying she managed to at least get an Acceptable grade.

Cursebreaking : E

Cursebreaking was a mild interest to Sabrina. With her mother's way of being she figured it wouldn't hurt to know how to deal with curses and the like.
Managing to Exceed Expectations, Sabrina planned on continuing the subject even if she wasn't going to be a cursebreaker down the road.

Divination : O

Sabrina found out of all her electives to be the best at Divination. She could read a crystal ball rather clearly.
To her surprise she managed to get through the year and receive an Outstanding grade.

Healing : A

Healing was something Sabrina wanted to be able to do.
Though she managed to cover the basics she couldn't quite manage the grade to continue onto NEWT level examinations.
An Acceptable grade was enough for her though seeing as she had no plans on being a healer.

Study of Ancient Runes : E

Sabrina found an interest in Ancient Runes. Where her mother viewed it as a useless class, she did not.
It showed in her grade when she came through Exceeding Expectations. Planning on continuing she knew her mother would never see it as a viable lesson.

Wandless Magic : A

Doing magic wandlessly wasn't something Sabrina would call easy. She had a hard enough time doing it with a wand most of the time.
Focusing on her studies she was lucky to pass with an Acceptable grade. She'd have to try harder in the next coming years if she wanted to do better.

Wizard Law : A

Sabrina wasn't the biggest law fan but she also knew the importance of knowing the law. Her mother wanted her to do well in the subject.
Despite this her written exam was the only thing holding her in passing. When it came time to try doing anything court wise she did not do well.
Luckily she got an Acceptable grade no matter how close she was to dropping below the standard.

SABRINA's NEWTs

Core Classes

Charms : O

Charms had become one of Sabrina’s highest classes. She was by far not the best at every spell.
However, she was able to manage an Outstanding grade by the end of her advanced leveled classes.
Her hard work paid off in the long run when it came to her spell work being a success.

Defence Against the Dark Arts : A

Sabrina is not your average Gryffindor and defence is not her strongest subject. It was probably her worst which made taking the advanced level classes so difficult.
She pushed to get the grade she got, and she only managed a low Acceptable in the end. It wasn’t the best and she nearly failed but at least it was done and over with.

Herbology : A

Sabrina had never been a fan of plants. She’d only continued in the subject because she wanted to know even more about potions.
As such her studies started to slide a bit. Ending up with an Acceptable grade as a result she couldn’t complain even with the downgrade.

Potions : O

Potions continued to be Sabrina’s strongest subject. She excelled in her lessons and in her studies. In the end she gained an Outstanding grade overall.

Transfiguration : E

Transfiguration was a struggle. She tried her best and studied really hard. In the end she managed to hang on to her Exceeding Expectations.
Nothing to be ashamed of, though she would have liked to have done better.

Electives

Alchemy : E

Sabrina took to the challenge of improving her grade in Alchemy It was a tough class and she had to put in a lot of effort to get a decent grade.
In the end despite the tough spots she managed to Exceed Expectations. Something she was mighty happy about.

Cursebreaking : E

Cursebreaking continued to be a decent class for Sabrina. She put in the effort to do well and managed to Exceed Expectations.
She figured it would come in handy regardless of if she was a cursebreaker or not.

Divination : O

Sabrina had always been good at Divination. She managed to maintain her Outstanding grade from her OWL exam. It was a lot of work, but it was well worth it.

Study of Ancient Runes : O

Ancient Runes was a subject that Sabrina had a large interest in. Because her mother saw it as such a useless subject, she found it easy to focus on it just to get high grades.
It might be useless in her eyes, but Sabrina wanted that Outstanding grade just to throw it right in her mother’s face. Even if it didn’t really have any impact whatsoever.

Wandless Magic : E

Sabrina managed to improve her grade since her OWL exams.
Exceeding Expectations was more then enough for her in terms of being able to use magic without a wand.
She was certainly proud of her hard work overall.

Wizard Law : P

It was no surprise that law was one of Sabrina’s worst subjects. She hated the class. It was only by her mother’s will that she was in it to begin with.
Her grade started to slide. She failed her NEWT level exams with that of a Poor grade. Her mother would just have to deal with it.
