I'm using a "Variable Ranked Reward" For Tanabe Usamomi-Uchiha to change the following technique:
Technique Name: Curse of the Family Technique Type: Sealing Technique Rank: B Technique Description: The user places a seal upon the ground. Any bloodline the user has cannot be accessed by any opponent which is in contact on the same surface as the user has touched. If this technique is used on the opponent themselves then they lose access to any bloodline the user has. Last until the fight is over or until a counter seal is used.

Once the seal is applied to the target, the target may remove the seal anytime they see fit by paying a B-Rank chakra cost. While the seal is placed, it acts as a (basic) FTG seal for the user, and the target may expend an E-Rank amount of chakra to send a one word message to the user at any time.
▰ Demon Seal: Seal of Loss - Proxy Seal |Rank S | Fuuinjutsu | Demon Host | Spiritual A supplementary technique to the demon sealing technique Seal of Loss. This allows the user to place a small seal around their demon seal which links to another seal the user may place on an inanimate object. Once the technique is activated, the object is then possessed by the user's demon, which will create a scale representation of itself surrounding the object with the seal on it. The demon will be scaled so that its torso is slightly larger than the sealed object. While the demon still effectively remains sealed within the user, this allows the demon to "stretch its legs" in the physical world for some time. Due to the unstable nature of the connected seals and the volatility of bijuu chakra, the scaled version of the bijuu is incapable of combat.
▰ Seal of Suppression [ Japanese Technique Name ] | Rank A | Fuuinjutsu | Spiritual The user places a seal on a human target that suppresses almost their entire chakra pool, including specialty pools (i.e. nature chakra, demon chakra, etc.), leaving them with a pool of 100 chakra available. At any time, the target may expend a D-Rank chakra cost to break the seal and access their full pool once again. Suppressed chakra cannot be detected by basic (B-Rank and lower) sensory techniques or sage training. Jinchuuriki may still sense and identify suppressed demon chakra in the target, but only from a very limited, close range. Those capable of seeing chakra networks are able to discern that the user has a severe chakra blockage within them, but are unable to see the extent of the blocked chakra.
▰ Seal of Suppression: Sensory Jammer [ Japanese Technique Name ] | Rank S+ | Sensory | Spiritual A sensory technique counterpart to Seal of Suppression that allows for more thorough deception regarding the target's chakra. When cast on a target of the Seal of Suppression, the technique further obscures the suppressed chakra by intentionally feeding bad information back to sensory techniques used on the subject, up to S-Rank. This also further limits the ability of other jinchuuriki to sense demonic chakra in the target, but does nothing to prevent communication between demons or otherwise suppress the demon's consciousness. Dojutsu users are no long able to see a chakra blockage, but instead see the target's chakra network as faulty or damaged and unable to maintain a larger chakra pool.

While he's become accustomed to the distressing scenes that play out endlessly there, other subjects brought into The Veil suffer from Tier 1 Mental Stress when they enter and every 3 posts after that they remain in the realm.

▱▰▱ Veil Walker | Due to Matatabi's connection to Jashin and His power, Himitsu is able to use her chakra during his hibernation to allow him to enter "the veil" as Himi calls it. The Veil is a frequently shifting, ethereal plane that mimics the real world but at any given point in time. Ghostly scenes from the dead's lives play out here, but no souls remain, preventing Himi from interacting with the ghostly plays or their actors. ▰▰▰ Yamato Yamato is a large wolf dog, whose head is level with Shinji's in terms of height. An older member of Inuseki park, with rumors surrounding his name. Some say he used to fiercely guard the entrace to their lands, while others paint him to be a former "dog of war," so to speak. He tends to remark on the "Old Days" and complain of being up in years. Though, not even the other dogs of Inuseki Park know exactly how old he is. Yamato doesn't get along with most people. He's under the belief that the human race is largely made up of destructive, corrupt, gluttonous individuals who don't know how to solve problems rationally. He's seen the wars they've waged in the name of change, but hasn't seen any real changes being made; leaving him with a growing disdain for the species as a whole. His bond with Shinji is in stark contrast with this contempt. The contract they forged was started on the basis of sharing similar views on what the Shinobi world has become, and the direction it seemed to be going.
Yamato's fur is grey and white, with swirling patterns forming what appears to be tribal-esque variations on the sun and moon on either side of his neck.
Ability:Tranquil Mirror Whenever Shinji manifests a Reiken weapon or uses a Reiken technique, a copy of the weapon or technique is formed for the wolfdog. Yamato can use any bukijutsu that Shinji knows, of S Rank and below, so long as he has the appropriate weapon.
▰ Lunar Fang [ Japanese name ] | Rank: S | Cost: Complex Yamato's signature attack, the Lunar Fang appears to be a simple horizontal slash with a blade, at first. However, upon the completion of its motion, a crescent shaped blade of chakra is sent out for 20 meters, resulting in a secondary attack stemming from the path of the blades edge. The initial motion can also be used as an attack, creating a two-staged offensive technique.
▰ Sun Splitter [ Japanese name ] | Rank: S+ | Cost: Spiritual Yamato gathers an immense amount of chakra in his jaws, channeling it into the blade his teeth are clenched on. The chakra, although it doesn't have any elemental attributes, appears in the form of white flames. Yamato then swings the chakra-imbued weapon vertically, releasing the condensed energy in the form of a 3-foot wide wave of chakra rising from the ground and extending forward 200 meters. This attack, despite its entirely spiritual makeup, feels like a sharp edge on contact and cuts rather than impacts. The name of this technique is derived from its height, which stretches high enough that it cuts through clouds as it travels.
▰▰▰ Yōta Yōta is a happy little Pug. He's fairly small for a Sage creature, small enough that he can sit on Shinji's shoulders without looking out of place. Yōta is fully capable of talking, but often doesn't. This pug seems to be incredibly durable, but lacks the physical fitness to participate in intense combat for very long. He isn't the most intelligent of creatures, but is incredibly loyal and friendly. Rank A | Chakra: 1750 | Stamina: 800 Stats: Endurance 8
Ability:A whole lotta drool Yōta naturally produces a constant, and definitely unnatural amount of drool for a creature his size. Shinji can use this drool as a water source for Suiton attacks. Additionally, any of Yōta's drool used in a technique (either by Yōta or by Shinji) can be affected by Shinji's "Enhancement of Life's Source" PA.
▰ Eldritch Pug [ Japanese name ] | Rank: E | Cost: Chakra Whenever Yōta is the recipient of an attack that would remove him from combat, or otherwise incapacitate him, this technique seems to make him momentarily impervious to damage. HOWEVER, he will still become incapable of participating in the fight in any capacity. (Ask me about it in Discord.)
▰ Splatter [ Japanese name ] | Rank: C | Cost: chakra Yōta leaps into the air while spinning, using chakra to exaggerate the amount of drool he produces for a moment. The drool, while spinning, is flung haphazardly around the area. Those directly hit by this drool are marked, and can be tracked by Shinji while in Sage mode.
▰ Liquid Bark [ Japanese name ] | Rank: S | Cost: chakra The only offensive move in Yōta's arsenal, this technique involves a sudden and high pitched bark that echoes through the area, causing tier 2 deafness in those who hear the bark within 10 meters of the dog, unless chakra is used to dampen the effect, along with a deceptively strong wave of force echoing outward for 30 meters that is capable of knocking enemies backward.
