At this time, I haven't been able to reach a ruling on the Taranis the Wheel puppet. I'm consulting other mods until a spark of genius hits me. Sorry.

I'm also super sorry about some missing details about the number of effects/abilities allowed for Regular and Unique mechanisms were not listed previously. WE discussed them but forgot to post them!

Input:

▰I would not recommend using "double bleed damage " to describe trauma for the reason being that bleeding is tacked on to Trauma itself. If you to want to bank on the effect that bleeding all on itself is listed to do try: bleeding cause the target effected to lose an additional 10 stamina per rank of the technique. By all means! It's more straightforward to explain the debuff since bleeding doesn't seem to do anything else. Copy pasting the status directly into your custom is fair game.

Quote:
Trauma originating from a bladed object or a technique that specifies causing bleeding cause the target effected to lose an additional 10 stamina per rank of the technique. This addition to the trauma does not end when the trauma does, lasting an additional five posts, and just as with normal trauma, this is stackable with each successful hit. Whenever a new bleed effect is applied, the total amount of stamina loss per post increases and the duration is reset back to the orginal duration of the longest lasting applied bleed effect.

▰ That said. I don't want to offer "double" the bleeding.
A flat, 20 stamina debuff that happens once per strike would probably sit better with the other balance mods at this time.

Mechanism Name: Dangerously Enchanting Visage

Description:
This mechanism are small nodes planted on the skin that respond to the flow of this puppet's chakra located on: top of shoulders, top of thighs, and center of torso. Nodes work together to cause chakra to flow for the following effect: a coating of unique venom splashes [1] application per post. This application DOES NOT STACK.

This mechanism requires the puppeteer's activation to start. The puppet is then required to pay B‐rank chakra [without consuming an activation but MUST be recorded in the post] to retaliate against physical contact and block attacks only within E-B range. A fine mist may also spray once per post; this can be dodged. The fine mists applies T1 Blindness, with very minor irritations to exposed skin, onto opponents up to 10 feet around the puppet. If any other poisons are applied to the puppet this passive mechanism is deactivated.
Fine mist may last up to [2] posts with [3] cooldown.

Descriptive flavor: The "skin" of this puppet seems to shimmer. Upon closer inspection, the body is covered in small scales. The fine haze carries a strange, deep blue color.

[This sounds like an aesthetic Mechanism. Some lines feel contradictory so I kicked them out! What is the Doueki clan poison being applied?]

(Save yourself from talking about the skin until the end. There is a lot of energy and love to read through before we get to the bottom of what this mech does!)

Okay. So I see this is a Harmonic Death Arts puppet and - "Unarmed strikes can poison, causing natural poison or paralysis status-" Maybe we can loop this into being a functioning feature that TIES IN with one of the unique mechanisms to prevent losing this detail from battle.


Mechanism Name: New Years Fallout!
Rank: S - S+
Description:
Input / Recommended change

Poison applicable. [5] post cooldown.

This mechanism is a pair of metal rods. A rod is hidden in each arm and it springs out through the palm. Both rods are decorated with numerous summoning seals [16] that blast individual, thick, needle-like projectiles in a devastating barrage. This technique reaches up to 150 feet and fires the projectile needles in bunches and detonates upon impact. Detonation could spread gaseous toxins in the puppeteers inventory or spread liquid toxins unique to the Doueki clan. One application however the span of the application covers up to 100 feet. The puppeterr's dispersed toxins remain for at least [2] turns on the field of battle unless washed or blown away.

Descriptive flavor The seals are depicted upon small "stubs" protruding from each rod. Activation of this technique simultaneously spawns projectiles from many individual seals. The rods spin.


Bun's Thoughts:
I wouldn't inflict Deafness on a Unique mechanism. It feels like a waste. I wouldn't add trauma either. Maybe... add a size to the rods and a size to the needles. Nothing extravagant. Length and width should suffice.



Mechanism Name: Acid Viper Tale

Description:

Okay. So we have a collapsible snake-tail holding a venom supply. Also fires venom. This venom has corrosive qualities and applies Corrosion status when used as a mechanism in strikes.
tab tab Your puppet uses this to punch with and the flavor descriptive IN ROLEPLAY will be "Puppet throws a powerful punch, sending a spray of venom with it!"

