The user does several hand signs, does the similar hand positioning like Chidori but their hand is in a claw gesture as the flames gather around their single hand they choose to focus the flames. Instead of rushing towards their opponent, they raise their hand keeping it in a claw like position, like a tiger raising their paw to strike. With a single swipe down, they send five slash lines of flames, any targets getting hit with this technique will suffer tier 4 burns and trauma. If put up to S+ rank, the flame lines would be wider and taller, allowing to hit multiple targets.

Upon completion the sky above them darkens as a forty foot black cloud forms that rains down lightning, striking at all persons, including the user within the area of effect. These lightning bolts negate all agility bonuses of their target for the following post if successful and cause tier three paralysis on the target's entire body, causing tier one burns on the point of contact.
When used at A-rank or S-rank this ability may cause tier three paralysis and tier two burns. At S+ rank use this ability applies tier three paralysis and tier three burns.
This technique requires remains active for four posts before requiring an upkeep of ten chakra per post.
However, if this technique is used at S+ rank, the technique remains active for four of Unki's posts but will require a 3 post cooldown.

A barren land filled with mounds of debris and demolition will lay at the user's feet when the chains fully retract.
