tab tab "Why did no one tell me about this part of moving?" Surrounded by stacks of brown labelled boxes, he lets out a soft huff. Bringing four labelled 'kitchen', he brings sets them on the countertop before opening them one by one with a box cutter; pulling the flaps open to pull out a stack of decorated plates and other dinnerware nicely wrapped in newspaper. Unwrapping each one carefully and finding a place for them in the kitchen, it was a relief that they all made it in one piece. About an hour and a half passed and Timo has unpacked his kitchen, resting his hands at his waist proud of himself.
tab tab Next was the bathroom, there were a few boxes but there weren't a whole lot of things, mostly personal hygiene products, towels....and that's about it so it took about half an hour or less to unpack. The living room was partially unpacked; well mostly just the larger furniture and his.....boxtopia. Internally debating finish unpacking or just lay around for a bit.
tab tab After some good points from both sides, he compromised. He decided to brew himself some coffee, in the meantime, he was casually slowly unpacking stuff in the living room; trying his best. After moving around the same three picture frames and couple of pillows he was done for now. Going back into the kitchen, pouring some table cream in his mug before adding some fresh hot coffee in. Reaching for a bottle of vitamin D pills, taking one before popping it in his mouth before chasing it with coffee. After that, he sits down on the couch in the living room.

tab tab Today is going to be a calm and lazy day for Timo. He has no appointments today so he has decided that he'll be staying home today. Maybe he can bake something like a pie... Now that begs the question- does he have any bilberries or maybe peaches. He quickly checks, he had peaches; it is very hard to come by any bilberry unless he searches the farmer's markets. Do you know what goes well with home-cooked desserts? Some good home-cooked style meals too, it's been a good while since he had time to himself that didn't involve unpacking the boxes.
There are still a few he hasn't fully unloaded..
tab tab After taking his usual shower and doing the morning routine things, he dressed in a comfy baby blue shirt that has a cow print on it and grey sweat pants. Slipping on some socks before going over to the kitchen as he lazily prepares breakfast, fancy coffee that would take longer than the usual instant kind, according to the package it had hints of blueberry in it. While brewing the coffee, he can prepping to make breakfast, frying two egg sunny side up style in just a tad of vegetable oil while on the side he making the egg batter part for french toast; egg, milk, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Whisking them together as he looks for the bread loaf and cut two thick slices for himself.
tab tab Soaking the slices in the egg mixture while getting a pan heated to fry them on both sides till brown. Being that the house is small, he doesn't have a separate dining room, he usually just eats his meals over the counter and that's what he'll do for his luxury breakfast. Cutting his french toast into a thin strip and dipping it in the runny egg yolk and washing it down with some coffee.
