tab ◢ PERSONALITY
Zane was always the quietest of his siblings, but that didn't mean it was a good thing. People always said that he seemed like he was up to something, and honestly, they weren't wrong. When he was a child, he would be more up to pranks, but ever since changing, and being placed in charge of a vampire clan, Zane's usually thinking about things regarding that. He's pretty smart and hardworking, having taught himself most of the things he needed to know.

As far as other people go, Zane has a very small group of people that he loves and trusts. It takes a lot for someone to gain his trust, and he may come across as cold. Once they gain his trust, Zane is someone very loyal. He would do anything for the people he cares about. Of course, it's rather easy to lose Zane's trust. He doesn't ask for much in a friendship, but there are certain lines he refuses to cross. Once those lines are crossed, there's no coming back. He'll refuse to accept an apology.




tab ◢ CHILDHOOD:
Zane was part of a group of triplets born to Laurel and Korbin Acacia in Coventry, Ireland. He was rather close with his sisters, Erianthe and Jasmine growing up. They would always be playing together, or cheering on their father in his quidditch games. Occasionally, Zane would play the piano. He was pretty good at it, having taken lessons from his mother. If Zane could chose, he'd go back to his childhood: it was the happiest time of his life.

tab ◢ SCHOOL YEARS:
When their letters came, the Acacia triplets couldn't wait to go off to Hogwarts, but it was at Hogwarts that they became more separated than they could have ever imagined. It started when Zane and Erianthe were sorted into Ravenclaw, while Jasmine was sorted into Slytherin. James became their Quidditch keeper, which meant it was up to Zane to keep an eye on their sister, who had her own issues.

Of course, Zane wanted to make his own friends, and he did. They just weren't the best friends he could have picked. Turns out, one of them was possessed by some sort of ancient demon. During Zane's third year, things came to a boiling point. He ended up killing Erianthe, and fleeing Hogwarts.

He ran right into the Forbidden Forest and was quickly found by the resident centaur herd. They knew what he had done, and were about to hand him over to the aurors, when two vampires showed up. One of whom, happened to be Strike, the leader of the Strikers Clan. Zane likes to think that Strike took pity on him, but in reality, there's times where he wonders why Strike took him in. Of course "take him in" is a loose interpretation of events. It was really more of a "let me turn you, or die" moment. Regardless, Zane is grateful to have been turned.



tab ◢ POST-TURNING:
Of course, life didn't get any easier being a vampire. Zane ended up being expelled from Hogwarts, and there's the whole, eternal fifteen year old thing, but it's not terrible. Zane spent his fledgling time travelling around with Strike, learning all that the elder vampire had to say about being a vampire.

Eventually, the pair returned to Hogsmeade where they set up a base in the Shrieking Shack. However, the partnership between the clan and the owner of the shack would be far from a perfect one. The owner, a man with ties to an organization known as The Family, had been partially responsible for kidnapping Arachnid, and a werewolf cub from the Hogsmeade pack.

Zane was part of the group that went to go rescue them, and in the process, discovered his ability to turn invisible, and was given the name Phantom. After the dust had settled, it was realized that Lilith, Strike's creator and mother of vampires, had died. Because of this, Strike knew that he would need to leave for the vampire council. Before he left however, Strike needed to know his clan would be taken care of. It was then that Phantom became the leader of the Striker's Clan.

Having been tasked with adding onto the clan, Phantom set to work doing just that. He added two Hogwarts students to the clan. For the most part, Phantom stayed in Hogsmeade. He was the bouncer for the Shrieking Shack. New patrons never took him seriously, but regulars knew better than to cause trouble.

Eventually, Zane met a Mahoutokoro alum by the name of Yamato. He was completely human, and surprisingly, someone that found his way into the vampire's heart rather quickly. Yama was someone that could look past Zane's own past. He didn't care that Zane was a vampire clan leader. He was just Zane.

Eventually, Yama and Zane got married. They spent some time travelling to Japan so Zane could meet Yama's family. During this time, the couple decided that it would probably be best for Zane to turn Yama. Recently, they've returned to Hogsmeade to try to finally get the Shrieking Shack in working order.
