Medical | Genin | Arashigakure It was late at night in the middle of the streets where Nagisa had agreed to meet Leia to settle their differences. She wanted to prove that she was the stronger waifu in Arashigakure and that Leia was just going to have to get in line. Nonetheless, she was ready and waiting for Leia to make the first move as she stood roughly fifty feet from her. Her fists clenched, Nagisa beckoned Leia to come for her. "Listen, I don't care what you think. I am the ultimate Arashigakure waifu and I'm going to smash you into submission, girl." Nagisa was not afraid of Leia whatsoever, but she felt like she was ready to show her what her training had lead up to at this point.

"Waifu? Of The Hidden Storm Village? I haven't heard of that village name for a long time not ever since i left the village as a Wanderer. I didn't agree to come here and debate that with you, i came here to merely test your power, nothing more or less." The way Leia's eyes stared, it wasn't the eyes of hatred but filled with instinct to test her rival who she had. Leia thought about the way of attack she is going to do as to her fighting her opponent and learning how she fights is critical to forming tactics of attack. Leia's eyes sharpen as if they are Sharingan as she quickly charges Chidori Senbon and tosses it right at her throwing it down into a 60 degree angle with twenty senbon coming at her. On top of it she performs the Lightning Bolt jutsu peforming hand signs for it one handed as she would dash following the senbon, jumping into the air tossing the Lightning Bolt towards her. Just in case though, she uses her Electric Needle Spread Jutsu by growing electric needles all over her body by coursing chakra through her body. Its like as if the lightning is dancing on her as its being used defensively. Any taijutsu that may hit her will affect the target who is doing so and will receive shocks to their body and affecting the body part that touched her.

Chidori Senbon(Used at C Rank) Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: A technique derived from the Hatake's signature technique, Chidori. This technique applies the piercing abilities of it's parent technique to projectile needle bolts of lightning. Twenty needles are created for each rank of this technique, and can all be cast in a singular direction or in an expanding circle as a wave of senbon around the user. When attacking multiple opponents with the waves of senbon, each person being attacked must defend with a technique equal in rank and potency to this one. Each senbon carries the piercing abilities of Chidori, meaning that exposed and unguarded flesh will be pierced with ease. For every five needles that penetrate a target's flesh, they have a slight decrease to their reflexive descriptive for three posts.
▰ Lightning Bolt [ Rakurai no Jutsu ] | Rank D A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary hand seals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks and numbness in the area it strikes.
▰ Electric Needle Spread [ Dendou Hari Fukyuu ] | Rank C The user begins to grow needles of electricity all over the front area of his or her body. Anyone using a Taijutsu on the user at this point from the front side will get a slight sting. Once the needles have grown for two posts, the user then forms one hand seal and all the electric needles launch themselves in a front spreading maneuver in a forward direction. Anyone who is hit by the needles receives a nasty shock and slight numbness to the afflicted part.

Medical | Genin | Arashigakure As the clear usage of lightning style jutsu began, Nagisa decided to counter with lightning's weakness: wind style. Timing, timing was everything in a battle and in this case, she waited and counted the seconds. One. Two! Forming a single handseal, she first inhaled before exhaling a powerful gust of wind that bellowed outwards, "Wind Style: Great Breakthrough!" Due to the nature of wind style it would negate both of the lightning style attacks, but being reduced in force to about E rank as the wind made its way to Leia, Nagisa would use this to help her reach Leia riding its tail wind.
Not giving Leia too much time to continue her assault, Nagisa turned to her primary skill: Taijutsu. First focusing chakra to her legs, she used the formless technique Bruising Sky Leg. Then she dashed forward attempting to roll into the air and connect the distance between herself and Leia with White Fissure combined with her Hooking Fissure, aiming her right foot for a hooking attack at great speed towards Leia's left shoulder. She did not immediately be completely afraid of her protective lightning armor that was spiked as the force behind her taijutsu, Nagisa had felt would be stronger.
(( Just had someone explain to me how collisions work in this guild. Basically due to Wind superiority to Lightning we compare the chakra infused to see which attack is stronger.
In your case you used a D + C lightning attacks, which are reduced to E + D. That's a total of 15 chakra versus my C's 20, meaning my 20 wins the collision but is reduced to E in force. This is also because all of our jutsu were spiritual in nature and not complex/simple from buki/tai.))

