As he took another deep gulp of Yorujozo he almost spat it out in laughter when he aroused a response from the young Seiryu. Hearing how offended Seiichi was at his provocations only pleased him. The disgusting Yorujozo sat on his tongue and he only swallowed it in anger when Seiichi invoked his mother's name in reference to his current position. Rather than attempting to refute it, he only sat forward toward the table and silenced Soyeon who was starting to mock the boy. "I want you to know that I laughed as your family screamed in terror when their castle caved in on them. The children didn't know what was happening. Yet their mothers and fathers died knowing that they couldn't save their sons and daughters." The Amekage exuded venomous words as the poison from his alcohol coated his lips. He was a viper who only wanted to poison his target instead of fighting fair. This was all that he had to say to Seiichi. His only goal was to be hurtful and vindictive. He only sat back again when Kenshin admonished him. The Amekage smiled and licked the night brew from his lips and took a far more relaxed posture than the seething rage that he had shown Seiichi just moments earlier. "Of course, Lord Hyuga. Yet, if I leave so soon then I won't be able to help you with Son Goku..." The crow sage gave a wide smile that showed his bottom teeth and was almost threatening. He only shrugged when Soyeon was moved to a table next to him. He did wink at her when she put her hand on his leg. "Good wench." Spoken like a master to his dog as he felt a rush from his power over her.
▱▰▱Satoshi nodded his chin when his adoptive father entered the Summit chamber. "Welcome to the Kage Summit, er, Ex-Kage Summit in your case." He playfully tapped his chin but was pleased that his father finally made his way. He was starting to worry that he got lost or just abandoned the trip altogether. Satoshi then pursed his indigo lips when Musunde spoke to him. He did not speak to the Shogun as it was clear that he had gotten the agitated response that he wanted. Despite his carefree demeanor, he was enjoying his time in the Summit and the Lord of the Citadel seemed serious about removing people for disruptions. Satoshi was quite impressed by his handling of the Konoha genin's outburst. The Kage Summit had a feeling of controlled chaos to it which made it far less boring than he anticipated upon arrival. "Lady Hokage and Lord Shogun are in such a rush to leave the chamber when the Summit's topics have only scarcely begun!" Satoshi sat up from his leaning posture in his chair. In the Amekage's view, there would be plenty of time for demon sealing after they were done deciding the fate of the world. "I'd venture to guess that I'm the only leader in this room who has actually faced Jashin. He was a coward and only used an avatar to face me. In all fairness to the dark one, however, it's unlikely that he's strong enough yet to cross into this world at all. Evergreen and Zelel are still strong enough to keep him out, for now. What we all need to consider is the one truth, fate. The world is fated to end at some point. All things must die in the cycle eventually. But will it happen anytime soon? The prophecy is unclear." Crow Eye Satoshi began to speak of the ravings of an obsessed prophet. However, his tone would progress into something more reasonable. "As the crow sage, I know how to read future events. I'm also the only one who has killed an aspect of Jashin and I have a demon under my dominion. You all need me if you're going to succeed. I'm happy to lend aid to this cause and my only request is that you all stay out of the Rain's affairs for good." Satoshi wrapped his arm around Soyeon as she was seated next to him when he mentioned that he had access to Son Goku. The Amekage was showing what power he had access to here. "No Lightning Empire plots to take us over again, no spying, we only seek full recognition as the legitimate and powerful state that we are. If you all assure me of that then I'll be glad to contribute to this cause. If not, then we'll know that the world was truly fated to be damned." Satoshi's voice was smooth and political as he made his pitch for negotiation.

Yorujozo is highly toxic and hallucinogenic. The Shadowfoot oni consider the liquid sacred because consumption of it gives them otherworldly visions which aid in deciphering prophecies, a central aspect of the tribe's culture. The brew is highly sedative as well and helps the consumer sleep while also delivering the typical effects of alcohol. The brew is made from the inky purple leaves of the black forest's trees. Newborn Shadowfoot oni are fed a single leaf to allow them to consume Yorujozo without harm. Those who ingest this rare leaf become immune to Yorujozo's toxicity while retaining the psychedelic and alcoholic effects. Personal Attributes ▱▰▱ Crow Eye | When a young Satoshi looked through the lens of fate to see his prophecy, his right eye was taken as a price. This eye has been nicknamed his "crow eye" because it was cursed by the crow king Yatagarasu in exchange for the prophecy. This crow eye is connected to the eyes of Yogen, the personal summon of Satoshi who has been fate bound to his summoner. Satoshi's crow eye and Yogen's eyes will often glow in unison. The crow eye's appearance is a ghastly violet that glows when it is not covered by an eyepatch. When the sharingan is used through the crow eye it appears to have blackened sclera and glowing purple tomoe and pupils. When the crow eye is in use it causes throbbing headache pain and is more susceptible to blindness. Mangekyo skills used through the crow eye are reduced by [1] use before the blindness status is inflicted. For example, if a technique can be used twice before blindness happens then in the crow eye it could only be used once meaning that the eye goes blind faster. However, the cursed crow eye is maddening when gazed upon as when a genjutsu is cast through it the eye glares with extremely bright violet light and inflicts insanity equal to the rank of the technique. ▱▰▱ Demonic Shroud | When an E-Rank amount of chakra is applied to Satoshi's natural chakra materialization it becomes even more realistic and haunting. This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally. ▱▰▱ Touch of the Boundless | The Uzumaki can create any and all seals, and therefore cast any sealing technique - no matter how intricate or complex - upon a single touch of their palm without handseals. This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Uzumaki is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned. ▱▰▱ Holy Conversion | For every RPC converted to the archpriest's religion they gain an endgame reward of their choice. The endgame reward can only be up to 2,000 XP in value. To say that Seiichi's outburst had came unnoticed would be quite the understatement. Lord Hyuuga would quiet any of his outbursts with a look in his eye that the boy hadn't really seen all that often before. Directly after his words, Sumire of the Mahofu clan would perk up in his favor, cheering for the Seiryu to speak up against what was clearly a bladed jest intended to provoke Zaishin to respond. Which he guessed was pretty efficient. "I-It was nothing..." he admitted, rubbing the back of his head. Sumire was fairly supportive of him way back when, and he did want to make it known that not all Seiryu would take such words lying down. His stomach did growl a bit at the mention of dumplings. He did have a tendency to forget to eat at times. Always busy running around to care about himself. Kenji always said that it was what his mother had always said about it.
