Personality:
Seth is kind and friendly to those around him. Seeing no reason to harm innocent people and quite approachable. He makes friends easily but can get doubly hurt if they turn on him. Deeply loyal, he will not easily walk away from his friends or lover, no matter what. He can take quite a few hits, though once his limit is reached he can get quite emotional.
Bio:
Seth was born in a far flung continent hidden way to the North. The winters would get incredibly cold here but the summers were often tropical. His parents were just poor people living on the streets. When Seth was born it was winter and they didn't even have a home to go to, the boy would have died from the freezing weather if they hadn't found shelter there and then. Thankfully someone took pity on them and allowed them to live in the shed which wasn't used anyway. When this old man died, Seth was 5 years old and his parents and him ended up on the streets once more.
His life got a lot harder then and he was sick numerous times but somehow always pulled through, much to his parent's delight but they weren't without health problems either. Sadly after 3 more years the continent was struck with an even colder winter than had ever been experienced before. Both his parents, already quite poorly ended up perishing from the consequences of Pneumonia. After that Seth was on his own. At least he had experience with living on the streets and he had his magic to help him with it. His parents had been teaching him since he was 3 years old. He had learned Hydrokinesis first, practicing on rain puddles and nourished by his father most of all. His mother was the one that taught him healing as well as breathing under water. Living on the streets he was constantly defending himself from other people, including just older boys that were out for blood. One night he was looking for some food when he ran into them once again. A group of boys about 6 years older than him that just enjoyed torturing those weaker than them.
They were taking it another step further however, chasing the just 10 year old at the time with a knife. When Seth tripped and one flew at him knife ready to strike the boy he quickly used a nearby water trough to use the fleeting vapor to obscure their view with mist. Not hesitating Seth got up and ran as fast as he could until he could no more and he collapsed. This went on for some years until he started to roam further than just the streets he was familiar with. Around the age of 12 he finally had some luck. He was wandering the street of an unknown to him city but he had been stopped in his tracks when he heard music coming from a house nearby. He never heard an instrument like it before and he felt mesmerized. The sound was beautiful.
Looking around Seth managed to locate where it came from: A large stately house near the back of the long winding streets. Not thinking anything of it, the boy followed his hearing and walked into the yard passed the gate and up to the house. He wandered around it until he found the room where the sound came from and looked through the partly opened window. Inside was an older man playing on the instrument that made the amazing sound. Seth stared at the man, he didn't know for how long even and they didn't notice him because they were absorbed into their own music as they played. Or that was Seth thought anyway, they had their eyes closed and didn't make any movement that they realized a stranger had wandered into their property. They continued playing for about an hour before they finally stopped and suddenly looked into Seth's direction. The boy startled out of his daze and ran off in fear of getting into trouble with the man. Still he went back a few times just to hear them play, only to be met with silence since.
It would be some days before he would learn the reason. He was just roaming the streets aimlessly while in thought until someone bumped into him and knocked him to the ground. Looking up he noticed a man glaring at him as if Seth was the one that had thrown them over. They were about to take a swing at him when a voice called from behind him to leave the boy alone. Not wanting any witnesses of beating a kid, the man spit on the ground next to him and walked off. Seth got up and turned around to thank the man who spoke up when his word of thanks were stifled in the surprise of recognizing the one that had been playing that instrument. Since they were to close to really escape now the boy stayed and they spoke a bit after which Seth learned the guy had been looking for him since they were seen at the window. They had been touched that the 'violin', so Seth learned the name of the instrument, mesmerized them so. They had noticed him from the start.
The violinist gave the boy a home with him and after a good cleaning and new clothes they had started teaching him to play the violin. The man was very patient with Seth and that was needed too in the beginning. Seth lived with them for six years. But then the man got in an accident and ended up blind and with crippled fingers. Seth practiced harder than ever, so he could play the violin for him. He had improved a lot and the older violinist loved hearing him play in turn. But his age was already quite up there and he eventually succumbed to complications, but not before leaving his violin and some money to Seth in his will, with the message to go out there and share his talent, that more people might enjoy his playing as much as he had in his final years. The now young man started to travel then, only bringing along the money he was left, some clothes and the violin which is his everything now.
He started staying in cheap hotels and traveling from open event to open event, eventually making a name for himself among the people in the world of classical music. He even started to improvise and doing covers, though classical is still dearest to his heart much like the violin and the man that owned it before. By now he has made quite some money with the violin and though he plays all sorts of music, it is still a bit hard for him to play the more emotional ones as it reminds him of the patient and kind teacher he lost. He found his way to Soleil to finally make a home for himself, a solid base he had never known until he met the violinist. Keeping his promise to the man, Seth fully intends to start making music to sell, though he hopes he can stay in Soleil while doing it, quickly falling in love with the tropical environment.
After coming to Soleil and living the life of a wealthy violinist, the young man is still as humble and gentle as ever. He has worked on improving his skill with the violin. Though he misses his master and playing their violins together, Seth has continued his practices and improved more bit by bit. This also caused more and more requests for him to join orchestra performances, though his manager is very good at keeping it realistic. Some are rejected, most are accepted. When not traveling he enjoys walking around Soleil and people watching, or play in the park. On a visit to the beach he met a few people and they now became friends of his. Val, Billy and Saorise. He hasn’t seen or heard from Val much since, but he has become close friends with the other two, especially Billy. The two are now like brothers and love hanging out and goofing off. Sadly when Halloween came around he ended up getting caught in the middle. He was attacked at his house and subsequently his soul got torn from his body and he ended up in the museum with many others who suffered the same fate. This wasn’t permanent thankfully and after a few days they were finally restored to their bodies. The whole experience had left him night terror stricken and jumpy however and he was unable to play. A few orchestras needed to be told that he would not come but to keep some privacy they were told he had fallen ill. It has been a while now and with some help of his friends he livened up a bit again. But none helped as much as his neighbor Pellumb. Seth had just wanted to play the violin again, now he was able to again, and he happened to hear that piano a few times already. The two ended up playing together and Seth was invited into the home after which they became friends. Playing together with Pellumb really boosted Seth back up as it felt so much like his master and him had been playing just one had a piano. Back to his usual capacity, the water magi has resumed his tourneys and is back in business with orchestras.

Skills:
He is very good with the violin, taught by one of the best and it is something he holds very dear which flows through his music. He is also pretty good at cooking but he doesn't really expand much on that. Just for dinner.

Strengths:
His violin music is almost at professional level and he loves to be social and make friends. Though he isn't strong in muscle, he has an incredibly solid mind and can often be seen as the peacemaker and he does his best to make his friends happy.
Weakness:
Since he only uses his instrument and never trained his magic in a battle capacity, he is completely unable to fight. He may try to defend himself but would not take a strong person to knock him down to the ground. However he isn't entirely weak as he can take quite some beatings before he is really badly hurt.
What you look for in a partner:
Time and dynamic will tell. I like going with the flow. But it might be good if they like music, because he practices a lot on his violin. (Depends if will still have as much time for it however.)

Extra: Despite his somber past and still lingering hole that was left by his master, teacher and surrogate grandfather, he is quite a happy young man that loves seizing opportunities. He cherishes the violin he was given with all his heart. To him the violin is his life. If anything were to happen to break it beyond repair he would be devastated.
