These mini-shops are not officially administered by the owner/manager of Kells (even if some of them are run by staff members). All business conducted between the mini-shops and the customer is to remain 100% between the mini-shop owner and the customer. Kells will provide a convenient location for all such shops to be collected, but nothing more.
All transactions in the mini-shops forum are conducted solely between the mini-shop owner and the customer. Kells will not be involved in the business conducted within that forum, unless the mini-shop owner violates the rules they agreed to when opening their shop.
- • If you'd like to open a shop that sells artwork, couple/pet images, or other materials that do not require edits to the official Kells lineart/pets, then you may do so without applying for a permit.
• Simply read and abide by the rules on opening and maintaining a shop! Any shops that do not comply will be removed.
• If a shop is marked as [OPEN] and it provides a service you wish to purchase, then follow the instructions in that mini-shop! Please do not pester the owners of [CLOSED] shops to open slots, or ask the shop staff why mini-shops are not open. We do not control their schedules, nor do we require them to fill a quota.
• Kells is accepting applications for shops that create custom item edits.
• Dye shops are currently not permitted.
There is only one type of edits we will allow in minishops: Item Edits.
- • Item edits do not change the existing lineart at all; these edits are done on top of the current lineart, and are for additional items only.
• Please be certain you understand your limits when you are applying.
• We do not allow edits that are too modern, please follow our shop standards when applying for an Item Edit Shop.
• If you are offered an item/edits shop permit, please maintain the same standards you had when you applied initially.
• If the quality of your edits starts to drop, you could lose your edit permit.
• Do not post your application, or the Kells Wolves/or familiars you have edited for your application anywhere else but in the PM to our mule. Doing so will disqualify you completely from applying.
• Please do not ask us for feedback on how you are doing. Please do not bother the Staff about your application.
• We will be checking these threads on a fairly frequent basis and choosing people when we feel like it.
• We reserve the right to choose no one if no one meets the particular standards we are looking for.