Seiichi didn't have to wait for a rebuttal from Satoshi and his mistress, the latter of which would be quick to jump to her husband's (?) defense. At the insult to his appearance, that confidence built up over the previous minute would falter and allowance his insecurities to return in full form. "Girlyboy..." he frowned while Satoshi reminded him full well of that fateful day. When innocent blood was shed and countless lives were forfeit all to a vendetta that they had the faintest of connection to. He would have spoken up had it not been for the Lord Shogun's words to him after scolding Sumire herself. His tone caused the boy to stand at attention though still clearly troubled by Satoshi's comments about his clan. He took his lumps and would reply with a sullen. "Y-Yes, Lord Shogun..." before sitting back down and behaving himself.
A figure of ichorous gunk filled out as something familiar in a doorway. Unki's memories move busily filling in the void with years worth of detail desperately matching shapes to something new. She didn't need Satoshi's welcome to piece this enigma together- her bright eyed stare managed to wrap it all together first. Her voice piqued softly enough for her immediate company to hear. “Tos… Toso-kun?” And here she thought he was dead. Like stone cold dead in the muck of a swampy ditch dug out by his own dealings with fate. One mystery partially solving itself was one matter. Now, she might have been in a room with a bunch of authority figures. Alright, Unki totally was in a room beside a bunch of other leaders but the fact stood that she was representing the thoughts and motives of her own party’s leadership as an authority figure herself. She had to be put on the face of someone Kenshin would throw fists for. Despite her injuries, despite how Nami was expected to jump to her side, none of those could be an excuse for holding back.
"You want full recognition." "Tell me, when I turn around should I go ahead and pin a target to my back?" Shiro cracked a grin at his own snappy remark to Satoshi’s demands. He didn’t have time to fold his arms, fall into the back of his chair and carry on any knowing glances to Unki. She was busy making faces at him, yanking a hand fan from her belt for a fine fling of its side to pelt over his shoulder. Making one piteous display of herself begging him to stop encouraging the boy’s taunts was all the leeway he had, apparently.
To say the least, the Empress was feeling her patience running thin. She only had so much to begin with. looked across the table to the blue-lipped boy with a pucker between her brows. "Satoshi,” she said and palmed the folded fan. “If we need you so badly why did you go and provoke- one, two-" she bounces her finger tip toward parties in the room. Counting off angered members of the summit as they revealed themselves. Namely, the Shogun's group and her own party. "And I wouldn't be surprised at this rate if you've already managed to upset Storm again."
"I could be the great, stubborn downfall of existence and decline your help. But then we’ll probably all see each other in Hell after that. In that case, we’re stuck staring at each other through however many billion years that is for penance.” It’s probably safe to say that Unki would also make for a terrible Buddhist. “I’ll entertain your little song and pretend to be someone desperate for your help. If it makes you feel like a big man playing wargames turning the tide in his favor and not a boy splashing around like a big fish in a small pond.” The sea and fish idioms were not intentional. She was practically dominating her temperament for a chilled streak of irritation. Heck, anger kept her from retracing how many times she slipped for colorful lingo. She might have taken one or two too many notes from Shiro who would have had his fury on a tight leash at this point.
“If we survive then you’re still going to have a ways to go before I find a reason to think you won’t be making waves with the wellbeing of any more of my territories.” Even if deep down the terms Satoshi wanted from Unki weren't overly terrible he was still talking like a spoiled brat who was undeserving of her doting cheek pinches. "If we have the similar interests then keep out of Grass and Waterfall. "

▱▰▱Shukaku's loud voice was grating his nerves slightly as he assumed was the tailed beast's intent. However, he agreed to side with Evergreen against Jashin and that was good enough for Kenshin. At least for the time being. He stood from his seat and bowed. "Good. Hold still so I can rid Jashin's impurity from Shukaku." Kenshin's hand glowed with dark blue chakra that had a different essence to it than typical chakra. He thrust his hand forward as the chakra traveled across the table quickly. If it collided with Shukaku, then the dark energy of Jashin would be rid from him and he would begin to feel restored to his previous self. The champion of Evergreen was becoming far more skilled with the tailed beast purification ritual. There would be no remnants of Jashin's corruption left to materialize or cause any more trouble. His tenseigan looked over at Nami and Isobu. "Jashin's energy seems to be cleansed from Isobu as well. I hope you've both recovered well. Unfortunately, the Jashinists still may have some of his power but as long as I'm standing then it won't be enough to conjure the dark one." Kenshin made his stalwart pledge as he spoke to Nami before returning his attention to the others. "Leave well enough alone then." This was all the presiding lord had to say in response to Sumire's chiding response. They were never going to get anywhere with the constant arguing. Thankfully, the Shogun came to his aid in bringing the Summit back to order. When Koharu spoke up Kenshin just nodded before responding. "You're correct that it's important that we unite. But remember sister that Lady Evergreen would want us all to be here together in this time of peril." Kenshin spoke firmly to his sister in the faith of Evergreen. He agreed that all parties needed to be brought to order given the magnitude of the threat but she should not have spoken out of turn either. The Tanikage gave her opinion on the matter as well but Kenshin would quietly allow her to finish her thought.