▰ I see two effects so far, you can squeeze one more for a full unique mechanism!

BE CAREFUL. Puppets have one activation and I don't think we can transfer this mechanism to be covered by the Puppeteer's activation. No supplemental activation. This is offensive, replacing an actual [otherwise] basic attack. You pay for use of this mechanism, not a basic attack when you want to use this. Doing it this way WILL SAVE YOU CHAKRA.
tab If the puppet instead chooses to use a basic combat action to bite with the puppets tail then this techniques cost may be paid as a supplemental action and add the corrosion and clan poison to the attack. - Remove it!




For the record, we're disregarding all the sage and summoning goods, sadly. You can keep the snake aesthetic and skin... and tail... and the bloodline toxin and abilities. To remind all of our readers, this includes a loss of access to the sage/summoning goods.

Although, I'm sure you were already aware I'm mentioning this because I was reviewing the PAs and the thought just occurred to me of all the goods you would be missing out on with the Doueki bloodline.

In the future we are planning to release a means to "fix" that problem with the access to personal attributes.

Still, i'm glad you assembled a profile for the NPC's fight. Copy+paste a version of this NPC'S original profile in the MIT you're fighting this puppet for for good reference! But I'm going to strike out the goodies you won't need to worry about when she's finally a puppet.

Nindo:
Personality: An overconfident and somewhat eccentric individual that is generally always in a decent mood. She can be commonly caught complaining about work expected of her or unwanted exertion, where other people are lacking or not doing good enough in her eyes. She in blunt and too honest about her feelings and openly resistant or unmotivated over stuff she doesn’t want to deal with. She a bit of an oddball and can be rather unpredictable on a day to day basis, having a large amount of interests in random things, commonly cosplaying or reading comics or playing about. She knows how to make a simply task extremely difficult by being uncooperative if she truly wishes and tends to do so when hazing genin or with people who annoy her/ she don’t like. She tends to be friendly with people at first and maintains to be so if they accept or go along with her flow, although those who resist she tends to mess around and intentionally wind up without remorse.

As irresponsible as she appears to be Senna actually tends to get things done, she just likes to take have fun when she can, even if it might tend to be inappropriately timed. She’s overly affectionate and a bit obsessive over people she gets along with, tending to show favouritism with little restraint. One thing she tends to demand from her subordinates or juniors is respect or at least for you to do what you’re told without resistance, tending to wallop those that don’t listen with one of her fans. She is a quiet schemer meaning that she only says what she deems necessary when running a mission or plan, often telling the minimal of details or giving instructions at the time as opposed to pre defining tactics.

Biography: A chuunin of three years Senna is an aspiring mentor and temporary squad leader for recently graduated genin that need temporary squads or practice being in one. She is a member of the Dokueki clan and is well versed in the clans arts and can be considered hard to match when it comes to creating unfriendly toxics. She moved to the Arashigakure when she was eleven, separated from her family due to inner turmoil within her clan. She quickly obtained her rank as a shinobi and rose to the rank of Chuunin, she is classified as one of the more harsh squad leaders to be assigned in the sense of her own lacking participation, lack of serious attitude and unreliable/inconsistent nature on a day to day basis.

Despite complaint form genin about her laziness and not being anything special, those whom have incurred her wrath or worked with her in a proper mission that needed combat or some serious strategy have a different outlook of her and have difficulty explain how she is competent besides saying she’s very skilled, and has terrifying poison. She hasn’t don’t anything particularly noteworthy in the sense of gaining fame, although appears to have aspirations toward gaining renown and amass cash so she can retire early and life the good life as a modest celeb, so she can do whatever she wants with her time and goof around, maybe teach the next generation. (I don’t have much history for someone imma kill, although I will be adding all plot i involve her in with Lilou so she will have a more present history.)

• Ohhhhh man when I mentioned about her being overconfident I didn’t mean to on the ego this girl has, shameless and immodest, expects praise and reward.
• Overly focuses on CQC and ignores using her gen or nin-Jutsu in moments where it counts or might even be needed
• Will be subject to the corruption of her clans nature chakra and will eventually loose herself, meaning she will have immensely increasing impulse and restraint issues and lack of rational or ethical thoughts, although Lilou will be an anchor to that for a while.

