- Adult that looks after the establishment as a whole. They make sure everyone is in line and that business is doing good. They have the option to fire people. (But only through the consent of the Guild Crew.)

- Person whose job is to take care of the jewelry requests and inquiries within the store. This includes shining, opinion for customers, and generally knowledge of the stones. They will also work as the specific cashier for the more very, VERY expensive jewelry.
