Okie dokie, so one of these puppets was already approved, but Sumika was respec'd slightly just after its approval so its mechanism allocations an categorizations have changed. I've put a list below so you can easily tell what you need to account for.

• All of the mechanisms have been updated to denote their type.
• Vogel has gotten slightly taller, from around Sumika's height to 10ft when "standing"
• The Jaws mechanism is no longer X rank, functions the same.
• Magnet Release Volley Cannon mechanism has been slid up one rank for its variability range, functions the same.
• Chakra Thrusters mechanism is no longer X rank, functions the same.
• Long Distance Lenses mechanism has been removed from Vogel entirely and replaced.
• Vogel now no longer has Master Mechanist granted unique mechanisms.

Things that have not been touched from last approval, aside from addition of type:
• Elemental Substrate
• Adaptive Armor
• Poison Mist Dispersal Unit
• Regenerative Joints

Everything else is new.

Puppets

Character: Sumika
Link to profile: [x]
Puppet Name: Sumiko
Puppet Tier: 3
Inventory Information: Medium
Puppet Appearance: Sumika
Puppet Description: Sumiko is a puppet that appears, in outward appearance, almost identical to Sumika with one noteworthy difference. The puppet is exactly one inch shorter than its creator. Beyond that, most of the puppet’s features are concealed by Sumika’s jiton cloak.
Mechanism Summary:
Party Popper: Installed in the puppet’s left arm, launched from the wrists.
Sound Cannon: Conical speaker is installed in the puppet’s mouth, with the microphones installed where ears would normally be placed.
Adaptive Armor: This armor makes up the cloak and other “clothes” that the puppet appears to be wearing.
Rasengun: Installed in the puppet’s chest.
Current Management System [ Unique | Bloodline]: Does not count against mechanism limits.
Hot Swap Battery Bay: See Description.
Mechanism Name: Description
Poison Mist Dispersal Unit [ PA ]: Installed in puppet torso, configured for Direct Dispersal via a nozzle in the puppet’s right wrist.. Does not count against the puppet's mechanism limit. No poison installed currently.
Chakra Battery [ Cross Class ]: Installed

Puppet Name: Vogel
Puppet Tier: 3
Inventory Information: Large
Puppet Appearance: Vogel is what appears to be a fat, stout black owl standing about 10ft tall. It's feathers appear to be the genuine article from a distance, but up close it's clear that they are instead magnetized Jiton. Built for flight, only the aerofoil surfaces of the puppet have underlying structure, while the rest of the bird's plumage is hollow; providing a source of Jiton for Sumika while reducing the weight of the puppet.
Puppet Description: Vogel is designed for mobility and range. While it lacks speed, it has an excellent glide ratio and high weight capacity paired with the ability to turn tightly in the air. While it certainly isn't a slouch in a dive, it's not a puppet designed for that purpose. Its large claws and talons are designed for secure perching, more than damage, and its large beak is purpose built for cracking through defenses. Its feet reach nearly 2.5ft in diameter when fully extended, allowing it the ability to grapple people, puppets, pets, and even medium sized summons.
Mechanism Summary:
Jaws: On Vogel this mechanism is installed in the beak, allowing it to be employed in combination with the puppets large talons.
Magnet Release: Volley Cannon: This puppet's implementation of this mechanism is currently in the traditional two rows of three cannons, built into the leading edge of Vogel's wings, and sequenced to fire from the innermost cannon to the outermost in order and in unison.
Adaptive Armor: The adaptive armor mechanism is housed in the core of the puppet, but the sand it uses comprises the puppet’s feathers.
Regenerative Joints: See description.
Chakra Thrusters: See description.
Hot Swap Battery Bay: See description.
Elemental Substrate [ Unique | Bloodline ]: Does not count against mechanism limits.
Optional Poison Mech [ PA ]: Poison Mist Dispersal Unit: Housed in the wings in order to balance puppet capacity with stability. Does not count against the puppet's limit. No poison installed currently.
Chakra Battery [ Cross Class]: Installed

Puppet Name: Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction
Puppet Tier: 2
Inventory Information: Small
Puppet Appearance: Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction resembles a large pangolin, but is still no larger than an average dog.
Puppet Description: Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction is a puppet designed entirely around managing Sumika’s array of chakra batteries. It features an exterior shell made of her trademark adaptive armor, a tail capable of raising it to service heights for other puppets, and is light enough to be levitated to a target by Sumika if necessary. While it carries up to four chakra batteries on board, Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction cannot access the devices for purposes of chakra usage. And, last but not least, this puppet is capable of propulsion via rolling into a ball.
Mechanism Summary:
Adaptive Armor: The adaptive armor mechanism is housed in the head of the puppet, but the sand it uses comprises the puppet’s scaly back armor.
Hot Swap Battery Bay: See description. Two units installed.
Gyromagnetic Generator [ Unique | Bloodline ]: Does not count against mechanism limits.

Mechanisms

Type of Mechanism: Elemental Substrate
Tier of Mechanism: Unique | Vogel
Mechanism Rank: D
Mechanism Description: This mechanism uses a small amount of Jiton stored on the puppet to create an extremely thin lattice of iron sand just above the surface of the puppet. This lattice is specifically designed to channel energy away from the surface of the puppet, allowing chakra of any nature to be applied to it without harming the puppet underneath. The ingenious structure can withstand up to S rank elemental chakras without deforming or harming the surface beneath. It is, however, fragile. While strikes to it will apply damage and / or an effect depending on the element, even a clash of jutsu above its rank will disrupt its structure and render the entire surface unstable, destroying it and dispersing the chakra bonded to it. Elements attached to this follow the rules of counterbalancing if overwhelmed. The source of chakra from this technique must be the puppeteer controlling the puppet.
• Katon: Applies Burn status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact, and Dehydration of the rank of the technique within [ 5 ] feet on dispersal, unless dispersed by an element that would counter this effect like Suiton or Hyouton.
• Suiton: Applies the Drench status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact, and one rank lower to anyone within 10 feet of the puppet upon dispersal.
• Fuuton: Applies the Vertigo status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact, and creates a shockwave capable of knocking over shinobi of the body rank equivalent to the element within [ 20 ] feet of the puppet when dispersed.
• Raiton: Applies the Paralysis status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact, and transfers its current to any object or person within [ 10 ] feet of the puppet. If the object in question is a puppet with a chakra battery, this technique's energy is transferred into that puppet with a loss of an additional [ 5 ] chakra per rank above E, provided the puppet has available capacity.
• Doton: Applies the Trauma status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact.
• Maruton: Applies a force equivalent to the rank of the elemental affinity on contact.
• Nature: Applies the Petrification status effect of the rank of the elemental affinity on contact.

Type of Mechanism: Jaws
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: B-S
Mechanism Description: A rather large mechanism, these massive mechanical jaws are meant to be structurally integrated into a puppet. A relatively simple design, they use chakra to bite into the surface and then rip through it. While meant for interfacing with physical defenses, this mechanism is certainly capable of dealing its damage to anything in its way including chakra shields.

