Near the main road wear a white coat and long black Kevlar pants, a face mask made of wool there a young tall girl was setting up a thin wire just underneath the snow. Connected to another spring trap device on the otherside of the road, the girl worked diligently and carefully inorder not to disturb the snow around the trap wire. Once she had finished she would let the falling snow cover up the rest while the young girl shuffled around abit befor simply falling over flat into the snow, she would not move letting snow build up on her back. She moved and fell not to far from her trap so if someone did come along before she was fully covered they would get caught within her trap.
The trap if set off would activate a spring trap device that would cause several long thick boards covered in senbon and shuriken hammered in much like a make shift iron maiden. It was simple but far more effective then attacking head on, for insurance however she had a single D rank paper bomb place on each of the three boards incase the victum still was consious and or living. These would ensure who ever was caught would be far to injured to fight back while she dragged them off for her harvesting.

From deep within the passage, the woman laying traps might have seen a dark spot on the horizon, starkly contrasting the snow. After a few minutes, the figure was close enough to distinguish features. White hair, black coat, red eyes. A black, ornate sword case being held off the ground by a leather strap. The closer he got, it became easy to notice that his expression was one that didn't enjoy the cold. Shinji Ketsueki, the teen who had found himself trapped in this passage, was travelling through in order to go collect some herbs. He was an aspiring enchanter, and the gathering of herbs was necessary for that sort of job.
As he got closer, he tripped a wire hidden beneath the snow. The resulting impact of the boards and the explosion to follow, would be enough to knock a full grown man unconscious. However, should the woman inspect her traps, she'd find nothing more than splatters of blood. No bones, no meat, no body. You see, this wasn't the real body of Shinji. He had sent forth a blood clone, several yards ahead of him, in order to check for just such an occurrence. Traps and ambushes were common in passes such as this, and if he had gone in without a safeguard, then he would be just as likely to have fallen into that trap.
The sound of blood splattering on the ground.. but it was odd Clems ears focused on the sounds of what should of occurred. she hear no one falling to the ground no screaming nor even the crunch of the snow from a body slamming into the ground. Clem gritted her teeth at the thought was she dealing with another ninja, not the best match up for her but it wasn't something she couldn't handle. Remaining still clem slowed her breath as avoid any unnecessary noise especially if the one who was around saw the explosion. At least this way this way she could avoid a direct fight right off the bat.Until she was sure of the targets location Clem would keep herself hidden until the last possible second.

Having witnessed the explosion that ensued around his clone, Shinji proceeded forth with caution. He crossed his free arm over to his sword case and drew one of the six physical blades that were housed there, then proceeded to inspect the area. The wooden boards that collapsed around his clone were littered with senbon needles and shuriken, deeply implanted into the wood, but done in a way that wouldn't completely eviscerate the body. The explosion must have been a result of paper bombs, as there were charred burns on the wood, but no sign of a trigger. Clearly, someone who knew what they were doing had set this trap up. And if the trap wasn't meant to completely destroy the body... He wasn't alone.
Shinji set his sword case on the ground, using his now free hand to produce a crimson liquid needle on the tip of his finger, dipping it into the palm of his hand. He made a single handed seal with the same hand, which caused a puff. Once the vapor cleared away, he was holding a grotesque looking scythe. It looked as if it were a jumbled mess comprised of a blade attached to a mutated bird skull, sitting atop a human spine. His eyes peered over the snowy land, searching for any sign of life. He appeared to be more relaxed, rather than guarded, despite the two weapons he was holding; but, looks could be deceiving.