Leia sees that her Lightning style was canceled out by of course, the Wind Style. Leia hides a smile quite a bit thinking of how her rival must be focusing into Wind Style as she focuses into Lightning Style, two styles that cancel each other out. Perfect style to fight against because it will test how good herself has gotten at Lightning Style. Though she sees that Nagi is using the breakthrough's wind to carry herself over to her as she uses a attack that which clearly is a smashing foot attack. Leia dodges it by jumping into the air but Nagi rolls into the air after her attempting to deliver a fast hook kick to her left shoulder. Leia thinks in back of her mind"Well i can use her momentum against my next jutsu, i hope she is ready." Leia then begins to use one of her more powerful variants of the Chidori known as Nagashi as she quickly puts her arms to her sides yelling"Nagashi!" All a sudden electrical current escapes out of her body going towards Nagi rushing in attempt to defend Leia. Then Leia moves onto her next jutsu known as Twitching Limb, aiming for her right leg attempting to put a electrical current into her leg which if successful, it will cause a painful twitch. This twitch will cause her right leg to be unable to move. The point of this attack was to use Nagi's speed against her, her taijutsu attack reminds her of how Chidori is, the extreme speeds can make it very hard to react defensively to someone's offensive reaction. Yet again after making the attempt to hit her with twitching limb, she quickly uses the Substitution Jutsu to replace herself with a piece of lumber wood. After its been used, she drops from behind Nagi twenty feet away from her, looking at her with calm eyes not saying a word to her. Ever since this fight begun, she has not said one word to her, to her the fight is what truly matters, none of the chatter that Nagi gives off. Its like she is staring Nagi down as if she has Sharingan observing her every move.

Chidori Nagashi Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: The user spreads their arms, releasing a raging mass of electrical arcs that carry the chidori properties, surrounding the body. This pulse of cutting and piercing potential travels five feet per rank of the technique. When used offensively, it carries the cutting properties of the technique to cut into anything within this zone of control. As an alternative offensive method, this can also cloak the user's limb or weapon and act as a second attack in collisions. Used defensively, this technique automatically seeks out to attack those deemed hostile by the user, any person struck by this current of the Chidori will suffer [Tier 1 Paralysis] at C Rank and [Tier 2] in B-A Ranks. This technique requires an upkeep cost of chakra two ranks below the technique's original casted rank. If colliding with a technique of equal rank, the technique must be repaid in full to continue usage.
▰ Twitching Limb [ Hikuhiku Eda ] | Rank C An off-shoot of the Electric Overdose Technique, after the user channels a large amount of electricity in to his or her hand, making the Chakra visible, the user can attack a specific body area of his or her opponent and fire electricity into it once. Whatever area is struck the muscles immediately begin to constrict and twitch in extreme pain and causes the limb to be unable to move.

This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the Shinobi to quickly flee and hide while the object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. The substitution technique can only be performed four [4] times per battle and you must be near an object at least roughly the same size as your character's torso, capping out at your character's full length size. Other roleplayers' characters (unless willing) cannot be used as a substitute. Spawning random, faceless characters to use as substitutes is not permitted. Medical | Genin | Arashigakure Focused on the incoming Chidori Nagashi, Nagisa proceeded to respond in kind utilizing the famous counterbalancing property. With her own palm she reached out and unleashed a lightning style Lightning Beam which struck into the Chidori Nagashi, both momentarily bursting into a flash of light as they utilized equal amounts of chakra. Distracted by the light, she didn't have time to react to the Twitching Limb, her leg now feeling a shocking pain that made using it difficult. <******** b***h, goddamnit that hurts." A frown began to form as she grit her teeth. "You coward, resorting to s- such cheap tricks."
Wiping sweat off of her head Nagisa focused on breathing in and out and attempted to ignore the pain in her leg. "Look at you, wanderer. All of this power and skill, but you can't even dedicate yourself to a village. You just do whatever you want - without any consequences. Everyday... I watch people suffer just like this. And sometimes because I am not strong enough I have to watch and wait for a stronger medical shinobi to arrive." As Nagisa continued to speak, she pointed at her leg and cried out, "If I am going to become the ultimate medical kunoichi then I'll overcome my helplessness right here! I'm going to defeat you!"
Placing both of her arms at her side she then utilized the Kaiser Armor forming an invisible chakra that covered her skin. If she was going to beat Leia, she could not hold back anymore. She needed to go to the next level and break her limitations. Quickly holding one of her hands over her leg she used the Healing Hands: Minor to heal any light damage around the effected area and to assist in returning the leg to its functional usage as well as reducing the distracting pain involved. While it still somewhat twitched the pain was now at least bearable. Her next move would depend on the decisions of Leia. She needed to close the distance and land some strong taijutsu.

Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This Jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user. Requires knowing Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu [Lightning Blast Technique] to learn. This is an upgrade for Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu, and takes its place once learned.

While active, the armor prevents damage equal to it's own rank. Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui [ Healing Hands Technique: Minor ] Rank: C Official Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries. Guild Description: See the official description. However in any way this conflict ends, i will be leaving the village and not returning, a journey lies ahead and i must start in earnest." Leia then quickly with her right hand does hand signs for Lightning Beam jutsu exact ones for Lightning Bolt and fires it towards Nagi though with her other hand she quickly forms different hand signs, ones she hasn't used during this fight. She fires off a Nara Technique, Shadow Intimation Jutsu which it travels behind the Lightning Beam attack going through the shadows around the town and extending towards Nagi's shadow attempting to grab. By using the Lightning Beam as cover for the shadow and it traveling very quickly towards Nagi, it may give either jutsu the chance to land on Nagi. Leia of course plans to restrict Nagi so that she may finish this fight in earnest as she wishes and leave Nagi. Nagi is speaking non sense and it just shows how she isn't thinking about the possibly of her going Wanderer to bring world peace with more freedom to hunt down crime. Besides, Leia doesn't want to fight any longer then she needs to with someone like this. Of course rivalry does burn in her soul no doubt, she will be keeping a eye on Nagi's progress in later years and hopefully when they clash again, she will be more interested about fighting then wasting her breath.

Kagemane no Jutsu [ Shadow Imitation Technique ] Rank: C Official Description: The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface (even water) and as far as they want as long as there is a sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires (of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back, so that the opponent draws nothing when the user draws a shuriken). If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on preexisting shadows for their shadow to freely travel through. It's also possible to split one's shadow, either to trap more opponents at once, or to create a distraction. The major downside of the Shadow Imitation is that it is tiring to use repeatedly; Hidan notes that the ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use (Shikamaru can only maintain it for 5 minutes per use). If the user is low on chakra, the performance rate of the technique also deteriorates. Insufficient lighting will make the technique less effective. A particularly strong opponent can also resist the shadow's forced imitation. Guild Description: Easily broken if used on the same opponent more than two [2] times in a fight, requiring only a C-rank amount of chakra to break free. For the first two times it requires an A-rank to break out from, and only after the first complete post of being trapped.

Medical | Genin | Arashigakure Paying closer attention to Leia she noticed one handseal was being held in place just before the Lightning Beam was launched at her. Knowing something was off and being hidden behind the Lightning Beam, she made every precaution not to simply be struck by the attack as she would normal do knowing the defensive capabilities of her Kaiser Armor shield.
Instead she used the Dark Instant Movement to further distance herself back allowing the Lightning Beam to strike her. However, as the beam struck her armor and the two equal ranks of lightning techniques negated eachother there was enough momentary light for Nagisa to see a feint black tendril coming up just slow enough behind it for her to form three handseals and create a Lightning Clone. It jumped forward into the black tendril which Leia would have control over her lightning clone's movements.
Seeing that Leia's hand would be stuck at least in its held position until she made another move, Nagisa took this as her initiative chance to get in and land some taijutsu attacks. Sliding forward she lunged off her now almost back to normal leg and leaped into the air before attempting to spin her body into a flying roundhouse and used a White Fissure to propel her at rapid speed to Leia to finish closing the gap.
Using her advanced training proceeded to combine this with another graceful second mid-air flip for a Round Fissure, which was one more roundhouse kick; this one straight aimed at Leia's head for a knockout strike. This kick was empowered by the continuous chakra from Bruising Sky Leg for awesome offensive force.