Type of Mechanism: Magnet Release: Volley Canons
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: B-S
Mechanism Description: The Volley Canons mechanism is generally deployed in two rows of three, all though its canons may be deployed in any arrangement and sequenced to fire in any order - which must also be declared in Vogel's description, an may be changed. Because the magnetic rail guns that make it up, it can only be properly operated by a Magnet Release user. Additionally, as it fires actual, physical projectiles the shots fired by it function differently than a normal jutsu. They do not have a fixed range, instead dropping in power by one rank when exceeding their normal limits when fired from the ground - or twice their normal limits when fired from the air. This process continues for each subsequent rank, until rank E, at which point the projectiles become a free flying projectile that inflict E rank damage in perpetuity. While any munitions payload that fits in the canons may be loaded into them, Sumika's default ammunition for this weapon is a Jiton fragmentation device that can be detonated after firing to deal damage equivalent to the projectiles current functional rank.

Type of Mechanism: Adaptive Armor
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: X
Mechanism Description: A complex structure, normally housed in the core, this device allows a source of jiton local to the individual puppet to be used in defense. When destroyed, this armor renders the Jiton feathers utilized inert for the purposes of jutsu, until the point at which they regenerate. Each rank of this jutsu uses double the amount of jiton as the previous rank, with S+ using all of the puppet's jiton. This armor regenerates passively at an E rank amount per post, but any Magnet Release shinobi may contribute jiton of an equivalent rank to replenish this supply.

Type of Mechanism: Poison Mist Dispersal Unit
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: C-A
Mechanism Description: This dispersal unit can be fitted into any puppet, and includes its own reservoir, but its affects will depend upon the method of its installation - which must be defined in the description of this mechanism on the puppet in question. Installation for directed dispersal will channel the loaded poison in a specific direction accurately enough to pass through an opening or strike a single target. Directed dispersal installation has the added benefit of applying its effects on the first post of successful poisoning regardless of whether it is cured in the same post, thanks to its increased concentration. Its range is limited to half the range limit of the rank its used at, however. Area dispersal's affect will change depending, again, on what the puppet is designed to do. Puppets designed for ground level dispersion will create a close range cloud of poison with no direction that functions as the poison normally would over the standard range of the rank it is used at. Puppets designed for air dispersion, however, create a much finer mist, covering twice the range of the rank it was used at, but slowing the amount of time it takes for the poison to take effect from casual contact by one post. This wide dispersal, however, has the added effect of causing weapons and jutsu, specifically Suiton and Fuuton, to incorporate the poison by default, speeding the process of poisoning up to normal pace should either successfully connect with another person.

Type of Mechanism: Regenerative Joints
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: E
Mechanism Description: This simple mechanism returns energy to a puppet's chakra battery when it is in motion, depending on the inventory size of the puppet. Small puppets return [ 5 ] chakra per post, and suffer no reductions or additions to their statistics. Because of their low regeneration rate, these puppets also pay nothing for activating this technique, but may not access the chakra battery while it is active. Medium puppets return [ 10 ] chakra per post, and suffer a reduction of [ 1 ] in both speed and agility. Large puppets return [ 15 ] chakra per post, suffer a reduction of [ 2 ] in speed and agility, but gain an increase of [ 1 ] in both strength and endurance thanks to the increased resistance, and subsequent stability, created by it. Lastly, this mechanism does not require an activation to enable, and cannot be installed in human puppets due to a lack of mechanical joints that this mechanism relies on.

Type of Mechanism: Chakra Thrusters
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: C-A
Mechanism Description: These thrusters operate in one of a handful of modes depending on the puppeteer's manipulation of them. Focused mode creates a powerful, but limited propulsion capable of producing high speeds for one post. Distributed mode creates force over a wider area, increasing the puppet's strength for the purpose of lifting capacity temporarily. Purge mode purges chakra from the puppet's battery equivalent to the rank of use. Focused and Purge modes cannot be maintained, while Distributed mode can be sustained when airborne at the cost of half the initial rank's chakra in upkeep per post. This puppet's statistical limits in regards to this mechanism are considered to be that of its puppeteer.

Type of Mechanism: Party Popper
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: B
Mechanism Description: A relatively simple mechanism, this device disperses a canister of small particles that are capable of disrupting the travel of concentrated chakras and chakra signatures. These reflectors prevent jutsu and abilities that rely on establishing line of sight for chakra molding from functioning in or through their range of effect, without meaningfully hindering normal vision; i.e. techniques along the lines of the Sharingan’s Amaterasu or the Sakkakugan’s Flash of Weakness would not be able to project their chakra through the cloud accurately enough to hit their target, and something like the Byuakugan would be effectively blinded by the chaotic reflection of chakra signatures while fighting within. This cloud encompasses a 30ft radius from the point of impact for 4 posts, and may not be cleared away by a lower ranked technique. Additionally this device is capable of producing a startling quantity of confetti and glitter.

Type of Mechanism: Sound Cannon
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: S-S+
Mechanism Description: A strange contraption devised using jiton’s magnetization techniques as part of a sound amplification system, overdriving it to ear splitting levels. A pair of microphones pick up sounds much like ears might, transitioning them into a signal that is then reproduced through a conical speaker. The result is a tightly directed shockwave of sound, capable of causing significant damage through raw force in a tight cone. The range of this technique is compound in its area of effect, hitting anyone within 10ft of 180 degree arc in front of the speaker and projecting a cone that grows to 15ft in size up to 100ft away. Activating the mechanism causes it to remain active for an upkeep cost a rank lower than it was activated at, and will produce sound independently provided more sound was made by other actors in the area that could reasonably be considered to have been picked up by it. Oddly, this mechanism is also capable of producing the volumes that one might expect from a normal PA speaker for nominal amounts of chakra, but nothing in between, calling into question its creator’s fundamental grasp of the physics involved. Sound may also be provided through the puppeteer’s chakra strings as a signal for 20 chakra when the mechanism is operating at ranked outputs.

Type of Mechanism: Rasengun
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: D | Supplemental
Mechanism Description: This mechanism takes advantage of the unique chakra form of the Rasengan, and its variants, to turn the technique into a projectile. As a supplementary mechanism, the puppeteer provides the technique as they normally would, just compressed to fit within the chamber of the device. Applying chakra to the device then applies a shell of chakra around it to help maintain the form, and launches the resulting projectile as any other cannon-like device installed in a puppet would. Upon impact with a target or surface, the Rasengan expands to its normal size and applies its normal effects.