As the young girl had thought not long after her trap was set off another had appeared, by hearing his feet crush the snow she figured his location was near the trap. Clem took slow breaths trying to keep calm. One wrong move could spell disaster for her, what she needed right now was a way to deal with her would be attacker. Determined to live Clems hnads inched closer and closer together right around the time Shinji was forming his weapon, the stench of blood did set off a red flag in clems head but it would not distract her from the task at hand. Had she gone unnoticed Clem would have made several handsigns activating her Earth Release: Subterranean Voyage Clems body would sink into the ground causing a indent in the snow where she was, knowing this Clem left a single C ranked paper bomb ready to explode once someone stepped near the bomb or when the ice pile became to heavy setting it off.
Clementia would swim away further north closer to the entrance of the mountain near the road. swimming higher and higher up the side of the pass she would appear near a flattened area which could sever as a resting area, near the area was a broken log. Clem sprouted out at this rest area brushing off the snow, " God damn it this suuucks" Taking a deep breath to calm down the and gather her thoughts. Ninjas like that were bad news not someone she wanted to fight head on unless she needed to. knowing this the girl looked around for anything heavy to use thats when she found a large broken tree log a perfect object for blunt force trauma. Smiling the girl would get to work, pulling some trap wire wrapping it around the log. pulling a scroll out the girl would summon a few large spring devices, ten minutes of work would result in clem rolling over the large log on to the springs, connecting several strands of wires around into the snow clem would then find a nice hiding spot pulling out her Hand held launcher Azura

Jutsu used Earth style: Subterranean voyage technique that transforms the earth surrounding the user into a fluid, allowing them to close in on the enemy with high speed by swimming underground. Since being under the ground is a blind spot, the target has no warning; allowing the user to launch a surprise attack. By using this technique in conjunction with a weapon, it also gains great effect as an "assault ninjutsu"./spoiler]

Shinji's attention instantly locked onto the dent in the snow that had just formed. Someone had been hiding there, that was unmistakable. He took a few steps towards it, but paused. If this person was proficient at setting traps, walking right towards their hiding spot wasn't a good idea. Instead, He lifted his scythe, and swung it downward, towards the indent. However, his distance wouldn't allow for the blade to make contact with the pile. Instead, his hand made a sudden and quick jerking movement to the side, which dislodged the pieces of his weapon. The extra length allowed the blade to easily reach the spot, and it's point stuck deep into the white cloud of ice.
Shinji felt no resistance on the attack. They had moved. He should have guessed, but before he could put any more thought into it, a hidden explosive went off, sending Shinji back a few feet. He landed and maintained a crouched position from the ground. Luckily he wasn't close enough to be caught in the full blast, but a few licks of flames had singed his coat. A look of annoyance shot towards the burnt fabric, then he began to scan the horizon. Any sign of life would trigger an attack from the shinobi, now looking for retribution. It was the only coat he owned, after all.
After a few minutes of sitting she sighed, it appeared the man had not followed so she could rule out sensor ninja, placing her weapon back into her coat clem instead opted to make a few more preparations. Standing back up clem decided to focus her chakra, she needed someone to take care of that person and lead them back here where clem could have the advantage. Not having used this technique yet she wasn't sure it would work or not but spending a good bit of ryo to get a scroll with the information of the shadow clone jutsu. Her body that memorized the the hand seals and copied them hand sign for hand sign. in a puff of smoke another Clem had formed perfectly mirroring her. Clem A looked over Clem B " Not bad i look good real good ehehhe ok you know what to do right? meee yeah go do the thing ill get busy here" Clem B Would just chuckle as The originals request " Fine fine no need to rush me...me just don't waste my time got it" The clone would run off avoiding the trap wire to the log trap while the real Clementia began work on fortifying this location.
Clem would open up her coat pulling out a small metal shovel with a rubber grip perfect for what she had planned, a quick survey of the area and picking out a good place to start digging. bending down she would shovel the snow then through the several inches of dirt" Cant on trick pony right" Plucking out a smoke bomb first she set this one closest to the log trap it would set off once the log trap was triggered. Following this she would set up over a several paper bomb mines and smoke bombs. Wanting to keep it creative she even had the idea to take a knife and collecting sticks.
The clone made her way back down the mountain trail. Getting an idea to keep him distracted she would pull what appeared to be a crossbow equipped with serrated bolts. With her outfit spotting her from a distance would be rather difficult. Sticking close to the trees though few did provide a acquit camouflage. Had the man not moved much from his location Clementia would be close to the area he set the bomb off hiding a good 20 meters away to observe him and take down all the features he had including the blood weapons he had among the many other telling signs. Laying down Clem B would point her cross bow at his location her eye narrowing focusing on her target. Her breath grew steady once again the girl knew the second she fired her crossbow then what came next was that she needed to change locations 1...2...3... in her mind she counted off keeping her breathing patterns down. click.. pulling the trigger the bolt fired and traveled full speed quietly through the air heading right for the mans left knee. In the time it fired clem would roll side ways eventually rolling back on her feet and into a sprint moving between the trees to keep herself from being tracked easily. at her pace she would eventually reach the entrance of the mountain pass withing ten minutes