▱▰▱As he sat back down in his seat, he listened to the Hokage and the Shogun respond to the plans to contain the Kyuubi. Even Satoshi piped up about the matter but only to assert that they should not leave the room. At least on that Kenshin could actually agree with him. "All leaders should remain in this room until the Summit concludes. I recommend sending shadow clones and relying on my sky guards to aid you in the sealing and to keep the demon contained in the dungeons below." There were many other matters to attend to although he did agree that the nine tails needed to be dealt with soon. If the Hokage, Shogun, and others agreed to send shadow clones then the sky guards would escort them. They took all of the necessary security precautions. They dotted their I's and crossed their T's for fear of the Kyuubi getting out of containment and damaging the Citadel. He looked at a sky guard as several of them walked into the summit chamber to escort shadow clones of the leaders to where they needed to go in order to help Masato.

The insults that the "Amekage" was levying against his empire and nation were infuriating. Before he could respond, he allowed the empress to say her peace. When she reached the conclusion of her speech, he was shocked. She wanted to rely on his word that he could keep the Rain if he leaves Grass and Waterfall alone? How could they possibly trust him? Kenshin exhaled as his frown grew but he would not question his empress's words. "And if you agree to the Empress's generosity then will you allow me to purify Son Goku before the Jashinists can? Time is of the essence. Unlike you, I don't believe this is predetermined. Life is the result of our choices. You have chosen to walk in the dark for your entire life, is it not time to fight for the righteous? I can assure you that you must if you intend to continue existing." The Lord of the Pale Citadel bit back at Satoshi's completely bankrupt ideology. For someone who was so obsessed with prophecy and fate, he sure seemed to believe in the power of his own choices when it suited him. Kenshin looked at Toso as he settled in and was shocked by what he saw. Saiken has fallen to Jashin too? Is there no end to this madness? The Hyuuga had to strengthen his resolve even in the face of so much adversity but it was beginning to feel disheartening. Although he supposed that Toso's incredible incompetence would lead to the worst possible result. "Toso, does Saiken need healing?" Kenshin asked with a monotone and proposed purifying Saiken of what the Jashinists had done to it.

Smiting Blade of the Night Watch [ Naitō Otchi no Sumittinguburēdo ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Spiritual When this technique is activated it crackles violently with night blue lightning for the entire duration. The electricity from the blade also forms bolts of lightning over the body of the user and appears to supercharge them. Whenever the blade is swung or thrust over the duration the user can fire a concentrated blast of ten bolts of lightning to accompany the strike equal to the rank applied but for only half the cost to initiate the technique. Hatake, Raiu, and Sage enhanced lightning can pass through the blade and apply to these lightning bolts. The bolts cause a thunderously deafening sonic boom and can inflict tier 2 burns upon direct contact with the lightning. Additionally, these lightning bolts can be freely applied to all complex bukijutsu for no action cost to smite enemies. The only action cost is when the technique is activated and all subsidiary abilities of the technique do not consume actions and only chakra. This ability can be used in both forms of Getsuruito.
Draconic Sabre of Moon Sundering [ Getsu Sandaringu no Dorakonikku Seibā ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Complex This is the original ability of the ancient Getsuruito blade and thus requires the original katana form. 5 chakra can be spent to transform the blade to its original form upon activation of this technique. Crackling and thunderous dark blue lightning can be applied to the katana's edge at any rank and the same lightning can form a dragon head formed from electricity over the body of the user for 10 posts. This allows all spiritual techniques the sword comes into contact with to be slashed through and even cut in half at the same rank despite the complex nature of the technique. For half of the original cost to activate the technique a same-rank spiritual electrical energy slash can be sent out from the slash of the blade. This same cost can be applied to any complex bukijutsu to achieve the same effect. The original 10 post activation of this ability consumes an action but all subsidiary abilities do not.

The events of the meeting so far had certainly left an impression on Miki so far. 'What's she thinking?' Was all Miki could really think as Sumika was ejected from the meeting. 'Great now I don't have a teammate. At least the Hokage's here and that Mina girl seems nice enough.' Though Miki did prefer the company of her comrade as opposed to people she hadn't even met. Especially with the on goings of the meeting. Everything felt strange to the young woman. Not even weeks ago was she living a simpler life with her mother and father. Now she was at a kage summit where they spoke of jinchuriki and jashinists. A once in a life time event, but Miki didn't really know how she fit into it all. To some degree the experience was nearly upsetting. Too many things were happening at once which made the world feel as though it was moving all to quickly while not moving at all. The girl had to shut her eyes out, to close out the world if only for a moment. 'I can't believe they're gonna take that thing out of him and put it into someone else right now. I'm sure they can handle Kurama, but what if it kills Masato.' Miki thought to herself. Though she didn't know Masato in any way, she always felt empathetic when a person died. It made her sad in the same way it would if her own friend died. 'Nah he's strong.'