Type of Mechanism: Current Management System
Tier of Mechanism: Unique | Sumiko
Mechanism Rank: Passive
Mechanism Description: A cleverly designed system utilizing the principles of jiton jutsu, this mechanism allows Sumiko to manage Raiton chakra that the puppet comes into contact with. The primary element of this system is a grounding network built into the puppet that allows for complex rerouting and dissipation of raiton through use of magnetic conduction. A carefully balanced set of circuitry ensures that charge flows evenly from the exterior of the puppet, to the interior of the puppet, in two separate but equally intense charges. The first is delivered to the system that controls charge and discharge of the chakra batteries, storing the energy there. The remaining charge is channel to a series of tiny probes that expand from the surface of the puppet, creating a field that applies Tier 1 paralysis and damage at half the rank of the technique that was absorbed. As techniques are unable to be reduced below E rank, E rank techniques or divisions of AoE techniques are simply incapable of damaging the puppet, with the puppeteer choosing how the chakra is directed within the system. Techniques of A rank or lower may be dissipated entirely, provided this puppet’s chakra batteries have enough room to store half of the chakra. If unable to store, the chakra will damage first the discharge element of this system, then the circuitry on any subsequent interaction. Techniques of S Rank will always damage this puppet’s mechanisms as if it were in a same rank collision, though storage of half the chakra is still possible. Techniques of S+ Rank immediately disable all other mechanisms, discharge the field, and send the puppet’s chakra battery into runaway failure. The post after being struck with S+ Raiton, Sumiko will detonate with force equivalent to the rank of the battery installed. This detonation gains overwhelming if two chakra batteries are installed in the puppet.

Type of Mechanism: Hot Swap Battery Bay
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: E | Supplemental
Mechanism Description: This mechanism is designed to allow for a puppet’s chakra batteries to be removed during combat and provides for their ejection from the puppet upon destruction as a supplementary action. Additionally, this mechanism includes the second chakra battery bay, requiring only the first chakra battery to take up a mechanism slot in order to be installed - although this device does not come with a second battery. These devices are specialized per puppet, and provide for access by the puppeteer or another puppet. Ejection launches the entire mechanism, which is fitted with shock absorption for normal operation and is more than capable of surviving its landing. In the event that a battery is compromised via something like the Current Management System, only the battery of lower quality tier will be ejected, otherwise both batteries are ejected.

Type of Mechanism: Martial Grade Joints
Tier of Mechanism: Regular
Mechanism Rank: Passive
Mechanism Description: An upgrade to the movement producing elements of the puppet, this addition allows the puppet to perform Taijutsu and Bukijutsu that the puppeteer knows, albeit with significantly more restrictions than the Melee Marionette discipline. First, this puppet always possesses the base stat limitation of the Puppeteer class, regardless of what the puppeteer’s stat limitations are. Second, a puppet with this mechanism installed requires a significant portion of the puppeteer’s spatial reasoning to manage, preventing them from using Taijutsu or Bukijutsu of any kind in the same post as this puppet uses it - even if they have a free hand to do so with. Third, this puppet receives no passive benefits from the styles, and all its stat buffs must be provided actively.

Type of Mechanism: Gyromagnetic Generator
Tier of Mechanism: Unique | Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction
Mechanism Rank: D | Supplementary
Mechanism Description: Designed to more rapidly recharge the batteries that Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction, totes about, this mechanism is inseparable from the puppet such that its destruction renders the puppet inoperable. When activated, Rollbert, King of Roundington, Duke of Destruction loses the use of its activations for offensive purposes. Instead the puppet may only defend itself, or roll, both of which use an action. On a post where the puppet uses its action to roll, this generator turns the rotational forces of the process into energy capable of recharging the chakra batteries it carries. This may only charge one of the two battery bays at a time, but may charge each battery at double the normal rate. If the puppet defends, this capacity is halved and the batteries only charge for their normal maximum.

Hot Swap Battery Bay - Tentative Pass! - Only because this mechanism allows swapping batteries out during combat I feel this one is worth keeping an eye on. Let's see how this plays out!

Martial Grade Joints - Denied - I cannot grant anything that mimics grants of class discipline: Melee Marionette gives puppets access to Tai and Buki styles.

On the bright side, without that discipline puppets still have access to basic physical and weapon activations.

Puppet under the cut

Character: Kiku Fujioka
Link to profile: [x]
Puppet Name: Queen's Castle
Puppet Tier: Tier 3
Inventory Information: [ Large ]
Puppet Appearance: Appearance
Puppet Description: Queen's Castle is seemingly a metal and wooden wall of a puppet. However, it is actually made up of dozens of smaller "bricks" that allow it to split apart on command. Each brick as a node that allows it to fire electricity on command. While intact, Queen's Castle is nigh impenetrable, being Kiku's biggest defensive advantage.
Mechanism Summary:

Shield of Queens: Rank D-A | Unique: By flooding Queen's Castle with chakra, Kiku is able to protect against most techniques by treating any oncoming technique as one rank weaker. Making contact with this Shield applies Magnetic Manipulation to the target. Has a cooldown of 3 posts before Shield of Queens can be used again.

Embargo: Rank D-A | Unique: Embargo allows Queen's Castle let out an explosion of Jiton energy. Anyone caught in this explosion is unharmed, but is automatically pulled towards or pushed away from Queen's Castle as if they were under the effects of Magnetic Manipulation, placing the effect on them if it isn't already. If they are already under the effect of Magnetic Manipulation, this effect does not consume an activation, but removes the status from the enemy afterwards. Explosion is equal to five feet per rank. [Max: 20 feet at A rank]

Guard Change: Rank A | Unique: By commanding the bricks of Queen's Castle to separate, Kiku can control them individually and send them flying at an opponent. When someone is hit by these bricks, they are affected by [32] points of Tenketsu Rot. Additionally, is able to be coated with a custom poison of Kiku's creation.

Defend Order: Rank D-A | Unique: Allows Queen's Castle to fire lightning from the nodes on it's bricks, via storing them inside the puppet using Nature Sealing. If hit with this electricity, the target is afflicted by Tiered Paralysis and has Magnetic Manipulation placed upon them. If the target already has Magnetic Manipulation placed on them, this technique requires an extra rank of resources to dodge.

Link to profile: [x]
Puppet Name: Happy Spooballs
Puppet Tier: 1
Inventory Information: [ Small? ]
Puppet Appearance: a smooth wooden sphere about the size of a basketball. Usually painted with an enthusiastic and possibly cute face.
Puppet Description: externally a hardened and treated wood with metallic internal mechanisms. This puppet is generally used in pairs and is used for relatively direct offence and distraction, generally equipped with weapons able to pierce through defences more efficiently than most, although as a result they rely on being heavy offensive, although are very useful at defending the user from basic projectiles. This puppet is a personal design of Lilou’s own making.
Mechanism Summary:
Unique Mechanism Name: Vrrrrrrrr Blades!
Rank: E - C
Description: Splitting at the central point and popping open a couple of inches and severs long sharp blades will extend and begin to spin at high speeds, capable of sawing through most softer materials with ease, treating defensive actions/Jutsu that involve blocking or creating a barrier as a ranks lower in collisions.