Jutsu used Learned Shadow Clone Jutsu rank B Modifier Learn three extra taijutsu
Downward Circle | Rank X | Simple The user turns their body as they step forward, throwing their weight into their next strike. Using the knife hand fist of the style, the user strikes downward on the target's upper torso, aiming at the shoulders. If used above the target's body rank, this technique has the ability to dislocate the opponent's shoulders which renders their arms useless until an activation is spent along with the stamina paid for this technique to pop them back into place.
▰ Full Circle Counter | Rank X | Complex The user holds both their arms extended fully to both sides as an incoming ninjutsu attack approaches. Gathering chakra in both hands as they bring one arm up and one arm down they concentrate the chakra in a spiraling motion in their center. As the ninjutsu impacts the chakra spiral, it is sent flying back in the direction it originated.
▰ Snapping Rotation | E-A | Simple A counter to an opponents physical attack. The user grabs their approaching limb with a single hand. The user then rotates their hand rapidly in the opposite direction that the target's limb can bend, causing the limb extreme pains and stress fractures between E-C Rank and between B-A rank, the limb is snapped.

Shinji took a deep breath and steadied his pulse, which had begun racing slightly from the previous explosion and the irritation from his slightly singed coat. His eyes continued to gaze over the terrain. It was hard to make much out amidst the snow, but any sign of movement from someone not properly camouflaged would be a dead giveaway. Unfortunately, it seemed like the perpetrator he had stumbled upon was both crafty and well prepared. Shinji took a few steps back in order to put himself into a better position to observe the area, but in doing so, he had found himself right in the path of this persons crossbow. As the shot sprang forth, Shinji had barely noticed the shadow in time to move his leg, but was still grazed by the arrowhead. A trickle of warm liquid ran down his leg, and a wet spot began to pool around his pants. It wasn't a direct shot, which meant his knee was still intact, but it was unnerving still. Shinji decided to play it off, dropping down to one knee, clutching at the wound and crying out in pain. His senses were in overdrive, straining for any hints of noise or smell to alert him to the persons presence.
The sound of the man screaming was a good indication that her bolt atleast hit its mark however she like her original didnt take many chances in these situations... but then again she did consider the advantages of not having it end once she was quote on quote attacked, thats right she was a clone and a shadow clone at that. Still running in between the tree the young lady stuck her hand into her coat pulling out another serrated bolt loading it into her crossbow, suddenly stopping at the tree line she kept hidden behind the laast tree in front of her. thinking and thinking Clem went through each option at her disposal since once she left the tree line she would be out in the open much easier to see.thinking logically it be safer to chip away at the man keeping a good gap between them while she lead him to the originals large scale trap higher up in the mountains
gritting her teeth the clem clone dug in her pocket once more pulling out a paper tag, it didnt matter if she got caught, yes the fact that it didnt matter what happens sparked this idea. placings the tag inside her coat the young lady had a large grin spread across her face formed out of pure adrenaline. Taking one last deep breath her body spun around the tree before taking off into a sprint. Running till she reached the pathway and having a good 35 foot gap between her and the man gave her at least a few seconds for her to stop in her tracks aiming the crossbow at him and firing her second bolt. unlike before this was aimed in his general direction. once fired her body jerked around once again taking off into a sprint kicking up snow behind her to somewhat block her from the mans view , no completely but enough to make judging her exact distance and location abit harder.up near the mountains Clementia was making a few final preparations, near the log trap she had begun pouring water on the ground and a flat stone she found to smooth the ice that would form to make a slip trap so if the man had taken a step on this smooth ice he would fall over as the log trap was set off resulting in him being crushed.