Miki heard her name called by the Hokage's voice. The girl immediately snapped her attention back into focus on Sadadyo. It seemed Miki's role was going to be that of a door watcher. Not that Miki wanted to be involved in unsealing a demon and sealing it into someone else. It was clearly something out of her wheelhouse. "Yes Lady Hokage." Miki responded candidly. She had to wonder what would make it necessary for Miki to get involved in a sealing ritual of a bijuu. Other than running to get help, she didn't really think there was much she could do. It was a bijuu after all. With the candidate being summoned by Sadayo, it seemed the leaf nin were ready to start off on their mini adventure with a the Shogun of Zaishin. A development that Miki hadn't particularly paid attention to in the mix of everything, but found rather exciting. The girl couldn't recall ever meeting a samurai before, let alone the leader of the samurai. 'He's the best swordsman in the world.' Miki thought to herself, she hoped that one day her own bukijutsu skills would match that of the Shogun himself.
There was no trust and Unki felt she would be blind beyond belief to bounce back quickly after receiving a grisly gift. Her pinkish sleeve was slipped up over her jaw as she leaned over to Ada: “and this generosity won’t last long.” It was frustrating enough she couldn’t relay her interest in twisting her ambiguity to Kenshin. Nothing she said was a lie, at least. But she knew better than to whisper plots in mixed company!
Another passing glance over Toso. She frowns, looking away from his putrid transformation, and thumbing the ribs of her fan as she turns to Miyuki with an otherwise unshaken delivery, “if we’re going to be united again then we need to figure out where we’re at and move forward.” Moving forward was the only answer. But was the Arashikage willing to look away from Satoshi’s crimes and antics for the time being? “Because unlike some people,” she up-turns her head away from the Rain party with an irritated tone. “My first choice is that I’d like to save the world, thank you very much!”

Returning a very deadpan look toward the blue-lipped boy, as he sat upright, Sadayo forced in her own abrupt, vacant questioning commentary. "Want me to save your uncle, don't you?" He looked so calm. Probably proud of himself. Almost enough to sway Sadayo to burn quietly with envy.
Now, their host had different plans. The idea of sending clones was completely sensible but some half of Sadayo agreed reluctantly. A clone sent to frolic ahead sort of withholds a sense of closure to this whole, restless endeavor. Beneath a dry stare facing nothing in particular there was a conscious, quiet effort to hold back all of her seething, irrational fuss to truly stand by her young guards and cohort. With her back to the table, a clone appears dutifully beside with hardly a stir of her veiling cloak. The second, solid Sadayo stepped with the same sense of urgency her source was hoarding and left the room. She stepped back and spun back into her seat.
Her clone kept to its directive and did not stare at the slime coated arrival upon leaving the doorway. At the same time, the true Sadayo sat still like her hands hidden. She was just beginning to align the late guest as being the previous Arashikage with sights swapping to one storm shadow, the other, and the imperial party. It was all unfortunate, really. Tosokurui’s eccentric and dramatic alterations could really stir the mind up to wonder what happened between organized meetings. But Satoshi hadn’t quit talking; and the boy’s haughty chatter of being some sort of sage like he was the stand alone apathetic savior of humankind as an ugly, selfish, bargaining tactic befitting a child. It rubbed her the wrong way. As if the playful, dark banter wasn’t enough to swallow quietly already. “I should about have your beloved uncle bend you over his knee for a whipping." And she quoted the boy’s prior sentiments she couldn’t take well enough without a backbiting sting. Otherwise, she sounded as serious as she looked with a straight face and ridged, upright posture. “I’m not going to sit here and police your political practices, how you’ve chosen to speak to the other nations paired up with selling your cooperation for a price of that magnitude is going to show your age.” Her warning came with bad timing with the Lightning Empress chiming in with whatever leftover grievances she had from a bad present. No wonder she wasn’t at the previous summit; she sounded like a catty schoolgirl half her own age. “I’m not jumping to kick-off family grudge matches. If Valley and the Shogun want to acknowledge you- even put you on neutral ground- so be it. If Lightning and Storm want the same you I might be standing on better terms.”At the very least, this was an interesting first impression of the boy described with reservations by one adventurous ambassador.
:: To the basement :: On the way, the clone brought up a question they all might have had: “what resources do we have for the moment we have to pull that barrier down?” It all depended on who followed and how much of a role she would have to play. “Are the sealers the only resource Lord Hyuga has for working with a demon under his house?” Breaking the barrier was the drastic route she anticipated before the easiest options could come up. Sadayo was...awfully in a rush to this danger.
Natural chakra rolled off of Takumi like a heatwave, obscuring her form like a mirage in a desert. Despite being surrounded on all sides and threatened by the guards of the Citadel, Takumi continued to move forward at her own casual pace. Her black and red eyes scanned the area without breaking stride. “Is twelve the best Evergreen can manage?” She said to Mr. Meowgi, removing her hand from her pocket just long enough to scratch his cheek. He would meow in response and the Jashinist would begin to form her response to the guards.
She sent a wave of chakra through her body, releasing it into the ground with every step she took. Her steps would leave behind a trail of crimson energy behind her. When Takumi unleashed her jutsu, the intensity of the attack was betrayed by Takumi’s collected air. One a single step she took, the ground would erupt with chakra as it shattered like red, white, and purple stained glass through the courtyard. Takumi would continue forward through the agonized screams of the skyguards, paying them no mind once she was finished with them. For all its bells and whistles, breaking into the Citadel was easy for Takumi. By coating herself in Nature Chakra, she was easily able to circumvent the security set up by Lord Kenshin. Once inside, it was a simple jutsu to hide her presence from the guards. All the Jashinist needed to do was follow the flow of the guards, it wasn’t hard to find the room the Kage summit was being held in. Takumi didn’t know what exactly the context was, but a shinobi causing trouble was enough of a cover for her to slip inside. The Citadel Guards would come and go, and Takumi would hang back. Simply placing herself against the wall, watching the fools bicker amongst themselves. How childish the rules of this world were.
