- ■ Penelope dislikes dirt, and she especially dislikes digging around in it and taking care of plants. Her lack of interest and her desire to stay clean meant that she did not participate much, which ended with her failing the class.

- ■ Penelope wasn't too interested in history or learning about the past, and although she studied, she did not study enough to pass.

- ■ Penny found potions interesting, but difficult. She enjoyed playing around with them and practiced a lot in preparation for the exam, so she ended up doing pretty well. However, she still found them hard to master.

- ■ Penelope's mother was very artistic, and she grew up doing all sorts of creative, artistic activities. The girl found it easy to channel her creative side and do very well in the class.

- ■ Penelope loved animals growing up, and learned that she also loved learning and taking care of magical creatures when she came to Hogwarts. Her interest in them allowed her to do very well in the class.

- ■ Just like potions, cursebreaking was another class that interested Penny, but that she found rather difficult. With focus and dedication, she was able to do pretty well in the class, but she found cursebreaking hard to master.
xxxGHOUL AND GHOST STUDIES ~ Axxx
- ■ Penelope took the class because both of her parents had recommended it, since they enjoyed it. However, Penny learned that although she was interested in learning about magical creatures, she was not as interested in learning about ghouls and ghosts.
xxxMYTHOLOGY ~ Dxxx
- ■ Penelope thought she would enjoy mythology since they did discuss certain magical creatures, but a lot of mythology was make belief. She found that she was not interested in learning about fake beings as she was interested in learning about about real ones.
xxxWANDLESS MAGIC PRACTICE CLASS ~ EExxx
- ■ Without the assistance from her wand, Penelope was not able to get an O in the class. However, she still managed to focus and do well.