Puppet Name: Renjishi
Puppet Tier: Tier 4
Puppet Appearance: [x]
Puppet Description: Renjishi was created with the highest of bunraku and kabuki designs and is named in honor of one of Ume's favorite Kabuki shows. When not in combat, he is used as a kabuki theater actor that under appropriate lighting appears to be a real person based on the quality of the craftsmanship. He is seven feet tall and four hundred pounds with a heavily reinforced steel skeleton. His skin and joints are made of painted flame-retardant wood. His face is an actual antique kabuki mask made of metal-reinforced porcelain. Overall, Renjishi's design to meant to represent the highest of Zaishin puppet design.
Mechanism Summary:
The Lion Dance: Renjishi rotates his head wildly to twirl his hair mechanism. His mane is made from thousands of small blades that A-S+ chakra can be added to in order for the blades to lacerate anything that they come into contact with. This is reminiscent of the famous Renjishi lion dance.
Senbon Launchers: Typically used during The Lion Dance but not necessarily, up to five hundred senbon can be released from the launchers in Renjishi's hair.
Foldable Katana: A simple blade mechanism for bukijutsu. The hidden katana folds out from the forearm and lands in the right hand.
Anti-Magnetic Field: Renjishi clasps his hands together before an A-S+ amount of chakra is released in an orb over the area (topic) and jams any magnetic techniques used within range on the puppet or its mechanisms. This only protects against magnet release techniques being used on the puppet itself and does not interfere with magnet release in general.
Booster Pack: Renjishi can release a gas-powered jetpack device from his back that will release a blast of fire to destroy objects behind him, promote flight, or increase his speed. This booster pack can increase his speed by [2].
Chakra Cloak: By applying an A-S+ amount of chakra, his skin is coated in chakra to protect against incoming ninjutsu.
Limb Boosters: In Renjishi's arms and legs are metal boosters that allow for his physical strikes to be much more powerful. These boosters increase his strength by [2].
Kunai Mouth Launcher Up to five hundred kunai can be released from a three-pronged launcher released from the mouth. Three kunai can be fired at one time although usually in rapid succession.

Mechanism Description: The Brilliant Eye is specially made eyepatch that connects into an empty eye socket via a tube which may hold chakra batteries should the user wish it to. The eyepatch functions as an artificial and working eye.

By using a C Rank amount of chakra the Brilliant Eye will relay sensory information from anything within it's clear vision range. (30 Feet.) This information includes Bloodlines, Chakra Natures, and any unique Jutsu/Chakra Types they can use. (Kugutsu, Iryojutsu, etc.)

Mechanism Description: A heavily modified kunai launcher. The modifications to the kunai launcher include having a smaller and longer opening for projectiles to be launched from to allow for much more range, the devices within modified and changed from the rapid launching they are known for to single launching, and the holder of the launcher modified to be smaller naturally and have a semi-adjustable size in order to fit and launch Crossbow Bolts, Arrows, Senbon, and other small objects instead of the larger kunai or shuriken. It has also been modified to have a slot on the side for chakra batteries. The slot only fits a single chakra battery but it easy to remove and replace.

For your personal reference this isn't exactly a "unique" mechanism. Unique mechanism refers to the additional mechanisms granted through certain bloodlines and a puppeteer class discipline that supplements a puppet's mechanism resources. It's a recent concept I'm trying to familiarize mod team with for approvals. I just want to let you know how that works.

This is most definitely a "crafted mechanism".

After deliberation this mechanism is denied.

The rank scaling for mechansims of both crafting and puppet class do not permit variable/X-rank scaling. We are not allowing the similar concept of spending 2 custom slots for this variety of techniques due to the limited nature of mechanisms. A Legendary Tier mechanism is only allowed to exceede this norm.

Converting anything to spiritual removes stats from play. The base techniques would no longer use stats. Consequently, there are no rank reductions granted from stats. If you were have an E-rank bukijutsu boost to A-rank through actual, physical combat this would not apply through a mechanism. You would have to pay A-rank cost to achieve A-rank power.

As per the nature of allowing a mechanism implement a bukijutsu from a style can be discussed among the mod team but at this time I don't feel inclined to allow it. This mechanism's concept reminds me of a class discipline that allows recreation of physical styles through external devices.