“Just like the shinobi.” She said, eventually bringing the attention in the room to her. “To be playing at diplomacy without a care in the world. While the pawns-” Takumi casually tossed a body onto the table. Crimson with blood and riddled with holes, the limp form of Kameyo hit the table with a crash. “Get sacrificed.”
Takumi stood at the table of world leaders, sliding her gaze from one to the next. A look of casual disinterest was on her face, like she was merely looking at people passing by. It wasn’t too long after her disposal of Kameyo, however, that the Jashinist felt the temperature in the room drop by degrees. Suddenly a chill filled the summit room, followed by the passive crackling of electricity throughout. “You b***h!” Someone yelled, taking Takumi’s attention. A young girl with white hair and a giant fan was glaring at the Jashinist with a look filled to the brim with hatred. The ends of her hair stood up as plasma and chakra were generated visibly through her body, resulting in her eyes glowing like tiny storms. “What did you do to Lady Kameyo?!” The girl yelled as she jumped forward. She flew at Takumi faster than the woman thought the child could do. The reason for the burst of speed would become clear as teal markings formed up the girl’s arm as she cocked back a fist. The young shinobi swung a powerful punch with all the strength of her Curse Mark, sinking her fist into the cultist’s face with a burst of arctic wind.
If Takumi was bothered by the blow, she didn’t show it. Instead she looked at the white haired Musica with the same calculating look. “You must be the child Junpei dealt with in Arashi. I can see why he had no trouble at all.” In a blurring motion, Takumi swept her arm up while creating a blade of bone from her arm. Before Musica could even react, her arm had been severed from her body. A burst of blood sprayed along the stone floor, staining the white Citadel with crimson. “You are in over your head, child.” She continued, before giving the girl a swift kick to the stomach that would send her crashing through the stone. Takumi lightly placed her foot back down and looked at the room. "Anyone else?"
Miyuki let her gaze simmer on Musica for a few moments, but she didn't want to ease the young kunoichi's anxiety just yet. She wasn't feeling particularly kind in the face of being here and knowing she would have to deal with Satoshi's brand of chaos. Instead, she looked around the room with an unreadable expression. Her team wouldn't have arrived with her because so many of her shinobi had left the village with Kenshin. "Where is Lady Kameyo?" Her tone sounded, but she fixed Musica with a sharp look.
People filled into the summit and Miyuki exchanged formalities, though she was rendered mute at the appearance of Satoshi. A cat had her tongue until Kenshin berated the war criminal until acting appropriately. The sight of him soured her tongue and she changed tact with Musica. "Musica, I am glad I could trust you to do this mission." Her tone may not have sounded genuine, but she looked to Musica more kindly. She really did need all the people she could trust, given the internal disintegration of the APD happening as she was sitting in this room to discuss a looming, global apocalypse. She looked to Satoshi with annoyance at his offer, but she didn't have an answer, either. What was the most ethical path?
But then he insisted he'd only help if everyone else stayed away from the Hidden Rain, and Miyuki couldn't abide by that even if the Empress and Kenshin both were willing to sacrifice a nation for the greater good. "That ask is impossible. I will not promise to keep a still hand if Satoshi insists on subjugating an entire nation of people. None of you should." Her righteous anger was interrupted by the presence of the very threat that loomed over them.
And then the Jashinist leader arrived with Kameyo in tow, limp and lifeless. Her mouth fell open but nothing came out. The bloodied advisor, the woman she still needed to make amends for - she had planned to say after her confirmation as Kage: I'm sorry I replaced your probably dead husband. Kameyo was a victim of violence after her commitment to pacifism and change. She was so still and bloody, rendered red and lifeless like a slain scarlet ibis. "So," she spoke without taking her eyes off of Takumi's unfeeling ones, "is this the part where we bond over a common enemy?"
Musica rushed in for a second, only to lose an arm and be discarded in the next. Miyuki was steady on her feet as she pushed the weight of Kameyo's death from her mind, focusing on the task at hand to keep her village safe.

Chouka crossed her arms as the boring political talk turned dark, suggesting the freedom of the people of the Rain was a reasonable price for the assistance of the Rain's illegitimate power. "This can't be real," she murmured, but the hand-holdy approach to diplomacy didn't get elaborated on further. She flinched backwards as Takumi entered with some dead lady named Lady Kameyo. She grabbed her axe and called upon Min Min to assist her [ Summoning Call ]. "It's time to bring some order," she said as she spared a glance to her Minotaur partner to see his reassuring nod. She wasn't studying law for the TPD just to fail at the enforcement area of her job. "How are we goin' 'bout this one, boss?" She asked as she focused on Takumi, ready to swing but waiting for her orders.
Koharu was silent since Usagi's admonishment. It was out of respect, of course, though she really could not agree to the last part her leader added about Shukaku being a part of the Village. "Demons are not people...", she simply muttered, but there was a lecture behind that sentence just held back in her head. It was obvious to see it in her eyes, the priestess of Evergreen did not approve of Bijuu or their hosts. 'These creatures are just weapons inside of people. The process of sealing these entities into individuals is simply archaic ritual practice... a hold-over from a time of war.', she continued mentally while she folded her arms and looked off to a distant wall, choosing to appreciate the architecture until such a time as this meeting was concluded and she could return back to Tanigakure and begin the real work at hand...a proper temple shrine to Evergreen and all of the good things that would come from it.