Unique Mechanism Name: Burner
Rank:E - C
Description: Where the mouths are painted is a concealed nozzle for the tip of what could fundamentally be called a lower brow flamethrower. The nozzle will spew arcs of hot fire anywhere up to 10 feet at E-rank and 25 at C Anyone struck will suffer tiered burning and burns, the fuel of the fire allowing it too burn for 3 additional posts where it lands, requiring one tier greater than normal required drench tier to put out.

Character: (Who will use this mechanism?)
Link to profile: [x]
Type of Mechanism: Stress net
Tier of Mechanism: (Crafting Only - Basic, Advanced, Special, or Legendary)
Mechanism's Rank: B - A
Mechanism Description: A sort of net cannon that is made of very strong and sharp wires. The puppet will launch the net out of the point it’s installed into at the opponent, the net will release from bei compressed and slam into its target, hooked barbs latching onto one another and the opponents skin(considered grappled). At this point the net will start to be reeled in by a cord still attached to the puppet(which can be released at no action), this act will A, be agonizing and be much more painful to resist than a traditional net, costing no additional action but a D-ranked amount of chakra but causes an equal amount of trauma.
Removal requires the victim pay to break free of the grapple but will suffer a Equal rank of trauma in doing so. Wearing medium armor will reduce the rank of drag and release damage by 1, heavy by 2(meaning will be unharmed by the drag damage). This tool has one use per time it’s installed.

She also has a large tier 3 puppet called the nomster that is just a large Cookie Monster. When I work out It’s unique mechanisms I’ll post it for approval, just mentioning it here to establish its a thing for role-play purpose.

Couple things.
▰ Tier of Mechanism: (Crafting Only - Basic, Advanced, Special, or Legendary)
From experience, I encourage you indicate if this mechanism is connected to the crafting system. If this mechanism isn't designed to be crafted through a crafting mission, feel free to erase this section entirely! It will help you (and me) out when you start filling out more mechanisms!
*I want to offer some notes and tips for walking into puppetry!
Recommendations for Happy Spooballs:

Tier 1 from ranks E-C Burning/Burned, fuel burns for [3] posts. That's cool. It sounds familiar to other fire ninjutsu.

Now, Drench is handy for channeling lightning. Unless this is within your plan, I'd forget the drench. Since it requires Tier 2 drench to wash away which isn't available to all builds. My recommendation is to kick the drench!

If you just wanted a durable burn then replace "requiring one tier greater than normal required drench tier to put out" with "Requires a technique one rank higher [than what Lilou used] to put out."

Fundamentally:
Burner
Rank E - C
Mechanism description: The nozzle spews arcs of burning fuel and fire. The minimal range of this mechanism is 10 feet with E-rank cost. The maximal range of this mechanism reaches up to 25 feet with C-rank (Don't cut yourself short with the range! You can fire a 10-foot range stream of fire at C-rank if you wanted!) Anyone struck suffers Tier 1 Burning/Burned and the fuel burns for [3] posts. Requires a technique one rank higher [than what Lilou used] to put out.

** Alternatively, as you DO have Master Mechanist you have the option to GO EVEN FURTHER to B-rank for Tier One puppets. Don't skimp out on your discipline! It will save you some mechanisms.
If you decide to go E -B try this:

The nozzle spews arcs of burning fuel and fire. The minimal range of this mechanism is 10 feet with E-rank cost. The maximal range of this mechanism reaches up to 35 feet with B-rank (Don't cut yourself short with the range! You can fire a 10-foot range stream of fire at B-rank if you wanted!) Anyone struck suffers Tier 1 Burning/Burned and the fuel burns for [3] posts. Requires a technique one rank higher [than what Lilou used] to put out.

I don't recommend jumping into T2 because you are asking for the requirement of "one rank higher". In my experience, I TRY to limit one effect when I ask for "one rank higher" to defend against. Another mod may suggest otherwise but you're always welcome to submit reapplications for changes.

Since your puppeteer currently doesn't have an arcane puppeteer, this fire is easily like your standard flamethrower device. If you feel inclined to justify this as a FUUIN related mechanism or a mechanical mechanism (regular flamethrower device) you may take whichever path to help!

I mention this because something that WILL help you in the future is to dictate if this (or any) mechanism in the future is a chakra-based mechanism that manifests chakra-based effects! Otherwise, I typically think it's a mechanical mechanism with bits and bobs being the star!

Although, with elemental-based mechanisms + chakra based mechanisms you have to be careful not to make it sound like it requires Arcane puppetry (which is basically just launching your learned ninjutsu/genjutsu from a puppet) ! It's possible, trust me. Puppetry has a lot of wiggle room.

Reccomendations for Stress net:

I 'm offering to remove the "chakra tax" so you can imply damage is applied a flat trauma tier once grappled to remove the stacking. I'm not going to have you pay to drop or reel in the net. This mechanism is also asking enough that I might reccommend another change.

1. Grapple + Trauma (this is a B-A rank technique. You can amp up the trauma!)
2. I would reccomend removing the extra Truama effect since we're already looking at T3. With the armor being uncommon and situational.... I offer a slight disadvantage to light armor grades.
3. removed the once per battle requirement. Feel free to elaborate on sizes, lengths, and anything else you think makes this net capable to capturing your enemies!
* YOU CAN GO EVEN HIGHER! Will this be your S-rank trauma-grapple monster in the future?
Mechanism Description:
A launcher fires a sharp, wire net from the puppet and [grapple] the opponent with hooked barbs. In the same post, the net will reel back via a cable inflicting agonizing pain. While grappled, the opponent is dealt [Tier Three] trauma. The net may be dropped from the puppet for no cost or activation.
Removing the net is done so in the same as breaking from a grapple. Opponents wearing Light armor or lower grade armors will only suffer [Tier 2] Truama. Medium and heavy armor grades will not receive any trauma but will still be grappled. [4 post cooldown]

Thoughts on Vrrrr Blades class 1 & Unique: Vrrrrrrrr Blades

Bear with me. I don't handle requests that dabble in collisions often. Since this feels like, to me, as a means to go against an opposing jutsu that must be treated as "one rank higher" is also a little unusual to me. If their technique asks you to go one rank lower, this says "no, you're being treated as regular", am I right? I have virtually no idea if the other approval mods approve details like that but I want to offer an alternative since you may find yourself flying this character through the ranks!

Maybe change up the " treating defensive actions/Jutsu that involve blocking or creating a barrier as a rank lower as well as with non ranged attacks striking back in collisions(ranged knock it of coarse and thus aren’t subject to the decrease.)"
with a status debuff instead? Maybe a chakra blade or weapon manifestation to take advantage of the overwhelming feature that your chakra based mechanisms can get?

Anyway, rewrite my suggestions however you want to make it work for you! I want to make sure you aren't cutting your mechanisms short and getting the best boom!