I removed the unique thing, changed the ability to be A-S+ (3 Ranks as it's said in the change log thing.)

Yes, that's is literally what the associated technique is doing. Essentially paying the rank of the technique via the mechanism whether it's chakra battery or from the user themselves. And the rank of the bukijutsu that's being used. Using 2 activations and however much chakra and stamina and only getting damage/collision effects from the "Chakra Fire" technique from the mechanism.

I'm not sure what class discipline you're referring to, but if it's an issue I can just remove it from the mechanism itself and throw it on a PA. The reason behind it's existence in the first place is simply that Kyoukan Ya and Honshi Art are the two projectile based bukijutsu styles. Since the mechanism itself is just a weapon that has to be made as a mechanism due to it being a modified Kunai Launcher, it's not meant to be any different than saying "This weapon can be used for this kind of bukijutsu." With the reasoning basically being that the mechanism is a functional replacement for simply throwing a kunai/senbon or firing a bow and arrow.

Puppet Name: Senna - Aka, White snake princess
Puppet Tier: Human - 4
Puppet Appearance: Appearance, although with very small scales and clear puppet features, like joint, structure lines around the mouth and other key places, although moves almost like a proper human(no, no Buki/tai, it’s just built to try and retain as much humanity as Lilou could manage.) The puppet tends to have a pair fans it’s known to wield.
Puppet Description: Made from the corpse of a friend and mentor figure, the structure is lined with hard/light plastics that is very durable and resistant. It’s built to move with extreme care and fluidity in its movements which allow it to come off as human in motion alone. This puppet is meant to capture the height of Senna’s humanity and her good points and her old skill, as well as the strength and power she obtain in her loss of sanity, to remember the good and the bad. This puppet exists to remember Senna and because Lilou doesn’t want to accept the person death, almost in denial about what happened and has the shamefully guarded secret that she pretends to hand out with Senna through this puppet. This puppet is meant to inspire comrades in combat and offer its clans venom techniques as a terrifying deterrent. The puppet is used for terror and shock/Gurilla/fear tactics when it comes to combat and also as a Tai-Jutsu deterrent.

▰Description:
▰This mechanism are small nodes planted on the skin that respond to the flow of this puppet's chakra located on: top of shoulders, top of thighs, and center of torso. Nodes work together to cause chakra to flow for the following effect: a coating of unique venom splashes [1] application per post. This application DOES NOT STACK.

This mechanism requires the puppeteer's activation to start. The puppet is then required to pay B‐rank chakra [without consuming an activation but MUST be recorded in the post] to retaliate against physical contact and block attacks only within E-B range. A fine mist may also spray once per post; this can be dodged. The fine mists applies T1 Blindness, with very minor irritations to exposed skin, onto opponents up to 10 feet around the puppet. If any other poisons are applied to the puppet this passive mechanism is deactivated.
Fine mist may last up to [2] posts with [3] cooldown.

▰Descriptive flavor: The "skin" of this puppet seems to shimmer. Upon closer inspection, the body is covered in small scales. The fine haze carries a strange, deep blue color.


Mechanism Name: New Years Fallout!
▰Rank: S - S+
Poison applicable. [5] post cooldown.

This mechanism is a pair of metal rods. A rod is hidden in each arm and it springs out through the palm. Both rods are decorated with numerous summoning seals [16] that blast individual, thick, needle-like projectiles in a devastating barrage. This technique reaches up to 150 feet and fires the projectile needles in bunches and detonates upon impact. Detonation could spread gaseous toxins in the puppeteers inventory or spread liquid toxins unique to the Doueki clan. One application however the span of the application covers up to 100 feet. The puppeterr's dispersed toxins remain for at least [2] turns on the field of battle unless washed or blown away.

▰Descriptive flavor The seals are depicted upon small "stubs" protruding from each rod. Activation of this technique simultaneously spawns projectiles from many individual seals. The rods spin.