As Takumi had appeared, in such a grim and grandeous way, it was as if a needle had been taken off of the record, and all of the annoyance that came from the essence of a virtual nails on the chalkboard sound had graced Koharu's ears. She looked from the corpse that had been presented unceremoniously, and then to the Jashinist. The killing intent was deafening in sound to the young Sage, and she took a defensive position near Usagi. "Lady Tanikage, please... direct me as you see fit.", she offered though she was back to her usual quiet, and reserved mannerism. It was clear that even when presented with a high level threat, she could keep a level head and not panic, though every fiber of her being demanded she gain retribution and justice for those slain by this evil agent of the god opposed to her own deific source of power.

Nothing is ever just black and white.
"You...'people.'" The ichorous being that presented itself as the Arashikage slowly turned its head towards Koharu. The venom could be heard in it's pronunciation of the term 'people' accompanied by the moist sloshing noises of the lips of the inky and slimy clone opening its mouth. "So quickly you are to dismiss what you call a demon, a sentient being capable of thoughts and emotion, as a 'person'. Yet you, you idly wait to be commanded by someone superior to yourself as if you have nary a will of your own." The head slowly turned scanning the room empty eyes panning across the summits tables. "You are all the same. You call us weapons, monsters, curses. Yet, before your kind intervened, all the many of us sought was refuge, sanctuary, peace, and why was that disturbed? So you could continue your selfish pursuits. Your acclaims of unification for a 'better future' using a power that was never your own. You kill your own kind under the presumptions of 'justice' of a 'noble cause', you lie to each other with constant deceptions, your beliefs sway like the thinnest pieces of bamboo. Tools? You shinobi are the definition of tools. Raised solely for the purpose of war, deception and violence carrying out orders blindly of those you deem your superior for 'loyalty' and what makes them superior? Solely because they are stronger than you or because you deluded yourself in believing the murders you enact are 'righteous'. Monsters? When we were fit to slumber you shinobi are killing and maiming. A man you deem an 'enemy of your nation' made no longer living, now leaves behind an orphaned child who grows into a spiteful adult. You send children out into the midst of war torn battlefields and bloodied crime scenes under the pretense of 'doing it for their nation'. Indoctrinated into a belief system that merits self sacrifice whilst ignoring all the years of life you rob from them. Who are the real monsters? Curses? A burden you willingly take upon yourself naively or unwillingly because your nation has crucified you to bear our spirits within you when we wanted nothing of it. You force your own people to bear the weight of suffering, rejection, and confusion all whilst placing targets on their backs for the next power hungry tyrant to seize their power from them in a vicious cycle of death and misery. If you shinobi are what it means to be defined as a person I would rather be a grain of sand amidst a desert." The virility of ex-arashikage clone was poignant and while for the moment it had only addressed Koharu it was clear that it targeted everyone in the room. With this speech however it became clear that this clone was much less Toso and more Saiken than anything. Dare we say a Saiken that was utterly fed up with shinobi. The silence in the room when it stopped speaking was louder than any further words it could say before it ended on a one note. "Kagami was right..."

Negotiations were a bit heated to say the least. Seiichi hadn't been the only person to verbally have a problem with the Amekage, as the leader of the leaf village as well as a stake holder in Arashigakure would both leave their input with his little agreement. "To think he would use this event as leverage for getting what he wants. What a dishonorable man." The young samurai thought to himself while only able to watch the chaos begin to unfold as the two women both would voice their displeasure at the son of Kagami Hari making a mockery of what was a serious event. And to add fuel to the fire, the next interruption came in the form of an individual breaking into the room and disposing of a corpse of whoever had been unlucky enough to stand in their way. But this was not just any random person...
"Lord Shogun!" Seiichi jumped to his feet and brandished his weapon, posed at the ready to defend Musunde as he locked eyes with the pale faced woman. "This is the woman who was responsible for attacking the Seinaru Enjo and extinguishing the sacred flame. I've seen her blood magic before.". Of course that was back so long ago, when Seiichi was still fairly new with his blade. He was a bit more experienced now, and had a better shot at defending against her now than he had been previously. The samurai would be ready for whatever orders that Musunde would give, holding his shaft at the ready to retaliate against any action.
After what seemed to be the agreement of Shukaku with the words of the lord, Iksin and Shukaku had suddenly be hit with a dark blue chakra that seemed different than normal. And different than normal it was, the projection of the demon disappeared, Iksin's body washed with this unusual blue chakra as even he could feel the effects it seemed to be having on the demon within him. He himself though? He was a mixture of pleased and not at the same time. something so obviously supernatural in comparison to the rest of this world made him unhappy. However in addition to it permanently fixing the wound that Iksin himself had effectively merely bandaged, he would do something if he could with it. Although for the time being, it seemed Shukaku was freed of the influence that Jashin had over him now. However it also seemed for the time being it effects had put him into a bit of a sleeping sort of state. Of course Iksin still could pull from his powers, but the beast would no longer be his loud rambunctious self utilizing his host's powers to be annoying. Iksin breathed a sigh of relief as he realized this.
Koharu's so called 'Outburst' fortunately would also not be answered by the Demon within him. Iksin's own feelings on the matter were similar to hers, although he understood that in some cases the Kage's are not the ones who have the answers. Honestly, the fact that someone who was quite explicitly not a Kage being the one who called the summit to order in the first place was blatant proof of that. Usagi made quick to reprimand the girl amidst the chaos being caused by others in the room.
One of the Kage, who in fact was probably more of a disruption than help also sort of proved the point that in some cases it didn't come down to the kage. That being said of course, the antagonistic nature of this one in particular seemed interesting to say the least. It was responded to with logic and acceptance from another of the leaders within the room, although reluctantly. It was good to see that there was more than just him looking at the bigger picture of things instead of their own important matters. The world came first obviously, as without it there is nothing left to be important anyways.