It is also able to attack using Taijutsu; however, its ability to attack is around 1/10 the user’s. In return for this weakness, its attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.

Leia seeing how she reacted very quickly, she has no choice but to pull down the Shadow jutsu and use the substation timing it with her kicks replacing herself with her Lightning Clone using it against her. Leia appears behind her and weaves with her left hand releasing the Electric Needle Spread firing needles in her direction but then smirks a sheepish grin as she uses her other hand firing off Chidori Eisou. It extends out towards Nagi towards her being in mid air, its the perfect timing to pierce her or slash her either way, she is aiming to wound her severely to the point where if she don't tend to her wounds, she will pass out. If its successful, the battle should be over. Leia couldn't stop and think what she should do, if she didn't use the lightning clone, most likely Nagi would of used her clone to attack her while she was doing her thing. Leia does feel spent on chakra a bit, that last attack sure is pushing her limits a bit. All right now her body is just tingling because of how low of chakra she is in her body. Nagi is one strong opponent but sadly she didn't train her buki in time before she arrived. If this fight drags on any further, she won't be able to defend herself outside the village.

Chidori Eisou Rank: C-A :: Spiritual Description: Another variation of the Chidori that manipulates the lightning chakra into a long, slender spear. This concentrated spear of the Chidori can extend outwards to a limit of five feet per rank, and like the Hatake's version of the Chidori this condensed spear of lightning can cut as well as pierce a target. This technique can be channeled through a bladed weapon for ease of use while counting an independent technique for collisions. Anyone stricken by this technique at C Rank suffer [Tier 1 Paralysis]. B-A Rank cause [Tier 2]. This technique has an upkeep of chakra two ranks below it's original cost per post.

Medical | Genin | Arashigakure As she struck the lightning clone with superior force and chakra, it was blown away and her leg crushed the ground below it. Seeing that the more immediate threat was the Chidori Spear, forming her handseals as fast as she could, Nagisas held out her hand and yelled, "Gale Wind Palm!" The spear attack would be met by spiralling winds that would rip it apart before sending the remaining wind at her. Allowing the Electric Needles to hit her torso, Nagisa winced in pain but didn't finish her assault here. Diving forward and riding the wind her hands gripped the hilt of her wakizashi and katana and she unsheathed them, spiraling her body like a torpedo.
Using whatever chakra she could muster, she then unsheathed her katana and wakizashi. Once she would reach melee distance of Leia, she swung her blades like a scissor diagonally slashing towards her left lower torso to her right shoulder using Drawing Art: First Blood. Landing on her feet as this attack was slashed, Nagisa went in for her finishing blow Hidden Thrust. Two Swords Drawing Art: First Blood Rank: X :: Simple Description: The user prepares themselves with the sheathed swords at their sides and their hands hovering over the hilts. The user attacks the opponent by rapidly drawing and cutting at the opponent in a scissor like stroke. This technique gains a slight increase to speed for every rank it is executed at.
Hidden Thrust Rank: D :: Complex Description: A technique generally used from the Primary Stance. By swinging the front-held blade, the user distracts the opponent and lowers their secondary blade to a thrusting position which is sent forward just as the front blade is brought horizontally across. By channeling chakra into the secondary blade, the user extends the strike by three feet, creating a chakra blade extension.
With all the slashes and all coming down with her body being tired as it is, she couldn't fight back, no way at all. Leia tried her best and specially being pierced through, she falls back off of the blade hitting the ground still breathing. Luckily for her, her body is pretty tough so she isn't coughing blood or anything, just hurting all over. Leia smiles, not disappointed but happy that Nagi focused on the fight and for the first time ever, she had been defeated. "You win... you make me so proud ya know. To be honest, i am very sorry for what i said earlier, but i had to motivate you to fight. Anyway, If there is anyone that is Waifu, its already you before this fight. Your the one with the beauty attractions, guys would scramble for you, no doubt." Leia breathes slowly, very slowly trying to not expand her chest too much, with all the slashes she had taken and the previous moves she had endured from her taijutsu, it hurts to expand a bit.