Mechanism Name: Acid viper tale(intentional misspell)
Rank C - S
Description: When Senna died, she died in her clans sage mode which can grow snake from your body, well she did and it remained in death, Lilou incorporated it into the puppet as well. The result is that the puppet has a long collapsible snake headed tail hidden within the robes it wears, able to come out of either sleeve or opening on its clothing. The tail houses a mixture a corrosive venom that can be used in a number of ways, the first being the puppet can unleash a stream of the fluid in a large cone of burning venom, that eats away at flesh and metals alike(covering a 30 by 30 up to 100 by 100ft area) inflicting tier 2 corrosion to those within its area of effect and my add one of Lilou’s crafted Poisons.
If the puppet instead chooses to use a basic combat action to bite with the puppets tail then this techniques cost may be paid as a supplemental action and add the corrosion and clan poison to the attack, mentioning this tool and a spray of venom with combat actions applies the clan venom and other applicable poison.
Finally it can be used to clamp onto a person and inject its venom, Applying clan venom and tier 3 corrosion. (This tool itself is used to keep the outside of the puppet constantly coated in light amounts of poison, the result being that this puppet can always apply harmonic death arts so long as this mechanism remains unbroken.


Here’s Senna, I haven’t added Gen-Jutsu yet out of laziness, a lot to read through and consider. Im aware of what she has that doesn’t pass on to her puppet self.

                        Nindo:
                        Personality: An overconfident and somewhat eccentric individual that is generally always in a decent mood. She can be commonly caught complaining about work expected of her or unwanted exertion, where other people are lacking or not doing good enough in her eyes. She in blunt and too honest about her feelings and openly resistant or unmotivated over stuff she doesn’t want to deal with. She a bit of an oddball and can be rather unpredictable on a day to day basis, having a large amount of interests in random things, commonly cosplaying or reading comics or playing about. She knows how to make a simply task extremely difficult by being uncooperative if she truly wishes and tends to do so when hazing genin or with people who annoy her/ she don’t like. She tends to be friendly with people at first and maintains to be so if they accept or go along with her flow, although those who resist she tends to mess around and intentionally wind up without remorse.

                        As irresponsible as she appears to be Senna actually tends to get things done, she just likes to take have fun when she can, even if it might tend to be inappropriately timed. She’s overly affectionate and a bit obsessive over people she gets along with, tending to show favouritism with little restraint. One thing she tends to demand from her subordinates or juniors is respect or at least for you to do what you’re told without resistance, tending to wallop those that don’t listen with one of her fans. She is a quiet schemer meaning that she only says what she deems necessary when running a mission or plan, often telling the minimal of details or giving instructions at the time as opposed to pre defining tactics.

                        Biography: A chuunin of three years Senna is an aspiring mentor and temporary squad leader for recently graduated genin that need temporary squads or practice being in one. She is a member of the Dokueki clan and is well versed in the clans arts and can be considered hard to match when it comes to creating unfriendly toxics. She moved to the Arashigakure when she was eleven, separated from her family due to inner turmoil within her clan. She quickly obtained her rank as a shinobi and rose to the rank of Chuunin, she is classified as one of the more harsh squad leaders to be assigned in the sense of her own lacking participation, lack of serious attitude and unreliable/inconsistent nature on a day to day basis.

                        Despite complaint form genin about her laziness and not being anything special, those whom have incurred her wrath or worked with her in a proper mission that needed combat or some serious strategy have a different outlook of her and have difficulty explain how she is competent besides saying she’s very skilled, and has terrifying poison. She hasn’t don’t anything particularly noteworthy in the sense of gaining fame, although appears to have aspirations toward gaining renown and amass cash so she can retire early and life the good life as a modest celeb, so she can do whatever she wants with her time and goof around, maybe teach the next generation. (I don’t have much history for someone imma kill, although I will be adding all plot i involve her in with Lilou so she will have a more present history.)

Puppet Description: Once human, Chio was modified some to persevere as the warrior she was in life. She has a reinforced metal frame under the grimly, preserved material making up his exterior. Not to mention the ghastly swap of organic matter for intricate puppet wiring and do-dads! As an act of vengeance, Sadayo collected Chio after she failed her assassination attempt and handed the sword-for-hire over to JUEI.
Chio arrived to the leaf with a small arsenal of weapons that continue to be put to use: a katana, wakizashi, a two polearms, and a fan. She is fully capable of executing complex attacks. After postmortem analysis, it was revealed she knew an exceptional collection of fighting styles. Body modifications were made after the conversion to puppet.