It would be around then that Iksin's ears would catch the words of Koharu about the demons. Something he felt was quite unfounded, it honestly made him probably more angry than anything else that had happened in the last bit of time. His need to speak however was subsided as it seemed another form had also caught the words she spoke. Instigating more than simply a response it seemed from a form who spoke as if he was one of the demons. Perhaps because that was the case. His words, points during his monologue, just about everything that was said from this being was something that Iksin himself agreed with to one extent or another, although they were not the reasons Iksin himself was upset. They were simply points that he sympathized with. His own reasons were a bit different, although similar but for the time being would not be talked about. He didn't feel the need for the woman to be addressed more than what that particular person had said. At least not for the time being.
However then everything changed again. A rollercoaster of happenings within moments. The burst through of another figure who seemed intentionally disruptive as well. A figure who seemed to have an air of chaos and power surrounding her that put the white haired tamer on his guard. Her form dropping another's form upon display. A corpse, and seemingly one that many who were present knew. Perhaps that in particular would have had more of an effect on him if he also knew her. However it still was someone who came in and dropped a corpse for display. However her obvious air of chaos and power didn't seem to stop everyone. While many became guarded, one in particular launched an attack. Natural Energy in it's corrupted form exuded from the attacker...and it seemed as if it just didn't matter. Her attack did virtually nothing, and merely resulted in the removal of the girl's arm and he being kicked to send her flying. Something not good at all, Iksin responded to it by quickly disappearing completely from his seat next to Usagi. Re-appearing just in time to catch the girl who was sent flying before any more harm could come to her. Of course he could have waited, he didn't know the abilities of others in the room. Someone else could have been much better suited for taking care of the girl who's arm had been removed from her body. But in such a situation, it was simply best to react quickly. He couldn't heal her arm fully but at least he could use his chakra temporarily stop the bleeding. Which he would do as he set the girl down gently before standing and simply looking in the direction of the woman of the moment. "Ziany, Nem." He spoke, which would be answered by the small white bird he had with him shifting and sort of breaking apart into two larger forms, human forms, that now stood beside him also ready to take on the woman in question. Although they looked a bit more distraught than Iksin or even the others did. Iksin took note of this, and considered it to be because of their nature. They were not humans, they had natural animal instincts. And it seemed that those instincts were telling them that whoever this was....she was really bad news. His own form shifted a bit, although his hair stayed the same he looked a bit different. Even his clothing changed to what was likely something he himself considered much more battle oriented of an outfit.
▱▰▱Satoshi smiled gleefully when Unki and Kenshin responded to him. "You've got a deal!" He slammed one hand on the table and finished off his drink with one big gulp. "Isn't diplomacy just grand?" Satoshi asked before winking at Seiichi as if taunting him that he managed to get what he wanted. "I expect the noble empress and the honorable sentinel to keep up their end of the bargain. Aye, and I shall keep mine. After all, there's nothing for my prophecy in the Grass or Waterfall." The wide was turning for Satoshi and the Rain village as he savored the opportunity. In one swift movement, he stood up and grabbed Soyeon to pull her to her feet. "She's all yours, but don't have too much fun with my wench." Satoshi winked again before pushing Soyeon toward Kenshin while spanking her. The amekage plopped himself back in his seat. "Eternal oblivion sounds so boring, doesn't it?" He looked over as if he was asking the shogun who was sitting near him. On top of all of this, Toso said that Kagami was right which reaffirmed his own convictions. When Sadayo spoke up he just scoffed. "But auntie, I am only six years old, technically!" Satoshi mocked her with his tone as he put his hands behind his head and leaned back in his seat. When Miyuki spoke up to him as the sole voice in opposition to the deal he just leaned forward and snarled. "Either comply with your empress and live in peace or fight me and die-!" The madman offered an ultimatum to the Arashikage with force and his voice that betrayed how lightly he was treating the whole process only moments earlier.
▱▰▱Satoshi was cut off from his ranting and raving when Takumi arrived in the Kage Summit chamber. As he was seated, he looking over in confusion before watching Kameyo's corpse thrown onto the table's surface. His face was red with rage as more of his demonic rage was revealed. "Kameyo..." He stared at his stepmother's corpse as she laid on the table. He stood up from the table and removed his eyepatch before throwing it on the floor. He did not have a close relationship with the woman but she did know him before his destiny came to fruition. His father loved her and that was enough for him to feel boiling rage. His crow eye was revealed along with his psychopathic anger and ambition. The eye glowed along with Yogen's eyes as he retrieved his cutlass from his hip. He looked around to the KASA agents standing beside and behind him. The Rain village's ominous brand of ANBU spies retrieved their umbrellas as Satoshi hopped to his feet. He looked behind himself before shouting in genuine outrage. "Don't just stand there you morons! Get her!" He pointed his cutlass at her as the agents jumped over the table to attack her. Satoshi underestimated her power as he erupted with wrathful histrionics because he had no idea who she was. His arrogance got the better of him as he commanded his guards to take care of her. Even if they could kill Kameyo he was certain that she was nothing that his elite agents could not handle. "The Rain will see you flogged and tortured, you'll beg for death to save you!" Satoshi threatened her with ruthless venom as the parasol agents swiftly went on the offense. They opened their umbrellas and channeled chakra into the blades that were hidden in the steam of the umbrellas. Five of them lunged forward to attempt to pierce into her body.

