Phoebe was cleaning the mirrors then spoke to it show a lovely forest outside ivalice, the mirror glowed and showed an image of Pixie Hollow in Neverland. Hello? Phoebe said kindly hoping to speak to whoever is there. As it turns out there was a fairy queen with one of her daughters, a fairy princess, about to discuss what awaits for the morning. I'm Phoebe, a human maid at Castle St. Ivalice on the Island of Ivalice. What are your names? Phoebe said this kindly to the visitors in the mirror, hoping to know them. Today is the start of a special 3-day event at St. Ivalice, Nation of the Water Crystal; A Full Moon Festival here at the capital.