Name of Mechanism: Firework Cannon

Description: This mechanism is Chio’s right arm. The arm and armor undergoes rearranging to take a stocky, tubular cannon. For a post, Chio's arm is transformed to launch 10 projectiles crafted from her own paper as firework shell casings, 10 inches in width. If launched skyward or directly at the target the results are often the same. The casings explode with a colorful bang but spray a fine, corrosive shower beside enduring fiery “bits” and plumes as paper once stuffed inside the casing continues to burn. Effects: Applies a tier of Corrosion [up to T3], a tier of burning/burned[up to Tier 2] , and drops dozens upon dozens of makibishi (caltrops) to act as shrapnel and litter the battleground.

Biography:
This woman was contracted by a faction in Zaishin to eliminate Sadayo after the Hokage's supposed dealings with a possible, progressionist faction in Zaishin. Chio attacked Sadayo within the one month time-skip after Iron was fought back from the border at Godshozuka. In her failure, Chio was not allowed to take her own life and instead was given a warrior's death by Goro Soga's hand. Sadayo handed Chio’s body over to JUEI to protect in light of the fallen warrior’s paper bloodline.

Helmet, gauntlets, greaves, torso prices are supplied through artful, subtle manipulations of the puppet’s form while preserving the use of the puppets mechanisms and appearance. While active, basic attacks (not using bukijutsu styles) with the flying hat implement the Burning/Burned [ [E-C TIER 1 | B-S+ Tier 2] status upon contact and the dome combusts with lightning chakra. When using bukistyles, however, additional cost C-rank amount of chakra per post to maintain the following effect: applies [Tier 2 Burning/Burned] status to any Bukijutsu technique used by Gishin.

Mechanism Description: Occular Implants, inspired by Doujutsu users but not truly a Doujutsu. Toso realizing he has been unable to see in color for so long came to the realization that he could simply use technology to remedy this birth defect. As such when the Ikakugan is in use it allows Toso to finally see in colors like the typical eye among other unique features. Activated via chakra like most Doujutsu. The Ikakugan requires [15] Chakra to activate and from then on persists so long as the user sees fit. Typically it changes colors depending on its current spectrum matching said spectrum.

Description: When Activated the Ikakugan grants the user access to the RGB color spectrum. It also allows them to toy with said spectrum. Thus granting them the ability to see in Infrared, Nightvision, Ultraviolet, X-ray, and even see radio waves. Along with mundane features like binocular vision. Additionally, there are two more spectrums. The chakra spectrum and the physical spectrum. The physical spectrum tunes out the ability to see any artificial manifestations made with chakra as anything other than a blacked-out form and shape. The chakra spectrum does the opposite where anything physical is blacked out while accentuating anything made of chakra. This, however, does not function like the other types of Doujutsu which can see internal chakra. Only external ambient chakra. Essentially they are spectrums which function as highlighters. Omitting the opposing spectrum from vision by darkening them and simplifying them to their base shapes. An excellent method for spotting clones as they appear highlighted on the chakra spectrum when a real body would appear on the physical spectrum. Despite this though its limitations are still connected to the user's sensory nervous system making it unable to discern Genjutsu any better than the actual user would naturally. The eye is capable of processing the trajectory of oncoming projectiles and attacks. While its no Sharingan, it allows the user even faster reaction times beyond the average individual. The eye shows exactly where an attack will land, and when at what angle while also giving the user increased acuity for their own techniques. By paying an [X]-amount of chakra the user can gain an equivocal amount of [Agility] or [Speed] but only for that post.

Niji kiseki: {Rainbow Trajectory}

Description: Located in the left eye, an incredibly small thin pin-like beam is fired from the center of the eye. This pin like beam carries with it the attributes of a Hojo ink. The beam 'can ricochet' a number of times equal to the rank of the technique allowing but not requiring its 'strike' allowing it to be delayed up to X-posts. These ricochets allow striking at difficult and discreet angles. What makes the pin particularly dangerous is that like an injection the ink blend is injected into a location and like using the Ink-jector that injected location will begin to adopt the color and properties of the ink. However, unlike the Ink-jector if it makes contact with a living target will spread like a disease, applying the inks detriment over that limb which is then treated as if it had just suffered a dose of ink at that pins rank. This application of ink cannot be Kai'd until the opponent's next post. 'Dodging' the ricochets is unnecessary as the trajectories are already pre-calculated to determine the time in which its 'meant' to strike. The pin may come close but will always glance unless of course the individually intentionally or accidently gets in its way.