OK!!! A lot to work with that helps me put here so first, Thank you very much! I posted this lot first so I can get a better grasp of how to make puppets, also cleared some stuff up. I probably should have specified if these are crafted mechanisms, they are not, in my mind I decided leaving them as is would hint at it, I’ll add N/A to ones that aren’t crafted for clarity smile !

So the flamethrower is meant to be a grasp at using fire whilst not having the actual elemental release, I was leery on doing so lol. I didn’t want to make it a Fuuin based weapon as then it’d gain overwhelming from my class. I’m currently not fully confident In making devices, especially ones that would differ between being ninjutsu and a ultra fancy ninja mechanism... I’m trying to make my Cookie Monster puppets Unique mechanisms and it’s hard lol. A puppet with a passive mechanism that would make it classified as wearing armor when faced with bludgeoning type attacked even be possible....?(ever punch a plush with the intent to do damage lol, it doesn’t work well.)

I improved the scaling of the mechanisms, I half forgot about that if we being honest.
So as followed

Burner
Rank E - B
Mechanism description: The nozzle spews arcs of burning fuel and fire. The minimal range of this mechanism is 10 feet with E-rank cost. The maximal range of this mechanism reaches up to 30 feet with B-rank. Anyone struck suffers Tier 1 Burning/Burned and the fuel burns for [3] posts. Requires a technique one rank higher [than what Lilou used] to put out. The fuel is generate from a water converting Fuuin, meaning that this is a chakra based weapon
(There’s a Jutsu that makes water into oil so I suppose making it chakra based is fine.)

I’ll totally change the vrrr blades ability to my secondary idea.
Vrrrr Blades:
E - B
Splitting at the central point and popping open a couple of inches and severs long sharp blades will extend and begin to spin at high speeds, capable of sawing through most softer materials with ease. These blades are rotate at such an immense speed that they vibrate in a particular way as a result (Due to design) creating an uncomfortable pitch that inflicts tier 1 vertigo on opponents whilst within 5 feet(per rank used) of them and for one post when outside this range, the frequency keyed to destabilize balance reduces opponents agility when defending by 1 point.

Stress net
B - S
A launcher fires a sharp, wire net from the puppet and [grapple] the opponent with hooked barbs. In the same post, the net will reel back via a cable inflicting agonizing pain. While grappled, the opponent is dealt [Tier Three] trauma. The net may be dropped from the puppet for no cost or activation.
Removing the net is done so in the same as breaking from a grapple. Opponents wearing Light armor or lower grade armors will only suffer [Tier 2] Truama. Medium and heavy armor grades will not receive any trauma but will still be grappled. [4 post cooldown] These nets can vary in size, at their greatest limit they would be able to capture an elephant at 100 feet.

Also as a puppeteer/mechanism crafter, am I able to make a tools which is are handheld object with my mechanisms within it, I.e. a cane with a stress net or burner inside?

Using a fuuin is an easy approach to grant the chakra mechanism benefit when you need an easy exit. The bonus with a fuuin (and using the elemental sealing technique) you theoretically can produce any sealed element you've gained to be unleashed with the glory of being utilized by a mechanism.

A mechanism that triggers a fuuin works, a chakra that triggers something to happen and causes a chakra substance to be produced would also work for me. When I flat out CANNOT THINK of a way I explicitly state "this is a chakra mechanism". If I think of a way to reason elements outside of one's characters regular elements, I'll send it your way. I advised Pyrategross to try a similar route with her lightning launcher. I also recommend checking out the universal Nature Sealing fuuin in the jutsu roster!

I'd also like to offer something I was told some time ago:

Don't overuse a lot of the status effects typically exclusive to certain techniques and the NInjutsu class.

♦You are able to use status effects like: Vertigo, Pertrify, Jamming and Drench sparingly. I don't want mechanisms to be a backdoor for non-ninjutsu class puppeteers to gain access to these special status effects across their whole arsenal. The captain might have to step in if I let too many slide per character. Keep within the T1-T2 effects if you can manage it.

♦Scholar class puppeteers are only those I would currently allow use of the Hex status with mechanisms.

Status effects such as: Burning/Burned has a little more flexibility since fire, combustion, explosives are a popular choice but I'd advise keeping tabs on this:
Quote:
Those of the Ninjutsu Class may apply the Burning/Burned Status Effect to all Katon techniques applying Tier 1 from ranks E-C and applying Tier 2 From Ranks B-S.

♦You can still request T3 and T4 burning/burned and they'll be reviewed but I still ask to not go heavy-handed on wanting these clear-cut T3 - T4 statuses without the Ninjutsu class. Unique mechanisms and Crafted mechanisms are allowed a little more wiggle room and are, again, reviewed.

♦Other statuses such as: Paralysis, Blindess, Deafness, Disease, Muteness, Grapple, Trauma are all common and I wouldn't ask as much restraint.

♦ (As for the genjutsu statuses, frostbite, dehydration, and corrosion I'd ask that at least your character has access to Ice, Scorch, crafted poisons or actually be more connected to genjutsu. I'm the modest moderator. Other mods might say otherwise about using some of these statuses. )

That said, the Tier 1 vertigo is acceptable!
Reccomendation Vrrrr Blades

Another recommendation I'd like to make would be too remove the destabilizing relay feature and just prolong the vertigo to stick around a little longer after the mechanism ends. Also, how many posts do the blades spin for? If long than two posts I believe you need upkeep. But if a two-post duration is plenty then you can request an additional [2] posts to destabilizes your opponent for a bit longer. I also suggest widespread for some enemy AOE action! Ultimately, you can have a set of blades that not only do damage but disorient.

Mechanism description
This mechanism disguises a dome hiding a set of extendable sharp blades that slice and saw into opponents! Blades capable of spinning fast enough to create a vibrating force that delivers a disruptive wave that offsets an opponent and inflicts Tier 1 Vertigo. The range of this technique reaches up to 20 feet (5 feet per rank) diameter around the puppet. The device runs for [2] posts but the effects continue briefly on the opponent for [2] additional post afterward. The opponent can be affected by T1 Vertigo for a total of 4 posts. Cooldown [4] posts.

With mechanism crafting, you are capable of creating stronger mechanisms that can have more than a single ability. You can make a piece of technology with abilties that wouldn't be "mechanisms" per say but fit much easier as "custom abilities" you can use for combat like anything else with a cost of some type.
At the moment, we don't have a way to cross regular mechanisms into a crafted item. By "regular mechanisms" I mean the mechanism that fill class mechanism slots.

The easiest would be to write off a cane as a puppet with those two approved regular mechanisms OR create a cane as a piece of technology with it's own two new abilities.

Although, you could probably classify the cane as a "mechanism" (and not label it as being a Technology offshoot item) and give the cane it's own custom abilities and install it into to same puppet.

If you can implement these recommendations, then you should be A-OK

Lots to absorb here lol, gonna re-read it before I do more mechanism design work lol. I will implement your suggestion to my(our?) Vrrr blades, I like and appreciate your suggestions smile ! I actually forgot to put in a length in the first place lol so two posts is good X.X

I’ll be careful with adding status affect stuff to these that aren’t poisons!

