Maybe both. If you have a doctor fill out a medical vulnerability form in Florida, you could get it even if you're under 65. There's certain other categories of people that can get one, such as front line healthcare providers, which I am (mental health professional). Per the instructions, I brought my employee ID, an employer letter, and my license information from the Florida Department of Health which states that I am a registered mental health counselor intern.