Niji Senkō : {Rainbow Glint}

Description: Rainbow glint allows any particular surface if matching the color of a pre-existing Hojo ink to be treated as that particular ink surface for means of transportation if its within the users vision. Thus the user can expend a use of Shunsin or Kawarimi when making eye contact with said particular color to teleport and hide themselves inside of it using [Tōsō inku: Getaway Ink] assuming the surface is accommodating.

The Ikakugan is capable of recording everything it sees on the three dimensional spectrum. A minuscule amount of chakra can then be used to project a three dimensional recreation of what the eyes recorded along with optional audio albeit its only the color of users chakra manifestation. These recordings are then often preserved by Toso in actual albums. Useful for espionage but also useful for keeping fond memories and perhaps a small distraction.

Mechanism Description:
Occular Implants, inspired by Doujutsu users but not truly a Doujutsu. The [Devil Squid Eye] is a strange defect that occurs when Toso loses his temper. Albeit this is a rare instance when it does occur the optical array in the Ikakugan reacts negatively and it appears grey with an eerie red static that makes it seem like its staring into one's soul. The Ikakugan drains [20] Chakra when activated and from then on persists so long as the user remains in a state of discontent. Calming down reverts the eye back into its original state. {The Devil Squid} eye can be forced but it requires one still be in a state of high tension. {The Devil Squid} eye retains all the previous features of its previous counterpart, however, is capable of far more serious effects.

Description: When the eye makes eye contact with an already applied dose of Hojo ink in that instant the ink begins to spread or become agitated. The ink, if infecting a limb already, moves unto the next nearest limb and applies an additional dose of effectiveness and perpetuates the cycle of it being unkaiable until the opponent's next post. Thus making it absolutely if not 'REQUIRED' to avoid eye contact, less the vicious cycle continue.

Monokuro kiseki: {Monochrome Trajectory}

Description: Enhances the effectiveness of {Rainbow Trajectory}. The number of [Tier] when a pin hits is equal to the number of times the pin ricocheted. Alternatively can spend Offensive activation's to increase the pins [Tier] while maintaining its cost in rank.

Monokuro Senkō : {Monochrome Glint}

Description: Wherever there is the users Ink. The user can launch a {Rainbow Trajectory} pin from that point. It then follows the ricochet amount equal to the rank expended. If a pin hits another area of ink it can transposition itself to another area of ink and then pick up that inks properties, when doing this these are treated as ricochets for the pins.

Monokuro Shashin : {Monochrome Photo}

Description: The projecting feature of the eye is forced into overdrive. Essentially allowing the eye to produce recorded images and occurrences at designated locations within vision. These images may well be comparable to genjutsu in their accuracy but cannot be kai'd. While they are at their core intangible reconstructions they serve a purpose in being a significant distraction in some cases. Starting from a simple rock at E to entire buildings at A to entire scenario's at S+.

Mechanism Description: Illusion Grid Model kit 2 version portable is essentially a technological implant stemming from Satoshi's research an production of the illusion grid and capitalizing on the 'link' found in the badges and headbands. This projects a personalized field around Toso that allows for essentially any form of physical and chakra illusion to be made manifest and is connected to the Ikkakugan via splice. Toso can alter his appearance and chakra signature using this technology whilst also masking his other chakras in their entirety.

The connection between Satoshi and the illusion grid is maintained while Toso may change his appearance and signature it is also susceptible to Satoshi tapering with it as well. This technology does not impose a cost so long as Toso remains within Amegakure where the system is set up. However outside of Amegakure any forms of discernment into identity or signature will be met with an immediate drainage of Toso's chakra to maintain the illusion of being someone or something else. Any augmentation Satoshi makes to Toso via the connection to the illusion grid to make him appear as something else or deliver techniques as something or someone else is made apparent in Amegakure but not outside the grid. The failsafe protocol prevents Toso from becoming subject to mental invasion on Satoshi's end but really is a moot point as Satoshi could more than likely do so regardless within Amegakure.