Awesome, I have a few mechanisms and 1.5 puppets lol. (Urgh maki this Cookie Monster puppet is hard XD)

Ahhh yeah I can simply make the cane as a device, I totally forgot that I can do that when crafting mechanisms!!! Hahahaha this characters gonna be so much fun lol. Umbrella and cane time and other random object/prop weapons biggrin

Thank you very much for all you effort and advice, I appreciate it!

Sarieeee(sorry) ill bother you for one mroe thing today I finished my base Nomster idea, his theme is eating, keep in mind that any mention of hex here is due to her class and using fuuin oriented mechanisms that she built.

Edit: forgot the third mechanisms ranks.
Edit: Added another Puppet this Sunday.

Character: Lilou
Link to profile: [x]
Puppet Name: The Nomster
Puppet Tier: Tier 3
Inventory Information: Large
Puppet Appearance: It’s a slightly larger than Lilou at 6’2” tall, is a giant trademark dispute with the Cookie Monster, although significantly larger, mostly made out of slightly more solid than normal plush, with a solid but light plastic skeletal structure, most other material relating to mechanisms.
Puppet Description: Made of plastics and plush this Puppet(Muppet) was developed originally as a means of obscure entertainment with a large, problematic and rather dense entity... thus most of its special combat functions that came are more to deter combat or remove danger. It’s overtly goofy and friendly appearance make it look rather non-threatening... that is until it eats someone.
Mechanism Summary:
Big an soft!
C - S passive
Descriptors: Due too the nature of his design, the Nomster is exceptionally difficult to damage with bludgeoning and striking attacks, even basic piercing weapons not the length of a sword can only do minimal damage, Water, earth and wind style Jutsu are also included in this so long as they do not cut or piece. The Nomster when struck by these types of Jutsu may pay the cost of this mechanism to nullify Jutsu or attacks that fall into these categories so long as the cost is paid equal to said jutsus casting rank.

Ooohmnomnomnomnom!! blerrggghh!
C - S
Nomsters mouth is home to a special seal that allows Nomster to consuming ranged Jutsu and weapon used in Buki-Jutsu, sealing them away with the ability to regurgitate them later(costing the rank of Jutsu devoured). When regurgitated(with unsealing cost) the Nomster will release the attack which will carry all stats and effects of the previously halted attack, working even if someone would normally be holding the weapon, the weapon animated until the strike is over in which it will fall to the ground. The attack is now augmented and treated as Fuuin in addition to anything else, applying tiered hex status (up to 2) and can also have a poison applied should Lilou desire.(only once in a post and can only eat up to two attacks before it must regurgitate.)
Hrkknomfnomfnomf!:
C - S
With this Jutsu Monster will lean forth and “bite” an opponent, sucking them into his/its? mouth and “consume” them, where in actuality is Seals them away within another seal located further back in its throat. This act of sealing the person(clone, chakra construct summon or puppet) away will force them into needing to pay an action and the cost of this Mechanism in chakra to escape(requiring 50% more as her Fuuin are overwhelming), the victim is imparted a stack of hex and Lilou gain half of any chakra utilized to escape or chakra, clones/chakra constructs will be dispersed and transfer half of stored resources stored and used to create said clone. Puppets must be freed by paying the release.

Character: Lilou
Link to profile: [x]
Puppet Name: Yuki
Puppet Tier: 2
Inventory Information: [ medium]
Puppet Appearance: Is basically a classic looking naruto style puppet given the appearance of a stereotypical Yuki-onna, although tend to be covered in material to give it the aesthetic of a muppet. If has a big flapping mouth for exaggerated talking.
Puppet Description: The materials it is made out of are mostly hardened plastics and treated wood, although some metal is used to reinforce joins and the like. The purpose of this puppet is normally to be painted along side the Oni puppet for a dual comedy routine, although in combat it serves to use counter fire and movement abilities, relying on mostly control type weapons that do limited damage but usually carry debilitating affects, like its freeze blaster or tangle hair.
Mechanism Summary:
Mechanism Name:Freeze blaster(Wide dispersal)
C-A
what is in the palm of Yuki’s left and right hand? But a nozzle attached to a pressurized canister of ultra cold substance not unlike liquid Nitrogen that expands upon escape, complete with a highly pressurized release to allow a long and wide area of affect. On this setting Yuki can unleash a smog that travels between 20 and 50feet starting at five feet wide and ending anywhere from 15 to 30 feet wide, Yuki may continue to fire this at an upkeep 2 ranks below initial cost up to 3 additional round until she must wait 4 round to use again(unless ramrod Jutsu is used in which case it is up for immediate reuse after doing so). The result is that those struck by this will experience a searing agony across the expose areas suffering from tier 2 trauma and drains the victim of additional 20 stamina per round after they are afflicted for six rounds, which increases by 20 and refreshes each additional time the victim is struck by this weapon on wide dispersion. Victims also suffer incremental tiers of suffocation each time exposed until free from exposure for 2 full rounds.
Mechanism Name: Freeze blaster(concentrated)
B - A
The other method of use for the freeze blaster is using the highly pressurized and focused blast of the chemical. The force this releases with is viscous enough to cut into and through things, again causing immense pain like the other setting, although more intense on areas hit. At A-rank this can pierce right through a person if unblocked, although you won’t start bleeding until next round. This setting inflicts tier 3 trauma and Tier 2 frostbite to area injure(tier 3 at A-rank), victims loosing stamina in increments of 40 this time and has the same upkeep and cool down as wide dispersal. 80 Ft range

Mechanism Name: Tangle hair
D - A
The strong and sharp fingers of her hair begin to grow and grow and grow, spreading about 10 ft a rank as the puppet will begin to rotate swiftly, chakra channeling through the hair to make it writhe and whip. Everything within the area of affect will discover itself tangled and grasped, each receiving the grappled status and tier one trauma separately at the rank this mechanism is used at. Paying one rank below casting cost will reapply the affects and new stack of trauma, increasing the amount is cost to escape the grapple by the originals casting cost incrementally if not managing to escape. This can also be classified as a spiritual grapple. [3] post cool down when ended.

And some new mechanisms.

Character: (Who will use this mechanism?)
Link to profile: [x]
Type of Mechanism: Unfunny barf joke
Mechanism's Rank: C - A
Mechanism Description: Generally reserved for her Muppets as the whole idea is based on someone being puked upon is funny or something. The Muppet or puppet will open its mouth and unleashed from a nozel connected to a Fuuin within its mouth a special, ultra-adhesive fluid(that may include one of the users crafted poisons). The Muppet produces a large quantity of the stuff in a massive expulsion wave that coats a 30 - 50 ft length and 15 - 25 ft width. Those trying to travel through the produced quagmire must use the water walking technique at equal rank to the rank this was used at and the same amount in stamina to even move about within it. Those struck by the initial torrent are stuck in place[classified as being grappled] and unable to move any part of their body as the glue dries with contact forcing that person to sacrifice an action and an equal amount of chakra to loosen the glue enough to be able to break free of its grapple. This glue is whatever colour and can smell however the user wishes, the barf lasting 6 posts of adhesiveness. Ally’s to the Muppet that aren’t Lilou don’t escape this mechanisms affects. Is a [Chakra] type weapon.

