RRT headquarters, a massive underground military complex that has five sublevels for different things. The only means of accessing this facility is at an undisclosed location which has not only a vehicle and supply elevator down to the lower levels but also a regular elevator. RRT Command operates from here along with a massive contingent of personnel that can keep the base operating but also provide ground personnel wherever it is needed.
Sublevel 1
General operations is conducted here, from personnel acquisition, and equipment acquisition, but also communications and Operations where assignments and orders are transmitted from. a lot of offices are housed on this sublevel as well.
Sublevel 2
Personnel Barracks, mess halls and recreational facilities are housed, due to the size it isn't fully clear just how many personnel this complex could sustain, but it is estimated to support a couple hundred thousand personnel.
Sublevel 3
Supply warehouses, Armories, workshops, vehicle storage are all housed here, the facility can easily fully equip two full armies without issue.
Sublevel 4
Sublevel four handles prisoner holding cells, Containment cells, and prison complexes, both including low and high end security blocks.
Sublevel 5
Sublevel 5 is a mystery as to what goes on here. R&D is the most likeliest explanation, but the nature of their work is classified to only top members of Command only, and select individuals with clearance to be on this sublevel. the Elevators will not go to sublevel 5 without a keycard with the proper clearance, all other personnel can only reach sublevel four before the elevator stops and asks for security clearance authorization.