Medical | Genin | Arashigakure Sheathing her blades, Nagisa began to assess the damage she had done. The pain in her chest was ringing, but she was getting over it. "Proud? Ack... I mean it was a fight and when you commit you either go all the way or you don't go at all. Now, let me get a look at those wounds." Approaching Leia, Nagisa first used Diagnosis to scan for anything internal or worse than the wounds from her blades. Beyond seeing her reserves being low, Nagisa felt all she needed to do was stop the bleeding and close the wounds. Grabbing Leia's shoulder, she explained, "Lay down and don't put up a fight with this. I need to stop the bleeding and close the wound. I would check in with a hospital for more advanced screening... I hope you don't catch an infection over this. I went a little too hard there..."
As Leia was laying there on Nagisa's knees, she held her hands over her wounded area and used the Blood Coagulation jutsu. Her bleeding would come to a halt at this point as Nagisa proceeded to begin the actual healing that would close her wounds. "Healing Hands Jutsu!" A larger orb of healing than the one Leia saw in the battle formed as she forced the wounds closed on Leia. She moved down the diagonal line and focused over the pierced area ensuring it reached the back of her waist as well. Using some bandages from Nagisa's backpack, she bandaged around Leia's torso and waist. "You'll need plenty of rest and lots of liquids. You did good, your Lightning Style is fast. If I wasn't careful I could be the one in need of healing."

"I won't, if i did, i would be opening up my wounds and that wouldn't be good, not at all." Leia like before doesn't move a inch and watches her go at work as her healing jutsu begins to activate and shuts up her wounds along with her getting bandaged up." Yeah sure will, and your Wind Style is impressive. To be honest, you are the first one to ever defeat me in combat, many others tried but its because of my wit, they got defeated very easily. I can see both of us got tricks up our sleeves and on top of it, we were going at each other out witting one another. I won't be fighting for awhile, and its alright, i did push you into a corner. There may be times you may have to fight like that where you can't worry about how hard you hit someone but know the person before you is trying to take your life." Leia speaks from experience as she couldn't get to her friend in time and her friend gave up her life to save hers. That is what happened recently and because of her friend's parting words, she wishes to leave the village in peace as a Wanderer. She has no intention of hurting the village or its shinobi however if she must defend herself, she will do what she can to not kill Hidden Storm Shinobi. They are her comrades after all but if she must kill a comrade, only do it if there seems to be no other option and talking is out of the question.

Medical | Genin | Arashigakure After finishing up her bandages, Nagisa stood back up and crossed her arms. She didn't get why Leia left the village and in some cases it didn't really matter. "Look, I was going to tell you to get out of here because I didn't feel you deserved to be in the village. But, I can tell you're able to hold your own." She looked to her side with a neutral expression that formed into a curved smile at one end. "Feel free to use our restaurants and the hospital. As long as your ryo is good and you are keeping out of trouble, you've earned my trust." She sighed recalling her original intent on tracking this wandering shinobi was potentially to make her return. But, did she really have such an authority without a mission or acknowledgment from the higher ups?
"I hope we can run into eachother again in the future and see how far we've both come. But, just know if you ever do anything that threatens the safety of my village - I'll destroy you myself." Turning away from her Nagisa started to walk towards an alleyway. She had to do some more training. Leia was able to land not just one attack, but two and had they been anything more lethal Nagisa could have actually been in danger. Leia revealed that Nagisa was not yet as strong as she could be and that her path had just begun. "And remember who beat you today - Nagisa Kanata. One day it will be the name of legend. See you next time, Leia."