Character: (Who will use this mechanism?)
Link to profile: [x]
Type of Mechanism: boomer Mk 1
Mechanism's Rank: D - B
Mechanism Description: This being the smallest model, it is basically an enclosed wooden pipe with Fuuin within, when triggered it will fire a glass bead filled with ultra-volatile liquid(basically Nitro) up to 80 feet. When the bead strikes something or looses 80% of its speed or experiences a radical shift in direction the bead will detonate as the liquid will be suitably disturbed to do so(meaning attacks that catch and return other attacks won’t work on this in most circumstances). The beads explosion is has a 10 - 30 ft radius and inflicts tiered trauma, tier 1 burns. Everything caught by the explosion will be thrown an additional 20 ft out of its blast wave, even if defend with an equal level attack. Those struck will be deafened for a single round. [3] post cool down. Considered [chakra] Type

Character: (Who will use this mechanism?)
Link to profile: [x]
Type of Mechanism: boomer Mk 2
Mechanism's Rank: C - A
Mechanism Description: This being the smallest model, it is basically an enclosed wooden pipe with Fuuin within, when triggered it will fire a glass bead filled with ultra-volatile liquid(basically Nitro) up to 100 feet. When the bead strikes something or looses 80% of its speed or experiences a radical shift in direction the bead will detonate as the liquid will be suitably disturbed to do so(meaning attacks that catch and return other attacks won’t work on this in most circumstances). The bead explosion has a 20 - 50 ft radius and inflicts tiered trauma, tier 2 burns. Everything caught by the explosion will be thrown an additional 25 ft out of its blast wave, even if defended with an equal level attack. Those struck will be deafened for two rounds and likely be concussed.[3] Post cool down. Considered [Chakra] type

Character: (Who will use this mechanism?)
Link to profile: [x]
Type of Mechanism: Killjoy
Mechanism's Rank: B - A rank
Mechanism Description: If you know what a bolt gun is then you know what this basically is. A small rod is encased by the rest of the mechanism near the surface of a puppet can be extended with immense force and speed with a loud bang. The impact is great that the area of the body struck will be struck and the shock of the impact will cause the bone beneath to be broken, removing use of the limb until the end of battle or medical treated and inflicting tier 3Trauma. This attack is unaffected by armor and when used on the body or head the attack is treated as one rank higher in terms of damage and head blows specifically knock them unconscious for a round, offering them tier three bodily paralysis and an extreme concussion when they regain it. [3] post cool down

Character: Lilou
Link to profile: [x]
Regular Mechanism: Prop-Defence v 1.0
Mechanism's Rank: E - B
Mechanism Description: An extremely efficient and well constructed defensive tool that houses between two to five rods(depending of the size of shape of the puppet) that produce a chakra shield in the form of a colourful word with a comic book like impact sfx marker. These shield will the puppet from any attack equal in rank and cannot be ignored or treated as lower in rank for any reason not short of phasing. [2] post cool down.

Character: Lilou
Link to profile: [x]
Regular Mechanism: Prop-Defence v 2.0
Mechanism's Rank: C - A
Mechanism Description: an extremely efficient and well constructed defensive tool that houses between two to five rods(depending of the size of shape of the puppet) that produce a chakra shield in the form of a colourful word with a comic book like impact sfx marker. These shield will the puppet from any attack equal in rank and cannot be ignored or treated as lower in rank for any reason not short of phasing.[2] post cool down

Character: Lilou
Link to profile: [x]
Regular Mechanism: Giggle bomb
Mechanism's Rank: A-rank
Mechanism Description: Somewhat a obscure mechanism that launches a pink like ball about the size of a grapefruit up to fifty feet. Upon landing the ball will explode into a heavy pink smokescreen that spreads over a 40-foot radius for [4] posts, spreading another ten feet each post. This smoke is a special chemical that is slightly toxic and fictions like a gas poison, inducing hysterical and uncontrollable laughter that is critically debilitating. The victim at this is rendered mute as the laughter makes it impossible to communicate, at this point the victim MUST pay an addition B-rank amount in resources to perform techniques per action and all tai-buki-Jutsu and basic combat actions are treated as performed a rank lower due to the inhibitions of laughing perpetually from the bottom of the gut without control, they cannot use techniques that require more than one action to perform, nor Korobo and the must pay for every technique used if they activate a combo Jutsu(Like Mach two combination in whirlwind style.). This lasts for [8] posts without treatment and every second post adds a tier of suffocation.[4] post cool down.(Can have a crafted poison added.)

Character: (Who will use this mechanism?)
Link to profile: [x]
Type of Mechanism: Concealed blades V 1
Mechanism's Rank: E - B
Mechanism Description: blades of some sort between half a foot to a couple feet long, hidden within the recesses of the puppet can fold out suddenly at any time for use, this mechanism supplies two hidden blades on a puppet. When a blade is initially deployed for the first time the opponents agility stat is ignored due to the sudden speed with which the blade ejects

Character: (Who will use this mechanism?)
Link to profile: [x]
Type of Mechanism: Concealed blades V 2
Mechanism's Rank: C - A
Mechanism Description: blades of some sort between half a foot to a couple feet long, hidden within the recesses of the puppet can fold out suddenly at any time for use, this mechanism supplies two hidden blades on a puppet. When a blade is initially deployed for the first time the opponents agility stat is ignored due to the sudden speed with which the blade ejects

Character: (Who will use this mechanism?)
Link to profile: [x]
Type of Mechanism: Bzz-Eem Sword
Mechanism's Rank: S-rank
Mechanism Description: what appears to be little more than a fancy plastic handle that the puppet can that up in its hands is actually a weapon that produces a concentrated chakra beam sword. The swords(sometimes other type of weapon) size can vary but its principal is the same, the blue beam of energy will be swung wildly in a way befitting a puppet at the opponent continuously and costs a 40chakra upkeep, the weapon is absurdly destructive and shred through chakra and physical matter alike like a hot knife through butter. The blade itself ignores all armour and is unable to be blocked by techniques that aren’t greater than it in chakra cost, only able to be avoided in these instances. Being struck will shear right through the person, easily removing limbs and inflicting tier 4 trauma and burns to the wound. Lasts up to [10] posts of combat before it burns out entirely and is rendered unusable.

I skipped the ice puppet. I'll come back to that later.

Reccommendation on Big an' soft!

