Odd was a bit surprised when Sub handed him a Wishing Star but accepted it regardless. "I feel like someone with fewer Pokemon could benefit from this more but I understand." He replied as he placed the stone into his pocket. "I do have one question. How can we be prepared when we have no idea when or if this thing might strike again? Is there any real plan for it or are we expecting to just wing it again?" He asked after after a moment.

Wren watched as Sub went over his explanation, listening intently to the man's words. "I need to gather some of my Pokemon, then. I need to be able to provide more than what I have..."

Odd looked to the other Channeler when he spoke and gave him a small wave. "Take to the field tomorrow." He told the older male. "I've got a star and several of my Pokemon so I'll stay here to defend the base."

Kaya nodded in agreement. "I'm not going to be much use out there, either. I'm actually surprised they haven't had me escorted out of here over this arm yet, to be honest." He admitted with a grimace. The lack of pain medication to manage his broken limb was showing in his face as he spoke. "I'm probably going to head back to down and call it in the morning, unless something miraculous happens before then."

Leon watched as Sub gave Ter and Odd the Wishing Stars. It was only fair, the were more equipped. He looked at his sisters Artifact that still hid her whole Wishing Star. He's glad that she was able to get a ticket into advancing into the tournament, he was just worried. How far she will go with her reckless streak. The Poison Channeler then listened to the status about Crystal. He didn't say much when the snagem leader was explaining what had just happened.

The only thing Leon could do really was what he was best at; waiting for more information. Once the meeting was done, he poked his sister's cheek. "Ulla. Wake up." He said softly as the child rubbed her eyes. "Sorry for waking you up. But maybe you will feel better after eating some food. Then we can have all of our Pokemon eat some food." Ulla stretched and got off of Leon's lap as she was about to walk over to where all the food was but then all at the same time, heard eight Pokeballs opening from her bag all at the same time. As Ulla's Vulpix led the way to her trainer, with seven Wooloo following right behind. Leon was taken back as each Wooloo walked right passed him.

"...Why do you have seven Wooloo?!" Ulla turned back as she saw Velvet and the Wooloo following right behind her. Velvet then cheered happily as her Wooloo circled around her as one of them bumped the back of her legs signalling her to get off her feet. She then laid on them as she exhaled feeling very comfortable. "So soft..." Leon slapped his forehead in disbelief. "...T-That doesn't answer my question." He got up from where he was sitting as the Pokeballs in his pocket popped open as his Alolan Vulpix Shiro and Koffing popped out. Shiro joined her sister as the Koffing merely just floated right next to Leon. "This is the first time you popped out without attacking me. In a better mood?" He asked the Koffing as the Pokemon didn't even respond. Leon just took the silence as a yes as he got plates ready for all of the Pokemon.

He then was about to hand a plate to Ulla but then one of the Wooloo saw Leon as a threat and got out of the bundle and started headbutting his knees. With Wooloo being so small, it wasn't really doing anything except a little nudge. "...What are you doing?" He said as he just walked over that Wooloo. But, this Wooloo was very determined to protect Ulla as he noticed a bite mark on his ankle from Shiro. Wooloo bit that same spot as Leon fell flat on his face as he let go of the plates of food as it was now flying in the air. Ulla caught both of the plates as Leon fell to the ground in agony. "What is with Pokemon biting my ankle?!" He said as he looked at Ulla. "Mind telling your walking clouds that I'm not an enemy?! That I am your blood older brother?!" He said as he was trying to push the Wooloo off of his ankle. Ulla couldn't help but laugh at this scene. "Ulla come on!"

What Sub said didn't exactly make Tristen feel any better. So not dead. Great. Trapped somewhere where they couldn't reach with anything resembling ease? And in not any state where she could possibly defend herself if need be, if he had to take a guess. So even if Ziton was defeated, that wasn't to suggest any other horror that lie in wait where Crystal was at.

"Tristen?" I spoke up to the Manetric hybrid, noting no different of a change in mood. "Tristen."

"Hm?" Tristen said.

"Sitting there moping isn't going to do anything for you."

"I know...I know!" Tristen said. "Ugh, Blizz, how do you do it!?" He shouted grasping his head. "I feel like there should have been something else I could have done! Or maybe that I wasn't good enough!"

Freth looked up from her meal, severely irritated, and promptly smacked me across the head. "ACK!" I nearly dropped Articuno's meal, but it made the legendary bird jump all the same from the sudden attack on me. "What the hell was that for!?"

"Your fault." Freth said.

"What?"

"That right there." She said pointing to Tristen. It took a second for me to actually comprehend what she was getting that.

"...." I sighed, resigned, dead to rights for the most part. "Uh...Articuno, here." I said, getting up, sitting the plate down for Articuno to finish partaking its meal. "Finish up, I'll be back in a few. Freth, mind keeping an eye on Articuno?"

"...what...are you doing?"

"Going for a walk." I said. "Come on, Tristen."

"Wha..."

"Let's go. Get up." Tristen stared for a moment, a bit reluctant, just about knowing where this may lead, but sighed anyhow, getting up. "Be back shortly." I then announced to no one in particular.

"Arrriii?"

"I'll be back Articuno. Promise. Alright? Just eat. You had a long day. I won't be far." I said, walking off with Tristen.

Brian gave his fellow Snagem a friendly smile, which grew as Articuno dug into the plate of food with gusto after that first bite. A moment later, Sub spoke up, mentioning someone named Crystal and how she'd been possessed by the Ziton, yet somehow wasn't dead, despite her body no longer being useable. Brian didn't know what to say; he didn't know Crystal, but it was obvious that she was highly respected in the group. He was about to walk back to where the table of food was when Blizz and Tristen both spoke up.

Brian's heart went out to Tristen; it was clear the Manectric hybrid cared about all his teammates. "Don't do that, Tristen," he said, in response to Tristen saying he thought there was something else he could have done. "From what I've heard, ye did everything ye could to help her. Nobody could have done more." He knew his words probably wouldn't help, but he had to say something to keep Tristen from falling into the pit of 'what ifs' that he'd fallen into all those years before. Even now, he could still see Lily's face staring back at him, her eyes clouded over when they finally found her. It never worked to dwell on the past; Brian had done his share of that, and to this day, he still wondered if there was something he could have done to prevent Lily's death.

Aden stayed quiet until after Blizz and Tristen walked off, sighing and looking down for a moment. "I... ugh, you know, I can't fault him right now," he remarked, seemingly musing aloud at the scene. "I've lost track of how many times I said the same remarks out of the same frustration. Probably worried and thinks he's partly responsible for the outcome too, if not directly. Blizz isn't wrong, but I don't know of a single person who hasn't wished for a redo button at some point or another."

He'd let out Wooloo and Bronzong to have a chance to stretch and have a meal theirselves, and opt to sit down somewhat near Articuno- distant enough to hopefully keep it at ease, but close enough that he could help keep an eye on it if it came down to it. Though, it didn't feel terribly necessary even so. "You know, you both did good out there earlier. Same for you, Articuno, even if it was a little nerve-wracking."
