RULES:
1. Pick 2 anime characters ( can be hero ,villain, or side character)
(can be from different anime)
2. Pick 1 character with Best Anime Superpower
and Pick 1 character with Worst or Useless Anime Superpower
3. You can give an explanation (1-2 sentences) why the characters have best or worst superpowers
4. You can NOT pick the same Character chosen by persons before you

Anime: One Punch Man
Character: Tatsumaki
Best Superpower: Psychokenesis
I mean, she can freely control whatever she wants on such a huge scale it's not even funny. She's also pretty much the only character other than Saitama that actually manages to beat the enemy. Yes, I'm exadurating how useless the rest of the cast, but just barely. Poor Genos.

Character: Goku
Worst Superpower: Genki Dama (Spirit bomb)
Yes I know, it hurts me to say it, but's true. The Genki Dama is an awful attack in any realistic scenario. The user has to stand completely still and gather energy for minutes at a time before using the attack. Any time it's used, the enemy has to completely ignore the fact the move is being used, in the case of Frieza. Not take the chance to kill Goku. Or in the case of Kid Buu, someone has to provide a distraction for him to have time to gather the energy. And once the attack is able to be launched, more often then not the enemy then has to stand completely still and let it him them. Again, in the case of Kid Buu, and also Frieza. Both of who were well past fast enough to dodge it, and the former of which was capable of instantaneous teleportation.