*I went through trial and error with gimmicks on Gishin to rule out the goal for a defense-redirection technique. Cut out all the specifications to get a clean cut of what The Nomster is withstand to take out the guess work! Let me offer a segment from one of my own Unique mechanisms you can read more about on my Senzankou. If you would like to use the same concept please feel free to copy+paste! To reason this as Passive I also reccommend this for the time being as I have been allowed to do the same. It just needs to be adjusted for your needs, should you use it. We're still testing how this method works out for puppets.
Quote:
Attacks beneath C-rank (only E-D) are not detected and must be addressed through other means (in otherwords, this mechanism won't cover protecting E-C ranks). The puppet will be required to use an activation for anything else like dodging, blocking, etc. This isn't an automatic defense but it can only respond to B-S+ without spending the puppet's activation.

Big an' soft!
Rank: C-S (Passive)
Mechanism Description: Due to the nature of Thee Nomster's design, when struck by a jutsu (Nin and physical techniques) the puppeteer may pay the cost of the incoming jutsu to null and defend against the attack. Requires chakra cost from Lilou. Must pay equal cost of the technique incoming. Includes projectiles.
The Nomster is a tough cookie to crumble!

Thoughts on "Ooohmnomnomnomnom!! blerrggghh!"

This and Hrkknomfnomfnomf! are diabolical! Am I understanding this right?
1. Fuuin Mechanism - Seals incoming ranged and weapon-based jutsu.
Does this... actually take the weapon from the opponent? Or just take the output of the weapon attack and holds it?
2. Applies Hex with release. Easy to just cut out the poison. You could have a nice big HEX here on its own..
3. Absorb [1] attack per post. Hold maximum [2] before forced release.* Pay equal cost to absorb and release.
I think you can do this release but the "one activation, one strike" rule still applies.

Hrkknomfnomfnomf! Approved *Tweaked the description a little to offer a little clarity about the Hex debuff and with what seems to happen with release.

With this Jutsu Monster will lean forth and “bite” an opponent, sucking them into his/its? mouth and “consume” them, where in actuality is Seals them away within another seal located further back in its throat. Upon capture , the victim is imparted with a tier of Hex (corresponding to the rank this mechanism was used). Upon release, Lilou gains half the amount of chakra the victims utilized to escape. Chakra, clones/chakra constructs will transfer half of their own stored resources stored which may also disperse the clone/chakra construct. This act of sealing the person, clone, pet, summon, puppet, or chakra-construct requires the captured victim to pay an activation to escape. Puppets must be freed by paying the release. This mechanism is considered overwhelming (Lilou's fuuin are overwhelming).

▰ Type of Mechanism: Unfunny barf joke
"Ally’s to the Muppet that aren’t Lilou don’t escape this mechanisms affects. "
Clarify this for me please. I don't quite understand. Are Lilou's friends able to be glued also?

▰ Type of Mechanism: boomer Mk 1

I respect that you're implementing some science here.
When the bead strikes something or looses 80% of its speed or experiences a radical shift in direction the bead will detonate as the liquid will be suitably disturbed to do so(meaning attacks that catch and return other attacks won’t work on this in most circumstances).

I would recommend taking out all the science and reasoning it as a:

"fuuin-based launcher shooting off glass beads filled with an ultra-volatile liquid. The launcher fires up to 80ft. Upon impact, the bead breaks and detonates."

I... don't know if we can refuse an opponent's ability to use a redirection jutsu.

"If an opponent redirects this bead then it is destroyed."

Those are the bits that I'd change.

Also. Chop this down a to [1-2] effects little as this is 4 effects in one launcher mechanism. A few too many that I feel comfortably approving on a regular mechanism.
1. Trauma
2. Burns.
3. Deaf [For 3 posts]
4. Knock-back

- ▰ Type of Mechanism: boomer Mk 2
- See statements for Mk1

[▰ Type of Mechanism: Killjoy
*Try avoiding referencing guns. I know it's not a firearm per say. Call it a
projectile launcher.
Please consider changing up your effects:
1. Loud bang [Deafness 1 post] * You can have this since you have that requirement for Armor.
2. Tier 3 Trauma. Potential to break bones. Bolts tend to stick in. Requires medical attention.
3. Armor wearing opponents are dealt Tier [1] Paralysis, Tier [2] trauma instead.
4. [3] post cooldown
*You can consider the armor detail to only effect Medium - Heavy armors OR just all armor types. This would typically only have 2 effects for most situations. When versus armored opponents you get three but two are [tier 1]

▰ Regular Mechanism: Prop-Defence v 1.0 and Prop-Defence v 2.0
- Let me ask about this; " cannot be ignored or treated as lower in rank for any reason not short of phasing."

▰ Regular Mechanism: Giggle bomb

I'm grading this custom as pesudo-toxin of Special Poison likeness. Since this isn't a real Crafted custom poison I'm going heavy on this ruling.
This is also a kugutsu mechanism and I must limit it as such.

You have 5 effects:
Laughter:
1)Mute [1]
-+40 energy to physical attacks
-No mutli-action techniques
-No Korabo
T2) [2] per suffocation
* Limit your effects down to two. I wouldn't advise the multi-action techniques or Korabo. You can ask a vice captain or captain about it but I'm hesitant of this.

▰ Type of Mechanism: Concealed blades V 1 / V2

"When a blade is initially deployed for the first time the opponent's agility stat is ignored due to the sudden speed with which the blade ejects"

Try.... "An opponent's agility stats are ignored once during combat. Any second or multiple uses of this mechanism: Concealed Blades V1 or Concealed Blades V2, during the same fight inflict an [specify points here] agility debuff. This debuff does not stack. The higher debuff replaces the lower debuff"

Then you select the debuff per each. Keep the numbers between 1-4 since you have scaling.

▰ Type of Mechanism: Bzz-Eem Sword
Let's save you some chakra with this rule:
• Have a duration of 2 posts maximally per rank. Techniques that wish to exceed this must have an upkeep cost of two ranks below the technique's executed rank.
Remove:"continuously and costs a 40chakra upkeep"
This is bascially the rule about needing to pay up for the blocking, right? I suppose you wouldn't need it. It only discusses chakra but what about stamina attacks?:

Remove: "The blade itself ignores all armor and is unable to be blocked by techniques that aren’t greater than it in chakra cost, only able to be avoided in these instances. "

"inflicting tier 4 trauma and burns to the wound. "
You have mention of burns. You can ask for the BURNED status at T1 but then I'd ask for T3 Trauma.

▰ Mechanism Description: This device is more than it appears. A collaspable plastic instrument that produces a blue, chakra beam weapon. The beam's appearance may vary take other shapes and sizes. The blade ignores armor. Being struck by this blade could be disaterous as it inflicts [Tier 1] Burned status and Tier [3] Trauma. This beam weapon lasts 2 posts before requiring a B-rank cost upkeep. However, prolonged use of this beam weapon damages the mechanism. Using this mechanism for [10] posts straight shuts off the sword and implements a [5] post cooldown.