Poison Specs ▰ Drug Name: Yorujozo (夜の醸造, Yoru no jōzō, Night Brew) ▰ Drug Type: Poison ▰ Drug Tier: Legendary | Tier 4 ▰ Drug Form: Liquid | Gas ▰ Narcotic Description: Yorujozo is a violet alcoholic brew created by the Shadowfoot Tribe of oni who live in the black forest (Kuro Shinrin) of the Land of Fire. These oni are born with gray skin that turns violet from the amount of Yorujozo they consume. Regular consumption of Yorujozo can turn the lips violet while constant intake dyes the body's skin. Yorujozo is highly toxic and hallucinogenic. The Shadowfoot oni consider the liquid sacred because consumption of it gives them otherworldly visions which aid in deciphering prophecies, a central aspect of the tribe's culture. The brew is highly sedative as well and helps the consumer sleep while also delivering the typical effects of alcohol. The brew is made from the inky purple leaves of the black forest's trees. Newborn Shadowfoot oni are fed a single leaf to allow them to consume Yorujozo without harm. Those who ingest this rare leaf become immune to Yorujozo's toxicity while retaining the psychedelic and alcoholic effects. Yorujozo is a viscous liquid of violet coloring that flows like honey and creates illusory fumes. It tastes as foul as ink when it hits the tongue but has a sweet and pleasant taste when swallowed. It can easily be made into gas and applied to miasma techniques. Yorujozo when it poisons a target is highly sedative and reduces speed greatly. It causes insanity and intense hallucinations psychologically. Physically the poison turns the skin violet and necrotic while causing the eyes to shake and is intensely disorienting. The rare black forest leaves that are used to brew this poison can be used as an acutely efficacious antidote.

Personal Attributes ▱▰▱ Crow Eye | When a young Satoshi looked through the lens of fate to see his prophecy, his right eye was taken as a price. This eye has been nicknamed his "crow eye" because it was cursed by the crow king Yatagarasu in exchange for the prophecy. This crow eye is connected to the eyes of Yogen, the personal summon of Satoshi who has been fate bound to his summoner. Satoshi's crow eye and Yogen's eyes will often glow in unison. The crow eye's appearance is a ghastly violet that glows when it is not covered by an eyepatch. When the sharingan is used through the crow eye it appears to have blackened sclera and glowing purple tomoe and pupils. When the crow eye is in use it causes throbbing headache pain and is more susceptible to blindness. Mangekyo skills used through the crow eye are reduced by [1] use before the blindness status is inflicted. For example, if a technique can be used twice before blindness happens then in the crow eye it could only be used once meaning that the eye goes blind faster. However, the cursed crow eye is maddening when gazed upon as when a genjutsu is cast through it the eye glares with extremely bright violet light and inflicts insanity equal to the rank of the technique. ▱▰▱ Demonic Shroud | When an E-Rank amount of chakra is applied to Satoshi's natural chakra materialization it becomes even more realistic and haunting. Viewing the fog acts as the trigger for genjutsu and counts as eye contact for sharingan genjutsu/hypnosis if his sharingan is active. Alternatively, if no genjutsu is cast then viewing the shroud merely causes first-tier mental stress or insanity. This is not a technique and does not cost an activation. ▱▰▱ Illusory Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost. ▱▰▱ Genetic Palette | With intensive genetic therapy and strong blood, this character is able to possess more than one transplant. This allows the character up to two transplants total, of any of the three categories. Illusory Prowess: This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. In addition, the genjutsu cast in this manner have the sight sense added to them at C Rank body. At S Rank body, the user's genjutsu are given the chakra sense. Also, mental stress or insanity can be added to any genjutsu cast through eye contact for an additional fifty percent chakra cost. ▱▰▱ Get Thee Back into the Tempest | Satoshi is granted the wind element. ▱▰▱ Phantom Master | Satoshi is able to add an additional sense to the illusory images created by his signature style of Phantom Slayer and custom techniques based upon it for a maximum of [2] senses. The images are sight-based and thus always have that sense but [2] additional senses like touch and sound can be added. ▱▰▱ Amaterasu’s Cloak | All fire based techniques produced by the Uchiha are considered bloodline techniques.The flames are turned black and fire based techniques are reduced by 5 chakra per rank with a minimum of 5 chakra to be paid for a technique. For each rank of a technique, it's flames burn actively for one post or one additional post if a limit is given. ▱▰▱ Melee Prodigy | The user obtains a [1] point increase to agility while their sharingan is active for each body rank they have obtained. In addition, the user's first physical offensive activation every three posts gains a [1] point increase to speed per rank of their body, also requiring the eyes to be active. ▱▰▱ Mirror Master | Satoshi is able to add an additional sense to the illusory images created by the Mirror Image Art taijutsu style and custom techniques based upon it for a maximum of [2] senses. The images are sight-based and thus always have that sense but [2] additional senses like touch and sound can be added. ▱▰▱ Lore of the Crows | As a crow sage, Satoshi is able to read the ancient written crow language in the crow contract scroll and learn the secrets of their genjutsu. As a result, in combat, non-instance genjutsu cast by Satoshi in combat last for one post longer for no upkeep cost for each actively summoned crow on the battlefield (maximum of 5) as long as he is the contract holder. ▱▰▱ Fanning Flames | The user's fire based techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally. ▱▰▱ Touch of the Boundless | The Uzumaki can create any and all seals, and therefore cast any sealing technique - no matter how intricate or complex - upon a single touch of their palm without handseals. This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Uzumaki is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned. ▱▰▱ Holy Conversion | For every RPC converted to the archpriest's religion they gain an endgame reward of their choice. The endgame reward can only be up to 2,000 XP in value. This PA is only obtained by archpriests and is automatically obtained once that title is granted. ▱▰▱ Plunder of the Vagabond | As a globally feared villain, you will forever be able to obtain Endgame perks with only three-quarters of the experience required.
