Kofi Kingston vs. Bobby Roode [11-16-19]

Before commercial break, the titantron would show New Day member Kofi Kingston walking through the backstage area, getting ready to make his entrance no doubt. The crowd would erupt in cheers and begin buzzing knowing that Kofi's time must've been next! CWF then went to commercial break. Moments later, CWF would come back from commercial break and the crowd would've already known that Kofi Kingston was about to make his appearance so they would be buzzing with excitement, chanting Kofi, Kofi, Kofi before his theme song even hit the PA System. After a while they would get silent and moments would pass before finally... Kofi Kingston's theme song began playing throughout the arena as all the fans here in attendance tonight would jump up to their feet and cheer loudly!

Announcer: "Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 212 pounds: Kofi... Kingstoonnnnn!!"




Kofi Kingston would come running onto the stage, his appearance making the crowd cheer even louder. He'd be beating his chest and slapping his wrist, doing all sorts of actions showing that he was fired up for action tonight! The CWF camera would point to the crowd, focusing on a sign that had a cartoonish picture of Kofi's face on it along with his slogan; Boom Boom Boom! Kofi would've been pumped up for this match as he would be on the stage taunting, screaming "Let's go! Woo!!!" He'd then make his way down the ramp, wanting to waste no time, and would high five a few of the fans against the barricade along the way. While he was making his way to the ring, his nameplate showed up for the viewers watching at home. It would showcase his name and his twitter [@TrueKofi]





Kofi would make it to the end of the ramp and run, sliding into the ring. He'd immediately get to his feet and run to the furthest turnbuckle to the crowd and climb to the top, taunting to the crowd while screaming Wooooo!!! He'd spread his arms out and then point to a Kofi fan he'd spot in the crowd. "I see you! Let's do this thing!" He'd say, getting himself and the fan pumped up as he was ready to win this match. He'd then grab the top rope and athletically jump from the turnbuckle back down to the mat. He then ran to the left side of the ring and jumped on the ropes, throwing his hands up to the crowd getting that side of the arena fired up as well. Kofi got down from the ropes and took off his sleeveless jacket that he only wore when he wasn't fighting and threw it to the side, ready for this show to get on the road!

 

[BOBBY R00DE]

The beginning of the instrumental theme of Bobby Roode, Off the Chain (Instrumental) would play in the arena as the lights dim to a totally dark, black where nothing can be seen, until they lighten up some at the top of the ramp to show Bobby Roode, the IT FACTOR of Pro wrestling, turned around, wearing his signature robe with his wrestling gear underneath. When the music changes its tone, he turns around and begins making his way down to the ring and is introduced, to a mostly booing crowd with some cheers mixed in.



Announcer:"And his opponent.... from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at 235 pounds, the IT FACTOR of professional wrestling, BOBBY... ROOOOODDE!"



Bobby would slowly make his way down the ramp, at his own slow pace, as he was totally in his zone, ignoring the pesky fans at ring side, not letting them or anything else get in his head, the only thing on his mind was winning because he is a winner. He eventually makes it to the ring, where he walks up the steps slowly, walking down the apron and slowly enters the ring. The lights are still fairly dim, but lightened up some so he and the ring were more visible, as he walks to the farthest corner, and climbs onto the second rope and spreads his arms and looks straight up into the rafters, and closes his eyes in his signature taunt, as his neat theme song continues in the background, and after a few more seconds he gets down and takes his robe off, gently setting it outside of the ring, for someone at ring side to appropriately take care of. The lights would light up to their normal brightness, and Bobby Roode's theme slowly fades out, and he waits for what was next with the same focused look on his face.

Kofi would be a little shocked seeing Roode accept his challenge but he was ready for it. Once both men were in the ring the referee would make sure both competitors were ready and signaled for the bells to ring.

Ding Ding Ding!

 

[BOBBY R00DE]

Bobby would take off his robe and toss it outside, and starts pacing around adjusting his pads and keeping himself warmed up for someone as quick and athletic as Kofi Kingston, but the IT FACTOR, not that glorious nonsense, Bobby Roode was ready to prove himself again and hears the bell ring. He starts to close in on Kofi Kingston, measuring his opponent.

Kofi would close in on Bobby as well and immediately attempt a standing dropkick to his chest!

Stunned by a dropkick from the start, the momentum from the kick to the chest pushes him backwards into the corner back first and he is stunned there for a moment.

Kofi quickly scrambled back to his feet and immediately ran at Roode attempting a corner splash!  

[BOBBY R00DE]

Bobby was hit with the splash and stumbles out of the corner and leans on the top rope.  

[KOFl KlNGSTON]

Kofi walked behind Roode and quickly attempted a rollup, looking to see if he could get a quick victory.

Roode kicks out at one, quickly getting to his feet!  

[KOFl KlNGSTON]

Kofi quickly got to his feet as well and threw a wild slap to the exposed chest of Roode!

Roode looks to cut off Kofi right when he got to his feet and hit a kick right into the mid section!  

[KOFl KlNGSTON]

Kofi was hit with the kick and crouched over a bit, stumbling back.

Roode then attempts to hit Kofi with a quick snap suplex.  

[KOFl KlNGSTON]

Kofi was dropped with the suplex and immediately reached for his back, feeling the impact of that move.