While they aren't particularly noted worthy the gear like intricacies in their internal design shows its making required the patience of a true craftsman. Description: The left cuff when activated continuously emanates an aura of..well nothing. The wearer isn't invisible by any stretch of the matter but individuals who see them simply find that their presence is well 'lacking'. To enemies, the user is perceived as either weak or 'not worth the time'. All actions the user takes even if they seem powerful at first glance seem inconsequential. In battles involving multiple targets, the user is often targeted last. When making attacks or the like, the user is believed to be non-hostile. Even if they're taking hostile actions. This comes across at times as eerie or an unpleasant feeling. The feeling is compared to noticing a stalker who's been following you for some time or to some people a person with a sadistic streak that carries no intent behind their actions. Those under the influence know very well the user is on the premises if looking directly at them but can't make heads or tails of their intentions. If by avoiding eye contact after a while they'll typically forget the user was just there assuming there are other things to pay attention to. Although not necessarily true all the time for an extremely vigilant individual. (Purely roleplay flavor)

To enemies, the user is perceived as either incredibly strong or 'should seek backup'. All actions the user takes even if they seem weak at first glance seem to be part of a bigger plot. In battles involving multiple targets, the user is often targeted first as a priority threat. When making evasions or the like, the user is believed to be always-hostile. Even if they're taking defensive actions. This comes across at times as a uncomfortable or a paranoid feeling. The feeling is compared to knowing your mom is coming and you said you were turning in for the night and you don't have enough time to hide your playthings and you know she's going to ground you or in its most extreme case killing intent. Those under the influence know very well the user is on the premises and if anything believes them to be fit to murder any second. Sensors will believe the users chakra levels have increased 5x their natural limits and the users chakra manifestation will assist in this bluff also increasing and causing slight tremoring. Body-ranks equal to the users feel the user is holding back, one-rank less and they feel as if they'll be attacked any moment at all times, two-ranks less and they will often be incredibly frightened or shaken of what's to come, and at three-ranks less or more the individual will believe that they may be killed if they so much as lift a finger. By continuously paying an opponents body-rank as upkeep the user can apply the strongest feeling, that being an overwhelming killing intent. The intimidation's level can be adjusted as needed. But is essentially a glorified 'bluff' and to those who are already within their convictions to die for a cause or have made their peace, even the strongest effect will often prove ineffective (Purely roleplay flavor)

Mechanism Description: The name was decided upon via the famous line spoken by the legendary Goemon Ishikawa told in kabuki fables where he is seen smoking a large silver pipe. "The spring view is worth a thousand gold pieces, or so they say, but 'tis too little, too little. These eyes of Goemon rate it worth ten thousand!". Haru keshiki isn't designed to smoke hair tobacco like it's predecessors however, instead it functions as a bubble pipe for Soap Bubble Ninjutsu allowing more fine manipulations of the Bubble formations, it does this by using special mechanisms where when a button is pressed it determines the future functions. Not very useful when used as a weapon.

Harunoniji: {Spring Rainbow}

Description: When using any [Shabondama] technique when a soap bubble bursts with ten or twenty feet of an opponent the bubble will induce visual hallucinations and cause an individual's perceptions of colors to start becoming jumbled causing them to see things in a rainbow-like a gradient similar to soap bubbles. The intensity of the effect is reliant on the amount of chakra used to augment the bubbles. An appropriate Kai is required to snap out of the ongoing effect.

Description: When using any [Shabondama] technique allows manipulation of the size and shape of the bubbles produced. Thus allowing for much more intricate designs. These sizes follow the same progression and uniqueness as [Ink-well Formation] and [Choujuu Giga] when it comes to Rank, Number, Size, and Power. However, like [Shabondama] techniques will last until popped or dismissed.

Nijikemuri: {Rainbow Smoke}

Alternatively to [Nijinagare] Toso can actually produce smoke from the pipe. After inhaling the smoke exhaled is of a multi-colored nature. This smoke induces the same effects as [Nijinagare] but can be slightly lead and manipulated. The smoke unlike its bubbly counterpart however, lingers. It will continue to linger for [1] post even after it has initially been blown away. Thus making it an effective zoning deterrent.
