Pending. I don't think you're trying to pull some fast one, but please monitor the language of your customs a little more. For example, are you making one of the armor's abilities to not have any movement penalties? Also, what size scrolls are adorned in the vest? Are they things which you stole, filthy rogue, or are they an ability of the item? If they are an ability, then what ranks are the scrolls? Also when the scrolls protect the user from small projectiles, is that at any rank? Like, can these scrolls stop an S+ ranked kunai?
For your second weapon, is it a reactionary ability where shockwaves come from what hit it? Or is it an offensive technique where the user fires off a shockwave? What is the cost? There's a lot to unpack with these customs, and I would like a bit more detail please. |

Pending. I am going to experiment with you. Usually when you make a custom weapon it’s one weapon per custom slot. However, I’m willing to play with you making two weapons for one slot. The cost, however, is that each ability only will correlate to one weapon. So the poison will only work for the cleaver, while the dagger will have the extending ability. On that topic, A-ranked technique cost 80 chakra, not 60. Fix that please. Also remove the part about three strikes resulting in five hours of paralysis. Finally, since custom weapons cannot break the rules of the guild, the poison needs to be able to be remedied by conventional means. It can’t only be countered by medical tricks.
For your armor, I would add more description to the floating power. Maybe give it a dr boost which scales by rank used? I don’t know, it’s just lax with what it does. Like, if you used it in a fight, and you’re like, “aha! I am faster now because I’m like a balloon.” I would be like, “Nah son. The armor doesn’t say you move faster or dodge easier. Try again.” Things like that matter in the guild. |

that was my idea for the weapons one uses poison and the other used for widening wounds, for the paralysis effect what do you suggest on how it functions i know theirs tiers just not sure how to incorporate them ill edit them remedy and the cost. as for the armor my idea was to avoid the weight hindrance to keep her at her normal speed while adding in that floating effect so mid air combat was a thing ill add dr no problem those any notes woud be helpful |

Upon impact, a sonic boom separate from the Sonic Boom PA erupts, causing deafness to those who hear it and creating a concussive and electrical knock back to those within ten feet of the impact, sending them flying twenty feet from their location while causing tier two paralysis to their entire body.
