tab Born as the daughter of a fisherman, Hanae spent a lot of her childhood fishing and hated every second of it. She leapt at the first opportunity to break out of the family business, even if it meant becoming a soldier in the UHV army. Shimogakure itself had a very small shinobi presence, but the ability to do a great variety of things with people from all over the continent offered by the UHV appealed to her greatly. She finds shinobi life entertaining and leapt at the chance to participate in exams that would let her compete against people from places she'd never seen. That was the plan, at least; halfway through, some crazy UHV hooligans decided to launch an attack on the place, leaving her high and dry with a handsome young lad named Agni from the Leaf Village.
